My sbi account no:
On[protected], i was trying to withdraw amount from kollam canara bank atm. Even i didnt get succeeded single time and atm says "transaction is declined". But next day in my statement 6000 rupees got deducted with atm withdrawal terminal id. 73041. (From two acconts at munnar _2000 two times and pettah 2000 one time) even i didnt received sms or mail for this transcations. Please do the needful asap.

    I used bhim sbi pay app on 28.10.2017 for send money to my son account. I transfered ₹1013/-, unfortunately i selected wrong key that, #aadhaar. Npci instead of #ifsc. But beneficiary doesn't #aadhaar. Npci option. Immediately i complaint against this transaction. They replied and sent resolution date that 04.11.2017. Still i didn't refunded my cash

      Respected Sir/Madam, As per the Govt of india Ministry of finance Department of Financial Services letter No F10/21/1G/2011-IR dated 23/28 June 2011 (Ser No 09 in nomimal roll) addressed to the Maha Prabandak (karmic) State Bank Pradhan Karyalay Mumbai and As per the Mahaprabandak reply letter to the Ministry of Finance for their letter mentioned above, the SBI CLERK Appointment order and the compensation for delay the Order since July 2011 have not been recieved after my repeated requests to the Mahaprabandak karmic, The Chairman State Bank of India Pradhan karyalay Mumbai. Therefore, your honour, order to The Chairman State Bank of India Pradhan karyalay Mumbai for send the SBI Clerk appointment orders and the Compensation for delay the Order since July 2011 most urgently because my wife is suffering from heart block problem and my family is in critical financial problems. Thanking you Sir/Madam.

As i inserted the amount the machine displayed time out and the amount which i have inserted in the machine taken by the deposit machine please and does not created to the following account please kindly give me a solution for this situation nd return my money back

          I would like to register a complaint regarding atm withdrawal. On 31.10.17 i went to withdraw cash through to 3 atm centers in hyderabad. I have not received any cash on these centers with on endorsement,. "unable to process. While i have taken a mini statement in an atm, shocking, it shows 7 transaction out of which 4 transaction got decline, 10000+4000+10000+4000, below are the details of failed transactions. It has not been drawn by me. Kindly look into this matter and to the needful at the earliest.

            I am 59 year old indian citizen. I had invested rs. 1300000/- in fd with state bank eof india walkeshwar br. For 46 days @ 6.50%. On receipt of it, rate of interest was shown as 6.50% and at another place rate was shown as 6.49%. Out of curiocity, i calculated interest and to my surprise, the maturity value of fd was shown at lower amount than what it should have been @6.5% simple interest. Its not even as per rate of 6.49%

            On asking the branch manager, i was informed that they will check with service desk and revert. After continuous followup by me, i was shown service desks reply to the branch that on maturity, the interest will be calculated correctly. I asked for the reply from the branch in writing and on 30/10/17, i was given reply that i will get correct amount on maturity.

            On telling branch manager that this reply was not satisfactory.
            If the system is not calculating interest correctly on day of investment, how it will calculate it correctly on maturity. Branch manager mr. Amit got annoyed and said rudely that you are not cooperating with us and by complaining you are increasing our work load. You are making big issue for small thing. We have not paid you lesser amount and on maturity you will get correct amount.

            My contention is how many people check the maturity amount as we trust that bank will not cheat us. For just one fd it may be small difference but if you consider total amount of money invested in whole sbi by common man, how much interest common man must be loosing collectively

            . I request you to instruct concerned bank to take corrective action as there seems to be fault in the system software. And punish the officials responsible for this.

              I has balance of more than 9000 in account but my emi amount is 3333 but they made a transaction of that amount is failed. And they were not providing debit arm card and pin
              I'm really disappointed of the service which sbi was providing the bad service. Even they are not responding for our needs and if we has an amount in our bank if we provide cheque for others they are not transacting and u people were making it has bounce. And charging us
              . And i will post this issue in social media until i get resolved from this

                This complaint is against sbi's new policy in which bank has started charging customers for not maintaining minimum balance in the saving account.
                I have maintained sufficient balance in my account, infact surplus amount lies in mod still sbi charged for not maintaining min balance.
                Refer attached screenshot of the same.
                This is absolutely brutal & wrong. Request modification in the policy & refund of the wrongly charged amount.

                  On[protected], i was trying to withdraw amount from my office atms (Citi, icici and deutsche bank, but i am not sure which one having below terminal id.). Even i didnt get succeeded single time and atm says "your bank server down". But next day in my statement 10000 rupees got deducted with atm withdrawal terminal id. 73041. Even i didnt received sms or mail for this transcations. Please do the needful asap.

                  I have tried reaching sbi customer care, only lucky very few times, but they keep asking to wait 2 more then 2 more working days to raise complaint.

                  ME too fed up with customer care service. Because of this amount i many plans got delayed but SBI customer care is careless and no body interested to raise complaint simply ignoring the problem. Now I have very less hope to get the money back.

                  I spent full saturday & sunday for this but not able to raise even single complaint against this. first up all connecting to customer care it self big deal then their irresponsible answer ( like let me talk with my manager to raise complaint) gives me indication says that "i will not get money back ". let me go once my branch and check.
                  Same my case with transaction number 73040
                  Fed up with service from SBI

                  I tried withdrawing 5k from my SBI account on 30th October 2017. The money wasn't dispensed from the ATM but it got debited from my account.

                  After that I am constantly contacting customer care to raise a complain but they are simply fooling me around saying please wait for 2 - 3 working days.

                  Already 4 days has passed and no sign of getting my money back. Disgusting experience from SBI.

                  For the last time customer care has asked me to wait till Tuesday, if not I will close my account as well as all my family members will close their respective account in SBI.

                  Have some shame and return the money back.

                    Worst bank manager i have ever seen. I had gone their for opening my wife account but dat guy even didnt check my doccuments and directly said to go to some other branch which is most nearest to you. First i thought might be there would be some procedure but dat # manager blindly told. There is no sunch procedure..

                      Dear sir,
                      I tried to pay inr750 using my debit card on[protected], but the
                      Transaction failed. Later i checked my account and it showed me that the amount was deducted from my account.

                      Again on that very same day, i tried to withdraw inr5000 from atm using the same debit card but couldn't able to. I tried twice and at the second time, atm says that insufficient fund and charged me 23.60 fine. Later i checked my account and it shows that inr5000 is deducted from my account.

                      Please kindly check this matter and refund the money as soon as possible otherwise i won't be able to survive this month.

                              That i am having my account with the s. B. H (Now sbi), sircilla branch vide account no.[protected]. On[protected] in the evening hours i and my husband went to andhra bank atm mechine which is situated opposite police station, peddapalli and i tried to draw amount from the said atm. Unfortunately due to some technical problem i have not received the amounts from the above said atm on that i went to the house. That on the day i. E.[protected] again i and my husband went to the same atm and tried to draw the amount from it. I received an amount of rs.13, 000/- from the above said atm and received from the slip from the atm machine wherein it is revealed that an amount of rs.16, 000/- drawn by me yesterday i. E.[protected].in fact i never received any amount from the above said atm.

                              That I am having my account with the SBH(now SBI), Sircilla branch vide Account No.[protected]. on[protected] in the evening hours I and my husband went to A.T.M machine(ANDHRA BANK) which is situated opposite Police station at Peddapalli(Now Telangana state) and I tried to draw amount from the said ATM. Unfortunately due to some technical problem I have not received the amounts from the above said ATM on that I went to the house.
                              That on the day i.e.[protected] again I and my husband went to the same ATM office and tried to draw the amounts from it. I received an amount of Rs.13, 000/- from the said ATM and a received slip the ATM Machine wherein it is revealed that an amount of Rs.16, 000/- drawn by me yesterday i.e.[protected]. In fact I never received any amount from the above said ATM.
                              Therefore, I request your good office to rectify the above said mistake and do needful to me.

                                  Any one has withdrawn money from my atm since the atm was with me only. On20_10_17 rupees 16000 at 2:46 pm from sbi atm s1b[protected] pbb noida sec26 and on same day only rupees 1000 at 3:07 from another atm sbi atm s1bb[protected] sbi pbb noidagautam buddha total 17000 rupeeshas been withdrawn.
                                  Please pay attention to this. I have complaint on troll free no also but they have not paid any attention to this

                                    Respected sir,

                                    I tried for cash withdrawal from ici bank atm (73041, basanti bagh, baddi solan) and axis bank 73041, (Basanti bagh, baddi solan) on 31/10/2017. I tried 5 transactions and details are follows.
                                    1. At ici atm on date 31-oct-2017 — i tried for rs 10000 two times and rs 5000 one time withdrawal but cash not dispensed the cash, total rs. 25000 amount is debited from my account. I have not received any sms from sbi.
                                    2. At axis bank atm date 31-oct-2017 — after that i tried two times rs.10000 again transaction not processed. Cash not dispensed and amount rs 20000 shown debited in my account.
                                    Total rs.45000 debited in my account and only rs 30000 are refunded back to my account and still rs. 15000 are not refunded.

                                    Please check the issue and solve this as soon as possible

                                      Its observed on 23rd oct rs 2.6 lakh debited from my father sbi account my father is senior citizen, till now he only use atm card to withdraw the money, never used net banking,
                                      Above incident occurred at sbi branch _panchdevri, gopalganj, bihar, all purchase transaction done without otp, maximum transaction done on 22nd night/23 rd morning hrs but bank manager not show any interest to block the amount after receiving of complaint, and not paying attention to the complaint and responsible for all mental harassment, two other person also is victim of same incident money aprrox 1.5 lakhs,
