Such a irresponsible staff at sbi vanasalipuram branch hyderabad mainly field officer who is supposed to provide proper information about loans i went to the bank for education loan for my son below 5lacks and in 1sec he said that we dont provide education loan for indian students we provide only for foreign education that to in a very rude way he is not supposed to talk to a women customer like that and sbi in every branch has its own rules and regulations
I did not listen anywhere that one branch provides only this particular loan and only for some particular members i seriously need education loan for my son that is 4 lacks and i am a family pensioner withdrawing 30, 000 per month from sbi vanastalipuram branch hyderabad
I need my right from bank as soon as possible if not i am ready to reach higher authorities and my final request is please teach your staff how to speak to there customers and respect them
This incident had happened on 08/11/2017,

    Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

    Dear sir

    A refund of 5998 rupees was successfully processed on 31.10.2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. My refund referance number -616538

      I want to inform you that i had received sms alerts informing me of cash withdrawals and transferred as per details as mentioned below even though i had not attempted to withdraw cash from an automated teller machines using my debit card. The cash was withdrawn from various places such as ahmedabad, ashirwad complex, bhalswa, azadpur delhi, kalawadraj in various amount of 100000, 20000, 30000 and 40000. I have attached the transaction message received on my mobile. I furnish here below the details for your information so as to enable you to re-credit the amount to my account:

      Name of the account holder: sumitra meena

      Account number:6102xxxx323

      Name of the bank and branch where the account is maintained: sbi sector 11 dwarka new delhi

      Date of transaction: from 26/10/2017 till 01/11/2017

      Transaction amount rs :6, 40, 000

      I had not at all used my debit card for withdrawing cash from the automated teller machines. The card is with my possession

      In view of the circumstances as mentioned above, i request you to kindly arrange to re-credit the amount to my account which was withdrawn without my knowledge and fault, since i trusted sbi to secure my money and this incident shows otherwise.

        We are having a current account in state bank of india.

        Our account is opened with a minimum balance of rs. 10000 but the branch has changed the variants of our account by altering the minimum balance to rs. 2lakh without any prior approval or intimation to us, due to this we have been charged rs.2300 on 30-06-17 & rs. 2360 on 30-09-17 as minimum balance charges.

        We hereby request you to assess the charges leived & reverse the same.

          I Nishita online cheated by phone no. ([protected]) to day .
          As ask to contiue my atm card which one is blocked. And want to know some information to continue it.
          He asked for card no .cvv no. And otp. After that I come to know after getting massage as below

          I have tried to get help from my branch office ghodasar, they fails to help me.Niether advise me for any further action.

              On 3rd nov 2017, i have done payment to insurance company thro pos machine. Amount got debited from my account of rs 21609 but merchant dint receive the same. Merchant received a sms for reversal of amount.

              Today is 8th nov but still the amount has not been reversed back to my account. I have called customer cate 5 to 6 times but no response

              I dont have the transaction number for reference.

              Kindly help to resolve the issue and refund the amount

                In my account i had a balance of -10000 rupees... May i know what is the reason and why... Today i deposited 1000 rupees that amount also taken from negative balance... Already i asked with my home branch. But their didn't response me in proper manner. I had this problem since last two months. Due to this problem i didn't do any transactions via my account. Kindly give a solution for me. I have lot of commitments based on this account only..

                Sir I I have gone to HDFC ATM to withdraw 5000 rupees on 31 Oct 17.By ATM, cash was not dispenced, but this amount was deducted from my account.AC NO:[protected], debit card ending with 0066 no.I am existing SBI customer at HAL township ojhar Nasik.can you do something?PL do the needful.

                  I needed to change my mobile number for internet banking and core banking. I have changed it via branch code. I am trying to get in touch with the bank people to the branch where my account has been opened to clarify my doubts. It got picked up and then engaged. They don't entertain the doubts of their customer. For every little queries, a person needs to visit bank.in addition, on visiting the bank, their behaviour is so rude, you won't feel like coming back. I am suffering from visiting bank a number of times and still my issue has not been resolved. Kindly help to resolve my concern. Thanks.

                  I had done a UPI transaction of 4000 Rupees from my account via tezz app in[protected]. The amount is debited from my account but the transaction status shown failed.                     Being a working professional it feels bad to me to complaint about the employee, but he was not professional. Use of bad words and missbihaviour by "mr. Sai ganesh" - branch hingoli 431513.. Thrown paper on my face and shouted i went for opening bank account.. What sbi bank don't need customer's or employe can shout sitting in chair of post. This employee don't have mannerism to talk and any ettiqute.. Please take in consideration my complaint. And waiting for your response. Date missconduct -8/11/17

                      We are existing customers of sbi since 35 years and already have 4 loans running through sbi itself. We recently applied for a new loan for a new business and its been more then 5 months they did not respond back in a good manner. Every time we go the file is been transferred to a new person and then they take time again. We are highly disturbed and disappointed with this. We have already invested lot of money on the promise of the bank but still till today there is no response. Yesterday after 5 months they said no to us. If they wanted to say no then why they made us wait for 5 months. We have a good reputation in banks and been a good account holder but then too they do not provide any help. How can we work in such atmosphere. Since we do not have any collateral to give thus they are making us hang around.
                      We have always given something in collateral for the past loans but this time we dont have any collateral, that doesnt means we have no rights to get loan or work. Government promises so much to help young entrepreneurs but how a young entrepreneur can afford to get a collateral.
                      We really feel depressed looking at such situations. I have all the proofs to give if required.
                      Expecting a good help from the system.

                        Dear sir,

                        Please arrange to block the transaction and arrange for the reversal of mentioned subject transaction. This is some unknown fraudster transaction where the unknown has cheated by asking the card credentials. The mentioned card has now been blocked. This is a clear case of fraud.

                        Kindly look into this urgently.

                          Sir, i am not getting otp in my registered mobile number bearings ac/no - [protected] branch of -00025/bargarh since a week. I have visited my branch 5-6 times and also registered a complained. I have received two debit card and i want to generate pin for that, it's actually possible through (Net banking, sms, ivr, atm) i have applied all of the procedure but for every process i need otp, which is not getting in my mobile. I have added a beneficiary on internet banking and want to approve it through otp, here also same problem.

                          I want to ask the bank that bank charges his customer for sms alert, for debit card, for cheque, for balance shortfall then why the bank not solving this problem since a long time? Is our money and time don't have a value?

                          Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

                            Hi,
                            I submitted request for transfer the account (Acc no : [protected]) to other sbi branch long back. Currently account located in mumbai worli branch (Code : 015359) which is long for me and i requested to transfer to home town branch. I am not able to access the account online as well and atm card also not working. Couriered all docs to the address and submitted all scan docs in mail as well. But no response till now and i am not getting when my account will be transferred to requested branch.

                            Didn't receive any mail from sbi. Sent all the relevant documents on aug 12 th 2017 and till now no response. Sent documents to cm1it. [protected]@sbi.co.in

                            Please check and provide me updates on this.

                              Sir,

                              I was offered a credit card from your bank. The verification process and all other things were cleared. They told me i will receive my card within 2 weeks.

                              The funniest thing is that, i received the statement without receiving the card.

                              Now this may effect my good cibil score which i am maintaining neately.

                              Please take up this issue and cancell the credit card which i am not going to use it again

                              Please cancell the 2 months statement also.

                                I did 4 transactions on 1st nov of which 2 failed n money was deducted for all of them. I tried calling u guys... U guys have the worst customer center representatives... Also ur bank manager isnt responding properly... Its been 8 days since my last transaction nyet i haven't got the refund.
                                In order to get my transaction update in your system i complained about it to manager but he ain't listening...! I called ur helpline no like 10-15 times but worthless... I need my money back... If it wasn't so urgent i wouldn't have troubled you guys... So plz do something n update my freaking transactions in your #brilliant system and give me my money back!!

                                  I received a call from number +[protected] regarding my bank account. The person said my bank account has been closed so i have to give him details of my account, when i asked from which bank u are calling he randomly said sbi. Then i asked that for which my account number you are saying this he replied with bad word. And disconnect the call.
                                  I request to take strict action as how can he say a bad word to a lady. He was fraud and when i tried to reveal his fraudness against he use bad language. He may call so many other persons and may talk so many times to others in bad language.. Please take very very strict action.

                                    My mother has a pension account with sbi. Her account is in sbi, baner branch in pune. Every year she gets a certificate of life. This year also she went there to the branch. They did not accept her request on a plain paper and wanted her to fill a form the form they did not have. They returned her back without serving. Branch is really far from our home, it takes 90 minutes one way to reach the branch and they were aware of it. Still they did not server a senior citizen (75 years) and sent her back. One of worst experiences in this branch.

                                        The behavior of manager of personal banking was rude. Sbi main branch. Manager's name: k narayan rao. Incident date: 07/11/17. I am complaining behalf of my father. On 7/11/17 i went to bank with may father to deposit a cheque. Due to some confusion about the pan card number, he went to ask very politely to the personal banking manager. He answered the first question but when we asked another question related to the same issue his behavior was rude. He clarified it with a very rude behavior. We didn't asked any stupid or useless question and still his behavior was rude. Please take any sort of action against him.
