Dear sir,

I am soma mishra and i have only filled and submitted the online sbi account opening form yesterday for my first bank account. I received the tcrn and tarn on my mobile phone after submission. However, while trying to download the submitted form it asks for a narn number which i never received, neither as a message on my phone nor on my provided e-mail address which is 'soma. [protected]@gmail.com'. I was never emailed anything. I have only received a tarn number after submission of the form and that is not working for downloading the form.

I am in an urgent need to download my submitted form to open the account.

Kindly respond to my inquiry and fix the issue so i can download my submitted form.

    I have saving account at najafgarh new delhi branch code 1419 my account no. Is [protected]. Today i had closed my account and for my surprise 575 rs was deducted on the name of account clouser in any condition whether you maintain minimum balance or not. I have been told any acount clouser minimum 575 rs will be deducted. This is a serious issue when i called customer care i had been told that above one year of account opening on clouser no charges has been leived. I had opened my account on 04th april 2014. I want proper explaination as branch manager is not ready to listen anything in this regard.

      Sir, i am one of thr staff of above said higher seconary school, it has become a regular basis that the transfer of salary of the staff is being delayed 3 to 4 days, sometimes even 7 to 8 days, when spproach we often get lame excuses, even when we can see with our own yes that other customers are cathered to their need, such apathy towards the staff is becoming unbearable. Is this the way that sbi function, whether the lame excuses are just the co incidence or a delivarate intentintionaly maligned. Immediate attentioned is requied to be paid to the problem, the staff of the said school can no long remain a mute spectator. We expect immediate solution to the problem.

        Sir, my paytm account of phone no. [protected] was refunded me a some of rupees 264 in my bank account sbi, j. U. For a return of products on 29th april, 2017. Still now its not reflected in my bank account. Paytm again and again told me that they refunded my money with arn no 75044027120017039421385 and a transaction no [protected]. And paytm told that i should contact with my bank sbi j. U. But in bank they again and again told me that they could not done anything and i should contact with paytm and sbi customer care. I contacted sbi customer care i they are unable to solve the problem and told me a that branch should take a the step for solutions. But bank counter no 16 all-time told me that problem will be solved by customer care through phone service. Also paytm told everytime that they transfer the money and bank is now responsible. But bank dont help me anything. Please help me. Its a complete harrassment by bank, i was going to bank three times in last two weeks.

          Dear sir, it has been long time we are getting too bad services from your bank regarding the cheaque clearing, its nowdays usually taking 3 to 5 days for clearing a local cheque, there are so many excuses by your bank employees that we cant mension please solve the quiery or otherwise suggest us what should we do as we are getting impatient as its harming my business and initiating me to fill more interest on the outstanding with your bank of my cc limit.

            I'm santhosh using sbi card from march'15 to jan'16. After that not able to pay dues due to job loss. Last week sbi card offer settlement of 60000 to pay at 20000 in three installments. And an official from sbi recovery said i have to pay 20000 of 1st installment by tomorrow (Saturday) or sbi official will visit your house. But i'm able to pay only monthly 4000.

                State Bank Of India [SBI] — Harassment of credit card recovery agent

                I hsve lost job. Gone into depression. Currently under treatment from psychiatrust. Recovery agent of SBI harassing me on daily basis on phone & coming to my home & abusing & hitting me. My wife had left me because I am un employed. If the harassment dies not end, I will committ suicide.

                    My name is Eliamma Peter and I have an account in SBI since a very long time. Almost more than 20 years and I haven't had this bad an experience with SBI.
                    I had dropped a cheque at your Nirman Bhawan branch here in New Delhi amounting 5 lakhs where I'm having an acc for the same. It was on 21st of April.
                    The cheque didn't get cleared and I was asked to wait 20 days for the status. (Don't know why any bank requires that many days).
                    I waited patiently. I'm having arthritis still I went to the bank to know about my money and the manager there told me that the cheque wasn't cleared due to some issues, when I asked him abt the issue he had no clue and asked me to wait another 20 days for the cheque to return.
                    This is harassment of the customer in simple language who has been loyal with u fr the past so many years and I want my money as soon as possible.
                    Guys you people can see how it is becoming one of the worst banks in the country right now.

                        My wife raj rani sagar today opened a new saving bank account having account number [protected] at sbi branch prashant vihar code 04040.
                        There one person mr. Pankaj kumar have signed on some insurance form without proper guidance given to my wife properly.
                        I also complaint some time ago about this pankaj kumar i think he is agent of some private compnies doing like this.
                        Please enquire about this matter immediately and cancel that insurance request form immediately and do not allow any amount to be paid any insurance
                        I dont want any such insurance and acknowledge to me or my wife.

                          I would like inform to you that i am unhappy with branch manager activity because i was in bank to collect the atm time 3.50pm but branch main gate closed before 4 o'clock, when i said it is not 4 o'clock at the time then they said that our office clock is showing 4 o'clock after that we again request with branch staff please massage convey to branch manager but manager not listen my request and told did not tell us today and i will meet you tomorrow,

                            With due respect I'm complaining this with a lot of frustration. It has been 2 years I'm applying for debit card and cheque book but I didn't receive any one of that. Now the problem is that my husband sends money in this account and the branch is running out of cash. I don't have debit card so I can't take money from atm machine and also UPI payment using BHIM app.
                            My son is studying in different state I can't do money transfer because I don't have cheque book. Because of all this I have forced to take money from pawn brokers at 10%. When I said about this to bank manager and clerks they talked ruthlessly and use in authoritative tone. The action of bank employees is became a habit. They think villagers are poor and illiterate so they act like landlords of previous century customers use to bow down and very afraid of them. They used to act like oppressor and it become a trends.

                              I am a resident of Imphal, Manipur and I am serving in the Army, presently posted at Mount Abu (Raj). I am a holder of SBI card No [protected] bearing CVV No 441 with validity up to 01/22. My mobile phone with Vodafone SIM bearing mobile No [protected] registered with the Card has been stolen at Dimapur Railway Stn when I was proceeding on leave to Imphal, Manipur (my home town).                                 I received calls at 2.00 pm from [protected] stating the person rajesh kumar is speaking from sbi credit card dept. He asked if I want to convert my points into money. Initially I said yes. But he started asking me more questions on card number, validity etc. as the call was from a pvt number I did not want to give the details directly. I asked him for a 1800 or another number where I myself could call so that there arises no discrepancies. He started shouting on the call and spoke in a very rude way and started harassing me saying he is cancelling my card. On asking him the reason he said you will get a mail and he mocked at me and said I am sorry Sir.
                                He was very indecent and even after I cut his call once he kept calling me four times. I hence have recorded his call. he also harassed saying I will have a penalty and things of that sort.

                                Please ensure you employ the right kind of people. This is a very bad experience a customer has had. Plz get back to me on ganesh.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  I aim ug mohana kumara, on 16 may 2017 i went bank of baroda atm machine in mysore.. And tryed to withdraw rs 3000 from atm machine. But cash not came. But i3000 rupees debited from my sbi saving account.. I got one message also. Please credit the amount of rs 3000 as early as posiible to my account. My account in sbi krishnarajanagar branch, mysore dist.

                                    Today an amount of rs. 575/- was debited saying dishonour of clg. Cheque at 8.27 am. Of course the necessary amount transferred credited at at 9.13 am. I know amount is to be arranged on issue of cheque. But
                                    How fate of a clearing cheque will be decided even before commencement of banking hours even though it it ts dealt through online.
                                    Customer will be asked through sms to inform by 12.30 pm of that day when a cheque issued by him presented in the clg and reached payee bank for clearance.
                                    Why that norm will not be made applicable in all cases and how the sbi will take a decision abruptly saying no balance tin the early hours with out giving sufficient opportunity to the customer. Abnormal
                                    The charges are on very high side and very.
                                    The sbi is levying charges even for debit card use if no balance.
                                    Sbi encouraged to open accounts without minimum balance which helps deposits in huge amounts to earn interest by bank and now reverted and focusing on common people to get profit leaving the fellows who availed crores and crores and made npa with out repayment.
                                    How the payee bank charge for any reason instead of payee who actually got constrained.

                                      My debit card 16 digit number has been erased automatically now i want it to use software and app.
                                      So i went to my branch office consult my problem to officer. But he did not give proper answer to my problem. He said that you have to block your card and reissue it.
                                      And as my knowledge bank can give the 16 digit number to responsible person
