I used my atm/debit card for purchase on 31 oct, 2017 at himachal bhawan chandigarh. The transaction of rs. 1600/- failed twice, so i came back with purchasing item. But after 2 hrs. Rs. 1600/- was deducted twice from my a/c and subsequently rs. 1600/- was credited in my a/c once. Another rs. 1600/- is still not reverted back.
My saving bank a/c no. Is [protected]. It is with sector 22-c branch, chandigarh.

    Sir/madam,
    On 27.10.17 i had availed home loan from sbi karkardooma ramsecc branch vide los application no. 9964558. I had given one blank signed cheque in favour of sbi for a sum of rs.118, but on 13.11.17 iicame to know about deduction of rs.118 and rs.1180 on account of mandate charges. I have attached screenshot of my netbanking account showing deduction twice.
    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and if there is any mistake then refund rs.1180 into my account.

      I received a call from some unknown number on 30/10/2017. They said that calling from sbi bank and want to give me 5000/- credit for my credit card bonus point.

      But i have seen after disconnecting the call that in total 15000/- was debited from my card. I have not even shared the otp.

      Immediately i have written to the sbi card that last three transaction was fraud transaction and they should immediately cancel it.
      Sbi told me that it will get automatically canceled. But, after my bill date, i found that this amount was included in my monthly bill. After writing so many times i am getting satisfactorily reply from sbi.

        I often receive sms from "vk-sbilif" in hindi. I'm from tamil nadu and the bank knows this from my kyc docs. Ideally i should receive sms in tamil or at least in english. Do not understand the reason for hindi here.
        I tried to rise complaint in sbi portal, but they do not have any appropriate category to register such complaints. Hope this complaint reaches sbi.

          Sub: change of rate of interest in my term deposits according to sr. Citizen

          Dear sir,

          Pl refer my earlier letter (Mentioned below with all details) given to branch manager three times, having telephonic conversation, including meeting in person (Five times) at v. S. Bhavan branch but still rate of interest on my fd’s were not increased as applicable to sr. Citizen, since 11th jun 2016. Pl note that with personal persuasion, one fd (A/c no [protected]) dt 08th jan 2017 was made with sr citizen applicable rate but again for future fd’s, you re-started giving less interest.
          Some of my meetings with manager sbi, vsbhavan, mumbai were,

          May 2016 : informing manager that i am going to retire on 10th jun 2016 and will become sr citizen so pl consider my future term deposits interest accordingly. He assured.
          July 2016 : again informing manager the same as earlier. He reassured and informed that it will be done automatically considering my date of birth.

          Nov 2016 : informing manager that the fds ade after 11th jun was not having interest rate as applicable for sr. Citizen. Manager re-assured.

          4 jan 2017 : informing manager to correct in the fd of 08.01.2017 @ sr citizen and correct earlier fd, s. Manager again assured me.

          Fd made on 08.01.2017 was made with sr citizen rate, but not corrected earlier ones. Talked to manager through phone and he informed that it will take some time and corrections will be made accordingly. Manager also told me not to worry. But the fd’s made after 08.01.2017 were again made with wrong rate of interest.

          14.04.2017 : wrote one letter to manager stating the problems and sent email. No response.

          Then i mailed letter to one of my friends in v s bhavan to handover personally to manager but the manager refused to accept the same, giving various reasons.

          14.05.2017 : i went to mumbai and personally met to manager and gave another letter there itself with a copy of earlier letter and fd statement. Nothing was done by her.

          July 2017 : complained to sbi, who asked me to contact manager.

          Mean time manager phoned me and asked to mail the fresh letter, which i sent mentioning the details including complaint made.

          Though, my requirements are very clear to consider all fd’s with sr citizen rate and to deposit the difference amount due to wrong consideration of rate of interest in my s/b account after my achieving sr citizen. But the manager started asking several irrelevant question which again i explained my legal and rightful requirements. But she did not do any thing so far.

          I request you to
          1. Pay back my amount which was not paid on my fd’s made after 10th jun 2016 and got matured.
          2. Correct the rate of interest applicable to sr citizen on all my fd’s made after 10th jun 2016 and are not yet matured.

          You are requested to make necessary changes in the rate of interest and accordingly matured amount and also please deposit the amount not paid to me for my earlier fd’s from jun 2016 onwards.

          You have already harassed me enough and i request you not to harass me any more. Pl note that being sr citizen and residing in rajasthan, i cannot come to your branch office often.

          My salary was being deposited into my s/b a/c no. [protected] at sbi, v. S. Bhavan, anushakti nagar, mumbai from my office heavy water board, mumbai.

          As per my standing instructions, the amount used to be shifted into term deposit of one year, keeping balance of rs. 25000 in my s/b a/c.

          After my superannuation on 30th jun 2016, as per my instructions, the amount received from my office was also deposited in the same saving bank account and transferring the amount into term deposit for one year from time to time.

          However, recently i visited the v. S. Bhavan branch from rajasthan and i surprise to notice that while making term deposit, your branch forgot to consider the rate of interest as per senior citizen, ie 0.5% more than the normal rate, from 1st july 2016 onward.

          You are requested to make the corrections in your documents by changing the rate of interest as per senior citizen to all eight nos of term deposits (As mentioned in sn 1 to 8) and also ensure the same for future deposits.

            I have approach to my home branch i. E sbi ongc colony branch, sibsagar assam. I have submitted my application along with the new mobile number for updating my mobile number in my account. As the bank executive replies me that it will be update within a day, but till now its more than 20 days over, my new number is still not yet updated by branch. Today i visit my branch again and they said to give one application again for the same. What the hell is going with this sbi. Now i want to raise a complain agaist my branch

                Sir, this is to intimate that i had tried to withdraw rs.1, 000/- on 10.05.2017 from atm of indi cash (A tata product) located at najafgarh road, new delhi from my sb a/c no. Xxxxxxx10588 through debit card. The transaction was shown as successful but the money was not dispensed and message received from bx-atmsbi at 04:30 pm mentioning “rs.1000 withdrawn from a/c no. Xxxx0588 on 100517 at twy atm tyrn0074. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs.25782.3.” as the money was not dispensed i again tried for rs.1, 500/- from the same atm and this time also message received mentioning “rs.1500 withdrawn from a/c no. Xxxx0588 on 100517 at twy atm tyrn0074. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs.24282.3.” however, after a gap of few minutes, a message received from dz-cbssbi mentioning that “your a/c credited rs.1, 500 on 10.05.2017- reverse atm wdl. Avl bal inr. 25782.30. Thus, the amount of rs.1, 500/- was credited in my sb a/c no. Xxxxxxx10588 and in this regard i approached to concerned branch manager as well bank officials several times and at last made a complaint to customer care no.[protected] & complaint no.[protected] was assigned. It is very clear that the above mentioned amount of rs.1, 000/- and rs.1, 500/- was not dispensed but atm shown successful transaction of both these amounts. I am in receipt of only rs.1, 500/- as reversal of atm withdrawal and remaining amount of rs.1, 000/- is still pending. I contacted branch manager over phone and in person also several time. She opined to wait for some more time as reversal will take place automatically. Ticket no.[protected] assigned for future reference and message received showing complaint under process & status claim raised on 24.05.2017 with atm bank. 02.06.2017 - closed as atm bank confirmed successful transaction. 05.06.2017 - made a complaint to the bank no response. 07.06.2017 - e mailed a complaint to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in - result awaited. 25.07.2017-visited bank & enquired about the issue-computer was not responding. 23.08.2017-again visited the branch and enquired about the issue-computer was slow and opined to come again for contacting branch manager. 25.08.2017-again visited the branch and enquired about the issue. They simply lodged a complaint with cms (No.[protected]) and closed on 02.09.2017 mentioning successful transaction. After the noncooperation of the branch, i transferred my a/c from the branch to sbi dwarka mor but talked them several times-no result. I again approached customer care and complaint no.[protected] was assigned but the same has also been closed stating that the bank officials have suitably been counseled. It is requested that the amount of rs.1, 000/- which was not dispensed by the atm may be reversed in my account and proper checking of the data and analytical report be made available to me.
                2. It is requested that an early action may kindly be taken against the erring officials as 6 months have already passed in pursuing the matter.

                  Sir, i have taken education loan from sbh, at karimnagar kothirampur branch vide loan a/c no.[protected]. I am doing regular payment of interest to the bank through on-line. But on conversion of bank from sbh to sbi unable to pay the amount on line.

                        I had current ac till today and a pos machine . I have very less transation from pos so I disided to cancel the current ac and hand over the pos machine . I wrote to assistant manager and she wrote 7633 on pay slip and made the formality. When I went to receive the cash, cashier told me that I will get 5214 . Then I asked why where is 2419 he told I can't do any thing the money is transferred . No information is given and day light loot of my 2413 done by staff. No proper replay by manager.

                          Last month i get 7 otp numbers on my mobile number n immediatelly after around 1hr 10998 rupees debited from my sbi accounts i immediately call customer care n blocked my atm card n registered complaint via calling sbi customer care from that till today i not get refund of my money n now they are saying the police department need to search about my fraud transaction n police saying that we xant do anything in this matter. So its my request to you solve my problem otherwise i need to go further n do something to get my money back because after 1 month of time your sbi is unable to refund my valueable money. Plz reply me soom waiting for you reply. Thank you

                            An atm at the entrance of palam railway station (New delhi) is not working more then 6 months. Guard is also employed for the atm which has no cash for last 6 months. Simply wasting money for opening atm and not having cash created lot of problem for the customer like me. Even guard told that this has known to the manager. Request initiate necessary action for rectification of the lapse. Also activate the same at the earliest.

                              On 28th June 2021 i pay my HDFC creditcard bill via amazon Pay through my sbi account balance
                              I pay for Rs.2611.
                              In my account statement I noted that Rs.2610 was deducted when I enquired the Amazon customer service they told me that they have not received the amount payment got failed from SBI sides to contact sbi.
                              Its been almost a Three days after multiple efforts but still not resolved ..
                              I kindly request you to consider this and help me getting my money back..

                                  Whenever i create an complaint on sbi online, on next i get a mail saying your complaint is closed after resolution, whereas i don't get any resolution or call from bank side, they simply close it.

                                  Here is one mail which i got from bank

                                  "mr. Mr. Sandeep barange.

                                  Your complaint with ticket no. [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as under.

                                  Excess amount refunded on 25/09/2017

                                  We regret the inconvenience. If your grievance persists, please contact your home branch or call us at our toll free nos. [protected]/[protected] or visit us at www.sbi.co.in quoting the above ticket number.

                                  We thank you for sharing with us your feedback on the services rendered by us and assure you that it will be our endeavour to provide quality service at all times. We look forward to your feedback in future also.

                                  Team sbi"

                                    I am parmanand dwivedi, my debit card no - 6220*3675 (Sbi)
                                    Sir i would like inform you by unauthorized access of my account. Some body are done the transaction by amazon & flipkart between 16-10-17 to 23-10-17, total amount rs 2.61 lac.
                                    Sir i have already given application to our bank (Branch) but i didn't get any reference no to our bank till date.
                                    So take serious action about both the company & please suggest me

                                      internet banking user id deactivated without any notice or any reason

                                      I am debapriya kanjilal having sbi online internet banking account ending with 3730. My branch is at kolkata with ifsc code as sbin00016916. Till last month i was able to access my account using my net banking facility. But from 1st november 2017, i am unable to login to my net banking using my id and password. It's giving the error that my user id has been deactivated. No sms. No email alert. Nothing. Simply deactivated without informing...

                                      During sept.2017, i had requested for closure letter as well as statement of a/c in r/o a/c no.[protected] (Closed on 13.4.2010) from sbi, nakodar (Terminal 81), jalandhar dist. Punjab. They have sent the same on 09.10.2017 after many reminders through e mail and telephonic calls, but in the closure letter a/c no. Mentioned as[protected] digits) and in statement of a/c, it is mentioned as [protected] (10 digits). For this reason, mutual fund authorities have rejected my claim.in this connection, we have sent mail on 08.11.2017 (Plus 3 reminders) besides 2 telephonic calls to send the fresh closure letter and statement with correct /c no.
                                      Since the above is required urgently as i need to redeem the units of mutual funds, kindly impress upon the branch to do the needful early.
