    I am an Indian Army officer posted in Secunderabad. I visited Old Bowenpally (Secunderabad) branch of State Bank of India to deposit the IT return cheque. A lady named Mrs M Padma refused to accept the cheque citing the reason that the home branch of the depositor is different so the cheque will not be accepted. She asked me to get the account transferred to that branch first. She started stating doubts related to the authenticity of the IT return cheque issued by the IT dept! She also kept on rudely pulling the cheque repeatedly from my hand to show it to her colleagues to gather support for herself, which could have led to tearing of the cheque if I hadnt been careful.

    When I told her that it is clearly written in the IT return cheque that it is payable at all branches of State Bank of India, the cheque is being deposited to the same account which is mentioned in print on the cheque, that particular account is a single holder account in the name of the same individual to whom the cheque is addressed to, so there should be no issues in depositing the cheque. Central Banking Solution has facilitated such transactions.

    When she still refused to accept the cheque, I asked her to give the reason for refusal in written. She not only refused to give the same in written but also started moving out of her chair asking me to wait till she returned after having her lunch. When I blocked her way asking her to give the written refusal first, she physically pushed me (an officer in uniform) out of her way and went away to have her lunch.

    The above facts can be cross checked and clarified by checking the CCTV records of the bank on 16 Nov 2017 between 2:15 to 2:45 pm.

    If this is the attitude of sbi staff towards its an officer in uniform then what can any normal citizen expect?

    SBI should issue directives if central banking solutions is just for namesake and the bank still works like it used to before introduction of CBS.

    I demand strict action against the sbi staff in question making it a deterrent for any other staff from misbehaving with its customers and also from refusing services which are legally authorised.

      I, Ram Balak Mahto have tried several times the registration of my mobile number to my bank account which resulted as a failure. At the ban branch I was told that my mobile number is registered but still I am not gettinginformed of any withdrawal of cash from my account. Due to this my mobile number is not alerted and the pin is ungenerated.i hope you would ponder upon this issue.

        Rupees 9000/- withdrawal from SBI ATM but amount not received and debited the same in my account on 01 Nov 2017. Compalaint of the same have been registered through their toll free number. Nodal Centre of SBI ATM has been denied to paid and stated that txn successful and contact with your branch. Branch stated that this case is Nodal centre ATM . Pl investigate and the paid the said amount.

              Dear Company,

              My card has being blocked few months back due to some unknowingly transaction from the same. Still i decided to pay back all amount for it. But i did not get any cooperation from your side. I want my TOTAL OUSTANDING amount to be converted to EMI's and unblock my card as well. Pl do resolve the issue by this month as i am getting to may calls from the SBI for payment. But i can only pay the same in EMI form.

                I deposited rs20000/-cash*rs100note on 11/11/17 at bhagu road branch's atm but it didn't gave any receipt then visited bank on monday 13/11/17, on telling gave an application to the branch manager. Today it's 16/11/17 evening but nothing, lost hard cash to the bank trying to make my india digital.
                Why government bank are least bothered to fulfill customer service/care.

                    1. Unknown savings account no [protected] is displaying in my net banking page for the last one year. Even i got sms from sbi to maintain minimum balance in that account.
                    2. I contacted sbi customer care and sbi pulsate branch so many times and wrote many request emails to

                    But no response till date.

                      My self vasu and i am using sbi credit card from past 7 months. On 30th september 17, fraud transactions has been done with out my knowledge (Hacked) on my credit card. Immediately i blocked my card and complaint to customer care. Submitted to bank transaction dispute form and filed a case in cyber crime police station. Bankers has investigated and said to clear the full amount in credit card. Following is the communication between me and sbi bank. I request you to please suggest and help me.

                          online submission of 15g is never working!!!

                          The online submission of 15g/15h is not working at all. Whenever we attempt to submit, it says unable to process request. How many times we try, it still keeps coming. Please fix the code in this site to enable online submission. Else why that tab is given in sbi site if it is never working!!
                          It is very difficult to run to the over crowded branches every time and wait hours. On sbi website most of the e-services does not work. Adhaar...

                          Sbi magavi branch haveri, have given the acknowledgement of dd cancellation, but still the amount is not credited back even after a month. They have not saved any vouchers or cancelled dd with them. They are making us to wait for a long without any reason. I am concerned, for so many villagers who come here and wait in a long queue for all the small works. They are told to come again with all other documents. If they cannot maintain properly the dd vouchers anybody in the bank can just take it without customer’ notice.

                            I am m. D. Bhalerao, my bank a/c for new atm card form submitted on dt.03 octomber 2017. Massage recieved for despached atm by speead post no. Ea[protected]in on dt.24.10.2017 but not recieved at post office gole colony nashik & sbi bank at treasury nashik. Why?
                            At the bank & post office i requested near about 15 times daily. They suggested give new request form.

                                  Not getting loan deduction statement (showing intrest & principal ammount deducted seperately) for my loan account at SBI BILKISGANJ branch sehore (M.P.). I have sent number of mails to Sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, called so many time to branch manager of the branch on mobile (Land line Phone [protected] is off the hook whole day).

                                    I have sbi account no [protected] with 11 sansad marg branch. Since july 17, three of my cheque have been dishonored though sufficient fund was available. Bank rep told due to technical error. Rs 590/- illegally debited from my a/c for none of my fault. No response to letter by bank. Pl see attach file.

                                      Vry worst service providing from sbi bank nowadays. Vry ashame of it. I done transction from mobile application 1. Its shown processing. 2. I got msg timeout. But amout got debited. I call coustmer care they telling vry cooly 15 days will take to refund. "money is for need when money there for need o[censored]s. Then whats use of that". Past they took45 days to refund. But same issue private small banks refund within 3days.

                                      Vry vry worst service given by sbi. If it continues no coustmer wil prefer this bank.
