Sir, i am not getting otp in my registered mobile number bearings ac/no - [protected] branch of -00025/bargarh since a week. I have visited my branch 5-6 times and also registered a complained. I have received two debit card and i want to generate pin for that, it's actually possible through (Net banking, sms, ivr, atm) i have applied all of the procedure but for every process i need otp, which is not getting in my mobile. I have added a beneficiary on internet banking and want to approve it through otp, here also same problem.
I want to ask the bank that bank charges his customer for sms alert, for debit card, for cheque, for balance shortfall then why the bank not solving this problem since a long time? Is our money and time don't have a value?
Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.
