Sir,
I, Shri Shrikant H Joshi Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) is having S/B A/c in your Ratnagiri Branch 010003. The S/B A/C no is [protected] or passbook no [protected].As i was trasferred to Mumbai i could not operate the account for 2 to 3 years. For last three months, i am going to your branch near geeta bhavan pawas road Ratnagiri. i am not getting satisfactory information from your branch nor i got my money deposited in your branch. If i have to wait for such a long time to get my money, then what is the use of keeping S/B A/C live in your branch or branch is not giving the service which is a basic duty of any Bank. I have given sufficient time to all the related staff to do the needful. till today i am not getting any feed back information from your branch. Therefore its my request
to you to close my above mentioned account immediately and return my money immediately. Waiting for your positive reply. Contact no [protected].

I have submitted application with NY all documents in SBI virbhadra many times to transfer my account but they are not working on it. And it really a big issue for me.

    I Phad Rajabhau Ramrao Account Holder of SBI Saving Account. Want to Complain that, the fake call from SBI Branch said by the person and taken the card 3 ndigit no and pan no for, Update in SBI . science your provided pan no has been mismatch by us. and I am sheure that, i am talking from SBI Branch only. he said. first I have Refused to Give Him Detail and Said That I will Come To Branch and give the Details.
    He Said The Perfect Reason That, Sorry Sir we are in hurry and want to complete the Updates Before 25th of Jun-2017 and You have to Corporate with us . we are not fake persons.
    and he widrawal Rs. 2400/- from my account. sir I am not Giving My account no as this is complain Against SBI.
    I Request You to Sort out This Problem and Credit . the respective amount in my account. within 30 days.
    Otherwise I Can Complain this issue directly to Grahak Manch.

    I have applied for full transaction rights 2 days ago.i still haven't received it.

    On two ocaissons 8.3.17 and 9.3.17 Rs.1236 and Rs.1500 were deducted from
    my a/c under heads SDC OUR CARD DR and MOPSSBIDRCARD. I think these
    deductions are not applicable to me and therefore refundable.

      The credit card in question were issued by my husband in my name as he wanted to invest in his business. He has been maxing out the cards since then and since otp and other info is sent to his number, I have never been aware of any debt till now.

      Please consider here that I am the sole earning member of my family which consists of my mother, father and younger brother. I have been paying the fees for my brother's education since 2014, along with the taking care of my maternal family.In my previous job, the majority of the salary went in paying the EMIs of my husband's credit cards, loan, etc, and the remaining was divided between my brother's educational and my family's monthly expenses.

      Currently My husband and I are filing for divorce for the reasons mentioned above, as he has been harassing me for more money and has refused to help me in any remaining payments. He has left me even before the legal settlement.I am living alone with no money for now, which has caused serious financial difficulty for my family.My situation is unlikely to improve for the next few months.

      I do not have the available funds to make my credit card. I am going for a financial settlement with my husband, out of which, he will pay me a fixed amount. I still want to make this debt right. I fully intend come to a settlement with the bank for my debts, but I need a bit more time. In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could hold action on my account.

        R/Sir,

        I humble requested to your, I am Vijay Luxmi and my sbi account no. [protected] attached with SBI branch Kaurihar, Allahabad bank code-014901. I had gone with my husband Mr. Ajeet Kumar to Indian bank ATM nearest from Railway station, Lucknow on 04/06/17 (after 0500 (pm)) and my husband inter ATM pin number in my ATM card of said Indian ATM machine, but said ATM could not given any response vide which said ATM server was very slow and given remark ‘’Do you want to some more time-Yes or No’’ and click Yes but no any given response that time as well that time one other person inter in said ATM machine room and he is inter HDFC ATM card in said ATM machine but no any response given said ATM machine and after some time my husband was something 5 minutes wait then re-inter ATM card of said ATM machine but no any response given ATM machine wide which server was very slow.

        After 5 minutes, I with my husband was going in other ATM but said individual presenting to continue in said ATM machine room and interring to continue ATM card in said ATM machine. Said individual that time wearing black spectacle or sun glass in black on head and ti-shirt & jeans and my husband wearing specticale in white glass and ti-shirt in dark in black in off arme in v-gala with jeans. Sir, also check photos of my husband in SBI account No. [protected].

        After some time my husband withdrawal 1, 500/- amount from SBI ATM machine in Railway station and checking mini-statement on mention Rs. 10, 000/- withdrawal our account on 04/06/17. Since I with my husband of my ATM card try in tow time in ATM machine; 1. Indian bank ATM machine, 2. SBI bank ATM machine on 04/06/17.

        Sir, I am doubts Rs. 10, 000/- withdrawal in my account of said Indian bank ATM machine by said present individual after server error or fasting. Hence requested to your checking CCTV video footed of said ATM machine room and said ATM machine transaction history as well as my ATM card entry timing and out timing in ATM machine room please and returning my said amount Rs.10, 000/- in our account No. [protected] please.

        Your kind co-operation on the subject will be highly appreciated please.

          While i am adding money to paytm it was not added to my paytm account, and money is deducted from my sbi account. on 19th june with the transaction Id-
          OTHPG[protected]PayTm Mobile SolutionsNoida. i complaint to paytm but they where not responded and transaction failed is seen in my paytm account. please i need that money back. even this is my second complaint against the same to sbi.

            I did my transaction on 08 may 2017 on paytm while booking a flight ticket. The money got deducted but the transaction failed. I have already lodged a complaint (Pg[protected] but it's been more than 45 days the money has not got refunded. Please sbi look int this matter and help me with the refund. This is very traumatising as the money is not been able to be used.

              This is a normal transaction, in bank they just scan your finger print or other person fingerprint in joint account and then they give cash money to them.

              Please check with your family or your account partner in a joint account, the must take out money by using above method.

                The ####### pig AGM & SERVICE MANAGER tezpur main branch sbi bank.actually they are nor human they are donky.one old women age near about 70 yrs. The old lady asking to first service manager to check her bank a/c for monthly ECS debit from her a/c.and then service manager replied to her, she cant check now go to accountant table and then accountant fingering to AGM when she finally reached to AGM counter.AGM angererly replied to her y did you come here with loud speaker and abusing her..nd the help less old women come back from bank..

                    I have received a fake call from a person who was describing himself as a bank manager of sbi bank. He told me that my atm is going to be blocked in near future and then he asked whether i am agreed to re-open that one or not. But the atm will expire on 2022. And then i replied that u are a fake person and immediately i will call the police. And then he argued that no i am really a bank manager. I told i am calling the police and then he cut the phone. Pllz take some action against it. The number was-[protected]

                        I am an sbi customer with account no.-[protected] since november 2004 from dhenkanal branch, odisha. But presently working and staying in cuttack.

                        On oct-2016 rs 100000 was debited from my account no. [protected] to deposit account no.-[protected]. This deposit account is not showing up in my deposit account list in internet banking. I think this deposit account is virtually non existent and my 100000 rupees...

                        There is no neft facility in sbi (Adb) salipur. My wife smt anjana singh of friends, colony, salipur, cuttack has availed a car loan for an amount of rs500000/- from the bank with an emi of rs8100/-permonth. She has furnished blank cheque o[censored]co bank, salipur where her s/b account is available. The bank authority compels to deposit cheque every month in the sbi. It is my request to collect emi every month from uco bank through neft facility in order to save our valuable time and work pressure. Non submission of cheque timely may result more interest. I hope steps may be taken to direct bank authority to co operate in the matter.

                          I am having my bank account no. [protected] in pnb aligarh. I used the sbi, kela nagar, aligarh atm on 22/06/2017 at 6.19 pm for withdrawal of rs. 10, 000/- but the cash was dispensed only rs. 7, 000/-. Thus rs. 3, 000/- was short dispensed to me. The details of the notes dispensed to me is 3x2000 and 2x500. It is requested to kindly do the needful to redress my grievance. I have electronically lodged my grievance with the pnb.

                            आज मै बैंक में कैश जमा करने गया तो विशाल श्योकंद कैशियर ने मेरा ५०० नई नोट लेने से मना कर दिया क्युकी वो जेब के अंडर पसीने से नोट नम हो गया था और नोट को फेक दिया और उन्होंने १० रूपये के नोट लेने से इंकार कर दिया और बोलता है की ये नोट मै नहीं लेता मैंने उनको बोलै की R.B.I ने ये करंसी बंद तो नहीं की फिर आप कैसे मना कर सकते है फिर वो बोलता है की मै नहीं लेता जो करना है करलो मै नहीं लूंगा ! फिर सेकंड काउंटर पर मैंने उसी कॅश को दिया तो उस काउंटर ने मेरा कॅश जमा कर लिया ! श्रीमान मेरा पैकिंग दूध सेल का काम है और उस काम में कस्टमर हर तरह के नोट देता है तो मैं छोटे नोट कहा रखु और कहा चेंज करवाऊ अगर बैंक ही ये नोट लेने से मना कर देता है तो सरकार हम भूखे मर जायगे ! मैं १९८० से इस बैंक में जुड़ा हुआ हूँ और मैं एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक हूँ ! बैंक का वरिष्ठ नागरिक के साथ ये बुरा व्यव्हार करना कहा बैंक के एक्ट में लिखा है और ये व्यवहार आज ही नहीं जब भी मैं कॅश जमा करने जाता हूँ तब भी वो ऐसा ही व्यवहार करता है ! इश्का ये हर दिन का ऐसा काम हो गया पता नी मेरे से किस बात का बदला ले रहा हैं ! मैं वरिष्ठ नागरिक होने के कारण ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट डाल रहा हु ! कृपा करके उस पर करवाई की जाए !

                              I went to moradabad head branch today to close my savings account no. [protected].. I went to counter 4 and he said i'll have to deposit my kyc and block my atm card before closing account.. I blocked atm card and mentioned reference number on application and submitted kyc.. Now the trouble begins.. When i was processing through account closer they said i'll have to verify with counter 17&18 and they said there is some kind of system hold on my account and i'll have to write an application and give it to counter 4 and he'll remove hold and i can get payment.. But then i was going between counter 4, 17&18 but none was able to tell me about why that hold was and what i have to do now.. I was in bank today from 11:30 to 2:30 (Lunch time, when whole staff left their chair) with no information.. Tell me what i have to do now and how i can get my money by closing my account..

                                Demand draft no.218145 for rs.5000/- issued by sbi, calcutta branch (Code no.00001, drawee branch clearing cpc, kolkata/code no.10391, was submitted to my bandhan bank, hajrapota branch, nadia's s/b account no [protected]. On 05/06/2017 but it was returned with a letter of sbi, krishnagar branch (Code no.0122) with marks against reasons no.36, viz. "wrongly delivered/ not drawn on us". I visited main branch, kolkata on 27/06/2017 for resolution of the problems faced by me. The concerned officer took up the matter with the concerned person (Cont. No. [protected]) krishnagar branch, but she could not give any way-out.in the circumstances i am in a fix as to how i could encash my demand draft. It is the sbi responsibility to honour their own cheque.

                                    On schedule date my loan amount is deducted from my salary account but every time fine is charged. Bank is not cooperating in spite of several request in writing to sbi karari jhansi, every alternate day message is coming to my phone your emi is irregular contact bank, bank is not responding every time he through my complain and says this your problem go to bombay

                                      I am currently holding a sbi credit card. During the month of june, the sbi promptly deducted the due amount. The sbi card team deducted an excess amount due to non accounting of their unbilled transactions. After repeated reminders and emails, a customer care no which is not useful at all, the team has not yet refunded the excess amount. The matter is now about a month old and the team us still unable to resolve the issues. The customer care no does not work and the email replies are very late. The sbi card should keep in mind that this a banking business and replies cannot be so laid back. This is not the first time that the sbi card is doing so. On a previous occasion, inspite of the transaction being in emi basis, they deducted the entire amount. The amount was refunded back after a very long time.
