Sir,
We have 2 h/l account wide a/c no. [protected] & [protected] on the name of anuj kumar, 1 s/a acc [protected] by name of anuj kumar & 1c/a acc [protected] by name of c square enterprise with sbi sona complex, miller ganj branch, ludhiana.

Today[protected] when one of our employee (Narinder kaur) come to the bank to get the information of my h/l accounts. She met with mr. Upadhai & ask him to please talk with anuj sir because we had close our c/c account on the name of c square enterprise in aug-17 wide a/c no. [protected]. But till that time bank officials not provide us documents (Title deeds of property) she talk with mr. Upadhai but one of your employee deepika who is sitting adjoint to mr. Upadhai shouted on her and talked very roudly with her, she said that might be you are free but we are not free to talk with your owner on phone.

This is repeated 2nd time, copy of 1st complaint letter attached with this letter, where mr. Upadhai has receive the letter in may-17, is this the right way to talk to your customer & as per banking code of conduct how can employee treat a customer like a begger.

Request you to take a necessary action against your employee so that these things will not repeated third time.

    unethical behaviour of the manager

    Sir i am working as a doctor in kadapa district of andhra pradesh. I am a customer of sbi since 20 years, and presently holding my salary account at pbb branch of kadapawith a/c no:[protected].
    Two years back i had given surety to a friend. He has been paying the installments though not regularly since then. Last month the manager of sbi, iti branch of kadapa, has suddenly deducted some amount from my account neither taking my permission...

    Hello sir
    Im a wbsedcl customer. Consumer id :[protected]
    I have paid (As per bank statement) amt of 3166.14 on 06-dec-17 13:58 for wbsedcl bill payment.

    The payment was from my savings ac to wbsedcl paytm a/c

    Transaction id[protected]igacmpvix8

    But wbsedcl saying that they have not received any payment from me.

    Bank has deducted the amount from me.

    Kindly pay the bill as early as possible.

      How do you can debited my account monthly wise what is the reason, every month debited 59/-, 59/-etc. What is the sbi term's in saving account, i am using regular sbi account. I am normal man, how to maintain balance in my account!

        Additional details:- i called back when my brother told me about his mistake caller told me he is rajesh from mumbal sbi atm and was asking for atm renewal. Man had clear cut bihari accent. I told him that i know this is a fraud call, to which he said you have insufficient balance exactly as "paisa haiyay nahi to kuch hoga kaise"

        Catch these frauds please.

          Today i went to sbi cash deposit machine to deposit 6600 rupees, i deposited the money and after deposit the machine displayed "temporarily disabled please try after some time" soon i went to sbi bank and register a complaint regarding the above incident
          The banker said it might take 7 working​days to process so wait
          My question is to sbi that you have cctv footage of me depositing the money and the "error receipt"which came after the depositing process you people still want 7 days to verify that the amount was deposited or not this is ridiculous
          I have never met a bank like sbi the worst bank and worst service

            aadhar seeding channels are not working

            I am a customer of your bank since 2008.in present i am facing the issue of adhar seeding with my account. All the channels for adhar seeding is not working as status mentioned below:

            I have home loan ac. No. [protected] in savedi, ahmednagar. I submitted written application to branch to close my home loan account and debit closing amount from my saving account therefore my ac. Yet not closed and employees not respond well. I need loan clearance certificate for my further personal work. But no 1 responding and doing anything to close ac. Just saying that their is something technical issue. I am very nervous.

              Last year i have opened an account. After 2-3 months i got a letter from bank which asked me to contact my bank. My surname’s spelling on aadhaar card was not correct, so they asked me to submit proper aadhaar card within a week or they will close my account. So in the end my account was closed and i was charged 20-30 rs from my savings. They took my kit and told me, my account is closed.in september i applied for new account, but they are saying that i’m already having an account. The new kit that i’ve got, i’ve opened that kit. I’ve visited my branch a number of times and still they are delaying my problem.

                With due request i need yours concern regarding a complain against sbi namkum ranchi branch code - sbin0009011, i am also visited sbi customer complain site but site shows.. Site is under construction...
                Matter - as on 30th nov17, i visited sbi namkum branch as i am existing customer so i requested to branch manager gold loan of rs 30, 000 -35, 000 for which i have approx 20 gms gold.
                He told me to come on next working day.. As they have work load. I agreed and return back from branch.
                On 1 dec17 (Friday) again i visited branch then branch manager told me to come on next day, he will definitely approved the loan
                On 4 dec17 monday again i visited branch then he told me to come on tuesday 5dec17
                On 5 dec17... Again i visited, he advised me to go to another branch and he make a call to lalpur branch ranchi. I went their but he refused to sanctioned. Again i visited namkum branch and this time branch manager said me to come on next week i will see…

                What i will do sir i need a urgent gold loan and i saw there is a big hoarding display in branch approx 6/6 offering gold loan with 11.5% per annum with easy and quick disbursal... I am really disappointed

                    Respected sir i have a salary account in sbi mathura cantt branch. And i was use mobile banking sbi freedom. The freedom app was discontinued with effect from 30 nov and i have suggested by sbi for use sbi anywhere personal app. But this app show to me that you are already registered for net banking. But i never applied for net banking. I send 3 email to sbi mathura cantt branch (14 nov, 21 nov and 30 nov 2017) for de-activation of net banking. But no reply has been received till date. I am facesing hardship due to same. I m unable to be present at mathura branch, because i am working at pune maharashtra. Please help.

But according to ncpi aadhaar linking status in bank (As per ncpi : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many so many in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my bank account and its not updated from ncpi and how i know the status of this bank person given the aadhaar linking receipt with my bank account.                         Hi,
                        My name is amit awasthi. I am mba in finance and worked with various american and uk mnc's. Our pm is initiating to young people of india to do own business and start ups which will generate employments for others.

                        However, my listed bank branch manager, mrs aarti bajpai not taking the interest in these schemes. Dic office unnao send my file to this branch on 26/10/2017. I followed many times to the branch for my load file. All the branch officer giving the excuses of auditing is going on, please come in december. Today i talked to branch manager. She is giving the excuses of branch doesn't have internet so he can not check my file and even she does't know the id and password of pmegp loans files.
                        After countering my query about above excuses, she again replied with another excuse that this branch doesn't have loan officer. Because loan officer transferred 1 year back to another branch. So when loan officer will come then your loan will be considered.
                        Even she doesn't take my pmegp load file number and my name in his notes.
                        She said that i will call you when i will check your file after resetting the id password of pmegp portal. Also she asked that, do you have your owned house in the city or not? I am not sure why this question was asked to me. As per loan and government norms i am paying 15% margin money of total loan amount.
                        She said if she would like the project then she will do otherwise she will reject my loan. Because she rejected various loans.

                        I am not able to understand that, i have given my interview in front of dic officers and dm of city for my project. If those people doesn't like my project then how come that load file will be sent to sbi branch.

                        Please understand her intentions of not doing these government benefiting to scheme to common people for doing their own business or start ups.

                        Please look into this matter. It will be great help for me.

                          by mistake I dropped a cheque of 121217 in credit card payments drop box at SBI academy sec 18 gurgaon.
                          Drop box id is GUR008.
                          now I dont know How to get my cheque back. as nobody telling me the procedure.
                          Dont knw the guys who collects the cheques from that box.

                              Today 6870 rs. Amount auto debit from my sbi bank account. Please refund my amount. And let me know how to disable the auto debit facility of card. This is happened second time. Last time also 3000 rs. Amount is debited automatically from my bank account. Please refund this amount also. And immediately i want to close this auto debit facility from my card.

                                My mother was having pension account at sbi branch but the same bank was very far, so pensioner requested that please shift my account to nearby bank named himachal gramin bank, sbi did closed her account and said that she may apply any other bank... When consulted the pension disbursing authority the informed that pension cannot be send in the requested branch... Now can we again re-open the closed sbi account so that pension continues in the same account.

                                  1. Reference my complaint with ticket no. [protected].

                                  2. As per you reply transaction rights have been given to me but i am still not able to make online transactions from my account

                                  3. After your this email i visited to the sbi nurpur branch and requested branch manager for two times and submitted applications as per his directions.

                                  4. Now i am away from home town and spoke to him on telephone on 24 nov 2017 regarding my problem. He told me that he has no time to talk on such type of issues on phone. And told me to visit the branch (Which i was regularly doing since apr 2017).

                                  5. I tried to remind him that i have already visited your branch a number of times since apr 17 and now it is nov 17. But he cut the call saying that he does not have time and you may give an e-mail on bank id.

                                  6. I mailed him and he replied me to visit the branch.

                                  7. Now i dont understand how this problem will be resolved. I took advice from manager mr rajesh tanwar, manager, sbi shimla (Formerly at solan and presently in chandigarh) and manager, sbi, kasauli at sanawar. They also told me to give an email only, because i am away from home town and i have already submitted a number of applications for the same task.

                                  8. I dont think that he is pending my request intentionally, but he does not know how to solve this particular problem.in that case he should ask from some other place, because this a concern of customer satisfaction on an issue which is already long outstanding.

                                  9. Is it the quality and level of care and satisfaction given to the customers. Your manager speaks so arrogantly with the customers. A person who is sitting 400-500 km away is supposed to visit the branch personally again and again for this particular task in a scenario when every thing has gone digital. How strange this thing is.

                                    Sir u changing the sbi branch code and ifsc code of modha branch, beed. U will not give any information about our customer. Due to the branch code and ifsc code change i facing the problem to get scholarship. For getting a scholarship i required a first page of passbook with correct branch code and ifsc code. At time it is not possible to go my home branch and print the 1 page. What will we do
