I don't know why sbi don't want close their offcial website, you can't do anything via their website. Keep showing invalid username and password even both are correct. If you lucky logged in, then it will just show login expired even you just login few seconds. And finally you done with your works, like link aaddhar card etc, only showing due to tenichal problems, can't finish your request, try again later. Only i can say, fxxk you!

    I have done payment of sbi card on 28th november 2017 of Rs 2822 by making payment through paynet bill desk by using sbi net banking amount has been deducted from my bank account and payment successful but not credited the amount in my credit card.

    I have waited 2 working days but still not updated sbi card customer care not helpful in this case they are saying wait.

    so request to you kindly help me in this case.

      I have Applied for SBI Credit CARD from an SBI Executive, that executive committed me that I will get credit limit of Rs.74000 which was fake commitment. I just got 10000 limit in the card.
      2. I haven't Received the card and the company send me the statement of annual charge.
      I am chasing that Executive Mr.Sipak from last 40 Days but he did not Dispond.
      I had also talk to his Senior Mr. Jahir Khan once but he didn't resolved my Query and later he stop receiving my calls.

          I went to sbi, delhi university branch, i regret to be your customer.. Employees there don't have their names written. Moreover my father had to run from pillar to post for his work done.. The just wanted to go home n was least interested in attending senior citizens.. Will sbi ever improve its services or will it be a sarkari bank where employees wants to leave before time.?

              I am a customer of sbi bank from 20 years long and observed that while all other banks provide service aadhar linking with your bank account through online, where our government bank - state bank of india going his own way.

              I already many time upload my aadhar card thorugh online / atm and sms, but shown error "unable to process" every time.

              Why this type of poor service given by sbi online.

                Requested to kindly provide me a provisional home loan interst certificate for submitting the same to my office for tax purpose for the fy 2017-18.

                  Sir,
                  While paying by debit card, process of payment by pos machine was declined/unsuccessful.in spite of having sufficient balance in the a/c. But later i came to know that the amount has already been deducted. Now, when i inquired at the mall, they said that their a/c has not been credited with that amount. Please arrange to refund the amt. Of rs. 6973/-.

                        Someone pretending to be an sbi employee called me on[protected] at around 11a. M from mobile no [protected] and asked my bank detail including otp, under his influence i have given all the detail and suddenly he withdrawn around 55000 from my account. His phone is now switched off.

                            I have home loan in dhfl company, i give my account cheques to dhfl through which they deduct emi's of loan payment. Sbi return my cheque from last 5 months even when i properly sign and maintain sufficient fund in my account. I also inform to my sbi branch manager but they are not solving my problem, i feel harrased after seeing this bad service of sbi, i also request them to return my charges which iz deduct due to technical issue in bank. I am not responded by branch. I bear a loss of min-6 to 7 thousand rupees in paying cheque bounce charge to both banks.

                              I had done some shopping from my Debit card on dated 21/11/2017 around 7.30 pm but due to shopkeeper fault.i had to cancel that transaction. Rs.8061 got deducted from my account immediately, I am writing this after 7 days but no refund of void payment has been made till now.

                              and when i visited SBI branch they said call customer care person. and When I called customer care they said ask that shop person.

P) main branch and i want to transfer fund by rtgs when i went to branch they said no to me coz your cheques are old then i said, might be but they are of yours then they said yes they are but we can not accept so i told them make my transfer other way coz new cheque book take time to issue as they said to me but they are not agree for that

                                    This is to inform you that i am the customer of sbi main branch in munger, bihar. My account no - [protected], branch code - 0136. I want to convert my saving account to mod account. For this, i have applied two times application. First in 18th aug 2017 and another one in 13th nov 2017 but didn't take any action. I also go to meet personally 3-4 times, but the employees have many excuses. After this few days later 15th nov, i also complaint in customer care, he said to contact the branch, then i contact to branch but again didn't take any response they didn't receive my call. Then i also contact nodal officer, patna 26 nov 2017 but they also didn't receive my call. 3 months elapsed but no action taken till now. I also contact local head office, patna but they also didn't receive my call. All employees are being avoided.
                                    So, please sir/ ma'am take some action and solve my problem otherwise, i have to close my sbi account.

                                      I am hereby writing this letter to request for a onetime settlement of the credit card outstanding on card account[protected]/cc. I have been struggling with financial difficulties for the past one year on account of my lay off due to the economic downturn. I am finding it very difficult to make monthly payments to credit card and mortgage loan on account of this.
                                      On evaluation i feel that i should take up one time settlement of the credit card outstanding and pay 5000/- rupees as a onetime settlement. Some of the conditions that i want for this payment are that it will be full and final settlement of my credit card outstanding, no legal action will be initiated against me in future for any payments and lastly i will be removed from the defaulter’s list from your records.
                                      If your company is willing for this one time settlement then please write back to me and i will make the necessary arrangements for making the payment and also draft the debt settlement agreement.

                                        But the same money i have not received in my account.
