I Received fraud massage from this number [VM-SBINFO] on 23th oct 2017. This person massage and told he is from sbi head-office and told your ATM/Debit Card is blocked for due to KYC verification.. we are changing old debit cards to new cards for security reasons.then I told all the details including card num and cvv and otp. Then I got this message from bank as Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card for a purchase worth Rs4972.00 & Rs2900.00 on POS [protected] at MOBIKWIK...finally I lost my 7872 rupees ...

    Against the wishes and direction of our Hon'ble Prime Minister and our worthy Central Govt./RBI who are encouraging on-line transactions in place of cash transactions and are going to make it a State Policy, the State Bank of India has failed miserably to resolve my complaint on the subject mentioned above whereby a transaction was made on 22/04/2017 by the financial partners of "ReleaseMyAd.com to refund my money (which was doubly charged by them against one Ad.booking) in my bank account No.[protected] with SBI, Tilak Nagar(Br.)New Delhi-18 in spite of me having taken up the matter with the previous and the present Chairman of SBi through my letters and e-mails sent in Aug.-Oct., 17 repeatedly requesting to solve my issue though SBI have given me 4 ticket numbers specifying a period each of 21 working days against my complaint in the months of July to Octoner but all failed to bring any result and the relevant periods expired in vain. It is over 6 months now that I am deprived of my refund /money.In view of such happening how can a common man repose confidence in digitization when the Premier Bank like SBI are wrangling to resolve the on-line transaction which I made using my debit card issued by the same Bank.I am 80 years'old and financially wreck but I shall be constrained to wander in consumer court to recover my lost money for no fault of mine but which is the result of so praised digitisation/on-line transaction being advertised day in and day out.

      This is to state that I tried withdrawing cash from Axis Bank ATM(branch kelambakkam) on 31st October 2017. The amount is deducted but the transaction was failed. The Details of the transactions are below.
      1st Transacation : Rs.10000
      2nd Transaction : Rs.5000
      The SBI Customer care is not registering any complaints. Please do the needfull.

        Received fraud call from this number [protected] on november 4th 2017. This person call and told she is from sbi new delhi and told we are changing old debit cards to new cards for security reasons. Then i told all the details including card num and cvv and otp. Then i got this message from bank as thank you for using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs4599.0 on pos at payzapp wallet load. Finally i lost my 4599 rupees.
        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have transferred 90500 rs in rajasthan marudhra bank sponsored by state bank of india threw UPI.
        But i didn't receive the amount.
        Bank said that the money have gone to another same a/c in himachal pradesh.
        And my a/vmc in jaipur dist. Rajasthan.

        I tried to make an online transaction of 3000/- on 31/10/17, but the amount was debited from my account and transaction was failed. The amount is not refunded yet in my account. Transaction Id is[protected].

        I have many time visit at branch every time branch response has to Very poor and not query resolve I have already online complain but branch not call me I want to answer from bank and active my net banking.
        Sir I applied my new ATM card on 3/1017, so for they didn't give my card.my account number is [protected], my ATM card number[protected], my branch is in perur, coimbatore, I believe they doing this purposefully sir.it has to be delivered in 7 working days sir.I suffered lot in festival time sir.
        Please sir cpp membership cancel kar dijye.cpp membership nhi lena hai.
        Dear Team when I fill the form of NIOS that time two transaction 4500 +4500 money has been dedicated but payment not completed by NIOS PLZ CHECK it as soon as possible

          I had paid my college fees via university website with my debit card, the balance has been transacted but the fees could not be successful. Its was showing " error due to technical issue" . I have make a call on care number but he give me TAT of 24hrs. for bill refund.
          What should I do?

            Sir,

            I (S ratna kumari) found an amount of rs.59.50 was debited three times incorrectly, to my s/b account no. [protected].
            Total amount rs.178.50 was debited. I have not done any such transactions on 21st august 2017. I have already sent a mail to the branch (From [protected]@gmail.com) with the screenshot of the bank statement. However there is no action taken.

            Therefore i request to arrange cancel the transactions and credit (Amount rs178.50) to my account at the earliest. Kindly inform the same by mail.

              One in vadodara (Gujarat) and other in gandhidham (Gujarat).
              I have linked my pan to vadodara lalbaug sbi branch but gandhidham oslo sbi branch is refusing to link my pan.
              They are saying that my pan is already linked with other branch so they can't link..
              What should i do...?

              I didn't gave any details.
              But please take any action against such activities .

                I have a sbi credit card which i got in the month october.
                At the time of application applied they said that annual fees will charged to you after completing 1 year but they charged me the annual fees with in a month.
                And after contact them by mail about the above said matter they replied

                Reversal denied : we regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse annual fee charges on your sbi card account.

                And the another point is that they have charged igst of rs.89 but i have not purchased anything from this card except only one cancelled transaction:-
                I have booked 2 ticket but due to network issue ticket gonna cancelled and sbi card was already confirmed me about the cancellation.
                So, please advice me how can you charge igst @89/-.

                So, you are requested kindly arrange a reversal of annual fees and check the igst charges to your record.

                Amount of Rs 10000/- debited to my account on 03.08.17 to in known account .complaint submitted to home branch but, they are not knowing and they are telling this transaction is out of information. pl. resolve the problem.

Loan ka belence amount paid karna hai lekin branch se 4 bar contect karne par bhi loan section ke employee account close nahi kar rahe hain. Sambandhit bank karmi ke dwara tal matol ki ja rahi hai. Sbi baihar ki working se sabhi account holder bahoot pareshan hai aur account close karne ka man bana chuke hain.

                  May 2015 ko maine sbi baihar se five lakh rupees personal loan liya tha. Total 48 stalment me recovery honi thi.28 stalment ki recovery ho chuki hai. Mujhe housing loan lena hai. Personal loan ka belence amount paid karna chahta hoon. Personal loan acct. Close karne hetu branch se 4 bar sampark kar chuka hoon lekin mera acct. Close nahi kiya ja raha hai.

                          On[protected], i was trying to withdraw amount from kollam canara bank atm. Even i didnt get succeeded single time and atm says "transaction is declined". But next day in my statement 6000 rupees got deducted with atm withdrawal terminal id. 73041. (From two acconts at munnar _2000 two times and pettah 2000 one time) even i didnt received sms or mail for this transcations. Please do the needful asap.

                            I used bhim sbi pay app on 28.10.2017 for send money to my son account. I transfered ₹1013/-, unfortunately i selected wrong key that, #aadhaar. Npci instead of #ifsc. But beneficiary doesn't #aadhaar. Npci option. Immediately i complaint against this transaction. They replied and sent resolution date that 04.11.2017. Still i didn't refunded my cash

                              Respected Sir/Madam, As per the Govt of india Ministry of finance Department of Financial Services letter No F10/21/1G/2011-IR dated 23/28 June 2011 (Ser No 09 in nomimal roll) addressed to the Maha Prabandak (karmic) State Bank Pradhan Karyalay Mumbai and As per the Mahaprabandak reply letter to the Ministry of Finance for their letter mentioned above, the SBI CLERK Appointment order and the compensation for delay the Order since July 2011 have not been recieved after my repeated requests to the Mahaprabandak karmic, The Chairman State Bank of India Pradhan karyalay Mumbai. Therefore, your honour, order to The Chairman State Bank of India Pradhan karyalay Mumbai for send the SBI Clerk appointment orders and the Compensation for delay the Order since July 2011 most urgently because my wife is suffering from heart block problem and my family is in critical financial problems. I have not received any cash on these centers with on endorsement,. "unable to process.                                     I am 59 year old indian citizen. I had invested rs. 1300000/- in fd with state bank eof india walkeshwar br. For 46 days @ 6.50%. On receipt of it, rate of interest was shown as 6.50% and at another place rate was shown as 6.49%. Out of curiocity, i calculated interest and to my surprise, the maturity value of fd was shown at lower amount than what it should have been @6.5% simple interest. Its not even as per rate of 6.49%

                                    On asking the branch manager, i was informed that they will check with service desk and revert. After continuous followup by me, i was shown service desks reply to the branch that on maturity, the interest will be calculated correctly. I asked for the reply from the branch in writing and on 30/10/17, i was given reply that i will get correct amount on maturity.

                                    On telling branch manager that this reply was not satisfactory.
                                    If the system is not calculating interest correctly on day of investment, how it will calculate it correctly on maturity. Branch manager mr. Amit got annoyed and said rudely that you are not cooperating with us and by complaining you are increasing our work load. You are making big issue for small thing. We have not paid you lesser amount and on maturity you will get correct amount.

                                    My contention is how many people check the maturity amount as we trust that bank will not cheat us. For just one fd it may be small difference but if you consider total amount of money invested in whole sbi by common man, how much interest common man must be loosing collectively

                                    . I request you to instruct concerned bank to take corrective action as there seems to be fault in the system software. And punish the officials responsible for this.

                                      I has balance of more than 9000 in account but my emi amount is 3333 but they made a transaction of that amount is failed. And they were not providing debit arm card and pin
                                      I'm really disappointed of the service which sbi was providing the bad service. Even they are not responding for our needs and if we has an amount in our bank if we provide cheque for others they are not transacting and u people were making it has bounce. And charging us
                                      . And i will post this issue in social media until i get resolved from this

                                        This complaint is against sbi's new policy in which bank has started charging customers for not maintaining minimum balance in the saving account.
                                        I have maintained sufficient balance in my account, infact surplus amount lies in mod still sbi charged for not maintaining min balance.
                                        Refer attached screenshot of the same.
                                        This is absolutely brutal & wrong. Request modification in the policy & refund of the wrongly charged amount.
