Sir, on dt. 19-06-17 from raj gopal rd atm address opp to muneshwarar temple nagashettihalli i use my atm card for withdrawal rs.10000/- till money come from atm as soon as power get offed in atm, i waiting till power get on, but i not received money from atm then i try again, again, but i have reduce money in my account rs.10000/- which was i have not received. I have complaint in mother branch.
But till date i have not received at all.

Please do needful as soon as possible.

      I have nre savings, nre and fcnr (B) fixed deposits accounts with sbi, phillaur, jalandhar, punjab (Branch 00698). I submitted kyc information along with required documents to the phillaur branch in nov/dec of 2016, which has not been updated after repeated requests to the manager by what'sup, personal phone calls and sending a friend of mine to visit the branch in person. I need to get my mobile number updated for one time password to do transactions. Please help as i am a disable person. Best regards!

        I am having sb account in your bank at kasavanahalli branch bangalore with ac. No [protected], name - anil kumar bc
        On 14th of last month (14/05/17) i had done imps to 3rd party who have account in corporation bank, magadi branch. This payment has not got updated to party but amount has been deducted from my account. From last 9th i had requested for the details regarding this through tool free customer care they had raised manually complaint. Till now i had not got any solution even reminding 4 time to sbi customer service, they suggested to send sms unhappy to [protected], on 9th i had send sms i had got call but details of my deducted amount not yet. I had sent 4 times sms and till now i ad not got solution. I have call records also they told technical person will get back to me but till now no calls from your end. Is there any other way to solve my problem or i have to contact directly to consumer court with all details, please suggest me the details of my payment deduction as follows

          I had deposited my icici cheque no.610016 for an amount of rs.40000 on 31.8.2016 in sbi gokuldham branch for my ppf ac in sbi. The cheque got cleared from my icici ac but did not got credited in my sbi ppf ac as was told today that the ppf ac got matured before that time. If the ppf ac got matured than how the cheque got cleared and why was the money was held by them till date?. Today when i asked for the money they gave me a bankers cheque of 40000 without interest. I was suppose to get atleast interest on that as my money was used by them till date

            Bank has deducted 46 rs frommy account for not maintaining minimum available balance in my account.
            I didn't know my branch is urban or semiurban.
            I didn't know how much minimum balance i had to maintain.
            After 1st april didn't inform me about minimum balance.
            Even when my account has less they didn't inform.
            I m paying amount for sms banking too but regarding minimum balance i didn't receive any message.
            Directly they debited my account.
            I was thinking i had to maintain 2000 that's y i was maintaining that amount.
            Even bank didn't inform me about minimum balance i could have maintained that amount too but instead of informing about minimum balance bank directly deducted my account.
            I m paying charges for sms banking too i m receiving all messages for transactions but didn't receive any message regarding minimum balance n deduction of minimum balance.

              Hi.. Sir,
              Dhananjay s/o sidramappa, i have received new sbi platinum card,

              They have told service charge per year rs.1599, now they have added extra rs.3400. I have used only rs.200, now they have generated statement is rs.5249. I am unable to pay that amount,
              I am calling so many times to sbicard customer care no, its not connecting and its asking register service number, i dont know that number.

                I am venumadhukumar from ameenabad (V). One day my mother went to bank for cash withdrawal. They have given 300 ten rupee coins. After two weeks we went to bank to pay loan amount with same 300 ten rupee coins. But the bank employee saying very rudly we are not accepting 10 rupee coins. What i have to do please suggest on this issue.

                  As i have s. B. A/c.in sbi kabirchowk br. Since 1998. There after i transfer it at iit chandkheda. Due to heavy customer flow and below norms staff i unable to operate my a/c for some time, but i have an amount above minimum balance. On 20.5.17 when i close my this account the state bank of india illegally deducted rs.575/- which was against the monopoly restriction trade practice. Instruct to refund the amount.
                  State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I received a call from number [protected] asking for bank details and stating if we will not provide the details our acccount will get blocked.
                  Kindly have a look at it.

                        Transaction of rs 1999 made on sbi credit card [protected] at cpp assistance. But i am not aware for this unauthorized payment. So i request you to please reverse my charges of rs 1999 on my sbi credit card account. Already i m not able to pay my dues so every month i just pay minimum due only... That also its very tough...                           Dear sir,
                          I, jyoti kumari, an account holder in sbi, upper bazaar branch, wish to draw your attention toward the debit of an amount of rs. 5620/- on 1st march 2017 as per the pass book details. It can be seen that there is no transaction done by me on the date mentioned. An application regarding the same has already been submitted to this branch on date: 03/04/2017; but there has been no positive response till now. Thereafter, again i submitted the application to the branch. Besides, i was asked to fill up and submit a complaint form, but the form was avoided to accept by the same banker. I am out of town and it is very difficult for me to manage with a handful of money over here.
                          Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund procedure as soon as possible. I am very sorry to say that in case no necessary step is taken this time, i would be compelled to take some major actions, as i cannot afford to bother my family any more to come to the bank again and again for the same purpose.

                              I have a salary savings bank a/c (No.[protected]) of ipgmer in your branch. It is noticed that there is an excess debit of rs. 115.00 on[protected] form my a/c for which no explanation found in your service charge list in the web site.

                              I then went to your branch to submit my complaint, but the concerned official did not receive my letter and told me to check it from website service charge list. I then checked the service charge list but no explanation found for my case.

                              I, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount back to my a/c if erroneously debited.

                              My sirf cash transaction 2 bar Kiya hu aur e shopping transaction 5 times in this month then why deduct my money by DR pls clear my problem s.

                                Recently made a transaction worth 11, 000. I am trying to opt for a flexipay option since past 15 days without fail. Either it comes back to me saying that "your request is not approved now, please come back later" i tried to sms fp option, tried calling the customer care and nothing works. No option to speak to a customer care executive in person. India sbi is seriously a mess... After all this nothing works. It is such a mess, horrible services.

                                I have account sufficient balance rs 1997 but why cheque rs 1950 is bounce nd bounce charge is debited 2 times my account.plz answer
                                I am existing custmer of sbi, on 8th jun i used my atm card and my a/c no is [protected], at union bank aliganj mughalsarai branch atm transaction no 0840 but amount was not despensed and transaction was declined but account was debiated. But bank had not done any thing even i gone to bank manager my branch code is 1495 af station chandigarh

                                  I'm a pension holder my pension is 513 rupees but state bank of India cut my balance by which saving is not possible that's why I write to the pm and now help me on this matter because I'm a student also a SC candidate thank you.

                                    9 years old account holder, not getting message messages submit KYC

                                    I am getting messages to submit kyc or visit branch to open new account,
                                    As i gone to branch branch manager said might document missed from them,
                                    My account is almost 9 years old,
                                    Anyway i visit the sub branch of sbi and ask to branch manager to get new account to link my existing account, they said i cant give, after lot of struggle i got the form.
                                    My question is why should i struggle...

                                    My s. B. Account no. Is [protected]. I was having account with sbi (Formerly know as state bank of indore) patankar bazar, lashkar, gwalior (M. P.). I requested them that i want to close the account and wish to open account with same bank but alapur branch gwalior (Same city). They guided me that they can transfer the account, as it is in same city will not attract any charge moreover the account number will remain same. On my request they transferred the account but deducted rs 102/- as transfer charges from my account on 24/06/2014. I contacted the bank, they replied that it is the computer process they don't have idea for it. (It is objectionable act bank, which misguided the costumer).
                                    Nowadays they are charging non maintenance of minimum balance account charges, even though sufficient money is in account. They are not considering mod balance of account but keeping the balance lower than the required balance.
                                    The bank has deducted rs 46/- from my above account for non maintenance of minimum balance for the month may 2017 on 09/06/2017. Where as more than sufficient amount is available in mod balance of the account, from which they can transfer the required amount to maintain the minimum balance as per guide lines of reserve bank of india. They are not supposed to deduct such charges when they can take the necessary action of their own. I contacted the bank but they said that i should deposit the additional amount to maintain the balance. I asked them that if i draw the amount then again the balance will be less than minimum balance. They replied that it will again attract the penalty for non maintenance of minimum balance. They will not transfer money from mod balance. It is not justified action of the bank but it is sort of befooling the customer and charging penalty on fault of bank.
                                    You are requested to look in the matter and do justice.

                                      I had requested for debit card in sbi brach of mangarh kunda pratapgarh u. P. Befor 2 month but i can't get my debit card still now befor some day i went to bank but day are unable to give me any information regarding to my prablom and one employee is allso talking with me bad manner and not give any resolution by which my prablom reslove so provide me my dabit card as soon as posible
