These is much to my dismay that inspite of customer for these esteem bank and i was transfer to Ramban dist j&k i asked for my transfer of cif account through e-mail of the branch concern n complaint through helpline no action has been taken till n its been a month from now on. Instead of these attitude of the manager of Noonmati branch guwahati Assam i better change my salary account to some other bank where i could get a better cooperation n help.

    Sir, on 10 may 17 at 0959 am I had put my sbi card on Canara bank ATM for withdrawal of Rs 10000/- but I got no any money from and slip shown as declined and at the same time 10000/- deducted from my account. I had complained on the same at around 1200 pm but no result till now and today also I had called again and put a fresh complain. Pls do the needful. As yesterday I had visited my branch achole road nalasopara east Mumbai 401203 for query but they told me to complain on customer care service.

    Sir, I had made a sbi card ATM withdrawal of Rs 10000/- on 10 may 16 from Canara bank ATM machine in manvelpada Virar East Mumbai at 0959 am and subsequently 1000 am. But both times I got transction slip as a transction declined.response code 072 on both time. I have already complained 4 times to sbi customer care but after getting complain number it is closed after one day. My account number is [protected]. Branch sbi Achole road nalasopara east Mumbai. Pls do needful as I'm so worried about my money.

      I have paid my Passport Fees through IDBI Bank DEBIT Card on 05TH MAY 2017. The transaction was failed. Please find attached screen shot for the reference. IDBI bank has deducted the amount and showing in my Debit card statement. As instructed, SBI has to return to IDBI bank within 7days of the failed transaction. It has not happened as of now.

      The passport Seva Kendra is advising to send email to SBI customer care. I sent email. No reply from SBI. Passport seva kendra has given phone number[protected] . i tried this number around 100 times sofar. It is either busy or nobody is lifting the phone, just ringing. whom to blame now? Is sbi is having such bad process and infrastructure in its core banking? Mr. Modi is asking everyone to for digital transaction. Even people with highest computer literacy are struggling to get back our paid amount. what will happen to illiterate people?when i spoke to customer service at passport kendra, they are telling it is SBI issue and they have to resolve. To whom i need to contact now to get back my amount. very bad experience and don't know about SBI & Passport office taking a joy ride on their customers in India.

      Please reverse and refund the money asap.

          I'm an onlinesbi customer since 2011. For the last 4 months i'm facing OTP related issues. To complete a transaction i need to try for several times to get the OTP. I have raised a complaint regarding the same on march 31st also (SMS No:[protected]). But the issue not been resolved and continues at its worst. Please do the needful to resolve the issue.

            Atm cash not dispensed but amount debited from account.

            Sir/madam,
            I used my yes bank atm card to withdraw rs.5, 000/- at state bank of india atm at new ashok nagar oppositr icici bank atm 110096, new delhi, on 02/04/2017. But money was not dispensed. I received the sms with txn no. Ats:[protected]:hfbc[protected]:+sbi ashok ngr delhi stating "inr 5, 000.00 debited to ac..". But the money was debited on 02/04/2017 with the same txn no hfbc[protected]. I have registered complaint to yes bank...

            On 11th may i withdraw rs.5, 000/- from chepad branch.
            On the mini statement rs.8, 000/+ 8, 000/- (Rs. 16, 000/-) debited from my account od 10th may 2017

            Kindly do the necessary to correct and credit the amount to my account at the earliest. Please acknowledge

              Dear sir,
              I my self k. L. Sai akhil, have an account in sbi, but it was not working from past two months. When i concern the branch, customer supporter at the bank said that it was an tiny od account. All the tiny od accounts were temporarily stopped by the government. The balance amount in the account was unable withdrawal from the atm card or bank slip.

                I have been your SBI saving bank account holder. Account number- [protected] IFSC code-SBIN0000057, CONTAI branch in west Bengal.

                Dated on 25.03.2017 central bank ATM - Machine No-D20D342611 Time near about- 10.50am I withdrawn Rupee 10, 000+10, 000+10, 000=30, 000 but I get Rupee only 20, 000 of 1st and 3rd transaction another Rupee of 10, 000 was not came out from ATM.

                I have been submitted a hard copy regarding the problem in my branch office as possible. Also I get a sms from you – complaint no-[protected].

                Several times mailed sbi customer care to higher authorities but no result found.

                Till now suffering the same problem from 25.03.2017. I have three transaction sms number bellow-
                1) Txn#[protected] @10, 000 money received.
                2)Txn#[protected] @ 10, 000 missing (not received)
                3)Txn#[protected] @10, 000 money received.

                when 2nd trx money not received from ATM same time informed to on duty security. please see the footage of CCTV.

                i very depressed for service that, branch office told on process and customer care told visit to branch office.
                I am 70 years old senior citizen, this summer i frequently contact to branch but no result.

Then they asked for my Credit Card No. & CVV and informed that specified amounts will be credited in new Credit card.

                  I have received a phone call from a mobile number [protected] and [protected] on 12.5.2017, stated that they are calling from SBI Master/Visa credit card section.They had also accurately mentioned my name and Credit card number.They said my credit card has blocked due to that the card has not been used till now from the card is issued.To resolve this, a new card will be issued and the limit will be transferred to the new card.They asked for an OTP which will be received to the registered mobile for transferring the limit to the new card.I have also trusted the call because the above details said by them is 100% correct.I have realized that my card has misused after I noticed Rs.14994.50 is in unbilled transaction in the credit card statement in net banking on the same date .The transaction details are mentioned for your kind reference.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I want to tell you that this is my sixth or seventh time that i was in the state bank of india, aishbagh, Lucknow since holi.
                      The matter is, i have have forgotten my rupay card pin so i had try it to generate through my registered mobile number but it was failed the pin was not generated. After that i tried to generate through SBI ATM machine but the result was same. After all method of regeneration of pin, i had visited to my homebranch (SBI), the manager of the bank asked for written application, i had given that, but result was same. Again i visited to bank they again asked for the application, i had given it, but the result was same. This process continues for 3-4 times but result was not good. Finally, i again visited to my homebranch(SBI) And i asked to the manager for the new ATM card and i also asked for surrendering the old card. He said, you have no need to surrender the old card just give me the application for new card with photo, i had given it. But after applying new ATM card, i waited near about two week but still i have not got the ATM. so today(12may2017)i again visited to the SBI BANK, they again asked for the new application for applying ATM card. I had again given the new application but they have not submitted it because i don't have a pan card.
                      So sir, i am very tired of this state bank service because i am unable to withdraw my own money.
                      I have also attached today's document that bank rejected it(with stamp).

                        Hi sir,
                        I am ex army service man living in place satna (M. P). During service period i had an sbi account in sbi poonch branch code 3660. After retirement (2010) i transferred this account no in satna city p. B. No.4, pannilal chowk, branch code - 1260. This account no. Was transferred but cif no didn't change.. I didn't observe this at that time. I have one more joint sbi account in satna main branch code 0474. Now without my awareness bank transferred the cif no of my both sbi account to poonch sbi j&k. Due to this am facing problem in banking. My aadhar no. And pan no. Is not linking to my account. My pension is stucked. I applied many applications in both sbi branch of satna.. They forwarded the application many times in sbi poonch branch code 3660 for transferring the cif no to main branch satna.., i also personally write email to bank manager of sbi poonch but i didn't got any response. I am troubleshooting this problem from last six month.. When i got aware of change of cif no.
                        Please take action in solving this issue.. And help me by transferring the cif no. Of my both sbi account to main branch satna.

The manager didnot allowed one of his employee to do my work. I have requsted manager to do my work but he started shouting at me and told security gaurd to take me out side the branch.                             I was recharged at my mobile number which is [protected] for RS 148/- on 10 may 2017 it was sowed successfully and balance has also deducted from my SBI account but same has not been reflected.

                            I was made a enquiry from mobile service provider customer care, they confirmed that recharge was not done please recheck in your account then I did check it to the recharge history, recharge summary is not found in my recharge history.
                            Sir totally I confused where's the amount gone? balance has deducted. I did it recharge through an application which is State Bank anywhere SBI
                            Sir please make enquiry and take up any necessary action regarding my issue.

                                  I have issued cheques No 772311 to 772313, 772314, 772316 & 772317, 772319 from my SBI Account No [protected] during Dec 16 to May 17.All these cheques are returned unpaid having no valid reason and having reason Connectivity Not Established.I have already cleared KYC too.My all transactions through SBI are got failed and I have paid penalty charges in some cases.After dishonoring my cheques everytime i have cleared transactions in cash or by other mode .I have called concerned in Branch everytime but didnt get satisfactory response.Pl do the needful

                                    I complained for unusual transactions from my account. By that i mean i payed for petrol once but it was deducted twice from my account. This transaction had taken place on 06-mar-2017. But today i got a message saying my internet banking has been disabled.
                                    I do not understand what you are doing. Is this the way you handle some complain. How can you deactivate my card for internet banking without my permission.
                                    I want my money for that transaction back. And my internet banking to be started as early as possible.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I had applied for cheque book on 18 apr 2017..but hv not yet received, even though i got confirmation sms that the cheque book is dispatched..n will be received within 7 working days.n its almost 20 days n not yet received.
