Subject: regarding payment of sbi life insurance policy swaran ganga no.[protected] and [protected]
Dear sir.
With above reference i was submitted policy maturity claim document (Provided by sbi life) along with my kyc, pan card, bank detail with cancelled ch. On dt.11.08.2017 through sbi life representative. After passing one month i was asked your documents misplaced. Than i was asked to resubmit claim document. On 13.10.2017 i resend documents by post and by e mail to jaipur office. On telephonic talk with sbi life ins.co jaipur office i was asked your payment will be credited to my a/c within 4_5days. Sir instead of credit my claim amt. They send me another form. After passing long time i am still waiting my claim amount. Kindly help me.

    To whomever it may concern,

    Dear sir/madam,

    This is to inform you that on 18th-october-2017 rs. 6964.35 has been wrongly debited from my sbi debit card.
    As per my knowledge i did not do any transaction of the said amount anywhere. I went to my home branch bank and they showed me that the payment is for amazon uk prime transaction. I have not done the transaction and i have even checked my amazon account where no transaction of such has been made. Plus the atm card was with me the whole time and it is baffling that such a thing could happen.
    Kindly look into this matter urgently and find out the reason for the transaction. As i have been a loyal user and believer in sbi, i sincerely hope that the amount will be credited back to my account.

      Dear sir my name is mukesh kumar singh. I go visit in your sbi pindara varanasi branch with my wife. But here is one person who is behave is very bad with me and my wife. But i don't know his name. So i go to close my wife account. We are your customer and we didn't aspect like this behavior in your bank. I feel really very bad. So i request to you please take some action against him. And now branch manager is go vacation so no one is hear to help me if feel again this type of behavior i close my account from sbi bank

        Myself agilesh from trivandrum, kerala. Intimidating you regarding the fraudulent transaction without my knowledge happened on 14th october 2017.in my sbi fbb credit card.
        I got an messaging asking an otp, but damn sure that i didn't share otp..

        Even i got a message that the amount deducted via mobile wallet..

        I already intimated bank regarding this and they are saying that i need to make the payment..

        Sir, i am sure that the same is happeing in sbi cards regularly, and the same is haening because of there security reasons...

          I had used my debit card for online paymemt to maharashtra state council of examination on 27th oct 2017 of rs. 205 two times but the both transactions failed and amount was debited from my account.

            I was deposited rs 12500 on sbi a/c [protected] vikram kumar gupta on 25.10.17 at 03:17pm. He said i from ebay.in company's executive and you the winner of rs 1250000 cheque plz pay on sbi account [protected] vikram kr. Gupta and collect your cheque so iwas deposited. Now he is not response my call n sms. I think they are fraud member of ebay.in two person are involved in plan vkram kumar gupta ([protected]) and avinish kumar ([protected]).

              We had already made a complaint on 4th oct 2017 but till date nothing has been done and even no body has contacted us please expedite the matter interest credited to the above account of resident welfare association is being debited more than what sbi has credited in our account several complaints done to the branch office but no action has been taken

                Sir, most respectfully, i am requesting you the deduction amounting to rs.3341.98 had already deducted from my s. B. A/c no. [protected], which is excess, more than 4-5 months i also enquired yor nearest branch that why mentioned dues amount morethan three thousand in my account, they told if you registered your a? C it will not mentioned, wrongly it was seen, and also told head office they also told same, inspite the above said amount was deducted. Why? If you will not help me, i will go to complain consumer cell after 15 days, the details send me statement urgent basis.

                  I got a fake call at 11:21 am today from [protected]. The caller asked me to tell my sbi atm number for my atm renewal. However i have recognized it as a fake call and said him that i would submit that in the bank itself. And then he disconnected the call. Earlier also i got some calls i request the complaint board to take immediate action on these fake callers...

                    My a/c. No.[protected] with sbi, civil lines, allahabad
                    Hv issued a cheque no.766404 dt.24.8.2017 for rs.1893 to adarsh srivastav. I found later on that an amount of rs.21893 was debited to my account. My complain has not been entertained to provide a copy of the cheque by the branch. How can one rely on a bank like sbi if they cannot give proper service. It is a matter of regret that sbi do not have copy of cheque presented by bob if this is the situation, any bank can take away the amount lying in your bank a/c. How can we believe these people now. First of all i need a copy of the cheque issued in order to ascertain how the forgery has been committed enabling me to take legal action.

                      Waited from 10.30 to 11.00 at ppf counter no 12, treasury branch nasik. But no-one at the counter. The counter no 11 & 13 ladies also not ready to look at the customers. Showing each other earings, dresses & busy discussing personal ladies gossips. I mean is this for what they are paid. Every year i face this problem while paying for ppf & give parking amt just for these ladies gossip. Disgusting & cheap service.

When i update my passbook on 24 oct my account debit three time 50, 100, 9949 rs. But i only debit 50 rs. I want to return my money which debit without permission. Both auto debit time i didn't receive any otp or balance debit msg.

                          I have been a victim to atm fraud on 13th september 2017 where someone changed my atm card intentionally and started withdrawing money (Almost 9 lakhs). When i got call from crime branch to approach the bank and block the card, i directly went to the sbi maroda utai branch and requested in written abot the card block. But they blocked the account instead of atm card. I came to know about this when the thief again withdrawn entire amount which was my salary.
                          Then i enquired at the bank and they said the account got automatically unblocked when you withdraw money through bank window. Thus i have been cheated same way 2 times and the 2nd time due to bank's carelessness as they didnot block the card after 1st incident.

                            I went to sbi in lucknow branch name-anil kumar gautam at 24, gautam buddha marg lucknow.. I wanted to opening a new saving bank a/c... They gave me a form along with insurance form. When i asked the lady present that is it compulsory said yes while opening new account. At that time i wasn't aware of the right guideline so i didn't said said anything further. When my account was finally opened i went to activate my atm to withdraw money and then i came to know that 1300 rs. Have been deducted from my account. I was disgusted. Again i went to bank and manager told me it is mandatory! Later on i did research online and everywhere it said no its not mandatory... Sbi is most corrupted with bunch of illiterate and in co-operative employees. They don't know to respect the customer. I'm never ever going there again. Please take into consideration my complaint so they don't fool innocent public ever.

                                I have been chasing with sbi & finding it very difficult to get a small piece of information from sbi end. I have totally lost faith in your loan department diligence's. The information provided to me was partial & the rest was assured to be provide going forward. Attached herewith for your reference.

                                Its been almost 10 days plus & am still with no complete info. My emi date was 21st and there would also be a change in the last info provided.

                                  My lpg consumer no.16748. I have linked adhaar no.[protected]with state bank of india, vijinapura branch bangalore. With bank account number [protected] on 19/4/2017 and also with bharat gas agency., prateek enterprises, banaswadi, bangalore, distributer code100451.
                                  However your npci coloumn in bharat gas web in my account shows inactive.
                                  Hence i request you to do the needful to set it right.
                                  I am a retired sr. Citizen, haven't received subsidy for last four cylinders. My registered mobile [protected].

                                      I am having sbi card from 3 months. I have read a facility provided there 'balance transfer'. After reading that i had done a transaction of 12, 800 balance transfer to my hdfc card. This transaction was done starting of this month dt. 04/10/2017 and at that point of time it shown within 5 days balance transfer will be done. Till now it not done and i have already paid the first emi. I have sited them 3 times by mailing in their customer care mailbox. No action taken from their end.
                                      I have never heard about any type of loan that you deposit emi without having loan. Kindly give me a solution i deeply request.

                                        Order that was placed in Amazon app from my mobile was cancelled by me. Order no.[protected] for amount Rs. 449.00. Amazon refunded the amount (reference no. 131951) to my SBI account no. [protected], branch - Baihata Chariali (Kamrup Rural). I have't received the amount in my account.
