Hi,
I have availed a home loan about a year back. During the application, i have submitted all the relevant documents. However, my name in the account is wrongly entered.

A savings account was also opened in conjunction to the home loan. The name is wrongly entered for this account as well. I have submitted letters to the branch for changing my name. However, there has been no change in the status. Please help me get it corrected. Thank you for all your help.

    A sum of rs 40 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cash less when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted

      An amount of rs. 799/- has been deducted on[protected] from my sbi a/c no. [protected] during payment to online marketing which transaction ref. Number igackbwoi3. But payment declined. Request to refund money to my sbi bank account no. Sb-[protected]. Till date the same amount not yet credited to my bank account. The online marketing side is snapdeal.

          I was applied for persona loan of rs 750000 at the sbi branch indian institute of sugarcane research lucknow branch code 10343. I have applied on 5th november 2017 the accountant withoit checking the application sent to the local sbi head quarter lucknow which raised several questions again i submitted all the supporting documents to the accountant. But she kept the application for 4 to 5 days with her without reason. Then i visited the branch frequently but she denied to tell. After 15 days form returned from the local head quarter and manager said its low cibl score so we cannot process your application.in this process bank staff wasted my time 25 days. They could have informed me at the very beginning but unnecessary mismanaged. The sbi iisr branch manager and account are very irresponsible ladies and wasting customer's time. Necessary action should be taken on these two ladies.

            I have applied for the closure of the locker facility on 15th november 2017 at the sbi branch iisr lucknow with branch code 10343. Still i have not received the fd amount. I talked branch manager and accountant several times but very slow processing and unnecessary delaying the work. I am irritated with this kind of behavior by sbi staff.
            Kindly make a note and necessary action to be taken.

              Dear sir,

              After repeated visits in the chomu branch of sbi they did not change my mobile no.
              When ever i visit the branch they always tell me to write the application again

              This is not the first time they are doing this, earlier when i asked for online banking they only gave me viewing rights despite of clearly mentioning that i need all rights.
              And on complaining the asked me to write the application again.
              The take no actions.

                Sir from my acount 1000 rs deducted from the axis bank atm. But i had not withdrawal the money and i got message that given amount is deducted from my account. I had complained you about this and it should be resolved on 27/11/2017. My ticket no. Is [protected]. And second complain is that 10000 rs is also deducted from my acount. And my second ticket no. Is [protected]. Sir iam not satisfied with your both resolution. So kindly re open my case and recheck my case. And iam also requesting you to check the cctv photage of that atm.

                Sbi branch wadwani ifsc code =sbin0004756, had been closed from 13/11/2017 due to link fail.
                We request to us please solve problems promptly. And give proper direction to branch manager to use alternative option
                13 Monday evg around 7:30 I drew amount from Kotak ATM it got strucked in the ATM but my account is debited, ... So requested you please do the needful and resolve it.

                      Generally sbi gives value to customer's​ time and aims at customer satisfaction. But this does not apply to all the branches of sbi. There are certain branches who care nil about customers.
                      I'm kavitha. B, a family pensioner. My husband named balan. S who was receiving his pension through his sbi account (Shollingar branch, tn) passed away few months ago. The above account had no nominee. For which we had submitted the booklet given by the bank for the amount to be transferred to my existing account that is in bangalore. The submission during the first week of october.
                      The branch so far has responded to our request for the transfer. And further they have kept our family pension stopped, as don't know how to transfer the pension to bangalore (Banaswadi) branch for which we had submitted the required documents.
                      And further they are not responding us and not picking the phone when ever called.
                      So please i request you to take necessary action and solve the above issues and kindly help us

                        I deepak kumar gupta, account holder in sbi bank, stated that my hard earned money has been taken out from my account. The debit cards were in my custody, also i have never share my credentials to anyone. On dated 26/11/2017, i have suddenly got the message that my account has been debited by 3500/- and continuously three transcations on same amount of 3500/- has been deducted through my debit card. Thus a total amunt of 10500/- has been deducted from my account.
                        My account number is [protected] in sbi kamla nehru nagar branch ghaziabad (Ifsc - sbin[protected]. I have blocked my cards, the reference no.[protected]. I have tried to register complaint on this matter on sbi costomer care no. ([protected]) and talked with mr punit, he did not register my complaint.

                          I made a payment to sbi credit card using paynet by axis netbanking.

                          The payment has been deducted from axis bank but transaction is pending in billdesk

                          Please guide where is my money stuck and either revert it back to my axis bank or credit it to sbi card.

                          Transaction shows pending since 1 day and your crawler should either fail the transaction or approve it.

                            After going through the frustration of renewal through sbi gi portal, i finally made my payment through onlinesbi.com (The problem is still not sorted out at the concern website)
                            However after some correspondence, sbi gi acknowledged the payment of the above policy and a mail was posted that my documents shall be forwarded to my address. But i am yet to receive it.

                            My friends who are insured through sbi gi are also facing the same problem. It seems the website is not at all working. The customer care and the executives are not able to solve the problem.in one of the cases of my friends, the executive responded with this solution that their representative will collect the payment in cheque. While we all are going for e-payments and e-transaction the portal is going for the primitive methods. It now seems that sbi gi service has become unreliable.

                            Please expedite and come with some solutions. I think sbi gi have let this problem extend beyond limit.

                              It is regretted to say that i have applied new cheque book & atm card of my father but after approx 2 month i have not recieved the same & no body is there to give any response i also contacte the chief manager mr purohit but in vain i can say with full confidence that this will be the worst branch of sbi. It seems that they only care for few industrial consumer. There is only 1-2 employees who do the work. I am going to close the account of my wife. As my & my father's account are pension account which require some formality. It is also submitted that my father is 89 years old & it is not possible to take him the bank. I have come to know that rbi has issued direction to collect jeevit praman patra from the residence of pensioner who is above 70years. Please give the necesary direction also to the branch

                                Sir, on dt. 11-11-17 from dehuroad near railway i use my atm card for withdrawal rs.2000/- but not received money from atm then i try again, and then i try in other atm but i still not received money, then on this day i try again, but i have reduce money in my account rs.2000/- which was i have not received. I have complaint in mother branch.
                                But till date i have not received at all.

                                Please do needful as soon as possible.

                                  Atm transaction fraud happend with my sbi debit card (Name: shraddha m jadhav) on 9th and! 0th november from 11.30pm to 4 am wherin my card was with me and the i was in mumbai but the transaction happened in delhi lajpatnagar as per details provided by bank.
                                  Sbi cms complainet was logde immediately and after 10 days they said to contact branch manager, on following up with branch manager sbi versova branch andheri west mumbai, he said that he cant assure reversal of the amount debited as this transactions has happen in hdfc and axis bank atms and not in sbi atm.in this i have lost rs.66, 145 from my savings account out of which bank has reverted only 10000 of it and said that the remaining account reversal may take time. On asking upon how much time the branch manager said he doesn't know it may take years. What type of answer is this for a customers grievance wherein the hard earned savings is lost.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I got a call from +91 [protected] on 11th oct 2017 at 03:34 pm ist. He claimed that the call was from sbi. But when he started asking me personal information for verification purpose then i didnot provide the information and told him that how do i trust you. It is because nither i have raised any request or i had any complain. Then he blocked my card and told now check if your card is blocked so that you will trust me. Surprisingly, i got message that my card is blocked as per my request. When i called him again that why he blocked my card he told to proof he is from sbi and he asked me to provide address details to issue new card. After i gave him my address he told you will receive new card but unfortunately i didnot get message in the same day. He told me that it will take 24hrs to generate and you will get your new card.

                                      On 13th when i got message that my new card will be delivered, i asked bluedart courier to deliver on 14th 15:33. That guy is followed with me till i got card. When i got new card, he asked me to share new card details with him for activation. Because of last time, he blocked the card this time i trust him to provide details and slowly he told me share the otp but when i got otp in my mobile i realised something wrong but he told because of new card i will modify the contact details. During this conversation, when he asked me cww number i was sure something is wrong then i logged in internet i found that my mobile number was changed to [protected]. I have raised request to block the new card again. He came to know somehow then again asked me your card is blocked. I told him i will check. Later i called helpdesk through my mobile and cross check if my two card is blocked. They confirm card is blocked and they confirmed that there was no transaction.

                                      Helpdesk is raised fraud complain.

                                      Can you please investigate this. How customer will trust this call, after my card is blocked it means he was from sbi and he was access to my account.
                                      For what purpose he was doing verification call and wanted to know my personal information, it is because i had not logged any complain or service request for which he was doing for verification.
                                      Kindly requesting you take this matter urgently and update me how to deal same situation in future.
                                      I have raised many complaint about this, everytime, sbi executive closed the message saying provide kyc to activate portal account. They are not actually investigating the incident

                                        Hi sir,

                                        My name is ramesh. I tried to deposit money 56900/- to my uncle's account in a sbi diposit machine, and after accepting money a message has displayed on a diposit machine screen that "please wait" and it was constant and even after 20 minutes the display didn't turn to "transaction successful". After few minutes "temporarily out of service". I don't know what's the problem but i didn't get my money back. After the security gard came and turn off and on the atm. He told me withdraw a 100/- and i did.. 100/- is came.. And he also told me to nothing to worry about every details will be there.. Just file a complaint to the bank manager and they will take care about it.
                                        And im hoping you throw me some light.
