I am sr. Citizen and having account with sbi bopalbranch of ahmedabad. My cheque was returned though balance was sufficient. Yesterday i personally approched branch manager to withdraw cash but fail with reason insufficient balance in my account. There is 18000 balance but not allow to withdraw rs 2500.
No proper answer was given by branch manager.
Kindly do needful and favore to me as i am 63 yrs old cannot approch in this heat wave.

    I have shoped from myntra shopping website and i have been returned the product to myntra and they confirmed that the balance has been refunded in my account but still balance didn't reflect in my sbi account.       Respected sir/mam,
      Myself ‘mirza asalam beg s/o mirza mahboob beg’. I live in kandivali (West)-mumbai-400 067.
      I have taken a tata credit card (Card no. [protected]).
      In the month of oct-16 my total outstanding was rs. 67, 022.71 (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees seventy one paise only). That time i received a call from “collection team of tata card” then i was asked for full and final settlement of my credit card no. [protected] so telephone operator said sir if you go for full and final settlement then you pay only rs. 48, 000/- (Fourty eight thousand only) in place of 67, 022.71 (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees seventy one paise only).in 5 installments (5-month). So i was agree for processed my request of full and final settlement. And i received a settlement letter on 10th nov-2016 with 5-installment. But condition was in the letter that in advance 5-cheque will give to “tata card executed” when i will receive settlement letter but unfortunately executive not have 5-receipt. He has only one receipt. So i will give to him only one cheque of rs. 9, 600/- (Nine thousand six hundred only - bank – oriental bank of commerce.) and he said to me that sir your 5- installment will go within 5-month (150-days) otherwise settlement will be cancel and date will be count from settlement date as on mention on settlement letter 10th-nov-2016. He said all four cheque will be date on 5th of every month so i replied to him i cannot give to you cheque on date of 5th-every month, i can give to you cheque last weekend of every month. So he said you can give but every month cheque will is cleared within month end otherwise settlement will be brocken. And he said to me that sir i will come tomorrow and collect all 4-cheques and will give to you all 4-receipt. But he didn’t come.
      1#- in the month of december i was call on toll free no.[protected] regarding check collection. Collection team executive call to me for check collection but that time i was out side so i said to him come tomorrow and collect all 4-cheque. But again he will not come then i again call to toll free no.[protected] and said for collection then tata card telephone operator said to me that sir you can do neft also then i was done neft as on date 26th dec-2016.
      2#- i was call on toll free[protected] after done neft of emi every month for confirmation that my settlement was on properly process so each and every month tata card telephone operator said to me that sir your settlement is on process properly you continue to do payment till settlement amount not completed.
      3#- sir when i was done last emi of rs. 9, 600/- (Nine thousand six hundred only) on date 31st march-17 in the morning and i was received a message by sms (Sender - tata card) in afternoon and then i was call on toll free[protected] for confirmation that my payment was received. So operator said to me that sir your payment has been done. Continued page2..
      And also asked for my settlement has been completed successfully or not. So operator reply to me that your settlement has been completed successfully. And tata card telephone operator replied to me you will received “no dues letter” within 10 to 15 days. But after 15 day i was received a bill amount of rs. 23, 591.22 (Twenty three thousand five hundred ninety one rupees twenty two paise only.). Then i again call on toll free. And asked for outstanding amount then telephone operator said to me don’t worry sir your account will be nill within 45 days. Please ignore that bill. Then i said please transfer call to the senior then i discussed with senior, senior also said don’t worry your account will be nill as soon as possible and he also said to me that i will take complain against that your card will be nill as soon as possible …..
      4#- i have call on toll free no. Many more times (Near about 15 times), but every time telephone operator said i am taking complain and will be resolved within 2-3 working days. But every time tata card send to me sms “dear tata card holder, we have evaluated your complaint related to helpline servicing against sr#[protected] and regret to inform that same could not be resolved in your favour - tata card”. And i have mail to [protected]@tatacard.com / [protected]@sbicard.com
      5#- then finally received mail from [protected]@tatacard.com

      This is with reference to your email dated 30/04/2017 regarding settlement

      Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you and for your displeasure whilst you felt our service levels did not meet your expectations.

      We would like to inform you that your card account was settled for rs.48000 payable in 5 shots on[protected] which was valid till[protected]. As we have received the payment after the valid period the outstanding cannot be zeroised as settlement got null and void

      Dear sir/mam,

      Please check my settlement letter which i have attached.
      And please let me clear where is mention in my settlement letter that my settlement date is 27th oct-16. And settled for rs.48000 payable in 5 shots on[protected] which was valid till[protected].

      And if my settlement was started from 27th oct-16 then why you have mention in my settlement letter. Why you have not mention 27th oct-16. If my settlement was approved on 27th oct-16 then why you have keeped my settlement letter in your hand near about 14 days from 27th-oct-16 to 10th nov-16. Because i was received my settlement letter as on 10th-nov-16 continued page3..

      And sir how is it possible that settlement date will not mention on settlement letter. So how customer know settlement date of settlement letter.

      Please i want to know answer one question only, sir how we can know my settlement date is 27th oct-16 while you have not mention in my settlement letter as well as not sensed any mail sir i am not a god that i will see from my spiritual eyes in your system that my settlement date is 27th oct-16.

      So please please please please... Clear my outstanding amount and send me noc letter...

      And sir one question more
      Why you are not calling to me and why you have not given your settlement department no. So i can directly discuss with then and clear fast.. I have mention all time my both mobile no. But your settlement team not call to why???

      8#- while in my settlement letter has mention that on line 2 & 3…

      “please be advised that the settlement amount is rs. 48, 000/- (Fourty-eight thousand rupees only), payable in 5-instalment (S), as against the total outstanding of rs. 67, 022.71/- (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees and seventy one paisa) as on 10/11/2016.”

      9#- so according to the above statement, my settlement date is 10/11/2016 not 27/10/2016 so my last date was 09/04/2017 and i have paid my last emi on date 31/03/2017 so all my payment will be gone within 142 days from (10/11/2016 to 31/03/2016).

      10#- “so according to above all matter my account will be nill and tata card will provide to me no dues later against total outstanding.”

      This is My Settlement Letter And Anywhere is Not Mention 27th October-16 But SBI Credit Card is Counting My Settlement Date is 27thOct-16 So My Payment is Showing Late 4 Days in SBI System But in My Settlemt Letter has mention date is 10th Nov-16 So I have Paid All Amount Within The Validity...

          I am not able to add beneficiary to my SBI a/c [protected] as HDFC new branch ifsc code HDFC0009227 is not updated by SBI till today. SBI branch code is 15467 and address is Panchsheel, Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad-201016. RBI has already updated this ifsc code to all the banks including SBI. Request to update this ifsc code HDFC0009227 by SBI immediately.

          1) My account PMSP A/C but deducting unwanted charges like transfer fund by
          mobile banking and charged each time 5.73

          2) BY TRANSFER Transfer through GCC Rs. 25000.00 and charged Rs. 230.00, what reason for deducting this type of amounts and refund my deducted amount please.

            I am writing this due to all attempt made by me to get my money, i am so disappointed and so helpless as neither sbi bank and nor axis bank is trying to resolve my issue (On 13 feb 2017, i have tried to withdraw 3000rs from sbi atm using axis bank debit card and ended up with 500rs due to last currency available in atm; sad part is i got msg alerting me withdrawal of 3000rs which worried me 😩. I have already inform security person that what to do now, he told me to report the problem which i did at the same night to axis bank thinking it might resolve but i was wrong they are writing the email to sbi and sbi deynig to provide me my money i have told them to ask for cc footage which will clear everyone's confusion that i have not got 3000 ta but only 500rs) sadly my father has to enter into this picture to resolve the issue but unfortunately he was also not got fully assisted with this case to due to both bank is not ready to take any action. I am so so so dishearten, disappointed with sbi bank procedure, ultimately my money is lost 2500rs it is not a small amount, i work all night to earn and please understand it is my hard earn money not sbi bank's money and i am not happy, planning to close account so soon!!! Really sad procedure to tourcure customers!!! Such a bad practice to resolve simple issue!!! Shame!!!

              Because of new rule of sbi i am unable to maintain minimum balance i. E ₹3000 per month in my account so i went to the bank to close my account but the bank charged me ₹575 for account closing.
              They told me that it was a rule and i had been debited by ₹575.
              But the question is whether it is fair???
              I was running this account since 2008.

Your employer told me 1599/- charges to 1 year for cpp protection service. But i am not intrested now. Kindly request you to i don't want to continue cpp card protection service & membership anymore. Please cancelled cpp protection activation today. I don’t want deducting amount in my account.

                Dear Sir,

                I got a call from CPP Assistance Service a week before and the person from CPP told me about CPP, but in one way or other he made me to say 'Yes" on phone. And he asked me to pay charges for card in installments only. Monthly installment is just Rs. 180 something. But on 1 May, 2018, I saw that they have deducted full amount of Rs. 1649 from my account without my permission. It is just stealing other's money without permission. I never accepted for making full payment at once. Now I feel that CPP is not necessary for me. So please enable me to cancel CPP on no time, and refund Rs. 1649 amount which was stolen from my account by CPP Assistance Service. Otherwise, I will take this matter to the consumer court.

                SBI CPP is a fraud cos we had not asked for this service and without our knowledge they put this service in our card and when we called to cancel it they assured full refund but they have only refunded half the amount. Pathetic service SBI CPP I regret taking there credit card.

                  I withdrawed an amount of RS 10000 on 14/02/2017 but instead of 10000 i got only Rs 8000 along with note issuable slip, i contacted SBI customer care they said it will be refunded within 10 days, after 10 days as the amount wasnt refunded, i failed a complaint with reff no: [protected] and got an assurance of solving the issue within 7 working days, after 7 working days they said complaint has been forwarded to my home branch and asked to contact manager.
                  Since my Home branch Manager asked me to give in writing, i forwarded a letter to him, Now even after 2.5 months the issue hasnt been resolved, my branch manager said he couldnt do anything.
                  So requesting you to take an action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I've deposited rs. 22000/- (Rs.2000 x 11 notes) in cash deposit machine (Cdm) at bajaj nagar, jaipur branch on 14th may 2017 at around 12.30pm. However the amount was not deposited in my account. I've given a written complaint to the manager and the atm in-charge is also concern about the matter. However, still after 48 hrs. The problem was not solved; as the amount not deposited into my account.

                      On[protected] I had tried to withdrawn amount of rupees 3000/- using my SBI debit card at HDFC bank but only 2500 rupees is dispensed.

                      This amount i got as one 2000 rupees note and one 500 rupees as folded.

                      Regarding this i had asked the HDFC bank staff because ATM is attached to the bank then they said "to give complaint in SBI bank regrading this issue and when we will get a complaint from the SBI bank we will refund the amount".

                      so I had filed a complaint in SBI bank and waited for 20 days as SBI bank staff said so.

                      when i went to the SBI bank after 20 days they said that they got a response from HDFC bank as no amount to be refunded.

                      Regarding this i had asked both the SBI and HDFC bank managers then they said that they are not responsible for the loss and can do whatever i want.

                      So, request to please look into this issue and help in getting refund of my money debited without cash dispense.

                        Good Day! I’m Midhun S Pandala, hailing from Meladoor in Thrissur District, Kerala- an Entrepreneur based in Malaysia, with business ventures in South India. I am writing this email with extreme dissatisfaction which myself and my family felt while banking at State Bank of Travancore (SBT) Branch in Kuzhur, Thrissur District in Kerala on the 29th of April 2017.

                        On the above mentioned date I together with my uncle and aunt from Malaysia, who holds an NRO account in the SBT Kuzhur Branch, visited the branch to collect her ATM Card Pin Mailer personally. My uncle Dr.Sukilan Somarajan, is a reputed General Physician based in Kuala Terengganu Malaysia and aunt Mrs.Sherly Damodaran (who hold’s the NRO account in the above mentioned SBT branch) is the General Manager of renowned Clinic Sentosa in Kuala Berang in Malaysia.

                        Since we are based near Kuzhur SBT branch locality and since my father had very good experience with SBT over the past many years, we recommended the SBT branch’s banking services to my aunt, who eventually started an NRO account over there, towards which she planned to invest nearly Rs.40 lakhs by June 2017. During her 2 day visit to Kerala on April 2017, we visited the branch to know details regarding the same and also to collect her ATM Pin Mailer personally.

                        We had a terrible and most inhospitable experience at the SBT Kuzhur branch, where we were made to wait for quite long to verify the signature of my aunt Mrs.Sherly Damodharan. We understood and respected the busy schedule of banking staff and waited patiently to collect her ATM Pin mailer.

                        My aunt signed in a register given by one of the clerical staff and informed us that the signature has to be verified by Manager. Ms.Thara.G. upon verifying my aunt’s signature, was supposed to inform us either directly or through a staff member or via token system (which was not given to us at this particular branch) on the readiness of the document so as for us to collect the same from her which would have been a seamlessly easy job. Instead, we were made to wait for long, during which I could see the document kept ready on her table. Since waiting is a simple manners, myself, my uncle and aunt waited till she calls us to hand over the document, which never happened. After waiting for some time, I approached Ms.Thara.G, to let her know our case and also to discuss on an investment and foreign money transfer process, for which she directed me to meet Chief Manager. As such myself and my aunt went to meet Chief Manager Mr. in his cabin adjacent and too visible from the desk of Ms.Thara.G. We spent nearly 10 minutes inside the cabin and came out and continued to wait for our name to be called for collecting the document.

                        We waited for another 10-15 minutes and yet nothing happened. I had no choice but to approach her for the document as we waited quite long for such a simple process. My aunt also followed me. When asked for the document, Ms.Thara.G., informed us that she has called my aunt’s name few times, but no one appeared and collected the document. During that time, the bank had a TV running in the background with above average volume levels, which might have blocked our senses from hearing Ms.Thara’s voice. We still don’t believe that she had called out the name. Anyway, even if that is the case, I believe there is nothing wrong in sending word with a staff or personally coming out of the desk and informing a valuable client on the readiness to collect the document. We were never even asked to sit. She kept claiming that she called out the name many times. Such a cheapskate service rendered to an NRO client who came to Kerala for 2 days to complete this banking procedure. We are highly educated and well respected people in our social circle both in India and abroad. We never have precious time to go waste and hence asked her why she didn’t had the courtesy to call us again or do an announcement. It has to be noted that my aunt is an NRO client who had good plans to invest her hard earned money of nearly Rs.40 lakhs in this branch of SBT. Even if we forget all such attractive benefits that this potential customer could have given to SBT Kuzhur branch, it is a simple manners in the 21st century that any foreman now a days knows. We service personnel need to give and take respect especially with client, who I believe is the fuel of any business. Her attitude was very much visible in her body language and words and she never seemed to have any service attitude that somebody at a Managerial position with such prestigious organization like SBT-SBI should possess. Ms.Thara.G was truly unruly, indecent, aggressive and too unprofessional. Ms.Thara.G never had a bit of customer service skills which I believe in this era of competitive banking service industry is essential for the sustainable growth and development of prestigious banks like SBT especially at a time of the SBT-SBI merger.

                        In our view as an individual she literally tarnished a good brand name or image that we had with SBT-SBI. To make thing more convincing, I welcome the higher authorities to check the same with the Branch Manager to which I have verbally complained regarding the same before leaving the premises, and you may also check the CCTV footage (if available).

                        Despite having a busy schedule, if I’m personally writing such a big letter of grievance, your good self might be able to understand how deeply I was ashamed to have taken my family to this worse scenario. Our future investment plans at SBT-SBI is at hold due to this single issue. I am filing a report to the Banking Ombudsman and will be behind this complaint till a disciplinary action is taken against Ms.Thara.G. I believe if this is what is happening with well educated customers like us, what will be the service rendered to average customers who forms the majority at localities like Kuzhur. We have extremely bad impression on the bank just because of a single staff and is hereby expressing the same and also requesting action from higher authorities, which otherwise might force us to go to other options that might take this issue public and worsen the scenario before it is out of control.

                                  I am a account holder who is trying to update her mobile number since last one year, but no one is bothered to help, and i am unable to change my otp so not able to change my password, i am stuck with the bank, deprive o[censored]sing my account. I tried visiting the branch writing applications but no response, the logged complain in the customer care then also no response on the contrary received a message that the issue is resolved without contacting the customer.

                                      I had applied for visa global debit card at my bank (Sbi vasundhara-sector-15) as my old visa silver card expired. I received a unnecessary domestic rupay card from your end. I then reapplied online for another visa global debit card & after 10 days again i received a visa classic domestic card! This is highly unprofessional & a waste of my time. Please sack those employees sitting in noida branch office mindlessly handing out cards & refund me the charges for issuing these unwanted cards. All this waiting for getting a debit card has caused me tremendous loss in running my business as i have bills to pay! I'm again applying for a visa paywave card & make sure it's international this time!
