    I am a account holder who is trying to update her mobile number since last one year, but no one is bothered to help, and i am unable to change my otp so not able to change my password, i am stuck with the bank, deprive o[censored]sing my account. I tried visiting the branch writing applications but no response, the logged complain in the customer care then also no response on the contrary received a message that the issue is resolved without contacting the customer.
    Even sent request through registered mail id, but it seems no one is their to address the customer complain

        I had applied for visa global debit card at my bank (Sbi vasundhara-sector-15) as my old visa silver card expired. I received a unnecessary domestic rupay card from your end. I then reapplied online for another visa global debit card & after 10 days again i received a visa classic domestic card! This is highly unprofessional & a waste of my time. Please sack those employees sitting in noida branch office mindlessly handing out cards & refund me the charges for issuing these unwanted cards. All this waiting for getting a debit card has caused me tremendous loss in running my business as i have bills to pay! I'm again applying for a visa paywave card & make sure it's international this time!

          I made a recharge of Tata DoCoMo via internet banking, then the recharge wasn't done, but amount of recharge is deducted from my SBI account.even I have a reference number of that transactions.
          So, I want my full refund in my sbi account.

            My self subhasish sarkar, son of ms. Jayanti sarkar. My mother is a savings bank account holder with state bank of india, madyamgram branch bearing number [protected]. Atm card allotted to him by the bank is[protected].

            It is to inform that, i have tried to withdraw cash using above mentioned atm card from a state bank of india atm situated at no. 2, jessore road, kazipara more, nagerbazar, kolkata-700028 on[protected] at around 08:15pm [approx].

            After entering password atm machine got hanged and was not responding. Thereafter message was displayed at the screen of the atm machine that 'transaction timed out'. Then i came out from atm premised assuming that the atm machine has problem. Thereafter 08:28 pm i have received a sms from sbi that rs. 20, 000/- [rupees twenty thousand] has been withdrawn from the above mentioned account and such amount has been debited from the account too.

            I have tried to withdraw cash from that atm but during my presence no such cash was come out from that machine. Neither i have visited any other atm to withdraw cash nor i have given the said atm card to other person to darw cash thereafer on that day.

            May i request you to interact and investigate into this matter so that i could receive the refund of such amount at the earliest.

                    My home loan proccess is complete and payment disbursment is pending only for approval/sanction in LOS. But bank, s LOS System is not working from last 25 days as per bank statement. Please help me. Kindly help me sir/madam.

                      I had this morning deposited, through the cheque depositing machine installed in the Branch, two cheques totalling to Rs. Five lakhs into my above account, jointly held with my wife and daughter. Although I had carried filled up deposit slips I brought them back as the machine did not say that they need to be deposited too.

                      I received a phone call from the branch saying that the cheques will be kept in the branch for want of paying in slips. (Such an impolite and rude information!)

                      Leaving aside all my other jobs, I rushed to the branch with the slips. Even before wanting to know the purpose of my visit the staff told me that deposit box is kept outside. I told her that I had to give the slips for the cheques already deposited. Accepting the slips that lady (seems to be a senior citizen too) started rebuking me saying she has a lots of work to do and in between she had to make this phone call to me and I should understand that. I patiently listened to her and politely informed her that I had carried the slips with me but since nowhere was it mentioned to deposit them, I did not do so. To this that lady started to justify saying that she had put notice there but some customer tore them off. I told her that I was not responsible for that and if she has got any complaints about her workload being more, she should complaint it to the Manager and not me. I also told her that she was not doing any of my work and also that she is only doing her job. (Towards the end my voice too was raised because of her impolite and rude behaviour.)

                      Please note that I am a very senior citizen, and I do not have to take any rebuke from their staff. But when I went to see the Manager, he said he was busy with some virus matter. He too did not have the courtesy or decency to request me to wait outside for some time. Instead he told me to see the Service manager who has been absent from his seat for very long and that there were 4 – 5 customers already waiting for him/her.

                        I am a customer of your bank at julana branch (Disst. Jind haryana). My work is commesion agent. I want to renew my ccms limit but bank manager dont givs me a responce. He say, your annual working in the firm is low. I give him the reason in written statement for the low work in firm. The reason is that when our india prime minister "mr. Narender modi" announced the note of 500 and 1000 is liggled banned. That is the reason.in this time all farmer sale their rice at other place. I cant purchase the rice because farmer demand for cash and i have no cash also in bank no cash. At this time bank manager block our account. I am facing too much problem. I cant get the money from my account. Food supply department give us cheq but i am confused where i put these cheq. If i put this cheq in my account then i cant get the money from bank because bank manager block my account. Kindly solve my problem.

                        On 6 may, I went SBI wadda for a transaction of money . I want to withdrawal 3000 rupees but ATM didn't withdrawal rupees but deducted amount from account .the day was Saturday and bank was closed .so I can't lodge any complaint that day.there was not displayed any complaint no. In ATM . after that I tried to withdrawal 500 rs . that was success.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have an account in your bank from past eight months and the account number is [protected]. I had applied for the debit card at the time of opening the account but till now i have not received the debit card nor the pin number. It’s very difficult for me to come to bank every now and then to withdraw money. I have to take care of all the office work and household responsibilities.
                          I was informed by the staff that i will be getting the debit card kit within 15 days but i didn’t receive any thing. Finally i gave a call to your customer care department and there again i faced problems giving all the details and finally the person informed me that it will take another twenty five days. So i waited again but i didn’t receive anything. I finally decided to meet the supervisor and he told me to fill in a fresh form as there had been a confusion.

                          I had been a customer of same bank from past 10 years in another city and i opened an new account here as the transfer procedure were very long, but now i feel i should have done the same. It is really disappointing that the banks take so long to give a debit card. I request you to look into the matter and have debit card issued soon

                            I had given a request in prescribed form for closing my above demat account of sbi (Client code: esi61166) one year back. Sbi cap office at ernakulam told me that they will close the account. I thought it is closed now. But 2 days back rs.815 was cut from my demat connected sbi account (Sb) at sbi main branch, palakkad. It is very much unfortunate. I request that the cash of rs. 815 cut from my account shall be refunded immediately.

                            Please understand that i have no interest in trading as i found myself not good in it. I conclude it with two folowing requests.

                            1. Please refund my cash rs.815 cut from my sbi a/c no.[protected] (Palakkad main branch) on 12.05.2017 for demat a/c.

                            2. Close my demata/c immediately, if not done so far.

                            Pleaes do not make inconveniece to the public being a reputed bank.

                              Sbi atm located in navy nagar has not been taken care regarding his function, loading of cash and network issues. The atms are frequently getting non-ops and non-availability of cash at all time for 3 to 4 days also. The sbi organisation is least bothered about the issue. Request necessary action at an early date.

                                  I'm sandeep... I was paying my electricity bill. Chose ani net banking as my payment option. As usual sbi sent otp for 2 step verification. And after otp was submitted, money got deducted, i received message on mobile that transaction was successful and on net banking page message appeared that there a technical error and need to close this session. Bill amount was 4650 rs. This is typical of sbi. Now i will have to wait few days again..

                                    I am k.surya appa rao having an a/c no is [protected] in Kalyan SBI branch.I am tried to withdraw money Rs 4000 from Vijaya bank ATM in kalyan but money has not come, money deducted Rs 4000/- from my SBI Savings a/c on 14/05/2017 at 18:01 hrs.ATM ID SVD509301, txn#[protected]..so please solve the issue and my mobile no is [protected].please try to solve the problem and thanking you sir

                                      Someone has stolen my money through the paytm from my attached sbi account and their is no otp or info. Msg. Send on my registered mobile no. From the side of paytm. This is wrong txn. Without info. Me so i want my money back. The txn. Detail are

                                        Rajpipla state Bank of India main branch have extremely miss behaving staff. Some times they abuse peoples openly and if some one have emergency and sant to transfer money to someone's account be will have to wait for one or two hours in line though someone die.. No body care... I think it is due uneducated peoples you have given jobs to. I am feeling bad about withdrawing my own money... It is unfortunate to go to state bank of India...
