Dear sir/ ma'am,
I am writing to complaint about the credit card fraud that i have faced.
I had received a call from [protected] on 01:55pm (Dated 27.10.2017), where she said she was calling from sbi credit card and i have not used the reward points on my credit card and i can get the reimbursement or cash back which can be deducted from my current credit card payment.
She asked me about my credit card credentials, i was reluctant to give the card details but she convinced me that the details and the otp was required to proceed with the update and reimbursement of the amount.
My credit card balance was rs. 18104.53 /-, which was all spent on those transactions. The no. Is now not reachable and that was a fraud call, and all those were fraud transactions made to idea cell bill desk.

I have lodged a complaint with sbi credit card customer care.
I request you to look into my complaint and take necessary actions, as the transactions are fraud.
I am looking forward to a positive support from idea cell bill desk and sbi credit card.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
