Instead of 100rs bank has deducted 1000 for genral insurance.
I complained through email but branch said complains through email is not valid.
They tell it's insurance company mistake kindly contact insurance company when i contacted insurance helpline they said it's bank mistake.
I m staying in other state because of this when i came personally for this even the deputy manager and other staffs in their chamber all said complains from email from registered id is not valid.
I complained through email i got reply to contact branch i called so many times in branch no but there's no response i emailed in branch email id but there's no reply from branch.
I visited the branch also but bank staffs behaviour is quite negligible
Government is promoting digital banking but staffs r directly denying that email complains are not acceptable.
In my account opening form i have mentioned my email id but branch is telling my email complains r not valid untill i give complains in hard copy.

Most of the customers are unsatisfied with his rude behaviour and aggressive nature while working on the desk. Please kindly do the needful action for the staff. Due to his aggressive behaviour maximum customers are suffering.

        I have three savings accounts in three branches of kolkata. I need two basic service:
        1. To change the mobile number from [protected] to[protected] for all kinds of transactions & correspondence.
        2. To link my aadhaar number to my / our following accounts.
        For the above purpose i am running from one branch to another branch like shuttlecock but your officials refused to do the above works saying “this not your home branch” and they could not change the data from other branch.
        I have also tried to link my aadhaar number from online account, atm & through sms but didn’t receive any confirmation message.
        Kindly tell me what are the home branches for the following accounts where i can change my mobile number & link my aadhaar card?

          Sir/ma'am, 1) when i send message to 567676 for pin. I am not receiving any reply. I also tried by going to atm and trying to select pin generation then also i didn't received any reply from bank. I am not able to change pin. Please tell me what's the issue. I am sure that i am sending from m registered phone no. I need atm urgently so please help me.
          2) later i remembered my old pin code of my atm and i had also send message to 567676 for pin. When i send message it's been two days. Can i use now my old pin.

I withdrew on 22 nov.2017 rs.6000 transaction no. 6234 and this amount already debited on 22 nov. 2017. Thus debit entry against transaction number 6234 on date 24 nov 2017 is double and sbi atm ffbs[protected] bla shop no. 50, ground f, sikar. Please credit rs. 6000 in my account.               Sir, i have applied for debit card at sbi, vyasanagar branch, but from tracking i know the card is send to my previous address at balngir. My account has already been transfored to my current branch. Hence please send my debit card to be delivered to my current address as per the details submitted to current bank sbi, vyasanagy, jajpur road dist: jajpur.                 Deduction of rs. 500/- without permission, without intimation and without any reason on dated 1.12.17.
                How can this bank deducted money without permission of customer. I am new customer some days later i had open an account but the service of this bank is very bad.
                If they treat like this with their customers so they are very careless.
                I want reason for deduction.

                    I have an sbi account at vivekanandanagar colony branch with whom my old cdma reliance number is registered ([protected]), which is presently not working. I have already given a written letter and a form given for mobile updation at home branch. Please update with my numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and see that it is changed as soon as possible.

                    Also i have requested for netbanking services and regeneration of a new pin to my existing sbi rupay debit card for which i have filled the form and submitted then and there itself at branch office. Also, i have made photocopy attestations of my aadhar and pan card with that form and signed on them as your representative there asked me to do.

                    But still practically these services have not been updated or done so far. Please see that these are done asap.

                        I am d. Siva credit card user complaining that l lost 8324 rs by that jimmy walls enterprises. Today they made call in the evening time as if they are the sbi credit card officials making call for the verification of the card details. Recently i have applied for the card cancellation since this card provided for me on blocking my fixed bond. Since they revealed me all my details i have supported to provide all my details. As they said it is for the official verification i revealed even otp also. My doubt is unless you people (Team) provides how come they knew all my personal details and all.                           Received call on 25th nov from this number [protected]. Name of that lady was madhu sharma and told that sbi credit card division is closing rewards point scheme and issuing discount card in replacement to rewards point scheme. So you have spend one time fees of 7832 which will be deducted in 12 months emi. So share you otp other wise you card will get blocked and you will not be able to use. So shared otp and come to know that some fraud has happened. So please help, how can i get return of debited amount.

                            1) to operate a rd a/c [protected] i gave instructions to your bank to deposit 12 installment of rs. 3000 each from my salary a/c [protected], but due to some technical errors from end you have deposited 11 installments (Rs. 33000) and interest credited to my a/c rs. 1396. So matured value become rs. 34396. But unfortunately the amount credited to my a/c is rs. 33821 after 25 days from the date of maturity. It is rs. 575, (Out of which deduction of rs.125 only is reflected but rs. 450 is missing) less than the matured value. So either make me understand the reasons for deduction of rs. 450 or return it to my a/c.
                            2) on 10/11/2017 rs. 295 only deducted from my a/c as si fail though there was sufficient balance (More than rs.68000) in my a/c [protected]. So i remain unable understand why the amount was deducted. Please either explain it satisfactorily or return the amount in my a/c.
                            Please note that i/my representative visited the home branch 5 times consecutively, but yield no result.

                                  Refused to accept the a/m cheque by koorkanchery branch, trichur dist, stating that clearing might be delayed by more than two weeks and that too requires frequent follow up by the customer for getting the cheque cleared. Unfortunately none of the senior officers were available for clarification. This is quite shocking in this digital era.
                                  Then i had to present the cheque in the same branch from where it was issued.

                                      Sir, i transferred amount of rs 3500 by imps to boi account on date 22 nov 2017, as i mistakenly mentioned invalid beneficiary account no but amount was deducted from my account and not debited to beneficary account also.. I complained twice to sbi branch and sbi internet services but there was no reply positive reply from them. They are telling transaction as initiated from our side and has been successfully from there side...

                                      I have done 2 times imps transactions with same invalid account no of beneficiary once i got refunded but what i did the 2nd transaction the amt is not refunded...

                                      For ist tranacation amt is refunded but 2nd transaction amt is not refunded back to my account how come sbi can say transaction is intiated for 2nd transaction what i done with same invalid account no whereas in 1st transactiom amt is refunded back with invalid account no. Sbi people are fooling us. How come amount can be transferrd to invalid account. I have not received the sms of successful transaction also.. Sbi people are not solving my issue and helping me to insist my refund amt of 3500...

                                        मेरा होम ब्रान्च घाटकोपर मै है अब हम नवी मुंबई शिफ्ट हुए है
                                        खाता ट्रान्सफर के लिये आवेदन दिया मुझे गलत ब्रान्च कोड बताया गया
                                        फीर दुसरा आवेदन किया हर बार घाटकोपर दौडाया जा रहा है
                                        अब केह रहे है पोर्टफोलिओ नाही भेजा जब घाटकोपर पहुंचा तो पोर्टफोलिओ भेजा गया था
                                        बँक आ कर पूछा तो कुत्सित हंस कर आ गया ऐसा जवाब मिला
                                        मतलब मुझे बे वजह नवी मुंबई से घाटकोपर दौडाया गया
                                        पुरा दिन खराब हो गया और ट्रॅव्हेलिंग का अलग से पैसा गया
                                        उसके बाद और एक झटका स्टाफ ने कहा आपका फॉर्म गायब हो गया है
                                        बँक है या तमाशा है ? कस्टमर ज्यादा नहीं है इसीलिये लगता है स्टाफ कस्टमर को परेशान करने मै टाईमपास कर मजे ले रहा है
