Dear sir/ma'am
This is to inform you that i am the customer of sbi main branch in munger, bihar. My account no - [protected], branch code - 0136. I want to convert my saving account to mod account. For this, i have applied two times application. First in 18th aug 2017 and another one in 13th nov 2017 but didn't take any action. I also go to meet personally 3-4 times, but the employees have many excuses. After this few days later 15th nov, i also complaint in customer care, he said to contact the branch, then i contact to branch but again didn't take any response they didn't receive my call. Then i also contact nodal officer, patna 26 nov 2017 but they also didn't receive my call. 3 months elapsed but no action taken till now. I also contact local head office, patna but they also didn't receive my call. All employees are being avoided.
So, please sir/ ma'am take some action and solve my problem otherwise, i have to close my sbi account.
