Sbi atm used but within 4 days 10000 one day and 12000 rupees after 3 days is used in shopping by some unknown
I see so many cimplain i feel its not the way to solve the problem but i want to say please use secure system for the safe of money
Otherwise close your system if the system of bank is involved in dispute of money it is not good
Please check it out. Seriously

    Kindly refer to my lpg id :[protected]
    And the transaction no. [protected]

    I booked a hp gas cylinder on 29 october from th myhpgas.in portal through my internet banking of bank of india, the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
    The amount of rs. 678/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

    More over i did mot receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
    Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

      I self narendra kumar. Our saving a/c in sbi at tuniapar bongaigaon. I used our debit card for withdrawing 2000 on date 27/09/2017. Instead of 2000 onlly 500 comes out but 2000 money deduct from our a/c. A complain is given to our home branch but uptillnow our deducted money not credited to our account. So

          Hi,

          Bought mi redmi 4 from amazon and paid though sbi credit card (Order #[protected] price 8, 499.00. Somehow its shows transaction amount of 8499 twice in the statement. And its showing in the statement twice the amount.

          I complaint through their portal email. And paid almost 10, 000 amount.
          Still it's showing approx 11, 377 payment due in the statement.

          I complaint 3-4 times. But they told me the amount which is debited will credited and outstanding will be zero. But still there are 11, 377 payment due

              This is for your kind information that i 'ajay kumar singh' presently posted at kolkata. Working in govt. Sector, and recently transferred from bhopal. I have received messages on my phone between 11:30 pm 18th oct 2017 to 12:30 am 19th oct 2017, that amount of rs. 80000/- was deducted as a atm cash withdrawal in goa (Calangute atm, bardez) from my account as per my net banking transaction details are given below: -

              Atm cash 7555 — 20000/-
              Atm cash 7558 — 10000/-
              Atm cash 7560 — 10000/-
              Atm cash 7584 — 20000/-
              Atm cash 7586 — 20000/-

              The above transactions are completely fraud as my atm/debit card is with me and i have not visited goa in last 20 years.

              It's a humble request to you kindly register my complaint and please arrange to get back my debited money withdrawal in a fraudulent way as detailed above mentioned in my transaction detail. Since this is a fraud transaction, hence the above amount may kindly be credited to my saving account.
              I solicit your active co-operation and necessary action in this regard.

              I am an employee of PSU and recently transferred from Bhopal to Kolkata and presently residing at address mentioned above, and have my saving a/c in SBI, details mentioned below: -

              ATM Cash Withdrawal – 7586- 20, 000/- (19th October’17, 12:25 A.M.)
              The above transactions are completely fraud and not under any of the account holder concern as my ATM/Debit Card is with me and I have not visited Goa in last 20 years.
              As per received transaction messages, the withdrawal took place at “SBI ATM S1NG[protected], SBI CALANGUTE ATM, Bardez, Goa. Pin Code-403507”. Noticing that, I immediately bought that to the attention of the SBI bank and to the customer care of the bank. A service request had been registered to report the incident and the bank subsequently block my debit card.
              I also want to draw your attention, that me and my wife was at my residence in Kolkata, and was in possession of my debit card at the time of mentioned incident. I also do confirm that I have not shared my ATM password or any other secured details related to my bank accounts with anyone. Neither I faced any incident of receiving any fake telephonic calls, to share my details my details for any purpose.
              I request you to please urgently investigate into the matter and take necessary required action so that the debited amount of Rs. 80, 000 can be refunded to my account and the people engaged with the fraudulent activity can be identified for the necessary legal actions.

                Sbi card a looting me, i bought a handset from amazon last month and i dialed the emi however due to some reason order was cancelled and amazon refunded the full amount on very next day however sbi card made me pay the emi, i have paid the emi happily thinking that they will adjust the amount in next month but now in the next month they have added the full amount of handset and want me pay the same. I'm not getting proper response from customer support or email support. Can anyone help me in knowing escalation matrix of sbi card.

                On 16 October 2017, 2213 amount had been deducted from my sbi bank account.I gave a cheque of wrong signature but cheque was cleared. Bank manager sent me to ccpc and ccpc answered that amount deducted directly from bombay thought ecs. I am unable to understand how wrong signature cheque could be cleared.

                  Yesterday i received a call from the number +91-[protected] person said i am from sbi mumbai office, kindly shared me the details of your atm card otherwise it will be expired tomorrow
                  We will upgrade this from our end. I refused to given the details to him (He started misbehave on call and threatening him if he can't shared the same he will disconnect all the services of bank account.
                  Due to avoid any in convince i was given information within few minutes 35000 rs withdrawn on online payments from my sbi account,
                  We have informed to bank there is no transaction from our end but they says we're not be able to do anything on this.
                  We called on number +91-[protected] but no one is picking call. Please do the needful thanks in advance.

                    Sir sbi mutual fund ka balance fund liya tha 12 july 2017 ko jiska payement transfer 12 july ko hi sbi maganum blance fund ho gaya tha but sbi mutual fund company itni fraud he ki pase 12 july ko lene ke baad bhi unit 25 july ko diyein he ise baat aap pata laga lo kitna badi faud he iskka koi solution karo or mare sath insaaf karo agar sbi mutual fund me sab log fraud nahi he

                      Honourable sir,
                      I am an account holder with sbi. But i am not a policy holder of sbi gen ins co. The bank has deducted rs. 200/-on 23/10/2017 from my account [protected] towards insurance policy without my consent.
                      When i complained to the branch twice through my online account (Vid complaint numbers: [protected]; [protected]) it is giving me robotic answers without resolving my issue.
                      I am a retired person now. I am living far away. I cannot run up and down to the bank. So far the bank has failed to return the money. I do not know how many are suffering silently. Please do justice to me.

I ua pin code 184148. I have my salary account with sbi bank dyala chak solhave been victim to atm fraud where some one make a copy of mt atm card and start with draw money from dated[protected] to[protected]Its almost 269000}. I usually use different atm machine to w ith draw money and at last i use my atm card at idbi ward no3 mandi rd on[protected] and at sanjimore sbi atm machine on[protected] and after that some on with draw money from[protected] to[protected] by using copy of my atmcard at different location of bangalore and the locations are ukmaningar, galianjaneta, anjana nagarwsglaggare konappanna agre bengaluru weg ramachanderpura we also raises complain is sbi bank dyala chak any our complain ni is [protected]. Please look into this matter and follow up from sbi nank

                            I had taken taken dd for 2, 16, 900rs dated 23/08/17 in favour muda commissioner mysore in sbi, ullal branch, bangalore. Even after submitting the dd for around 8 times by vijaya bank, kuvempu nagar, mysore branch it was rejected for 88 other reasons. Due to which my mysore muda site application had been cancelled. And the branch manger from where the dd is taken is telling we don't know about it and not taking responsibility. Who is responsible for the loss for my dd charges of both getting and cancellation. My travel expenditure and my mental arrasment and interest of my dd amount and my muda site application cancellation. I need justice and loss occurred by sbi. Else i will fight legally for the the harassment and huge loss by sbi bank. Contact me on mob [protected]

                              I have joined the policy of sbi life-saral maha anand, product type-ulip, policy no-[protected], basic sum assured rs 150000, sbi life cust id:44267184. I have deposited second years instalment as the sum of rs 15000 for the year 2017-18. But still i am awaiting for policy documents as bond form. I have made conversation with concernedsbi branch patel marg, jaipur several times but i didn't get satisfactory result. Kindly give some attention on my policy so that i can get my policy documents please.

                                I have the honour to state that i applied for mod withdrawal of rupees more than
                                3, 09000.00 and accordingly rupees 35k was debited on 09/10/2017 as sbi mod withdrawal processing fee was debited from my sb a/c. Accordingly mod withdrawal agreement form was filled up on 12th oct 17 it was declared that my mod balance will be credited on 27th oct 17. Unfortunately after passing long days you failed to credit my mod balance so again i request you please give importance over the matter and take steps to credit my mod balance as soon as possible.

                                Respected sir/mam,
                                I couldn't understand my mod withdrawal amount of rupees more than 3 lacs 9 thousand has not yet been credited in my sb account as per your schedule date was 27th oct.
                                So i complained on 28th oct.
                                But no reply has yet been come from your end without taking fruitful action.
                                In view of the facts mentioned above i pray to your kind owner please take prompt action to credit my mod withdrawal balance and inform me accordingly.

                                    I have settled my study loan under one time settlement, but they did not consider my relief on loan. My loan period has crossed 7 years and it was write off bcause i was unable to pay reguarlly. I told them to relief all my interest charge applied, but they did not listened. Loan was settled at 2.4 lakhs rupess with full interest. It should be settle atleast below 2 lakhs, bceause i loan a/c was write off and my study laon a/c crossed to 7 years.
                                    They cheated me by not giving ineterst relief on my writeoff study loan a/c and took my all amount with full interest under ots (One time settlement) scheme.

                                      Dear sir/ ma'am,

                                      I am writing to complaint about the credit card fraud that i have faced.

                                      I had received a call from [protected] on 01:55pm (Dated 27.10.2017), where she said she was calling from sbi credit card and i have not used the reward points on my credit card and i can get the reimbursement or cash back which can be deducted from my current credit card payment.

                                      She asked me about my credit card credentials, i was reluctant to give the card details but she convinced me that the details and the otp was required to proceed with the update and reimbursement of the amount.


                                      My credit card balance was rs. 18104.53 /-, which was all spent on those transactions. The no. Is now not reachable and that was a fraud call, and all those were fraud transactions made to idea cell bill desk.
