Demand draft no.218145 for rs.5000/- issued by sbi, calcutta branch (Code no.00001, drawee branch clearing cpc, kolkata/code no.10391, was submitted to my bandhan bank, hajrapota branch, nadia's s/b account no [protected]. On 05/06/2017 but it was returned with a letter of sbi, krishnagar branch (Code no.0122) with marks against reasons no.36, viz. "wrongly delivered/ not drawn on us". I visited main branch, kolkata on 27/06/2017 for resolution of the problems faced by me. The concerned officer took up the matter with the concerned person (Cont. No. [protected]) krishnagar branch, but she could not give any way-out.in the circumstances i am in a fix as to how i could encash my demand draft. It is the sbi responsibility to honour their own cheque.

      On schedule date my loan amount is deducted from my salary account but every time fine is charged. Bank is not cooperating in spite of several request in writing to sbi karari jhansi, every alternate day message is coming to my phone your emi is irregular contact bank, bank is not responding every time he through my complain and says this your problem go to bombay

        I am currently holding a sbi credit card. During the month of june, the sbi promptly deducted the due amount. The sbi card team deducted an excess amount due to non accounting of their unbilled transactions. After repeated reminders and emails, a customer care no which is not useful at all, the team has not yet refunded the excess amount. The matter is now about a month old and the team us still unable to resolve the issues. The customer care no does not work and the email replies are very late. The sbi card should keep in mind that this a banking business and replies cannot be so laid back. This is not the first time that the sbi card is doing so. On a previous occasion, inspite of the transaction being in emi basis, they deducted the entire amount. The amount was refunded back after a very long time.

I am not able to know my balance now if i ring in my mobile jio. No. Earlier it was bsnl, but now i have changed to jio going repeatedly to the branch i. E. I.             It has come to my notice that rs. 99 has been deducted from my account on[protected] with description as “ to transfer p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-auto”

            To the best of my knowledge i have not carried out / authorized above transaction and the deductions may be reversed immediately.
            How can an unknown entity can debit my account with out my permission?

            It is requested to carryout thorough investigation of this deduction, and the deducting agency may be reprimanded for such act. The actions may be suitably be informed to the undersigned.

              Sir,
              I have credited 42500 rs in my account through cdm. When i credited total money it can not be accepted so then i am trying to credit in partition so first i have credited 20k rs then it is credited after that i have credited 22, 500 then 22, 200 is accepted but 300 rs left, so i change the 300rs notes and click on add more cash but there is message on screen that transaction is failed and 22, 500rs are not credited in account. So i complaint about it to branch but they can't resolve my money back. So sir please i am kindly requesting you to help me and give my money back

                On date 27-june-2017 my account has been debited by rs 99 as"to transfer p[protected] tr for ddr bajaj-auto" without my permission. It is a very shameful activity by sbi that without a customer's permission his account has been deducted. So revert back the above amount to my account [protected].

                  Iam a customer to sbi bank, iam holding current account for my shop every month i go to bank to get statement for my acc for previous month,
                  The # manager mr. Venugopal is not giving proper respond to me and he disbehave to me and said he wont give statement for me i went and complained to the manager he signed in one letter and ask him to produce statement for me, then also he refused to give statement for me and said do whatever you can

                    My father had died two years ago but still sbi not responding us to transfer the balance amount from my father account to nominee my mother account.
                    We have provided all documents which they asked for submissions.
                    Now there is new staff come and they said we do not know where are those docs.
                    We have faced very embracing behaviour from sbi staff.
                    Please help here to settle this issue.

                      Makrana jaishiv chowk branchmakrana of this bank is doing govt. Work i. E. Depositing of treasury challan etc.
                      Today i was a remitter of cash in govt. Treasury through the challan as per dislplay on bank notice board that time of working monday to thursday 10 to 4.0 pm when i was in the queue at 1.00 pm on a window there is no displying what work is doing there however as per taking general information i was standing in the queue on the window where i saw accepting deposit. My number not reached and lunch break occurred on 2.30 pm. After the lunch time on 3.0 pm i further stand in queue but my number came after 10 other people before 10 minute of closing time but my deposit was not accepted and respective clerk tell me that deposit time of challan was up to 2.0 pm so that time was gone then i request that not so is displayed anywhere in your bank but working of govt. Work time was displyed up to 4. Pm.
                      I complained about this to the branch manager but he not listion to me and misbehave with me.
                      Therefore please take suitable action. Please arrange in the related branch display which work is doing on different windows and time of every class of work.
                      It is also mentionable that in a day branch is repeatedly change the kind of the work one to another window.
                      I request you please go in to the matter and check misdoing & inconvinience to the general public & customers therefore take suitable action.

                          Hello,
                          I am ganesh desai having joint account in sbi - saswad branch (Phone no:[protected]. My wife's debit card got expired so i requested for new card with application in saswad branch. But sbi couriered me card with my name. I specifically mentioned my wife's name in the area where it is mentioned "how you want your name to be printed on card?' area and asked her to sign the form as well. When i asked about this in the saswad branch they agreed that it was their fault they will give me new one without charge with my wife's name. But today i found that they deducted 230 rs for re-issuing of the card. I also never submitted any written application for re-issuing the card on my wife, s name.
                          Here i am expecting the deducted re-issuing fees back in my account.
                          Request to help me on this.

                          Auto sweep amounts not showing in the internet banking. It was showing upto June 2016. But after that not showing.
                          I tried to do the amount due for this month but I'm unable to do the due amount in this month

                            My name is arindam deb. Myself is now posted as additional general manager at tsecl, tripura. All of the bank accounts of our family members i. E. Mine, my spouse's and my mother's are at this bazar branch, dharmanagar (Branch code-015806). My mother is a pensioner having account no [protected].
                            As atm facility is available, we seldom had to visit the branch for any sorts of banking activities. Now to submit the return of income tax of my mother, either one yearly statement of the account was required or the pass book should have been updated. So, for that purpose i personally managed some time from my office and gone to the said branch today and asked the branch manager for the same. But the branch manager rudely told me that i] such statements are not given to the savings bank account holders and ii] pass-book cannot be updated due to shortage of staff and machine disorder. I then with proper submission told him that this branch has earlier given such statements to savings account holders on necessity and if demanded and also politely asked him when i can get my mother's passbook up-dated at the earliest. He continued to answer me with his rude attitude that 'come next week'.
                            My age is now 58 and have seen many branch managers of yours. But never experienced such impatient, ill behaved, in-capable (To handle customers,) and un-trained bm before. After being very badly dealt by your bm, i spoke to some other customers over phone of our level about that branch. They also expressed the same view. This branch is a new one and hopefully you will certainly look into the issue and do the needful.

                              I have saving account in sbi which is also a paramilitary account my home branch deduct 57.50rs from my account and when i asked the reason they tell me that it is due to the reason that i withdrawal money more than 15 times they add both the atm as well as bank transiction whowever the right rule is that atm and bank withdrawl are deal seprately but they mix up both transiction. I also complain in sbi but no revert. And i also maintain balance so that charges regarding low balance doesnt deduct

After 23 day I don't get my card yet.now response from your side.my contact num is [protected].on 27 June I inquiry in branch for this then I found my address in not proper update by the bank employee sue to this reason my atm card is not received my address infact I submitted my documents in 4th June for address change.it totally unresponsive towards their work.

I was booking my ticket through irctc from new delhi to sealdah on 23.06.2017 in 12314/sealdah rajdhani exp. The ticket was not booked but the above said amount was debited from my savings account. Bank statement and the receipt of irctc is attached for your ready reference. Help me plz.

                                      My name is arindam deb. A. G. M. (Tsecl), tripura. All our accounts i. E. Mine, my spouse and my mother, are in the sbi bazar branch, (015806). My mother's is a pensioner's savings account. Whose account no is [protected]. Due to atm facility available we seldom had to visit branch. Now for submitting income-tax return either the savings book is to be up-dated or one yearly statement of that account is required. So curtailing my office time today i reched the branch and approched the b. M. For the same. But i was surprised rather shocked the way he behaved. Very rudely he busted that "no statement is given to savings account and we cannot update the savings account as the machine is out of order and also staff shortage"
                                      Then i asked him submissively that "i have managed to come here with some problems, if he can give me a time for the same and also pointed that he is a sbi branch manager he should know that statements can be given to savings account holders on demand/necessity. Than again he very rudely answered me that"come next week". I am 58 years old and i have never met such impatient, rude, a person with such lack of training to handle any customer and incompetent branch manager before. It is my request to look into the matter as early possible.

                                        I am using sbi credit card no [protected]and my name is vaibhav. From last four years. As per latest statement my reward points is 8888.

                                        Now redemption gift list i saw their is one gift wild craft bag redemption point required 8000 reward points. I try to redeem for three times from sbi card application and even from browser also but i can't redeem.
                                        Regarding this i called i. Customer care four time they people transfer my call one department to another but not done redeem process.

                                        Please help
