My name is sanjeev matey. I am staying andheri west mumbai, i have been using
tata credit card since 5 to 7 years. I have never got any complaint regarding my payment this all years
In last 5 month before i had submit a cheque of rs-13661 as per
tata credit card monthly statement received, of
axis bank account to
tata credit card.
After few day i had a call from
tata credit card saying that they had not received payment.
I will check my bank and my statement amount of rs.13661/- debited from my account, so i send mail them with statement regarding that the amount has been cleared from my account,
I had been continuously follow-up with
tata credit card (Sbicredit card) customer service regarding non receiving payment. I also check my bank (
Axis bank turner rd bandra west branch) and they check his system and they tell me paymemt already deducted from my account,
After so many follow up and mails they asked me to submit a letter of
axis bank as per the given format, they want a this letter for
axis bank letterhead i immediately gave them the letter and mail it... (Attached for your reference). I had given them all necessary documents whatever they want. They are charging me interest of non receiving payment
From last 5 month they continuously calling me for non receiving payment and harassment me.
I request to kindly see into this matter and resolve it for me
