Sir, my name is o. Ravishankker, tirupathi, my id, [protected]@gmail.com, phone no: [protected], i have booked seva 300/ tickets with the same id as mentioned above on[protected], wide ref. No: id[protected] for 6 tickets with extra laddus and paid through sbi net banking, a/c no:[protected], bank receipt no:ch60498950 for rs.2.142/-, but unfortunately first time seva booking it has been failed, as per your your records, but bank ref no:ch60499850 for rs.2, 142/- and same amount is debited in our a/c. So two times it is debited in our account but we got seva 6 tickets only, please verify the same and give refund to our acccount [protected] / sbi and oblige.

    Dear Sir,
    On 9th May 2017 my mother went to SBI ATM to withdraw amount. As she swap the card and entered pin no without entering the amount in the amount column then due to technical issue that transaction was aborted. But mini statement show that amount of Rs 22000 transaction successful which was the whole amount of account balance but she didn't get any amount.
    After that we complaint to the customer care, they gives a complaint reference no "[protected]" and we also told whole scenario to the branch manager but manager said that there is successful transaction so bank cannot do any thing. So please advice what we should further do. Am'i get my money back or not?

      On 09/05/2017 at 9.38 pm, I withdrawn Rs.6000 at ATM S5NA[protected] SBI, Paharganj, New Delhi. The man stood on my back while I on Queue, stolen my ATM card and using my pin theft Rs.39000 from my account. At that time, at ATM centre there is no security.

      I call SBI customer care[protected] at 10.10 pm from my mobile no: [protected] about my ATM card missing but there is no proper response and the person not block my ATM card.

      At 10.37pm, again the person using my card cleared my entire balance. totally I loss Rs.39000.

      Using camera facility, kindly trace the person.

      While entered my pass book. The wrong person put his money on my account and done something.

        अब हमने २६/०४/२०१७ को मजबूरी में १०६०००/- रुपये एस बी आई में जमा करा दिया है . पर हम खुश नहीं हैं . क्योंकि ये हमारी मजबूरी थी. आप हमें न्याय दिलाएं और हमें हमारे रुपये जल्द से जल्द ब्याज सहित दिलवाएं . मेरे पिताजी को पहले भी इसी वजह से हार्ट अटैक आया था और अभी फिर उनकी तबियत खराब हो गयी थी राशि जमा करने के कारन . हम जानते हैं की कोर्ट में आपके साथ हमें ५०-१०० साल तक और लड़ना पद सकता है . जो हमारे लिए पॉसिबल नहीं है. दो कोर्ट से हम केस जीत भी चुके हैं.

        मैं लक्ष्मीनारायण गुप्ता पिता श्री मणिराम गुप्ता एन.टी.पी.सी. जमनीपाली कोरबा, निवासी छत्तीसगढ़।
        मेरे पिताजी ने एस.बी.आई. से 2006 में गृह लोन लिया था। जिसमें ये हुआ कि एस.बी.आई कोरबा ब्रांच के ब्रांच मैनेजर ने बिल्डर के साथ मिलकर एक बहुत बड़े घोटाले को अंजाम दिया जिसमें मेरे पिताजी आज तक पिस रहे हैं।
        आपके एस.बी.आई ब्रांच मैनेजर ने पहले तो बिना डाईवर्जन के प्लाॅट फाईनेंस करवाकर बिकवाया जिसमें घर बनवाने का भी प्रावधान था।
        इसमें काफी लोगों ने बुकिंग करवाई थी और बिल्डर ने एक ही प्लाॅट को 2-3 लोगों को बेच दिया था और दूसरी बात आपके बैंक मैनेजर साहब ने बिना किसी डिसबर्समेण्ट शेड्यूल के और बिना किसी चेकिंग के 200-300 लेागों का फाईनेंस का एमाउंट एक साथ मिली भगत करके बिल्डर को पेमेन्ट कर दिया था एवं जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप बिल्डर पैसे लेकर भाग गया। फिर पकड़ा गया जेल हुई और आपके एस.बी.आई ब्रांच मैनेजर को नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया था। परंतु इससे हमारी समस्या का हल नहीं होता है।
        हमनेे उपभोक्ता फोरम में और स्टेट कमीशन में भी केस जीत लिया है। अब आपका वकील कहता है कि हम सुप्रीम कोर्ट जायेंगे और आगे लड़ेंगे। मुझे ये बताईये, कि यदि आज हमारा प्लाॅट और मकान बनकर हमारे पास होता तो हमें कभी कोई तकलीफ नहीं होती और आज उस जगह पर उसका दाम 30-40 लाख रूपये होता। मगर बैंक मैनेजर के द्वारा की गई गड़बड़ी की वजह से हमनें हमारे किश्त बंद करवा दिये थे और 10 साल से केस लड़ रहे हैं। जिसमें भी जीत हमारी हुई है।
        अब मेरे पिताजी को दूसरा घर बनवाना पड़ा 15 लाख रू. उसमें लग गये। आप बैंक वालों ने हमारा मजाक बना दिया है। अब आप हमारा नुकसान देखिये। आज हमारा घर तकरीबन 30 लाख का होता $ 15 लाख में नया घर $ हमें आपसे या आपकी बैंक से 7-10 लाख मुआवजा मिलना चाहिये यह कुल होता है करीब 50-55 लाख रू.।
        अब आप मुझे बताईये मेरे पिताजी कब तक लड़ते रहेंगे और उनके नहीं रहने पर इस धन का क्या मतलब। आप भोली-भाली जनता का मजाक बना रहें है।
        अगर गलती आपके बैंक और बिल्डर द्वारा हुई है तो सजा भी आप भुुगतें और आगे अपील करके जनता को क्येां परेशान किया जा रहा है। आपके बैक के ही वजह से मेरे पिताजी को हार्ट अटैक भी आया था और आज तक वो महीनें के 6 हजार से 7 हजार की दवा खाते हैं। आप को शर्म आनी चाहिये।
        एस.बी.आई बैंक जनता की दुश्मन बन गई है। हमें और हमारे जैसे बहुत से लोगों को आपसे नफरत है। आप की वजह से हमें टेंसन बना रहता है। आप जैसे बड़ी बैंकों से जिन्दगी भर लड़ने की हमारी क्षमता नहीं है। अभी तो पत्र के द्वारा एवं इसके बाद मैं यूट्युब में भी इस बात का एडवरटाइस करूंगा। आपको अंदाजा नहीं है कि आप के बैंक के करतूत की वजह से कितनी ही लोगों की जिन्दगी बर्बाद हो रही है।
        अब आपकी बैंक का कहना है कि कस्टमर की तरफ से बकाया में से ब्याज माफ करके पिं्रसिपल, कस्टमर द्वारा बैंक में जमा कराया जाये और केस भी वापस लिया जाये तभी हम एन.ओ.सी. देंगे। यह तो बैंक द्वारा सरासर धमकी है। कोर्ट के फैसले के अनुसार हमें हमारा प्लाॅट बेचने का भी हक है एवं बैंक द्वारा मुआवजा भी मिलना चाहिये, वरना हमारा इतने साल केस लड़ने का क्या मतलब।
        या तो आप हमारा पिछला 50 लाख का नुकसान हमें दीजिये फिर हम आपका किश्त का एमाउंट आपको दे देंगे।
        केस साफ सुथरा हे इसमें लीपा-पोती न करें क्योंकि आपने ही बैंक ब्रंाच मैनेजर को डिसमिस किया था और कोर्ट का फैसला हमारे तरफ ही है। अभी हमें हमारे वकील को भी फीस देनी हैं। हम आप बैंक की वजह से पूरी तरह बर्बाद हो गये हैं। आज हमें वो घर मिला होता तो हमारी जिंदगी भी ठीक-ठाक चल रही होती।
        उपभोक्ता फोरम के समय मेरे पिताजी को हर महीनें पेशी में आना पड़ता था एवं वकीलों को पैसे बांटने पड़ते थे यें तो सरासर हम जनता का मजाक है। आप बैंक तो बड़ी संस्था है वकील को बड़ी सैलरी व फीसें देकर जिंदगी भर हमारे खिलाफ अपील करके लड़ सकते हैं परंतु हम जनता क्या करें।
        यदि आपके सीनें में दिल है तो कृपया मेरी, मेरे पिताजी फैमिली एवं जनता की भावनाओं की कदर करें एवं आगे कहीं भी अपील न करते हुये हमें हमारे हक का धन हमें वापस करें और स्टेट कमीशन एवं उपभोक्ता फोरम के फैसले का सम्मान करें।
        मैं अपनी नौकरी छोड़कर पूणे से कोरबा आया हूँ इस लड़ाई में मेरे पिताजी का साथ देनें कि मैं उनकी जगह दौड़ सकूँ। आज उनकी उम्र 67-68 हैं, आप क्या चाहतें हैं कि उनके एकाउंट में जो भी थोड़े रिटायरमेंट के सेविंग बचे हैं। वो भी आप बैंक को देकर बर्बाद हो जायें तो आपको तसल्ली होगी। अगर ऐसा करने से उनकी तबियत खराब होती है तो उसका जिम्मेदार कौन होगा।
        हम केस हारते तो समझ में आता कि गलती हमारी है पर हम केस भी जीत चुके हैं फिर क्यों आम जनता को परेशान करके उनसे पैसे वसूल करना चाहते हैं। आपकी इतनी बड़ी संस्था है आप लड़ सकते हैं पर आम आदमी के लिये यह पाॅसिबल नहीं है।
        हमें तो आपसे 20-30 लाख लेना चाहिये पर हम कोर्ट के फैसले से संतुष्ट होकर जो भी 8-10 लाख का एमाउंट बन रहा है। वहीं देकर इस केस का निराकरण करें, मानवता दिखायें एवं कोर्ट के फैसले की इज्जत करें।
        मैडम मैं आपसे निवेदन करता हूँ आप हमें हमारा प्लाॅट का एन.ओ.सी. बिना किसी शर्त के दे देवें तो हम उसे बेचकर अपना कुछ पैसा वसूल कर सकें एवं आपके द्वारा मुआवजा भी प्रदान करें और हमें भी सुख चैन से जीनें दें।
        हम आपकी बहुत इज्जत करते हैं एवं आपके द्वारा फैसले का इन्तजार कर रहे हैं। कृपया हमें न सतायें। हमारे दर्द को समझें।
        एक बात और बताना चाहुँगा कि आपके बैंक मैनेजर ने मेरे पिताजी की साइन करकेे पैसे बिल्डर को दिये थे और वो भी बिना डिस्बर्ससमेंट के एवं बिना इंस्पेक्सन के।
        मेरे पिताजी सीधे सादे एवं कम पढे लिखे हैं। सामान्यतः जो होता है कि बड़े से बड़े पढ़े लिखे एवं पैसे वाले लोग भी आपके एप्लिकेशन को डिटेल में नहीं पढ़ते हैं परन्तु वह एस.बी.आई पर इतना विश्वास के साथ चलते हैं कि जहाँ मैनेजर हस्ताक्षर करने को बोलता है तो कई बार कर देतें हैं परंतु इसका मतलब यह नहीं होना चाहिये कि बैंकर नियम को ताक पर रखकर कोई भी मनमानी करें। बैंक मैनेजर बैंक का चेहरा होता है।
        मैंने अपने प्लाॅट का सौदा किसी के साथ कर दिया है तो मुझे जल्द से जल्द मतलब 12 तारीख तक आपके द्वारा फैसला चाहिये। और इस केस के झंझट से निजाद चाहिये। हमें भी जिन्दगी शांति से जीने का हक है। मुझे आपके द्वारा बिना किसी शर्त के एन.ओ.सी. चाहिये जो मैं मेरे क्लाइंट को दे सकूँ।
        बैंक मैनेजर लोगों द्वारा की गई अनियमितता एवं धोटाले की वजह से आप 100-200 लोगों को जिन्दगी के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं।
        मैं आपको स्टेट कमीशन द्वारा दिये गये फैसले का शीट भी अटैचमेंट में लगा रहा हूँ।
        और जैसा कि आप लोगों ने 31.03.2017 का आखिरी दिन हमें दिये थे कि आप पेमेंन्ट करें बैंक को एवं केस वापिस लें तो ही हम एन.ओ.सी. देंगे। अब तो यह तारीख निकल गइ है, आप बताएँ, हम अब क्या करें।

          I worked with SBI Life (Reg. no.49971) for last 8 & half years. Every month the PF was deducted from my salary. The last balance I checked before leaving it was approx 8 lakhs above. I am a registered member of online EPFO from long back and every year I took out the print of my PF balance. Now I joined another company and contributing my PF as well. I wanted to transfer my previous PF balance to the new one and register for UAN. But after login into my account with my id, I found the chapter A is showing my mobile no by default. I entered the details and moved to chapter B. Here also I entered the PF details as mentioned. But immediately after that the chapter C appeared, which is showing in the of some 'Binod Kumar Singh' with different DOJ and father's name as 'Dineshwar Singh'.
          Surprisingly the site is registered in my details and contact no. The site is opening with my id and by default showing my mobile no and welcome me as well. My PF no is MH/BAN/49971/8932.
          Please look into matter and suggest me what should I do now, as it is required to change the name. Only then I could be able to transfer my previous balance to the new PF account no and apply for the UAN.

            On 16/5/2017 My mother went to sbi pulluru branch located at mylavaram to know about how to get new ATM card of me. I am in other Australia pursuing PhD.
            The case manager (name I don't know) was very rude to my mother and insulted her very badly in front of so many customers.
            I request you to please take immediate action on him. I will complain to this in ombudsman also if I am not satisfied with your action. I want immediate action. He don't know how to serve customers especially with women. Yesterday he is in charge of that branch.

              I have changed my city of residence and hence my mobile number. However, it has been impossible to get the mobile number associated with SBI internet banking. SBI says it cannot be changed at the branch. While it says, it can be changed online after logging in, that link says go to the branch for changing. SBI claims that a reference number can be generated online, after which the branch can change it. However, the online links do not give it. Every online transaction will send an one-time-password OTP to the old mobile number, which I do not have. So, I have been unable to make any transactions.

              Now, I have forgotten my login password after 3 years. Still, SBI claims there is no provision in the bank for giving me a new username/password. The bank people think it is not their job to do this for me.

              As a result, I am not able to operate my bank account and hence use my money.

              SBI needs to wake up and change its system for online banking mobile phone number change.

                Dear Sir,

                I attempted my SBI PO Prelims on April 29, 2017. Exam Centre - Global Institute of Technology, ITS-1 IT Park, EPIP Sitapura, Jaipur -302022.

                I had my exam in 4th shift. My computer was repetitively logging me out before the exam. I immediately informed the concerned authority about this issue. But the authorities irresponsibly told me that this wont happen during the exam and that they are confirming this out of their experience. It happened to 5-6 other students too. Changing seats also did not help them as the vacant computers were also having the same problem.

                My computer had logged out 4 times before the exam. But authority told me that it wont happen during the exam.

                Then, 3 minutes after the exam started, my exam got signed out. I again informed the invigilators and this time they changed my seat. Again after 7 minutes, my exam got signed out. Then I was shifted to 3rd computer.

                This definitely affected my mental stability required to clear the exam. I remained calm as I had to focus on the exam. I did not argue with any single invigilator.

                On my 3rd computer, the mouse was horrible. It was not clicking the options immediately. I had to click 2-3 times to mark the answer and to move to the next question. This surely took away few minutes of mine from the total duration of 50 minutes that I spent on the 3rd computer with terrible mouse.

                So, overall I got suppressed by the time limits which definitely tolled on my mental stability during the exam.

                More sad part is that today I got to know that I could not clear Preliminary exam by 2 marks, though I had cleared it last year with a fair margin.

                This inconvenience happened only because of lazy and irresponsible invigilators appointed at my exam venue. Also there were 10-15 poorly performing computers in my lab, which affected the exam of 5-6 students. Luckily for the authorities, the remaining computers were vacant due to absentees and only we 5-6 students were shifting our computers during the exam. This could be sorted out before the exam as all the students settle on their seats 30 minutes prior to the examination.

                I strongly condemn such conduct of the invigilators on their irresponsible behavior. They lacked mental presence only because they had managed 3 shifts earlier during the day. So they did not care much during the 4th shift. They were more concerned about their own comfort.

                I request SBI to never select this examination center which cannot ensure smooth functioning during the exam. Also the concerned invigilators must be found out and be barred from being part of any invigilation team in future.

                This would save the ambitious aspirants from failing for the reasons like a poor examination center and a poor invigilation team. A strict screening should be held for the invigilators before the exam and only those with high energy levels, tolerance and technical know-how should be selected to be part of invigilators' team in any center.

                I had also submitted my feedback after the exam on April 29, 2017. Shift -4.
                Today, I witnessed the most sad result of my life. Though, I am glad that I performed with 96.15%, accuracy even after falling in such circumstances.

                I hope SBI will handle this complaint with exact importance that is associated with this message.

                  Hey,
                  I am having my account in state bank of india, borsad branch code :00299.

                  As bank timming are from 10am -4pm so that of 6 hours. Now a days as banks having more working, its the taluka level branch operating with only one single cash, chaque transaction counter having 5 counters only single is in opration since a long time here.
                  Important complain is that bank manager and the bank employees stopped their working at time of 4 pm customer having in queue too since from 3 o'clock that is 1 hour asbthey reached bank in time of banking hours having in queue cant complete their work done because of this unique rules of stopping counter at 4 o clock having customers in queue are advused to come on the next day to complete that work being done.
                  You can check the branch visit it surprising way you would see the reasult there.

                  Is this the customer relationship, is it the customer service. I don't think so.

                    I am sorry to say that i have account in your Nagli Sakrawati branch code 04848 since last 5 years and not receiving proper reply from the staff.

                    Recently i have deposited a chq on 11.05.17 at 10.27 AM in the branch and still not credited in my account no [protected] till 17.05.17 3.30 PM.

                    After asking manager given reply it will take another 2-3 days i want the reason why it will take another 2-3 days.

                      As soon as i posted a complaint in this site, i received a call from[protected] which is a toll free no of sbi and asked sweetly the details of complaint and also asked the debit card number which i used at atm and also asked the exp. Date and cvv no. And assured to credit the amount differed at atm. This is clearly cheating and asking otp for which they planned to withdraw the amount.. Cheaters are ready to avail the panic situation of the customers.. So dont reveal the details to the b# and rogues. Fradulent phones i received are [protected] and [protected]

                      I have posted a complaint against the atm withdrawl which was not dispensed cash but shown debited from my account for rs. 17000/-.in spite of taking action, the fausdsters used the given details and withdrawn rs. 10000/- from my sbi sb account [protected]on 17th may i. E., totday. The phone numbers i received are one exatly is number notified as toll free i. E.,[protected] and another one is [protected]. They withdrawn 10000 from my account and paid to ola cabs. Please do justice.

                          I am sr. Citizen and having account with sbi bopalbranch of ahmedabad. My cheque was returned though balance was sufficient. Yesterday i personally approched branch manager to withdraw cash but fail with reason insufficient balance in my account. There is 18000 balance but not allow to withdraw rs 2500.
                          No proper answer was given by branch manager.
                          Kindly do needful and favore to me as i am 63 yrs old cannot approch in this heat wave.

                              Respected sir/mam,
                              Myself ‘mirza asalam beg s/o mirza mahboob beg’. I live in kandivali (West)-mumbai-400 067.
                              I have taken a tata credit card (Card no. [protected]).
                              In the month of oct-16 my total outstanding was rs. 67, 022.71 (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees seventy one paise only). That time i received a call from “collection team of tata card” then i was asked for full and final settlement of my credit card no. [protected] so telephone operator said sir if you go for full and final settlement then you pay only rs. 48, 000/- (Fourty eight thousand only) in place of 67, 022.71 (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees seventy one paise only).in 5 installments (5-month). So i was agree for processed my request of full and final settlement. And i received a settlement letter on 10th nov-2016 with 5-installment. But condition was in the letter that in advance 5-cheque will give to “tata card executed” when i will receive settlement letter but unfortunately executive not have 5-receipt. He has only one receipt. So i will give to him only one cheque of rs. 9, 600/- (Nine thousand six hundred only - bank – oriental bank of commerce.) and he said to me that sir your 5- installment will go within 5-month (150-days) otherwise settlement will be cancel and date will be count from settlement date as on mention on settlement letter 10th-nov-2016. He said all four cheque will be date on 5th of every month so i replied to him i cannot give to you cheque on date of 5th-every month, i can give to you cheque last weekend of every month. So he said you can give but every month cheque will is cleared within month end otherwise settlement will be brocken. And he said to me that sir i will come tomorrow and collect all 4-cheques and will give to you all 4-receipt. But he didn’t come.
                              1#- in the month of december i was call on toll free no.[protected] regarding check collection. Collection team executive call to me for check collection but that time i was out side so i said to him come tomorrow and collect all 4-cheque. But again he will not come then i again call to toll free no.[protected] and said for collection then tata card telephone operator said to me that sir you can do neft also then i was done neft as on date 26th dec-2016.
                              2#- i was call on toll free[protected] after done neft of emi every month for confirmation that my settlement was on properly process so each and every month tata card telephone operator said to me that sir your settlement is on process properly you continue to do payment till settlement amount not completed.
                              3#- sir when i was done last emi of rs. 9, 600/- (Nine thousand six hundred only) on date 31st march-17 in the morning and i was received a message by sms (Sender - tata card) in afternoon and then i was call on toll free[protected] for confirmation that my payment was received. So operator said to me that sir your payment has been done. Continued page2..
                              And also asked for my settlement has been completed successfully or not. So operator reply to me that your settlement has been completed successfully. And tata card telephone operator replied to me you will received “no dues letter” within 10 to 15 days. But after 15 day i was received a bill amount of rs. 23, 591.22 (Twenty three thousand five hundred ninety one rupees twenty two paise only.). Then i again call on toll free. And asked for outstanding amount then telephone operator said to me don’t worry sir your account will be nill within 45 days. Please ignore that bill. Then i said please transfer call to the senior then i discussed with senior, senior also said don’t worry your account will be nill as soon as possible and he also said to me that i will take complain against that your card will be nill as soon as possible …..
                              4#- i have call on toll free no. Many more times (Near about 15 times), but every time telephone operator said i am taking complain and will be resolved within 2-3 working days. But every time tata card send to me sms “dear tata card holder, we have evaluated your complaint related to helpline servicing against sr#[protected] and regret to inform that same could not be resolved in your favour - tata card”. And i have mail to [protected]@tatacard.com / [protected]@sbicard.com
                              5#- then finally received mail from [protected]@tatacard.com

                              We would like to inform you that your card account was settled for rs.48000 payable in 5 shots on[protected] which was valid till[protected]. As we have received the payment after the valid period the outstanding cannot be zeroised as settlement got null and void

                              Please check my settlement letter which i have attached.
                              And please let me clear where is mention in my settlement letter that my settlement date is 27th oct-16. And settled for rs.48000 payable in 5 shots on[protected] which was valid till[protected].

                              And if my settlement was started from 27th oct-16 then why you have mention in my settlement letter. Why you have not mention 27th oct-16. If my settlement was approved on 27th oct-16 then why you have keeped my settlement letter in your hand near about 14 days from 27th-oct-16 to 10th nov-16. Because i was received my settlement letter as on 10th-nov-16 continued page3..

                              And sir how is it possible that settlement date will not mention on settlement letter. So how customer know settlement date of settlement letter.

                              Please i want to know answer one question only, sir how we can know my settlement date is 27th oct-16 while you have not mention in my settlement letter as well as not sensed any mail sir i am not a god that i will see from my spiritual eyes in your system that my settlement date is 27th oct-16.

                              So please please please please... Clear my outstanding amount and send me noc letter...

                              And sir one question more
                              Why you are not calling to me and why you have not given your settlement department no. So i can directly discuss with then and clear fast.. I have mention all time my both mobile no. But your settlement team not call to why???

                                  I am not able to add beneficiary to my SBI a/c [protected] as HDFC new branch ifsc code HDFC0009227 is not updated by SBI till today. SBI branch code is 15467 and address is Panchsheel, Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad-201016. RBI has already updated this ifsc code to all the banks including SBI. Request to update this ifsc code HDFC0009227 by SBI immediately.

                                    I am writing this due to all attempt made by me to get my money, i am so disappointed and so helpless as neither sbi bank and nor axis bank is trying to resolve my issue (On 13 feb 2017, i have tried to withdraw 3000rs from sbi atm using axis bank debit card and ended up with 500rs due to last currency available in atm; sad part is i got msg alerting me withdrawal of 3000rs which worried me 😩. I have already inform security person that what to do now, he told me to report the problem which i did at the same night to axis bank thinking it might resolve but i was wrong they are writing the email to sbi and sbi deynig to provide me my money i have told them to ask for cc footage which will clear everyone's confusion that i have not got 3000 ta but only 500rs) sadly my father has to enter into this picture to resolve the issue but unfortunately he was also not got fully assisted with this case to due to both bank is not ready to take any action. I am so so so dishearten, disappointed with sbi bank procedure, ultimately my money is lost 2500rs it is not a small amount, i work all night to earn and please understand it is my hard earn money not sbi bank's money and i am not happy, planning to close account so soon!!! Really sad procedure to tourcure customers!!! Such a bad practice to resolve simple issue!!! Shame!!!

                                      Because of new rule of sbi i am unable to maintain minimum balance i. E ₹3000 per month in my account so i went to the bank to close my account but the bank charged me ₹575 for account closing.
                                      They told me that it was a rule and i had been debited by ₹575.
                                      But the question is whether it is fair???
                                      I was running this account since 2008.

                                        I got a call from CPP Assistance Service a week before and the person from CPP told me about CPP, but in one way or other he made me to say 'Yes" on phone. And he asked me to pay charges for card in installments only. Monthly installment is just Rs. 180 something. But on 1 May, 2018, I saw that they have deducted full amount of Rs. 1649 from my account without my permission. It is just stealing other's money without permission. I never accepted for making full payment at once. Now I feel that CPP is not necessary for me. So please enable me to cancel CPP on no time, and refund Rs. 1649 amount which was stolen from my account by CPP Assistance Service. Otherwise, I will take this matter to the consumer court.

                                        SBI CPP is a fraud cos we had not asked for this service and without our knowledge they put this service in our card and when we called to cancel it they assured full refund but they have only refunded half the amount. Pathetic service SBI CPP I regret taking there credit card.
