    Respected sir/madam,
    I dr bidhan mahajon, research officer (Ayurveda), ccras branch, having the sbi account in sbi ccras branch, janakpuri, new delhi. I have open my account in the month of last may. After that so many times i have given application in my branch in order to receive my passbook, atm card and net banking activation. But till now i failed to received these items. As you know without passbook and atm its very difficult to use the account. So kindly do the needful for me.

        Rs 500 debited from my account on datd 31st oct while using my debit card on pos machine. Rs 500 was debited from my account but it showed failed transaction at pos machine. But later i recieved message regarding debit of amount 500 from my account. The details of the email which i recieved on my registered email id from bank is as below.

        Thank you for using your sbi debit card 5xxxxxx51 for a purchase worth rs500.0 on pos txn# 995067.

        You are receiving this email because you are a state bank of india customer. Please do not reply to this mail. This is an auto generated mail and replies to this email id are not attended to. Add donotreply. [protected]@sbi.co.in to your white list / safe sender list. Else, your mailbox filter or isp (Internet service provider) may stop you from receiving e-mails.

          Sir, i went to sbi atm machine on 4/11/17 at around 1 pm.. For withdrawal in saidapet. First i'm insert a atm card, enter rs-10000/- amount for withdrawl, atm machine showed transaction is processing, suddenly transaction failed automatically, but atm machine not provided rs-10000/- money that time.. But i had received a message about debited of rs-10000/-.. I contacted asaripallam brach officer, who told me wait for 24 hours i'll be credited automatically.. But i waited for 48 hours but not credited at all.. Do, please kindly needful to me...

            Dear sir/madam,
            I have my dsp salary account bearing number [protected] in sbi, chowkham (Lohit district, arunachal pradesh) and now i want to transfer the branch account from chowkham to sbi udhampur (J&k). The account has been transferred to sbi, court road, main bazar, udhampur but the cif no has not been changed. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. So i cannot travel these many times here and there. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Plz acknowledge this matter. I request you to transfer my cif number so that i can get my stuck money back in my account and complete my work...

              I've recently upgraded my online sbi freedom to sbi anywhere. But, i don't have online transaction rights. I tried many times to transfer money and recharge my prepaid mobile. I can login but i can't transfer money and recharge prepaid mobile and dth. How can i solve my problem by online without visiting home branch??
              Therefore please i request you to suggest me to solve my problem by online without visiting sbi home branch and i can do online transaction and recharge prepaid mobile and dth.

                Myself is surajit misra, have a ppf account in sbi karad treasury branch. I have requested to the branch manager of 04648 two times to transfer my account from this branch to the sbi of gauhati university (02060), in guwahati, assam 781014. I have send applications via mail to the branch manager of this office on 31/10/2017 and 02/11/2017, but still there is no response from this branch office to transfer this account. Presently, i am working in a new job in the gauhati university and this is very urgent for me to transfer this account as soon as possible. Therefore, i am requesting to the appropriate authority to transfer this account to my present location branch, and i will be very grateful for this case.

                  My name is narsing bahadur singh having an a/c at sbi naini branch.. On 29 september i attempted to withdraw 20000 but for some reason i didnt recieve the money.. I again tried to withdraw money n this time money came out.. That day i withdrew 40000 but mini statement was saying tht 60000 has been deducted from my account..
                  I didnt even recieve a reciept. I hve already visited the branch and submitted the application. But no decision has been taken yet.. I hvnt reacieved my money yet..

                    I have been trying to register for state bank rewardz since feb 2017. Always i get a missing profile. Contacted sbi rewardz customer care several times. Many times i got same reply from them as to i have to update my kyc from branch. I contacted branch and updated kyc as well. Even after that when tried to register for rewardz, again got missing profile error. Again contacted customer care for issue, many times got the reply as “ we wil get back to you in 48 hours”, but never got a reply from them. I even mailed the issue to rewardz team and sbi. Didn’t get reply at all.

                      Fed up with service from sbi

                      I tried withdrawing 5k from my sbi account on 31st october 2017. The money wasn't dispensed from the atm but it got debited from my account.

                      After that i am constantly contacting customer care to raise a complain but they are simply fooling me around saying please wait for 2 - 3 working days.

                      Already 4 days has passed and no sign of getting my money back. Disgusting experience from sbi.

                      For the last time customer care has asked me to wait till tuesday, if not i will close my account as well as all my family members will close their respective account in sbi.

                      Have some shame and return the money back.

                        I have lodged a complaint with the ticket no. Pg[protected] on 19th of august 2017 in sbi customer care. I was told that this query will be solved within 45 days and it has been more than 70 days and yet there has been no resolution. Kindly look into the matter and provide me a redressal and let me know how long will it take to resolve. Every time i call and ask for the status update the customer care people tell me that its in referred status.

                          I have not received the refund amount from 14300/- from flipkart till now. Please check the following transaction carefully. I have not received the refund amount 14300/- in my account. The refund process was completely processed to my sbi debit card in 23rd september and already over 43 days still the refund amount has not credited to my account yet. This refund is still pending. Check details very carefully and investigate details. I am continuously emailing to sbi contact and customer support centre but sbi could not able to credit my refund amount till now. Already so many banking business days passed. Flipkart has confirmed multiple time with the transaction details reference numbers and arn number that the refund amount 14300/- is stuck with the bank. Then why not still credited to my account yet? Sbi couldn't provide me the refund amount back to my account till now. Even they couldn't provide me help regarding refund chargeback against dispute transaction.

                            I Received fraud massage from this number [VM-SBINFO] on 23th oct 2017. This person massage and told he is from sbi head-office and told your ATM/Debit Card is blocked for due to KYC verification.. we are changing old debit cards to new cards for security reasons.then I told all the details including card num and cvv and otp. Then I got this message from bank as Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card for a purchase worth Rs4972.00 & Rs2900.00 on POS [protected] at MOBIKWIK...finally I lost my 7872 rupees ...

                              Against the wishes and direction of our Hon'ble Prime Minister and our worthy Central Govt./RBI who are encouraging on-line transactions in place of cash transactions and are going to make it a State Policy, the State Bank of India has failed miserably to resolve my complaint on the subject mentioned above whereby a transaction was made on 22/04/2017 by the financial partners of "ReleaseMyAd.com to refund my money (which was doubly charged by them against one Ad.booking) in my bank account No.[protected] with SBI, Tilak Nagar(Br.)New Delhi-18 in spite of me having taken up the matter with the previous and the present Chairman of SBi through my letters and e-mails sent in Aug.-Oct., 17 repeatedly requesting to solve my issue though SBI have given me 4 ticket numbers specifying a period each of 21 working days against my complaint in the months of July to Octoner but all failed to bring any result and the relevant periods expired in vain. It is over 6 months now that I am deprived of my refund /money.In view of such happening how can a common man repose confidence in digitization when the Premier Bank like SBI are wrangling to resolve the on-line transaction which I made using my debit card issued by the same Bank.I am 80 years'old and financially wreck but I shall be constrained to wander in consumer court to recover my lost money for no fault of mine but which is the result of so praised digitisation/on-line transaction being advertised day in and day out.

                                  Received fraud call from this number [protected] on november 4th 2017. This person call and told she is from sbi new delhi and told we are changing old debit cards to new cards for security reasons. Then i told all the details including card num and cvv and otp. Then i got this message from bank as thank you for using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs4599.0 on pos at payzapp wallet load. Finally i lost my 4599 rupees.

                                  But i didn't receive the amount.

                                  I tried to make an online transaction of 3000/- on 31/10/17, but the amount was debited from my account and transaction was failed. The amount is not refunded yet in my account. Transaction Id is[protected].
                                  I have many time visit at branch every time branch response has to Very poor and not query resolve I have already online complain but branch not call me I want to answer from bank and active my net banking.

                                      I (S ratna kumari) found an amount of rs.59.50 was debited three times incorrectly, to my s/b account no. [protected].
                                      Total amount rs.178.50 was debited. I have not done any such transactions on 21st august 2017. I have already sent a mail to the branch (From [protected]@gmail.com) with the screenshot of the bank statement. However there is no action taken.

                                      Therefore i request to arrange cancel the transactions and credit (Amount rs178.50) to my account at the earliest. Kindly inform the same by mail.
