I need your urgent action on this. I have paid 5631.08/- through state bank of india visa card and the payment deducted from my account but payment status shows failed.

Sir i want to take Personal loan from State Bank of India IAF Camp Bagdogra.I have my salary account in this branch, after completion of all documents, The bramch manager is forcing me to first open a life insurance policy after that my loan will be disbursed.I want to know that is it necessary to take a life insurance policy for taking a personal loan.

      Dear sir,
      I am maintaining a sbi credit card bearing no.[protected]. The free coupon of rs.500/- which was due with the card not received by me & after repeated request one 'welcome gift voucher no.[protected] with validity date upto 03.05.2017"was issued to me during feb'2017. The same v/no. Shows invalid. After my email dated 29.03.2017 again i have received the same voucher no.[protected] with validity date upto 03.05.2017. Yesterday i was in que for an hour and after that the big bazer people told me to come today. Accordingly i have gone there and after waiting in que for one and half hour they tried several times with the allotted v/no. But every time it shows"invalid no". I have lodge a complain with your customer care personnel. But nothing received from your end. Due to this i have been harassed continuously after opting your credit card and no effort is being taken by you to resolve the issue.
      You are requested to solve the issue without any further delay by allotting a fresh voucher no. Hope for a positive reply.

          I am ramesh kumar having an a/c in the sbi cloth market, ambala city branch with a/c no. [protected]
          When i tried to withdraw rs 10000 from my a/c on 14th june 2017 from manav chowk atm ambala city at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
          But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

          Sir i have given complaint to sbi but no response till now. Now sbi bank is in international bank list, phir bhi itni late response.

          Plz take quick action as soon as possible.

          14 June to 23 June..so much time has been taken by SBI but still no response. very surprised to see this. International level Bank and process very slow. No security guard, no 24 hour light system in SBI ATM even in Main Market Area. PLz solve the problem as soon as possible.
          Sir. I hve lose my previous mobile no register with SBI Bank .So I need to registered my new no [protected] on my SBI account No [protected] .
          I opened my pension a/c at SBI at Netaji nagar branch code no 18126 on 3rd Feb 2017. My a/c no is [protected] .Debit card came with wrong name. After complaining again debit card came with same wrong print & activation also not possible.

            I have closed & made reversed all balances for which i was getting bills and escalation letters from sbi credit card department on nov 2016 but still i am receiving bill's mail & sms with the outstanding amount. I spoke many times to customer care executive they always say next time onward you will not receive bills, but still i am receiving bill's mail & sms with the outstanding amount.
            Requesting you to please help on this.

              I m pay for exam fee by sbi buddy[protected] for high court allahabad recurtment board but payment unsuccessful and when i complain of sbi than tell me your complaint not registered without account in sbi. When i opened ac in sbi and complain again sbi than told me your complaint resolution and you are contact with services provider (Means high court allahabad for delay service) but service provider is all ready done all stage exam cleared than why accept re fees my adimt card not allowed by high court because payment unsuccessful totally​ responsible of sbi in this case plz help me and refund my money and time which wrost by sbi this payment is 755.75 rupee for exam fee for ahc

                Sir, i want to inform that the manager of branch of mandi samiti jwalapur haridwar! Don't know how to deal with a customer and how to talk to as she is in a manager post it doesn't mean that she can say anything to anyone and once i asked her about foreigner money transfer then she said talk to the main branch of sbi in haridwar after a visit i came back to her and she denied to do such transfer and said i overhand this type of work to someone outsider person. And when somebody asks something to her she replies are you illiterate aur something offensive in front of everyone and her name is mrs sahay

                  Sbi — atm machine not gave cash but deducted from account.

                  Hi, i am vinod arya i have an account with axis bank hujrat road branch gwalior. I used their debit card to get cash (10000/-) from sbi atm machine at petrol pump thatipur gwalior on 26.5.17 at 06.39pm. I couldn't get cash since the machine was out of order. Still the amount has been deducted from my acount. I lodge a complaint to axis bank complaint no.[protected]. I also called sbi customer care they said i can't take your complain they said i have to contact axis bank since my account is with. I have also twitt on axis bank. They reply me the concern bank refuge your request. Sbi not checking the cctv footage. Now i dont know what to i am planing to go consumer co. Can you please help me lodging the complaint with consumer court. Thanks

                    State bank of india ardhapur branch, dist. Nanded maharashtra is not giving me account statement details and even not giving me passbook print. Please send here the manager who can understand local language or english or hindi. One person sitting at manager chair dont know any of these languages. So he can not understand costomer or account holder's problem..

                      I have opened a ppf account in the year 1999 & given the application for closure at state bank of india bo-chandr nagar alambagh lucknow on 23/05/2017 to deposit the proceeds to my savings no [protected], account at sbi munsi pullia. Unfortunately my ppf account hasn't been closed so for.

                        Whenever i try to login my registered online netbanking, i always fail to transact desired operation. I don't get secured otp either through online or offline. I have downloaded the sbi secure otp app even after all these actions, i miserably fail to get otp. I had lodged complaints to sbi customer care at least twice, they responded after a week or so that my complaint has been attended to and assured me that i shall not feel any trouble from right now but it still persist.
                        Please help me to resolve my grievances!

                          Hi i am nitesh and my account no. Is [protected] in sbi. I deposited 2000 rupees through cash deposited machine by atm in sarai faridabad (Branch code 03245).
                          It is accepted by machine but could not added in my balance and a slip came out.
                          Whenever i go to branch they say it will update soon.

                            I used to have sbi credit card way back in 2004; which was settled and closed in 2005 agreeing to close the card with sbi/ge team.
                            Now i came to know that my card is still having balance of some 91k and card in active mode.

                            I understood that card was not closed and they kept on adding fees & charges against my card.

                                I got a call from sbi credit card and they made 2 transactions of rs 5000 each. The fraudster took advantage of a complaint which i had raised earlier on june 11 and asked me to share the otp for processing the complaint. They had all the details about me the 16 digit card no, expiry date and even my address. How do they had so much of details. Are the sbi employees involved in this or are the sbi selling the customer information to fraudsters?

                                The cell no from which i received the call is:- [protected] and it belongs to jabalpur, mp with a register mail id seema. [protected]@sbi.co.in and the transaction were carried out with the name e-billing solutions.

                                Can you please take action on this and reverse the transaction.

                                I am a newly registered user, they gave me a PPK that always used to say invalid username and password. So registerd as a new user at onlinesbi and got a new password, but it now says invalid password

                                  I would like to change my registered mobile number. I have already mobile number tried through atm but it was showing unable to process.. It has given some website of sbi and reference number... That also not opened... And also will have create net banking... First we should change mobile number then only i can create net banking through online. Iam getting confused.. Fyi please update me asap...

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I have an account in sbi in which it has been taken when i was studying. Now i completed my education and i have transferred branch account from badvel branch, kdp district to kurnool. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. My transaction amount has been blocked as my number has to be changed. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. So i cannot travel these many times here and there. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Plz acknowledge this matter. I request you transfer my cif no.

                                        We got no response & again sent registered reminder on the subject on[protected]. It is deeply regretted that this reminder has also gone without any action.
