A refund of amount 354 was successfully processed on 11th november, 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refunded amount yet.
I have called the sbi customer care service and also emailed my complaint regarding the matter. No action is being taken.
I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
Kindly go through the charge dispute, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

Place solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I apply to avail the scheme apun ghar. The co-applicant is my father. I have applied for the loan last sept. 2017. The application form has already returned two times. When i submit form i have given my salary slip & electricity bill of august 2017. But again they required latest document. One day they say required some signature of co - applicant, and one week later they again say some signature is left. Thus two months gone from the date of application. Now i don, t know when my loan will be sanction.

      I have an sb account with state bank of india, kalyan east branch.

      On repeatedly getting messages from state bank of india for linking my aadhar with the bank account, i submitted copy of my aadhar along with their kyc form and fulfilled other requirements as stated by them.

      I took a day off from office and completed this work. It took around 2 hours for me in the bank (Including the waiting time in queue) to get the work done.

      After submitting the details, they told me to withdraw a nominal amount from the atm outside the bank. On successful withdrawal, they said your aadhar has been linked.

      When i was standing in the queue, i met a friend who said she had submitted the aadhar details once but she got a message from the bank stating her account has to be linked with aadhar soon. She had come there for the second time for submitting the same details.

      And now, after 2 months of submission i get a message from sbi to link my aadhar with my account and if not done, my account will be freezed.

      To enquire about the details of the message, i dialled the bank's number. Nobody ever picks up the phone there. We have to find time ourselves and go personally to the bank always even if its a small enquiry.

      The employees sitting there are irresponsible and not at all customer-friendly. Now i am forced to take a day off again from office and go to the bank for something which i have already completed.

      The government has to put an option for online linking of aadhar with bank accounts. This offline mode creating problems for customers; especially account holders of the state bank of india.

          Then again the scotiabank officer had tried transferring 2000 cad on 06 october, 2017 from sbi travel card to my debit card but then the transaction was declined. As i'm running out of my funds, i have requested for 1000 cad transfer the same day from travel card to debit card and the transaction was success, the amount reflected in my account. Later i have received the mail saying that the 2000 cad has been deducted from travel card but then the amount has not been reflected in my debit card account. Then after, i have contacted the scotiabank officer for 2000 cad transaction, they have replied that the correction has been made instantly as the transaction was declined so it might reflect in your travel card account in 48 hrs, but even today i'm unable to see the amount reflected in my travel card account.

          Sir/Madam,

          I'm Vadrevu Sai Kiran Mayee from Canada. I'm pursuing my masters degree in Canadian university. I have taken a loan of 20 lakhs for my education and living expenses. I have also teken SBI Foreign Travel Card (VISA). The living expenses are loaded in the travel card for the first month (5500 CAD).

          I have opened an account in Scotia Bank (1649 Merivale Road, Nepean, ON K2G3K2, Canada). At first, I have transferred 2000 CAD from SBI travel card to my debit card(as a deposit) on 08 September, 2017.

          Then again the Scotiabank officer had tried transferring 2000 CAD on 06 October, 2017 from SBI travel card to my debit card but then the transaction was declined. As I'm running out of my funds, I have requested for 1000 CAD transfer the same day from travel card to debit card and the transaction was success, the amount reflected in my account.           I have visited the Scotia Bank couple of times saying that the amount is not returned to my travel card, but then they have clearly showed me that the correction was made from their side. They have provided me with the proof saying that the correction has been made. But still I'm not finding the amount (2000 CAD) in my travel card.

          The transaction was done on 6 Oct, 2017 and the complaint has been lodged on 17 Oct, 2017 but then I haven't received any information then on. Even after mailing them for the status of the complaint. there is no response. I'm living in another country rather than my home country. I don't have any relations to support me here for the expenditure and it was almost to 1 month, I'm adjusting myself with just 500$. I don't even have funds to pay the next month rent or to buy groceries. I'm completely running out of funds.

          I request you to kindly look into this situation and provide me the solution as early as possible.

I personally visited bank 4 times and they said they have done from their side but when i enquiry from npci they text me still not mapped on npci by bank side.               Sir/madam,
              This is with reference to the waive of the interest for the education loan i have took for the engineering term[protected] and under the central government scheme the 4 years interest should be waive off as per the scheme if the parental income source is less them 4.5 lpa. I have request multiple time to the telco branch officials to proceeed but till date no one care to acknowledge and respond to it. I request the telco branch should acknowledge adn fulfilled ny waive off for teh educaiton loan.

              Mail chain attached - hello sir,

              The reason for adding is that th e loan was finally sanctioned from the bistupur branch and its come under the jamshedpur branch. If the mail handler are different for bistupur branch kindly add the same mail and forward the same.
              It is quite shocking that the telco brach officials don't care to respond within the working time if any consumer grievance are reported. The mail communciation is on the official mail handler and within the official working time.

              Multiple reference consumer grievance has been raised on the respective portal and been the accountability to respond is compeltely missing throughout the term. I request the telco branch officials (Anurag, ak singh) to atleast acknowledge and work on the fulfillment of the interest waive off for the loan mentioned.

              I am still waiting for the response from the SBI telco town campus Jamshedpur jharkhand to work on the issue and resolved the issue at the earliest but it seem that they don't care to respond the Consumer grievance, even though marking high Banking Official and all the communication are in official bank Mail handler and official timing So it seem to quit shocking as if they don't respond while higher officials are marked and how they will be preserving whe they will be working on ground.

                Dear sir,

                After getting so many calls i applied for sbi credi card simply click (Charges 499.00yearly) but bank sent sbi prime card and i was charged rs 3000.00approx. I complained about that and query resolved after 2 months meanwhile i charged so many times late fees (500.00 every month). Finally i got simply clock card in month of august but previous charges not removed so again i complaint about that. The bank removed yearly charge of prime card but late fees was not exempted till date. I have mail about 10 times in last three months but till date not resolved the issue. I said i am ready to pay 499 rs for simply click card but first they remove all extra charges. As on date pending amount showing as rs 4267 rs while i have not used the card single time. How can i pay for such reason. It is affecting my credit and liabilities. I request you to intervene in this matter.

                      I ketan dedhia have a sbi card no. [protected]. I bought dslr camera through amazon as on 14.10.2017 for rs. 32990/- amazon was offering o percent emi option on the the same. I have gone for 4 months emi on the same. On 18th of oct i got the message from sbi that you will be charged 14% per annum on rs. 32990/-. Same day i called to sbi helpline that if you are going to charge 14% then please cancel the same. I dont want emi option. Sbi employee agreed for the same. He confirmed me that you will be not be charged. My billing cycle is 5th day of every month. On 05/11/2017 i got the statement. And now sbi is forcefully telling me to avail emi option. They are telling me to go for a loan option. I told them i am ready to pay full amount i dont want emi option. But now sbi is telling that even if i pay full amount i have to pay foreclosure charges. I have written 3 to 4 mails to the concerned department. But nobody listens there. Sir to the best of my knowledge there are no foreclosure charges as per rbi guidelines.

                        The great injustice is that my bank, (Sbi, bhandup w branch,) has deducted rs. 345/- from my pension sb account no.[protected] (Name: arokiam devasigamani) for non maintenance ofmonthly avg-balance of rs.5000/-. The pension account was opened in the year 2004 and since then the bank has been maintaining the account. But all of a sudden the bank started compelling me to maintain a minimum balance of rs.5000/- in my account. How is it possible for a poor senior citizen whose monthly pension is only rs.577/- to keep a minimum balance of rs.5000/-. The bank started deduction penalties of rs.115/- per month from my account. Despite my protest the bank continued to deduct for three months. Following outcry from public, adverse reports in all leading newspapers. The bank stopped the deduction and done away with the minimum balance requirement.

                        But the bank is adamant to return the illegally deducted penalties.

                        I want the bank to return the deducted amount of rs 345/- and pay a compensation of rs.10000/- for the mental agony and illness following the mindless behavior of the bank

I had opened demat account with sbi, 3 months ago but i am not able to do any trade because while doing fund lien, it gives an error "e broking registration is not available. Please contact branch". Till date already 2 months are over and my problem is still same. Could you please help in getting my thing resolved. I am facing huge losses because of the delay

                              I am an Indian Army officer posted in Secunderabad. I visited Old Bowenpally (Secunderabad) branch of State Bank of India to deposit the IT return cheque. A lady named Mrs M Padma refused to accept the cheque citing the reason that the home branch of the depositor is different so the cheque will not be accepted. She asked me to get the account transferred to that branch first. She started stating doubts related to the authenticity of the IT return cheque issued by the IT dept! She also kept on rudely pulling the cheque repeatedly from my hand to show it to her colleagues to gather support for herself, which could have led to tearing of the cheque if I hadnt been careful.

                              When I told her that it is clearly written in the IT return cheque that it is payable at all branches of State Bank of India, the cheque is being deposited to the same account which is mentioned in print on the cheque, that particular account is a single holder account in the name of the same individual to whom the cheque is addressed to, so there should be no issues in depositing the cheque. Central Banking Solution has facilitated such transactions.

                              When she still refused to accept the cheque, I asked her to give the reason for refusal in written. She not only refused to give the same in written but also started moving out of her chair asking me to wait till she returned after having her lunch. When I blocked her way asking her to give the written refusal first, she physically pushed me (an officer in uniform) out of her way and went away to have her lunch.

                              The above facts can be cross checked and clarified by checking the CCTV records of the bank on 16 Nov 2017 between 2:15 to 2:45 pm.

                              If this is the attitude of sbi staff towards its an officer in uniform then what can any normal citizen expect?

                              SBI should issue directives if central banking solutions is just for namesake and the bank still works like it used to before introduction of CBS.

                              I demand strict action against the sbi staff in question making it a deterrent for any other staff from misbehaving with its customers and also from refusing services which are legally authorised.

                                I, Ram Balak Mahto have tried several times the registration of my mobile number to my bank account which resulted as a failure. At the ban branch I was told that my mobile number is registered but still I am not gettinginformed of any withdrawal of cash from my account. Due to this my mobile number is not alerted and the pin is ungenerated.i hope you would ponder upon this issue.

Compalaint of the same have been registered through their toll free number. Nodal Centre of SBI ATM has been denied to paid and stated that txn successful and contact with your branch. Branch stated that this case is Nodal centre ATM . Pl investigate and the paid the said amount.

                                        Dear Company,

                                        My card has being blocked few months back due to some unknowingly transaction from the same. Still i decided to pay back all amount for it. But i did not get any cooperation from your side. I want my TOTAL OUSTANDING amount to be converted to EMI's and unblock my card as well. Pl do resolve the issue by this month as i am getting to may calls from the SBI for payment. But i can only pay the same in EMI form.
