I give damn # to sbi on this case and would like to sue for this act... I've also filed a letter to sbi correspondence and rbi for the negligence they did shown...

When i was in need of my money and was unable to pay it, who cares for it.. Why would someone trust sbi for this..?
I don't know so far how many technical possible errors have happened... But i call error as an error and the time i participate in struggling to roam here and there just because of the mischievous act done by you/personel...

I claim an equivalent sign of gratitude in-return... And who'll bare the loss that did invested for this act...
This is ravi reporting from india - telangana - hyderabad - vanasthalipuram...

I need a damn explanation and 'penalty way' that you normally treat our public/citizen of india and nothing can get digested or superior just because this is a governments bank...

I do not know, how many cases are still pending here... But i'll surely take this to next level and the way we meet consequences would let you meant it...

Note: i do not wish to add/any photo or video here as i did raise an complaint at nearest sbi bank... But i don't know why they're taking so much time[more than 2 days], to retrieve a simple record and answer my question...

        This is to inform you that two fraud transactions of Rs ten thousand each were happened on my SBI credit card [protected] on 30th November 2017 at around 1329 hours I already informed SBI through customer care center regarding my matter immediately and blocked the card on the same above date I never share my details to anyone related to my card When I asked SBI that is there any progress in my case they always said that it is under investigation and will intimate you shortly on this Again on 11th December 2017 when I asked SBI that is there any progress in my case or not till date as 10 days has already passed Also I asked SBI whether you lodged a FIR or not against the disputed transaction on my SBI Credit Card If yes please send FIR number in my email ID Further please note that I will not be liable for the above said transactions in any manner When I mailed the above thing to SBI then they replied that they have completed the investigation for the said transaction & they observed that the liability of the above transactions lie on me Once again I requested to customer care center please provide me IP address and investigation report but they refused my request I lodged complaint against above said matter

        Reference number for my complaint which is raised by Ishita is[protected].
        I just spoke to Ms Shivani (customer care executive) and Ms. Ishita (SBI charge back team). Shivani transfer my call to Ishita and she raised my request further to concerned department & she told me that my complaint will be resolve by 27th April 2018(maximum time).
        Again I told Ishita that liability towards 2 fraud transactions does not lie on me and also told her to investigate my case in detail.
        Please take necessary action & solve my complaint as soon as possible.

          I have made a pos transaction at a merchant outlet on oct28th, 2017 using my sbi debit card. The transaction was failed saying server was busy. But money is debited from my account. I contacted the merchant and they said that they have received the money into their account. They even initiated my refund from hdfc back and that refund is processed on nov 7th, 2017. But till date, i did not receive that money to my sbi account. When i visited my sbi home branch and asked for any outstanding money, they said that they will not have any information about pos transactions and spoke very rudely with me. I even initiated a complaint with sbi, number #[protected]. But till date, there is no response for that.

          Please suggest me how to proceed on this and receive my money.

                I had a refund of rs 256.48 from amazon regarding a product. It was sucessfully generated on 1/12/2017.. Bt the refund process somehow stuck in sbi credting process.. Till date it is not shown in my account.. My refund reference no is526959.. Sbi castomer care also didnt help at all.. Plez solve my problem. Though i described everything u r redirecting me to mske it more long... Is this really help?? Long email quick solve..

                    I am in louisville ky usa now on my work permit. This mail is regarding the fraudulent transaction on my sbi card made on 13 november 2017 and the same was reported & raised the dispute on 14 november 2017 with the clear details of this transaction details. my sbi credit card account fraudulently used on my account amount o[censored]sd $474.69 was spent with my sbi card no. xxxx at rite aid store - 4633 on 13 nov 17. Later rite aid store was identified the fraudulent user and released the footage. I have given the complaint with louisville metro police department usa and the same fir was produced to the sbi, upon all these details and many follow-ups with sbi there is no progress with sbi card, not doing any favor to me. They have not initiated the 3rd part investigation which i am requesting them from the day one. Sbi was agreed to pay this fraudulent amount but later they are denying. here i do attach the copy of the required documents kindly do the needful or suggest how to get my money back with sbi.                       Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

                      Dear sir
                      A refund of 819 rupees was successfully processed on 01 december 2017 to my account from amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account num: [protected] by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and and shared the authorization code (Refund reference number) 335684 with the executive but he expressed his inability to address the issue and the issue is still unresolved.
                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 01 dec 2017.
                      Kindly go through the procedure to locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        Dear customercare,

                        We have taken education loan at the period of[protected]. We are trying to settle that amount this financial year[protected]. Since we have went to sbi bank and communicated with branch manger and particular rep. We are not getting enough information from them and also they are saying we have taken 1.8 lakh as loan, as we have taken 1.10 lakh only, even we have the proof of passbook and amount debit details & also they are not saying the interest rate per year.

                        Udumalpet sbi branch (11/12/2017) they have asked to submit the college degree certificate copy proof, even we have submitted that proofs before the month of dec 2017. They are giving too much of torture even we ready to pay the education loan.

                        We haven't submit the adhard proof, that's our mistake only. But i dont know why these guys are making us frustration. My father also insulted by that loan rep lady.

                        Kindly clear this issue to make loan payment

                          Atal pension yojana is a central govt. Scheme.
                          I have open a account in this scheme & submitted 1196/- per month in this apy scheme. This month auto dabit my state bank of india, dilshad gaden. I want closed this scheme & refund my money.
                          So i have feed & submitted apy closer form in own sbi, dilshad garden branch, last 3-4 time per month, but not positive response me because bank manager said to me i have send your a/c closed application for govt. (Npscra. Nsdl) but not any response other side.

                          I have have customer of SBI Bank Since last 20 Years. I have opened account in Atal Pension yojna & same deduct amount of Rs. 1196/- per month in my SBI Bank (Dilshad Garden Branch).

                          But I can't interest to continue and require to close the account and same re imborse my collecting amount in MY SBI Account. For this purpose, I submitted closing application so many time to My SBI BANK, but still amount deduct automatically.

                          The Branch manager neither responding positively nor give clear information to me.

                          I tired form this long process. Why government bank not understand Value of customer ?

                          I request to close my Atal Pension Yojna Account and re imborsement of my deducting amount in my SBI account.

                            I paid the bill of cesc rs 950 for the month of october 2017through my debit card on 7th december 2017. Due to some problem at the site of cesc during that time payment to cesc not successful but as otp generated sbi deducted the amount from my account. Next day cesc confired no payment made to. Sbi also not refunded my money so far.
                            On 7th contacted sbi customer care and they have advised me to wait and to contact on 11th dec 2017 if not refunded.
                            Today again i establish contact with customer care sbi but they are advised to contact higher officer. At this juncture i have no other way but to seek your help to refund my money as early as possible. With thanks from d goswami

                            MY atm is hacked of 9th september still not get refund same atm machine 50 people atm hacked every one got refund but still i am remaining 114 lac.

                            Every day i was do mail but no one response
                            Every one involved branch manager LHO OFFICE COMMUITY STILL NOT REFUND.
                            Each and every document submit but still not refund.

                            i was complain in banking ombusment also still no one help in banking ombusment.
                            LHO PEOPLE STILL IS SAYING THERE IS A PROCEDURE 90 DAYS, STILL 3 DAYS ARE LEFT FOR FINISH 90 DAYS.

                            I was talk one of the commuity person he dont know how to talk .

                            My branch is thane sbi branch do they all work & submitted all document still not answer.

                            Mr shakeel is also help me still is saying answer is pending from commuity.
                            Miss anita is not reciving the call, i am also working in customer service, this is not right.

                            50 people money was gone still i am waiting for my money 114 lac

                            1. Please provide any evidence and address of mobile service center to prove that his mobile was with service center. - Copy of Bill attached to email

                            2. Kindly advise why you have mentioned SBI Mumbra branch as your home branch I have not were mention that Mumbra is my SBi home branch . In FIR Copy i have mention that thane is my SBI Home Branch

                            3. You have visited ATM on 10.09.2017 to withdraw cash and could not complete the transaction. Kindly advise which ATM you had visited.- We would like to inform you that I have visited ATM 09 Sep 2017 with draw Rs 1000 & In FIR copy I Have clearly mention every think, Request kindly check the FIR copy which is attached to email.10th, 11th&12th I was not withdrawl check my bank statement why I will withdrawl from kalyan atm centre I leave in mumbra, fraud person hacked south Indian atm machine & from 10th to 12th take out all money, IF you don’t know check my atm no.

                            4. You have mentioned about South Indian Bank in your FIR, what is the link with South Indian Bank as there is no withdrawal from your account from the South Indian Bank. I Would like to highlight that I have with drawn twice amount from South Indian bank 07/09/2017 & 09/09/2017 - Attached is scan copy of Passbook

                            5. Kindly provide the evidence of your location at the time of transactions which has to be duly verified by the branch. Attendance log provided by your employer is not readable and not stamped by your employer. Attached is the Scan copy of attendance log

                            his is referenced my atm hacked from south Indian atm machine from 9 September, today 4 December still you people are waiting for 90 days period.

                            Branch already All document are submitted to Lho still your answer is comity not signed the settlement form.

                            All private bank refund to account holder still you waiting for 90 days.

                            Shame on you 1 claim you taking 90 days when any person is dead after the dead you give money,

                            Every time I called all people is saying commuity is not decided.

                            Commuity member is so busy I know, Today miss Anita is told me I already forward all document this answer before 3 weeks I was listening,

                            SBI person all are sleeping chairman, dgm etc...

                            Last week I was talking one of the commuity members they don't know how to talk to the customer that guy told me you call after 90 days this is not a right answer to give.

                            Your money is not gone, if your money is gone like this what you do.

                            Sincerely I am calling all people for my money update, Accordingly to date just I am listening process still is going on which process is going on.

                            In this sbi lakhipur branch always link got failure and people get unnecessary haresment . People come from village area they always face such kind of problems frequently. Employees are roaming here and there simply. They never take care of customers.

                            Please take some necessary action against this sbi branch in order to appropriate service.

                            I went to bank twice they are not giving gold loan they are saying appraisal went to Hyderabad they don't know when he comes back where bank manager also not available in bank

                              I have lodge the complaint for not received the cheque book and customer care have give me a docket id no cb[protected] and c[protected] but status on this regards not received hence take action please due to i want to cheque book for taking of car loan from maruti suzuki product

                              Hi i open my demat a/c near about two year before I haven't received any login detail. But still sms came from securities stake side to buy. Plz provide information how i will get my a/c no.

                                My account number [protected] account in tumkur branch was having balance of rs 3000 and the amount was freeze i don't how can they freeze amount with out notice who given rights to freeze the amount i have gone to branch they are telling you need to link aaddahar card to account to open freeze of rs 3000/-
                                But in any newspaper and tv news was not given any thing freeze of rs 3000 in account only thing in news was their the last day to link aadhar was[protected] please reply to this by mail or mobile number

                                Savings bank account no. [protected] was opened on 25-10-17 at Khanapur branch (branch code 1001) with requisition of ATM/debit card. But the ATM/debit card is not received till date. Kindly arrange for early dispatch of the ATM/debit card.
                                Dear sir, i recharge my mobile number via sbi netbanking . website was hang and recharge is sucsses with duble time and my balence is detucted two times. i can want to refund it .
                                i will want to reversd my accunt balence in sbi account .

                                  I've ordered something from paytm and returned it. Paytm transfer the money directly to my bank account but it is not yet been credited to my account.

                                    On 15/11/2017 i deposited an amount of 2700 through the cdm machine at kalikapur, kolkata, west bengal. Due to some error the transaction was not completed and a receipt came out from the machine. I went to my home branch from where i got a good response, the branch manager mailed the complaint form to the kalikapur branch. But they where neglecting the matter. So on 4 dec i myself went to the kalikapur branch and filed a fresh complaint the manager was not at all taking care of the problem, and i have not got any money into my account till now. If it would have been my fault, that is if the balance in account goes below the min then they start charging a very high amount of fees. But what about this time. Only installing machines will not at all be helpful, unless we have this kind of reluctant people like managers. So please take care into the problem and try to do something so that i get my balance back. It's been really harrassing.

                                        For a span of six months, i have been charged of rs. 9100/- on spent of rs.2336/- only, what is the interest rate they are charged, sbi saving interest rate is 3.5%, if we deposited an amount of rs.2336/- wish to double the amount we have to wait 10.5 hard years, but here they are collecting eight times from the customers, it is purely white collar crime, in the same way bajaj alliance consumer finance how they will do with zero % finance, sbi credit card is completely open crime, cheaters, fraud.
