I got a fake call at 11:21 am today from [protected]. The caller asked me to tell my sbi atm number for my atm renewal. However i have recognized it as a fake call and said him that i would submit that in the bank itself. And then he disconnected the call. Earlier also i got some calls i request the complaint board to take immediate action on these fake callers...

    My a/c. No.[protected] with sbi, civil lines, allahabad
    Hv issued a cheque no.766404 dt.24.8.2017 for rs.1893 to adarsh srivastav. I found later on that an amount of rs.21893 was debited to my account. My complain has not been entertained to provide a copy of the cheque by the branch. How can one rely on a bank like sbi if they cannot give proper service. It is a matter of regret that sbi do not have copy of cheque presented by bob if this is the situation, any bank can take away the amount lying in your bank a/c. How can we believe these people now. First of all i need a copy of the cheque issued in order to ascertain how the forgery has been committed enabling me to take legal action.

      Waited from 10.30 to 11.00 at ppf counter no 12, treasury branch nasik. But no-one at the counter. The counter no 11 & 13 ladies also not ready to look at the customers. Showing each other earings, dresses & busy discussing personal ladies gossips. I mean is this for what they are paid. Every year i face this problem while paying for ppf & give parking amt just for these ladies gossip. Disgusting & cheap service.

        My name is ravi shankar singh. I have an sbi a/c no [protected] in branch code 05383. On 16 oct i recharge 50 rs by debit card. When i update my passbook on 24 oct my account debit three time 50, 100, 9949 rs. But i only debit 50 rs. I want to return my money which debit without permission. Both auto debit time i didn't receive any otp or balance debit msg.

          I have been a victim to atm fraud on 13th september 2017 where someone changed my atm card intentionally and started withdrawing money (Almost 9 lakhs). When i got call from crime branch to approach the bank and block the card, i directly went to the sbi maroda utai branch and requested in written abot the card block. But they blocked the account instead of atm card. I came to know about this when the thief again withdrawn entire amount which was my salary.
          Then i enquired at the bank and they said the account got automatically unblocked when you withdraw money through bank window. Thus i have been cheated same way 2 times and the 2nd time due to bank's carelessness as they didnot block the card after 1st incident.

            I went to sbi in lucknow branch name-anil kumar gautam at 24, gautam buddha marg lucknow.. I wanted to opening a new saving bank a/c... They gave me a form along with insurance form. When i asked the lady present that is it compulsory said yes while opening new account. At that time i wasn't aware of the right guideline so i didn't said said anything further. When my account was finally opened i went to activate my atm to withdraw money and then i came to know that 1300 rs. Have been deducted from my account. I was disgusted. Again i went to bank and manager told me it is mandatory! Later on i did research online and everywhere it said no its not mandatory... Sbi is most corrupted with bunch of illiterate and in co-operative employees. They don't know to respect the customer. I'm never ever going there again. Please take into consideration my complaint so they don't fool innocent public ever.

                Hello sir,

                I have been chasing with sbi & finding it very difficult to get a small piece of information from sbi end. I have totally lost faith in your loan department diligence's. The information provided to me was partial & the rest was assured to be provide going forward. Attached herewith for your reference.

                Its been almost 10 days plus & am still with no complete info. My emi date was 21st and there would also be a change in the last info provided.

                Again, would request you to please look into this on urgent basis & help me with the details.

                  My lpg consumer no.16748. I have linked adhaar no.[protected]with state bank of india, vijinapura branch bangalore. With bank account number [protected] on 19/4/2017 and also with bharat gas agency., prateek enterprises, banaswadi, bangalore, distributer code100451.
                  However your npci coloumn in bharat gas web in my account shows inactive.
                  Hence i request you to do the needful to set it right.
                  I am a retired sr. Citizen, haven't received subsidy for last four cylinders. My registered mobile [protected].

                    Sir, i am anup singh having a/c no [protected] in sbi kithana branch 07135 (Kaithal haryana) i am visit to my home branch for internet banking kit but the same refuse by dealing clk and suggest by me download sbi anywhere personal app and the same download app or fresh registration but my username recd thourgh app & password not recd after loggin app showing contact your branch manager after telephonic conversation my branch not any response. You are requested to reset my app data for re-registration the at the earliest same app to continue inb facility. My contact no [protected] and email address "[protected]@gmail.com

                      I am having sbi card from 3 months. I have read a facility provided there 'balance transfer'. After reading that i had done a transaction of 12, 800 balance transfer to my hdfc card. This transaction was done starting of this month dt. 04/10/2017 and at that point of time it shown within 5 days balance transfer will be done. Till now it not done and i have already paid the first emi. I have sited them 3 times by mailing in their customer care mailbox. No action taken from their end.
                      I have never heard about any type of loan that you deposit emi without having loan. Kindly give me a solution i deeply request.

                        Order that was placed in Amazon app from my mobile was cancelled by me. Order no.[protected] for amount Rs. 449.00. Amazon refunded the amount (reference no. 131951) to my SBI account no. [protected], branch - Baihata Chariali (Kamrup Rural). I have't received the amount in my account.

                              Dear sir,
                              We are very sorry that we are waiting approx two year regarding our atm card
                              From post office (Atarsand-230401), as inform me by sbi branch chilbila pratapgarh (U. P.) to us send vide the post office.

                              But till date we are just still awaiting our atm card.
                              Are any miss-use of the atm is possible?
                              Then please prohibited them.
                              Now we want to just arrange to deliver our atm card to our home.

                                I uses tez online payment app.
                                I have lost 101 rupees after equal transaction. Automatically there is lack of 101 rupees.
                                I give 100 rupees to my friend by upi (Tez online app). And he also send me 100 rupees. Before these two transactions there are 247.05 rupees in my account but after therea was only 146.05 rupees.

                                On 26/10/2017, about 10:30am, , My transaction has shown faild on Tez online Transaction app. But 101 rupees debited from my account.This photo is a slip of mini statement by SBI atm. But on Tez, transaction is shown faild. Money transfer is shown faild. But ATM mini statement is showing defferent. I have loss 101 rupees.
                                Plz help me.. .

                                  I have been getting calls from below number recently and asking to share the card details, i shared my card details since they mentioned the correct card number, my personal details etc.

                                  I have googled around this and found this to be fraud and this has been happening since last 1 year. I did not get any response to my call to this number or my call to credit card customer care number mentioned in the sbi website.

                                  My question here is,
                                  1. How can my personal details be available to this fraudsters? (Including my card details)- sbi is so fragile??
                                  2. How can this fraud go on for an year, even though this is known and numbers are known.
                                  3. What are the action items that have been taken against these fraudsters?

                                  I still this mobile number active and my friends still getting calls from this number, the least that SBI can do is track this number or deactivate such numbers. If SBI is not capable of doing it then I would like to know it in Email so that I can raise it further with the appropriate forum.

                                      More than 1 nd half year to complain about commitment charges revrse in my loan account

                                        My Saving account is in SBI, Datta chowk Branch, Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
                                        Today on 25 oct at 9.30 am a fake call from mobile no.[protected] came to me and asked about to link my aadhar card with saving account number and he asked aadhar number and ATMcard number for aadhar link saying that He is a employee of SBI Mumbai branch and suddenly He transferred Rupee 10050 from my SBI account to UCO BANK, so please stop the payment which is transferred to UCO Bank.
                                        Please ensure the complaint and give me the justice,

                                        Sbi account holders be alert...
                                        If you want to withdraw money from any sbi accounts in maharashtra, you have no problem, you can withdraw money from others accounts also, because sbi account holders mobile numbers are open for fake agents, so only sbi accounts were looted by fake agents in maharashtr. Our sbi accounts are not safe, no quick action by sbi staff members on this matter, because it's govt's reputed, & worldfamous bank, but no security for common man &his savings accounts...
