Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 1660 rupees was successfully processed on 28/11/17 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      Hi,

      This is regarding my settlement with SBI credit card. Even after making the settlement, SBi keep harrasing me to make additional payment quoting that i did not get some letter before making the full settlement. Bank executive came to my home to get the final settlement amount advising me that the letter would follow only after making the full payment. Trusting him, we made online payment and closed the pending amount but not sure why it is still open and affecting the CIBIl as well.

      Below are the details:

      Settlement: May 21, 2014 - Rs.45000

      5000 paid on May 21, 2014

      6700 paid on June 21, 2014

      23000 paid on 6 Aug 2014

      34700 paid and 10300 balance amount to be paid

      10000 paid on 19 Mar 2015

      300 paid on 25 Mar 2015

      The account is supposed to be closed on this day.

      Please help.

        Sir I had taken loan from above branch for a sum of rupees 2 lakhs on 2015.
        After that every month a sum of 4572 rupees has deducted from my acct against my loan acct
        But in the month of Nov 2017
        There is a excess of amount which is 11000 has been deducted from my acct instead of 4572
        I had called to call to my branch manager but there is no response from him
        I am unable to go to my branch due lo now I am working at far from my home location
        So you are requested to intimate the reason for deduction of excess amount from my account

          I had spend rs. 200+rs. 200=rs. 400 on 7th & 8th june 2017 online transaction by sbi debit (Maestro) card to pay vnsguniversity, surat. Payment was not successfully done to uni. But amt. Deducted from my a/c. I complain to my home branch, mail to cust, care, gm, toll free no. But amt. Isnot recover in my a/c still today. My last comp. No. Is [protected]

            1. Sir, it is to inform you that i am holding a savings account in sbi, khoonipur branch, geeta press, gorakhpur (U. P-273001). From the statement downloaded from net banking it is seen that the personal accident insurance premium to the tune of rs.200/- was wrongly debited to my account on 08/11/2017 vide ref no. Sbigen pai sbign[protected], as i have not applied for the same. Also i am in the exclusion list of sbi personal accident insurance cover as i am working in armed forces and we are not covered under this scheme, then also my without any prior information rs 200/- was debited.

            2. Sir, i may please be allowed to draw your attention to the fact that this is the mistake of the bank for debiting my account without consent and it is mental harassment to me. Please note that i have not given any consent for insurance. However, if i have given my consent in the past, it may please be treated as cancelled. It is requested that the same should not be debited in future from my account without my consent and if so it compelled me to lodge complaint against the bank as well as sbi general insurance, which i don’t want to do so.

            3. You are therefore, requested to do the needful in the matter and credit rs.200/- in my savings account at the earliest, as the same is wrongly debited from my savings bank account.

              I have a savings bank account located at asansol branch of sbi, asansol. I have made aadhaar linking several years bank with that account. They have been paid lpg subsidy on that basis. A few months back i have changed my mobile number to present one on submission of kyc form, aadhaar card and driving licence. 2 days back i have sent a representative with copy of aadhaar card for reentry if required. The bank informed her that i have to submit personaaly kyc form etc to link it. As i am residing far away from the bank i have made re - aadhaar link with the account through online banking.-at first i was informed that it has been successfully done. Today i have been re-informed that request with uidinb[protected] could not be validated and i have to go branch office. This is nothing but harassment to a customer.

                My sbi card no. [protected]. There are improper billings are found in my card billing of for the month of nov-2017.in which customer care people simply calling me to pay balance but they are not giving any clear information to know my bill.

                After looking in to my bill. I have paid all my dues which ever is applicable to me as on date with in time only. Due to improper billings it is showing the below charges. There are no delay payments in my bills. Due to incorrect bills only i am unable to clear my total outstanding. So, please remove all my extra billings at an early date to pay my balance and please inform to customer care people that after understanding my bill only let them call to me. When i ask them they ask to pay my bill, other than that nothing they gives information. So please rectify the issue at an early date to pay my exact correct outstanding amount for this month.

                The extra charges which i have seen in my bill is given below.

                12 nov 17 fee - late payment (Excl tax 90.00) 500.00 d
                20 nov 17 fin charge on retail (Excl tax 25.05) 139.14 d
                20 nov 17 pnl chrge on loan (Excl tax 8.33) 46.26 d
                Total integrated tax cr for curr stmt 809.82 c
                Total intergrated tax db for curr stmt 57.94 d

                Please let me know about the above charges and after calculating by including the above also i am not finding any min balance amount which was shown in my latest bill is rs. 3, 429.00 and total amount due 3, 918.00.

                So please rectify the issue at an early date and do not continue the same which is since from the date of issue of the card.

                We wish to share that we have already taken note of your request vide reference no[protected] regarding late fees and finance charges reversal and we would be intimating you the status by 12/12/2017.

                The above message I received from SBI on 01.12.2017 but it is not solved and not received any replys from SBI as on date then how can I proceed further. Because of these delays only SBI is charging me the late fees since from the issue if the card.

                  Dear sir/madam
                  We have lodged complaint for non working of edc machine on 05/12/2017 with reference number chld[protected].. On 06/12/2017 i received message that my issue has resolved but no one has visited my location to resolve the problem.
                  Due to this, i have lost many customers of cards as we have garments business. I urge sbi to repay my lost amounts due to their mistakes.
                  I am also ready to go to consumer forum against sbi for the problems caused..

                    Hello sir
                    Im a wbbpe customer.
                    I have paid (As per bank statement) amt of 25.19 on 30-nov-17 14:25 for wbbpe tet bill payment.

                    The payment was from my savings ac to wbbpe credit card a/c

                    Transaction id.[protected].

                    But wbbpel saying that they have not received any payment from me.

                    Bank has deducted the amount from me.

                    My payment is failed kindly refund balances my account.

                          Rs 35 have been deducted from my sbi account on 30/11/2017 for low monthly average balance while my account was having adequate balance. Also i have car loan account due to which bank debit the amount of emi and other charges without any intimation leading to low balance sometimes. Previously also rs 118 have been deducted but the same were reversed after my complaint. But this is occurring repeatedly.

                          SBI Should be hanged. My account is deducted for almost 800 rupees for MAB.

                            Hi my account in sbi bank is [protected].. They have debited from my account 9975 inr of my salary from my account saying they are charges. But i am not using any services. Kindly give me back my money 9975 inr. On 24/11/2017 i have been credited in my a/c-[protected] inr 10, 000 - deposit of cash at s5ne[protected] atm. A/c balance inr 9, 975.00

                            On same day 24/11/2017 my a/c a/c-[protected] debited inr 9, 975.00 on 24/11/17 ecs/ ach ret ch. Avl bal inr 0.00

                            I have registered complain with ticket no: [protected] against the malpractice occured in your branch. Y my account has debited inr 9, 975.00. There is nothing like ecs. Get me back my money inr 9, 975.00 in my a/c [protected]..

                            Plese take action against this misconduct. Refund my money. Back. How my money can be deducted from my a/c. Stop this.

                              मेरा नाम किशनपाल सिंह है एवं स्टेट बैंक आफ इन्डिया में शाखा बवाना दिल्ली में कोड नं0 sbin0007895 खाता संख्या [protected] है, महोदय दिनांक 14/08/2017 को दो बार 511.80+ 511.80= 1023.6 काटे गए एवं दिनांक 17/08/2017 को भी राशि रू0 511.80 काटा गया । इसकी जानकारी मुझे नैट बैंकिग द्वारा उपलब्ध हुई है, इस कटौती में अभियुक्ति दी गई है "inb state bank collect". उक्त काटी गई राशि की जानकारी मैने जब sbi शाखा बवाना, दिल्ली से ली तो शाखा द्वारा बताया गया की यह कटौती नैटबैंकिग द्वारा की गई है, जिसकी जानकारी आपक sbi कस्टमेयर केयर से ले। जब मैने कस्टमेयर केयर पर फोन किया तो मुझे बताया गया की पहले आप फोन बैंकिग ले, उसके बाद ही आपको उक्त कटौती के बारे में बताया जाएगा, महोदय मुझे फोन बैंकिग की आवश्यकता नही थी तो मेने उनसे अनुरोध किया की आप मुझे फोन बैंकिग नही लेना चाहता कृपया मुझे उक्त काटी गई राशि की जानकारी दे, ओर मेरी उक्त काटी गई राशि को वापस दे। लेकिन उन्होने साफ मना कर दिया।
                              जिसके बाद मैने कन्जूमर केयर में शिकायत दर्ज करवाना चाहा तो उन्होने मुझे एक बार आपको mail से पूर्ण जानकारी देने हेतु कहा है।

                              अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया मेरी काटी गई राशि कुल राशि 1535.40 वापस करते हुए इसका कारण भी बताए।

                                Sir, i lost my money but no ticket is reserved for me. I need my fast. Only 20 seats are available in train. So please send that money as fast as you can. I followed correct way to reserve a ticket in irctc. But i lost my 500 rs. I send that pictures of failed reservation and debited amount. So as a prominent bank in india i believe in you. Please give me a reply which may supports me.

                                  Sir,
                                  I beg to inform you that i have taken 32 lakhs home loan from sbi-adra,
                                  Loan account no-[protected] and an amount of rs-8050/- had been debited from my saving account [protected] as processing for home loan on 29/05/2017.
                                  The application for home loan was submitted in the month of february-2017 and first installment sanctioned in the month of may -2017.
                                  The official web-site of state bank of india, where it was mentioned that the processing fee on home loan zero.
                                  Sir, my account is a salary account on which concession on processing fees is normally applicable in spite of that full amount had been debited from my account. Please arrange to refund me the entire processing rs - 8050/- as per advertisement in web-site and obliged.

                                      Using irctc sbi card since 5 years.... It has a mistake in my name in loyalty program,, i mailed about 10 times... Talk to help line.. Everyone assure to help but after follow up for about 2 moths.. Got a reply that name cant b=not be changed.. It will as per in my sbi credit card account only...

                                      Fine then make it as per sbi card.. Its perfect there... But the rigid and so called educated concern person can not check that name is not matching and i am emailing to rectify their mistake.. Not mine,...

                                      So i am fade-up now.. And request them to close my account.. But they are not helping in that also..

                                      So never buy sbi irctc card..

                                        I am the account holder of sbi bank (Education loan a/c-[protected]). As i was not aware of si failure charges and every month i have got of double si failure charges of inr 295 (1st of the month and 6th of the month) form my saving account ([protected]).
                                        I have talked with sbi bank manager (Sbi bhabua) they are not ready to help. I had visited the branch and give the letter to remove si charges if any on my account but still they did not resolve. Even they did not send any letter regarding si charges or emi date. So many times i have called to branch but they did not receive the single call. Actually, i am fed up with sbi services. Sbi harassed me a lot. Please ask sbi to refund my amount which was debited from my account as an si failure charges. I am not able to understand how sbi debited two times in the month of amount inr 295 in the name of si failure. This is totally injustice to me.

                                        Sbi also charged me 12.7 % interest rate on my education loan which i had taken from sbi in 2011. Interest rate applies by sbi on my loan is not looking correct because i had taken the loan only inr 2.4 lacs.

                                        Please do the needful.
