ATM card not recvd till today. pensioners account holder account no [protected] saving account In timarni Branch Dist -HARDA (M.P.)
sir father is retired from BSNL and he is 68 year old. My father has lost their ATM card 2-3 months before and he block by customer care. And application given to SBI timarni branch dist harda(m.p.) for issuing a card.

Due to wrong address proof the card returned to back. Bank employees said i will take care y have to give application to reopen blocked card we will be activate from here.

After that he has given two time more application and to reactivate and reissue to new card. last application he given by 20.04.2017. And to the till date he didn't recved card. and two time 225+225 =450 approxly fine deducted from his account. Kindly help him
Timarni branch distance from his residence 16 Km. and he is unable to drive their car and bike.
And on dated 15 days before a block card issed to my father. This card is not activated by bank

    I had deposited a cheque no.[protected] of rs. 9, 000.00 in sbi kotwa allahabad ifsc code : sbin0017059 on dt.[protected], but the cheque is not cleared till now. I have visited the branch many times and discussed the matter with the branch officials in this regard but i couldn’t get any satisfactory reply.

    Due to this delay in clearance of cheque i have suffered a lot in respect of time loss as well as huge financial loss including interest on this amount and mental harassment.

      I have two credit card no: [protected] and [protected], both of the cards are not activated since inception as well as after several request. Surprisingly, i got a bill amount rs.5999/-. How this bill was raised against a non activated card. I would like to give up the card and i could not pay the amount which i did not spend. Please cancel my card as early as possible.

            I am your SBI CUSTOMER from so long time. I have 2 account with your Bank. One is mine and other for my mother's. My account number is [protected] and my mother's account number is [protected]. My name is Kumar Gaurav and my mother's name is bina bharti.and our home branch is at nangli sakrawati delhi, branch code is 4848. Today (23 may 2017). i visited my branch at 11.00AM for issue of duplicate ATM card. At service manager counter a fat lady was operating there she was so rude. I simply said that mam i want to apply for Duplicate ATM card for me and my mother. so we submitted customer request form, adhar card and rent agreement copy for my both account. But they talked me so rudly that you can't apply for atm card with rent agreement. RBI is not allowing me for do that. So change your adhar card address and i need pan card urgently for issue of ATM.i want to inform that i am working in public sector and mother is housewife she has no any other sources of income then why my mother should apply for pan card. If I will not issue a pan card then you will not issue debit card. My mother is 57 years old with sick person how she will go branch for withdrawal money. I requested to that lady please issue our ATM card we will collect from branch. She was saying that no no its not allowed. And at last i simply want to ask her name that please describe me your name but she said me in so rudly manner I can't not disclose my name talk to my manager. But when i went to branch manager room no anyone​ present there. When i told that matter she was saying that​ manager is on Leave so you can come as another day for knowing my name. But she was wearing his id card but unfortunately id card was in reverse position. So in last i want to say that i am graduated person and working man. She was treating me in such a manner than how she can treat to illiterate person? You know that in sbi most people open their account who are mostly uneducated. They thought that this is govt account my money will be safe. But so dirty service provided my your side. So i request you to please dismiss that type of lady. I vist your branch in 1 or 2 year one time for that reason because i have another bank account with private bank their service is so good. This is very old account of mine and my mother. If your service will be continuously like that we will close that account.

              Dear Sir,
              I on 30.01.2017 at 7:45 went to S.B.I ATM (ATM Machine no- GFBV[protected], Hinoo, Ranchi, Jharkhand to withdraw some money but after trying 3 times no money was withdrawn. When I entered the ATM there were 2-3 men inside the ATM and there was no security guard. Finally I returned home.

              When I returned home at around 8:34 PM I received an SMS on my Reg Mob phone no- [protected] stating that 10000/- was withdrawn from my account.
              I immediately called the call-centre and got my card blocked.
              Then the very next day I went to the SBI Hinoo branch and passed the information that Rs.10000 was withdrawn from m account without my consent. They also confirmed the same thing to my Branch Manager, Hinoo Branch as well as Doranda Branch but they were not help me even refused to accept my complaint.
              At last I lodged an on-line FIR in Doranda Thana. Unfortunately till today no action has been taken.
              Therefore, I request you to please take an immediate action in this matter and give me justice so that I can return the amount of Rs. 10000/- as soon as possible.

                I have an account with State Bank Of India. They have offered a MOD facility whereby the amount is transferred from the fixed deposit into the saving account as and when the need arises e.g. clearing a cheque. They call it sweep transfer.
                A cheque that I issued to a payee returned unpaid stating insufficient funds. This was a shock to me because I have more than enough funds in MOD FDs to clear the cheque.

                When I inquired at another branch the manager raised hands stating that I should contact the base branch. When I contacted the base branch the manager there said that there was no need for cheque dishonor as the funds could anyways have been swept from FDs.

                The manager also said that most likely the clearing personnel did not know about the MOD facility and he might have rejected the cheque by looking only at the saving balance. They were not ready to do any further investigation or really try to go to the depth of the matter.

                What more can I say?? This is the worst bank in India

                  I had a credit card of sbi. The payment was setteled at 70000/- and in 6 months. Paid 55000/- timely to their persons. After that no body turned up for two months. Then after 2 months person came asked for a minimum payment of 3000/-. This process continued for 6 months with promise that now only 1200/- is pending. I told them to give full and final letter and take money. They are denying and again asking for the whole payment. They are saying you are defaulted. What is the option to fight?

Even you hit this button, It says unable to process request.It keeps coming no matter how many times you try or any time during day or night. Please correct this area or give another tab for submitting 15G/15H forms. This is very important because the Manually submitting these forms is very time consuming because of the workload in Branches....

                          Hi my name isTanweer Akhtar and I went to my nearest sbi branch (Cr. Ave Calcutta) today 22/05/2017 when I updated passbook in sbi e-corner I have seen 2 unauthorised charges on my card and I reported to them about it and they said to me very rudely to call on toll free number they don't know anything about it and they can't even do anything just gave me info that charge has been done by someone in Bardawaan Jn. I lives in Calcutta and never went to that place this year how can anyone charge me from there?
                          Then I forgot my mobile phone over there on counter number 1 and just went back to bank after 5 mins when I remembered I forgot my phone there they said they don't know not even guard keeper knows I requested them to please check on CCTV but they denied it I called my phone too many times but at first it rang then not reachable.

                          Still I came back home dialled the number[protected] regarding charges which I never made they said to go bank and bankers said to call them they can do nothing.

                          It's really need to be change as soon as possible because our government banks provides us worst services and in same place private banks treat us like god then what's wrong with our dept. and government?

                            On 22-may-2017, i had visited sbi deonar branch for depositing cash, after waiting in queue for 30 mins. Cashier declined to accept cash reasioning deposit in cash deposit machine. I was having 50 denomination notes which is not accepetd in cash deposit machine, explained same to cashier, when gone to branch manager mr. Shankar khairkar, he talked to me very rudly after i said i will complain for the same he told me my name is mentioned on the door please carry on. Really shocked by his statement as a consumer not expected this service from your such a reputed bank. Sbi online complaint also not working.

                            To day I went to deposit 10000 cash in sbi araldihi SBIN0008709, cashier refused to take cash he told me to meet manager, manager told me to deposit the cash by atm card green chanel, i told him that at that time I am unable to produce atm please deposit my cash through counter because I have given a cheque to another person if it bounced I have to suffer serious problem, but he refused and behaved with me very rudely..

                              Service is too poor as customer's are numerous the bank staff thinks they are the king but it's not acceptable from the government organization who has the maximum customers and the bank bank guard who has the duty of protecting the bank he comes and tell customers to stand properly as he is branch manager.

                                Sms alerts not received after transaction

                                I am having saving bank account with sbi more than 5 years. Since last year i am not receiving sms alert so balance change for transactions such as rtgs, neft, cheque transfer for credit or debit. The transaction amounts in all such cases was more than 25000. After giving complaint, they say that it is a technical problem since last one year. I went to the branch also, but they are not accepting complaint application....

                                Complaint: loan account 32844549555 - debited after closure

                                This is regarding the SBI car loan closure of the account [protected] which was completed on 6th May 2017. Attached loan statement and NOC from the SBI bank dated 06th May 2017
                                However even after the loan closure, the EMI of Rs 14, 936 (DECS DR/SBI, RACPC,[protected] is debited from my account on 10th May 2017. (Attached debit screenshot)

                                Sir/madam,
                                This is to bring to your notice the following.
                                # we are maintaining two home loan accounts with ur sbi powai hiranandani branch.
                                Both loans amts are above 1cr.
                                And we believe we are one of your premium customers.

                                An application for conversion of term loan to max gain hl account was submitted on 30th march2017.
                                We were told that since annual closing is approaching it will take a few weeks.
                                After almost two months the conversion is still pending.
                                We have also submitted a cheque for 18lacs to be prepaid after the conversion.
                                The cheque too is not presented so far.
                                The approach of your branch staff and the manager is very unprofessional.
                                The branch manager said that, he has been temporarily posted and not aware of the technical issues.
                                I have personally visited the branch 10 times in these 2 months since no one responds to phone calls.
                                Now i am losing interest on 18lacs for two months and that is a big loss.
                                I fail to understand this sort o[censored]nprofessional attitude.
                                I request you to take up the issue and resolve the same at the earliest.
                                Sbi being such a big brand i am sure the customer care cell will look into it and ensure that this does not recur again and we can expect good service in the future.

                                  मैंने फरबरी में नया खाता खुलवाया अभी तक एटीएम नहीं मिला नयी शाखा है फिर कोई सही से बात करने वाला नहीं है कम से कम 10 से 11 बार शाखा में जा चूका हु लेकिन सुनने वाला कोई नहीं है क्या करे मुझे चेक बुक एटीएम मिलगा या नहीं कृपया करके बताने का कष्ट करे बैंक शाखा में जाने से कोई फायदा नहीं हराम का वेतन ले रहे है !
