Today i have deposited an amount of rs.20, 000/- into the cash deposit machine which is existing the above mentioned branch around 7.30 pm. I have inserted an amount of rs.20, 000/- the cdm processed, at the same time "add more". But i have not any notes, after that the cdm displayed a message “notes retracted please contact your branch manager.”. And also i have not any msg received my cell.
So i am requesting you to process the amount of rs.20, 000/- which i have deposited in to the cash deposit machine and kindly credit the amount to my account.

This not a good Platform... Fraud callers.. Fraud Talks... Fraud Transaction's... Several Persons called...

One Unknown Person (Cell : [protected]) called mislead his talks... and debit Rs.1700
my account through ATM card.

Please traced Fraud caller and Credit amount my a/c as early as possible.

    Received numerous calls from [protected] who claims to call on behalf of SBI Credit Cards seeking sensitive information of my credit card.

    When I politely refused to share any information the caller started abusing me on the call. I have received abusive message also from the same number. This is outrageous behavior.

    Request to take punitive action immediately against the caller.

      Atms of the sbi in and around thanjavur of tamil nadu are without cash. Even in the bank cash counter the payment is restricted to rs ten thousand at sbi thiruvaiyaru branch. On enquiry, bm says his cash demand is not fully met by main branch of​ sbi thanjavur. (Tn) this problem is not with any other nationalised bank in this area. I being a farmer need cash to pay daily wsges of farm labourers. If your bank is not in a position to resolve the cash crunch we have to transfer our accts

      The same problem of cash crunch exist in the ATMs of SBI in and around Thanjavur and at SBI Thiruvaiyaru.The BM says that he is not getting sufficient cash from SBI main branch Thanjavur.This problem is not there on any other nationalised bank.

      From September 2016, customers of SBI are harassed and there is a big que in the bank cash counters and in the one or two functioning ATMs . Majority of the ATMs of SBI are without cash and customers are put to avoidable harassments.. Please resolve the crisis and help the customers..

        I used my yes bank atm card to withdraw rs.5, 000/- at state bank of india atm at new ashok nagar oppositr icici bank atm 110096, new delhi, on 02/04/2017. But money was not dispensed. I received the sms with txn no. Ats:[protected]:hfbc[protected]:+sbi ashok ngr delhi stating "inr 5, 000.00 debited to ac..". But the money was debited on 02/04/2017 with the same txn no hfbc[protected]. I have registered complaint to yes bank call center, though rs.5, 000/- which was debited on 02/04/2017 is not yet credited. I request you to kindly arrange to get back rs.5, 000/-.

        Greetings from yes bank ltd.

        This is further to our mail.

        With reference to your concern regarding the cash not dispensed for inr 5000/- at other bank atm on april 02, 2017, we inform that we have raised a chargeback with the acquiring bank for the said transaction on april 03, 2017. However, the acquiring bank had rejected the chargeback on april 10, 2017 stating successful transaction. Based on your representation, we have raised second level chargeback (Pre-arbitration) for the disputed atm transaction, on april 18, 2017. However, the acquiring bank had again rejected the chargeback on may 11, 2017 stating successful transaction and providing valid atm logs for the disputed transaction. Hence, we regret our inability to credit the disputed amount to your account.

        Further, we inform that we have raised a request for cctv footage of the disputed transaction from the acquiring bank, however, we haven’t received the atm cctv footage in order to validate your dispute. Hence, we request you to raise your concern with the banking ombudsman for further investigation.

            My salary account is in bhel ramachandrapuram hyderabad. Sbi branch (Earlier sbh) is not putting cash in the atms. Customers are suffering. We are searching nearby sbi atm but no cash anywhere. Whereas the private banks atm having cash now. Even pnb is putting cash into its atms. These sbi employees knowingly not putting cash into atms.
            The service quality has worsen and the behaviour and attitude of bank employees and branch manager is horrible. I am going to close all my family members accounts and will go to hdfc/ icici bank. It has been past 6 months from nov to may but the situation is worse than december 2016.

I have received a message stating that annual premium for PMJJBY /PMSBY of Rs 330 will be auto debited from account. Sir I have not subscribed to any of these account but every year it is being deducted from my account. I have also learnt it is not compulsory, then why it is being done without my consent.                 A refund of 2199 rupees was successfully processed on 13 may to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  On 06.05.2017 i opted for withdrawal of rs 4000/- from a atm of sermapore, wb branch. (Atm address: chatra serampore, atm code : 0178031) no cash was out from atm but amount has been deducted from my account as immediately i received message in my registered mobile. I lodged complaint immediately to sbi customer care and i was acknowledged on 08.05.17 that my claim will be settled within 7 days. After the expiry of 7 day limit i. E. After 11 days (On 19.05.17) i was informed "the transaction was successful and claim rejected. Documents sent your branch" i wrote letter on 20.05.17 through e-mail as well as through hard copy to my mother branch (Sheoraphuli) of sbi and also the atm branch (Serampore) and requested them to verify my claim from the cctv footage at the then instant. Till today no communication received.

                      I am a SBI Credit Card holder and I wanted to cancel my credit card account with SBI so I called up your customer care number[protected]

                      After half an hour I got to speak to an executive and he said he will take my request. After a minute of discussion he told he is transferring my call to accounts department without giving me my cancellation request number or ticket number.

                      I am attaching the screen shot of on going call for your reference and still your piano music is running on my phone.

                      I just want to know what kind of customer care do you run, don't you know to value the time of customer.

                      I need to know the standards of credit card customer care and SBI credit card customer care is maintaining it or not.

                      I called from my registered mobile number only. If possible value my time.

                      I agree I can win with your customer care service and now it's 1 hour 10 minutes and I am hanging up my call.

                        Dear sir,

                        I am soma mishra and i have only filled and submitted the online sbi account opening form yesterday for my first bank account. I received the tcrn and tarn on my mobile phone after submission. However, while trying to download the submitted form it asks for a narn number which i never received, neither as a message on my phone nor on my provided e-mail address which is 'soma. [protected]@gmail.com'. I was never emailed anything. I have only received a tarn number after submission of the form and that is not working for downloading the form.

                        I am in an urgent need to download my submitted form to open the account.

                        Kindly respond to my inquiry and fix the issue so i can download my submitted form.

                          I have saving account at najafgarh new delhi branch code 1419 my account no. Is [protected]. Today i had closed my account and for my surprise 575 rs was deducted on the name of account clouser in any condition whether you maintain minimum balance or not. I have been told any acount clouser minimum 575 rs will be deducted. This is a serious issue when i called customer care i had been told that above one year of account opening on clouser no charges has been leived. I had opened my account on 04th april 2014. I want proper explaination as branch manager is not ready to listen anything in this regard.

                            Sir, i am one of thr staff of above said higher seconary school, it has become a regular basis that the transfer of salary of the staff is being delayed 3 to 4 days, sometimes even 7 to 8 days, when spproach we often get lame excuses, even when we can see with our own yes that other customers are cathered to their need, such apathy towards the staff is becoming unbearable. Is this the way that sbi function, whether the lame excuses are just the co incidence or a delivarate intentintionaly maligned. Immediate attentioned is requied to be paid to the problem, the staff of the said school can no long remain a mute spectator. We expect immediate solution to the problem.

                              Sir, my paytm account of phone no. [protected] was refunded me a some of rupees 264 in my bank account sbi, j. U. For a return of products on 29th april, 2017. Still now its not reflected in my bank account. Paytm again and again told me that they refunded my money with arn no 75044027120017039421385 and a transaction no [protected]. And paytm told that i should contact with my bank sbi j. U. But in bank they again and again told me that they could not done anything and i should contact with paytm and sbi customer care. I contacted sbi customer care i they are unable to solve the problem and told me a that branch should take a the step for solutions. But bank counter no 16 all-time told me that problem will be solved by customer care through phone service. Also paytm told everytime that they transfer the money and bank is now responsible. But bank dont help me anything. Please help me. Its a complete harrassment by bank, i was going to bank three times in last two weeks.

                                  I'm santhosh using sbi card from march'15 to jan'16. After that not able to pay dues due to job loss. Last week sbi card offer settlement of 60000 to pay at 20000 in three installments. And an official from sbi recovery said i have to pay 20000 of 1st installment by tomorrow (Saturday) or sbi official will visit your house. But i'm able to pay only monthly 4000.

                                      My sbi account balance is on hold, i got this information from customer care, i got my branch number from the customer care, i called that number many times but they didn't respond, i tried many times
                                      Now i can't go to my branch, please resolve the problem via online only, they didn't respond, please take action

                                      State Bank Of India [SBI] — Harassment of credit card recovery agent

                                      I hsve lost job. Gone into depression. Currently under treatment from psychiatrust. Recovery agent of SBI harassing me on daily basis on phone & coming to my home & abusing & hitting me. My wife had left me because I am un employed. If the harassment dies not end, I will committ suicide.
