Sir,

I was offered a credit card from your bank. The verification process and all other things were cleared. They told me i will receive my card within 2 weeks.

The funniest thing is that, i received the statement without receiving the card.

Now this may effect my good cibil score which i am maintaining neately.

The person said my bank account has been closed so i have to give him details of my account, when i asked from which bank u are calling he randomly said sbi. My mother has a pension account with sbi. Her account is in sbi, baner branch in pune. Every year she gets a certificate of life. This year also she went there to the branch. I have received a call from number +91 [protected]. They were saying i got 5000 rs gift voucher and 2000rs cheque as gift for loyalty customer.

They confirm my details and send one otp on my mobile and they were asking to share that otp.

I said, call me after 5 mins i will confirm it then only share otp. So they called after 5 mins again and i said, tell me your details. I am not going to share that otp with you...

May i bring to your kind notice that i have applied for issue f atm card on 14.10.2017 at least three times and even submitting address proof of aadhaar but every time the same has not been received by me so far in respect of my s/b pension account no. [protected]. I have personally contacted my brach at iit campus, new delhi and replied that it has been dispatched on 25th october, 2017 but it has not been received so far. Kindly investigate...

Sir, on 13.10.2017, I made online payment of Rs.667.50 by transfer to Hindustan Petroleum corpo vide No.IGACEMYUR0
The said amount was not credited in Hindustan Petroleum A/c but the same was debited to my SBI A/c No.[protected].
The dealer of Hindustan Petroleum informed me that neither my refill was booked online nor the payment was credited in their Account
So please credit an amount of Rs.667.50 in my SBI A/c No.[protected]...

Dated 4.11.17 my father's sbi atm card was utilised in a fraudulent way &used for recharge of mobikwik for rs.5555/- &oxigenwallet for rs.4000/-&ccavenue for rs.999/- with the ref given below using mobile no attached as photo to this complaint. I had given a cheque no.455140 dated 16oct.2017 to maharishi dayanand goushala, mandore, jodhpur, raj. It was deposited in uco bank, mandore. Uco back mentioned wrong cheque no.454140 instead 455140 and dishonoured and debited 590 rs. As cheque dishonor charge. Earliar complain no.[protected]. No any action taken in this regard till today.
