    Hello. I am a resident of ranchi and have healthy savings and ppf account in main branch, kutchery road, ranchi.

    I approached an auto-loan officer, in the month of october, in the same branch regarding issuance of loan for a yamaha motorcycle worth approx rs.95, 000/-. I presented my healthy it returns for the last 3 years and the ppf account slips (Only 1 year old account encompassing the amount of loan applied for) confident of availing it.

    The officer straight away dismissed my claim and remarked that anyone can have it returns made and thus indirectly pointing me to be a liar. This is all because i had left my job and have been currently preparing for civil services. I pointed out to him that my ppf account has balance exceeding the loan amount so he can take it's papers as security but even then he was bent on not giving me loan. Such personal judgments of incompetent officers is not at all appreciated.

    I request the bank authority to take strict action against such officers whose malfeasance is costing the bank off its customers. I have been a customer for the last 10 years and such is the treatment allotted to me. This is unacceptable and i demand strict action against the officer and facilitation of loan amount for the said motorcycle.

      I would like to register a complaint regarding atm withdrawal. On 31.10.17 i went to alwarthirunagar there i tried to withdraw cash through to atm centres. I have not received any cash on both the centres with on endorsement,. "unable to process. While i was in chennai on 2.11.17, i have taken a mini statement in an atm, shocking, it shows 31.10.17 drawn amount 1500+1500+1000=4000. It has not been drawn by me. Kindly look into this matter and to the needful at the earliest.

        I have a sbi account under my name Madhuraj S Sinha. Yesterday (02/11/2017) ₹8900 is deducted from my account to some investment intermedi which I haven't done. Please refund it ASAP. I went to the home branch isanpur ahmedabad but they are not helping me.

        I have checked in internet that such fraud have done with many people by investment intermedi and all the complaint person have same bank i.e sbi.

[protected] on[protected]. But still not credited to benificiary account or not refunded to my account after faliur trans.. Kindly refunded my amount 3500 to my debited account [protected].

            Reference is made to:
            1) pmopg/e/2017/0449639 dated august 16, 2017 and
            2) reply from the cm, peroorkada branch dated september 27, 2017 that we will be advised shortly. As of today (November 3, 2017), a reply has not been received.

            Since we have not received a reply from cm, peroorkada branch (On cm's email dated september 27, 2017) within 10 days, we have followed the grievance procedure on october 29, 2017. Since today, a reply not been received. The last option available is taking up the matter with it ombudsman.

            Kindly note that we have taken recourse with pmo, based on the following, as sbi failed to provide a reply to our concern dating back to april, 2017, and none other options were available with us:
            A) sbi discontinued crediting the rent to our nre account from april, 2017, without any intimation on statutory regulations
            B) bank credited the rent to our nre account for the past 17 years (From june, 2003 till march, 2017)
            C) as per cm's request, we have submitted a certificate from our chartered accountant reflecting that tax against rental income is paid up-to-date
            D) our chartered accountant and myself followed up the matter with cm since april, 2017, but a reply has not been given till august 15, 2017
            (Waited +4 months for a response from cm)
            E) we taken up the matter to pmo on august 16, 2017, due to lack of response from cm due to his lackadaisical approach (Refer "d" above)
            F) cm, peroorkada branch replied on september 27, 2017 that a reply will be given at the earliest (Refer below). But a reply as of today, not received.
            G) as per the sbi grievance procedure, we have filed our complaint with them on october 29, 2017, but a reply has not been received as of today.
            G) next level is bank ombudsman, which we are going to file in the coming days.

            Remarks: relevant rbi circular no. Is: 67/2015-16 dated may 5, 2016 (Ref. Viii under 5 (A)

            Note: lack of response from cm genuinely denies our rights to get the rental income credited to our nre account.
            If it is not permissible for any reason, sbi should have advised our chartered accountant or myself. As this has not happened, we consider
            This as "malpractice" and "violation" of banking rules"and it constitutes"intentional withholding". Cm should be made accountable for denial of information and we should be compensated for denying the information, failure in replying (Delay of 7 months), our time and effort in email and very expensive overseas phone calls, cm's dereliction of duty and non-compliance of rbi circular. All we are requesting is them why they are not denying credit the rent to our nre account, why they discontinued it from april, 2017, which has not been addressed, in a nutshell. Aren't we genuinely deserves a compensation, if so, we should be rewarded for the inconvenience that might have been professionally addressed.

            We kindly request you to to redress this concern which is long outstanding since april, 2017. We reiterate that all we request is a reply

              Respected sir,
              I tried for cash withdrawal from hdfc bank atm (73041, gogal, margao, goa) on 31/10/2017. I tried two transactions and details are follows.
              1. Date 31-oct-2017 — i tried for rs 3000 withdrawal but cash not dispensed the cash, amount is debited from my account. I have not received any sms from sbi.
              2. Date 31-oct-2017 — after that i tried rs.3000 again transaction not processed. Cash not dispensed and amount shown debited in my account.
              Total rs.6000 debited in my account.

              Please check the issue and solve this as soon as possible

                मेने मेरे खाते में atm मशीन के द्वारा दिनांक 13/10/2017 को 09:33am समय पर 49000rs. डलवाए, जिसमे मशीन ने 49000rs. तो ले लिये किन्तु मेरे खाते में जमा नही किये और ट्रांसेक्शन असफल बता दिया, एवं मेरा amount वापस नही आया।

                      Hello sir,
                      My name is shakti brata paul i have a saving account in sbi bank at ratlai branch.
                      I have done a transaction on paytm on 30.10.17 in this transaction i have transfer the amount ₹1362 into my saving sbi account but still i didn't receive the transferred amount in my bank account.
                      When i talk about this with paytm customer care they said that amount has been successfully transfer but i didn't receive the transferred amount.
                      They also give me arn number which is used by bank to track the transaction. I have included the message below which is received from paytm

                      *{sbifss just gave us a reference number arn: 15134837306000000632409 for successful refund of rs
                      1362 from paytm to your bank account.
                      Please contact your bank for any further query quoting this number.}* i also include the picture of complete transfer by paytm
                      Please help me sir to getting my transfer amount.

                          Amount of 10000/- got debited in account but cash didn't got dispensed.
                          On trying the same charges also got levied stating insufficient funds.

                          In the same ATM tried to withdrawal amount of 700 on 1st September, cash not received and not yet reversed till date.

                            My cheques of SBH no 18663, 18664, 18665, 18666.
                            SBI cheques no.523276, 523279 were dishonoured putting reason for return:05kindly contact Drawer /Drawee Bank and present again.
                            I visited my branch manager to solve the problem but not helping to solve this problem.
                            I have given three cheques to HDFC for housing loan
                            What I can do now to stop the dishonoure of cheque and get my dedicated amount by SBI ₹590 for each cheque.

They charged me rs.1000.00 and credited rs.500.00 in my account. On complaining, they claim that 500.00 rupee are their administrative charges. The charges as per your site and nhai are lesser that what they have wrongly charged.                                   i made payment on specified time but my account was showing pending payment of 3100/- today i made this payment also request you pls refund the charges amount.
                                  Pls confirm reason for chages imposement for credit card being the paynment is made in time.
                                  I purchased a fastag from panipat toll plaza which they sold me for rs 500 but the text which i received is of rs 400 and after this when i want to return that fastag nobody is thee to listen no complaints can be lodged. the place where i purchased it they say that we are not the authorized person to refund the fastag or get it returns talk to the company when i called the so called CUSTOMER CARE on[protected] they say talk to the dealer we cannot do anything. i want to know like what the ### is going on if you are not prepared for fastag why the hell did you launch it wait for some time make the things clear and then launch it. and can anybody explain hot to return it and get refund for a false transaction and how to get the fastag canceled and get refund for that as well.

                                  Exactly when they are not prepared for it, they must not launch it. I m suffering for my KYC since 2 months, no action taken.
                                  I travelled in my car TN45 BL 9486 today, 27.09.2018 in Villupuram-Tiruchy road. I crossed SENGURICHI Toll Plaza by 06.16.27AM, Thirumandurai Toll Plaza by 06.54.35AM and Samayapuram Toll Plaza by 07.40.58 and reached home at Tiruchy. Toll charges were recovered properly.
                                  Again they recovered second time Rs.50 at Thirumandurai Toll Plaza Time 08.39.36 AM (Vide Transaction ID:[protected][protected])

                                  Kindly refund the excess recovery to my fastag account early.
                                  I travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai on 20th Dec and INR 50 was already debited on 20th Dec. Currently I am in Chennai and hence I am not sure why there is a debit adjustment of INR 35 for the toll which was already debited on 20th Dec. 27, 18

                                  I called the Customer care and they are helpless and stating there is no such transaction on 27th Dec which is ridiculous. I pulled the report from SBI fast tag and also received a SMS today morning around 10.43 AM.

                                  Kindly look into this and advise the reason for debit charge of INR 35.

                                  I had recharged my fastag with 2500 rupees one year ago from my sbi bank Debit card my money deducted but balance didn't get updated in my wallet I complaint to customer care more than 100 times each time they says that "we are unable to view your data please call us again later" each and every time in whole year after a month of transaction I complaintd to my bank and then sbi bank send me message that we have successfully paid to the merchant and for more information contact the merchant after that send the same mail to sbi fastag mail ID more than 236 times but not a single reply came till now there is no refund and again today my 5000 rupees stuck with the same problem money deducted it showed successful but balance didn't get updated and you will get your transaction as pending in Statement

                                  I am the owner of 20. Vehicles
                                  And SBI provides the worst service.
                                  I have the fastag of many other banks all are working well no issues in them and they also works fast at the plazas as drivers reply me

                                  That's all

                                    I manoj gurunath biradar had ordered product from amazon which is returned and refund issued on 13/10/2017 with transaction no.[protected] through neft but yet not received in my account no. [protected] branch udgir, tq. Udgir, dist. Latur, state. Maharashtra. Your customer care executives are not responding on customer care service n even not giving information regarding the same.

Mb no. Change to ho gya. Us number per otp nhe atahe jiske lie me home bank shikohabad me gya or apni samasya batai to bank balo ne bataya ki iske samasya ka samadhan hamare pas nhi he.

                                      I have withdrawn Rs. 2500 from my account via green channel of your Tupkadih/Bokaro Steel City branch.I have forced to receive 20% of my withdrawn money as coin, value of each is Rs. 5 only.

                                        मे संजय जैन s.b.i कि शाखा वेगमगंज कोट 2831 मे पदस्त एेकाउटेड मीना. जी के दुर व्यवहार . खराव वोल चाल उपभोक्ता पर चिल्लाना जैसे उसे वैक का पियून समझते हो पुछी गई वात का जवाव घन्डो वाद देना वोो भी चिडचिडा के मानो उपभोक्ता वैक मे नही किसी जैल वंद हो आज मुझे वैक के गाड प्रगी लाल मो. [protected] ने भी मुझे वताया कि दो दिन पहले हीमीना मुझ पर वरस पडे और मेरे साथ मारपीठ भी कि मेरे हाथ कि उगली मे चोट आई है मेरा उगली मे फेक्चर है उगली मे सुजन है पर डीयूटी पर होने के कारण मे थाने कम्पलिड करने नही जा पाया शाम के डीयूटी के वाद जव मे थाने जाने का मन वनाया तो मुझे मैनीजर चैम्वर मे वुला कर माफी इत्यादी माॉगी और मैनेजर ने और (एेकाउटेड ) मीना जी दोनो ने कम्पलिड न करने का दवाव वनाया, इसी प्रकार आज मेने पुरा मन वनाया कम्पलिड करने का मीना जी के दुर व्यवहार से अधिकाश उपभोक्ता परेशान है इन्हे वेगमगंज व्राच से तुरन्त हटा देना चाहिये - निवेदन करता संजय जैन s.b.i उपभोक्ता वेगमगंज व्राच व्राच IFC कोट SBINooo2831 जिल रायसेन म.प्र मे.[protected]

                                        SBI वेगमगंज का वतावरण वहुत खराव हो गया है यहा उपभोक्ता को टिकिया चोट्टा समझा जाता है आपनापन का वतावरण पूर्ण नष्ट हो गया है गुड फीट वैक का नाम वदनाम होता है यदि समय रहते सुधार न हुआ तो वैक अधिकाश व्यापारिओ ने खाते वंद करना लिये है वाकी व्यापारिओ के भी खाते वंद होने कि कगार पर है

                                        अभी तक कोई कदम नही उठाया गया शिकायत जय कि तस है मुझे लगता है वाते ही वडी वडी कि जाती है वडा काम करना सव के वस कि वात नही मे यहा आकर भी निराशा मिली
