I am SBI customer from 7 years, I like online banking so I always tries online transaction but most of times bank don't support online transaction such as today I was trying to recharge of 99/- rupees on www.jio.com for jio prime offer but 99/- rupees debited from my account and recharge not successful. So I lost 99/- without any reason. It's not good for bank future and all Indians too. So please do the needful and make recharge successful or refund me immediately.

    Dear sir
    I have lodged a complain on 20th Feb to SBI toll free no. [protected] regarding not delivery of Rs/-4000 by SBI ATM machine no.-32 at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) in presence of security guard, but debited from my account. I followed up two times for my complain no. AT[protected] and got reply that your complain will be resolved soon and amount will be credited back into your account. On 15th Feb also, Rs/-2000 has been debited from my account in spite of no delivery of cash through SBI ATM. But till now it has not been credited back.
    I am sending photographs which has been taken in presence of the security guard during malfunctioning of the ATM machine.
    Hence I kindly request you that please resolve my complain as soon as possible.

    I lodged a complain on 20th feb. in SBI toll free no.. She (call attending representative) gave me the complain number which has been already mentioned and replied that this problem will be solved out within 7 working days. I did wait up to 28 th feb and then again called the toll free no.-18004253800 for confirmation about update, as till now the debited amount has not been credited back into my account. The company do not have e-mailed me. Please help to resolve thi.

        Why sbi wants to collect intercity charges from its customers who deposits money in non home branches?
        as a nationalized bank it is not good on its part. Please think once about it. If it continue like this, sbi will loose their customers gradually. And one more thing is why don't sbi will allow to submit the application regarding net banking? Till now it is giving a very good hospitality and very good service to its customers. These are the main drawbacks for sbi.

          Had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers[protected]
          and .[protected] When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
          As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
          When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
          and i am already mail sent but still not revert ID -I-[protected]
          Please do the needful..

            Hi,

            I have submitted my Samruddhi Account form submitted Form before 1.5 months inn SBI Nava Naroda Branch. Form submitted along with all required documents and also verified by Branch Manager. He told me that account would have opened within 1 month. So please check after one month.

            Now more than 1.5 months and they are answering me like they don't have my form. No one is giving me proper answer. So i checked all forms and searched my form. Finally i got my form but in the form of missed one supplementary account form. They are not accepting their fault to missed my form and after 1.5 months still my daughter's Sukanya Samruddhu account has not been open yet.

            No one is giving proper answer.

                I have been locked out for the day because of three invalid attempts during the day.I will got this open with my correct password tomorrow.I believe all terms and condition so i wait till this day.By this bank condition it's locked for TODAY that means it active on the next day.So i try with the correct password tomorrow.                   I, Ashim Roy was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1512.75 using a UCO Bank Debit Card the amount Rs. 1512.75 got deducted from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. It’s been 14 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      Like others i too used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay recharge of tata sky using the QR code displayed in the tv screen.In this process the money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. This transaction of rs 200 was tried by me on 1st march 2017 to tata sky mumbai .Total rs 200 deducted from my bank account [protected](QR payment reference number 706001A00002). Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. I called SBI customer care but they asked to contact branch and hence i request you to take immediate action and revert my money back to the account mentioned above

                            My atm Card No.[protected] on dated of 06/02/2017 at 9:50 Pm.
                            I use my Atm card to get money form Oriental bank Atm at OBCATM WC022511 Nichibagh, Varchandauli Varanasi at Utter pradesh.
                            I use my card to withdrawal 5000/rs. but at that time transaction is proceed but Money not come to atm machine and i try second time but money never come to atm.
                            But after 3 minutes I got a massage stating withdrawal of Rs 10000/. I requested many times from the sbi support team and from my branch manager to check the video recording but they ignored to my complaint.
                            For me it is a fraud if bank like SBI do such practices.
                            I request you to help me to solve this issue.

                            Clearing of cheques takes 4 to 5 days at bibvewadi branch, and allottment of tokens are limited and no one responding request, please go through matter seriously as we are unable make committements to our vendors

                            i am sayanti saha, a savings account holder in SBI A/C NO:[protected] BRANCH COAD:6042 i got one rupay atm card. but not yet recived my atm pin.i visited my brach but they said its lost, i want to reapply to recive my atm pin.
                            With due to respect that .i was a bit little late for the bank it was 3.13pm but bank closing time is 4pm. The security of the particular branch pushed me get out of the gate.its not his duty to force me and leave.Always we customer face such troubles.so i kindly request to upgrade such kind o behaviourr.. Thank you.
                            The Reserve Bank today directed banks to reimburse customers for amounts wrongfully debited from their accounts in failed ATM transactions within seven days of an account holder's complaint or else pay a Rs 100 per day compensation.

                            "The time limit for resolution of customer complaints by the issuing banks shall stand reduced from 12 working days to seven working days from the date of receipt of customer complaint, " the RBI said in a notification.

                            Failure to re-credit the amount within seven working days will require the issuing bank to pay a compensation of Rs 100 per day, it said.

                            Earlier, banks were required to reimburse customers for amounts wrongfully debited from their accounts in failed ATM transactions within 12 days.

                            The RBI further said that all customers are entitled to receive such compensation for delays only if a claim is lodged with the issuing bank within 30 days of the date of transaction.

                            The directive shall be come into effect from July 1, 2011.

                            The central bank instructed the issuing bank and the acquiring bank to settle failed ATM transaction disputes through the ATM system provider only.

                            "No bilateral settlement arrangement outside the dispute resolution mechanism available with the system provided is possible, " RBI said.

                            This measure is intended to reduce instances of disputes in payment of compensation between the issuing and acquiring banks, it added.

                                  Hi SBI team,

                                  I have applied for a credit card around a week back and today 28th Feb i got a call from credit card verification team with '[protected]' asking whether Siddesh speaking. I said yes then they will cut the call.

                                  This scenario happenned for 3 times.

                                  4th time i asked the caller to hold on and asked why you people shut the call without intimation.. again without any answer they shut the call.

                                  Again i received the call this time its super just i lift the call and then they shut.

                                  Is the service you provide for your customers?

                                  This is the most worst expirience i have ever faced.

                                  Should i take the SBI credit card or not? Iam asking this because before coming to your brand you are playing and making the customers frustated with your worst service, if i enter in to your services by taking the card then how will be my position?

                                    3 mahine tak sab kuch acha chala, 4th month meiN Rs.4000 wrong charges laga ke bill aa gayi, jo ki Paytm se huyi thi, jab ki maine aisi koi payment paytm se ki hi nahiN, mere paas paytm ki statement hai,
                                    uske baad maine paytm ko phone bhi kiya ki kya maine aisi koi payment ki hai, unhone kaha nahiN, uske baad, aur to aur mere mobile par bhi 4000 transaction ka koi msg nahi aaya,
                                    uske baad maine card band karwa diya aur 4000 ko kam karke payment kar di jo ki mujhe costumer care wale bande ne karne ko kaha,
                                    uske baad next month ka bill aaya jisme extra charges ke saath saath wo 4000 bhi juda huaa tha, 14/2/2017 maine phir se phone kiya aur full & final settlement ke req kiya, mujhe bola gaya ki aap ki problem 7 working days mein solve kar di jayegi, main wait karta raha kisi ka phone nahiN aaya,
                                    aur jab aaj yani 28/02/2017 ko maine khud se dobara phone kiya to pata chala ki aap ki request decline ho gayi hai, aap ka full & final settlement nahiN ho sakta, aur charges aise hi lagte rahenge, nahiN to aap pura paisa de dijiye,

                                      Respecter sir,
                                      i, Nani Obin m a having a SB account number in SBI, itanagar Shopping Complex, itanagar, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected]pl.

                                      I live in delhi and need a account so i contact in home town branch but can't get any help and facing many problem..
                                      A employee said that he will come in 30min but no any response..
                                      So please help me
                                      I am on leave from northern railway for 3 days..

                                        I have been debited twice for an internet payment of Rs 1011.24 towards the IIT CEED exam . While the actual payment was made on 22/04/15 the duplicate payment debit entry was on 09/04/15 even before the registration for the same had opened.
                                        My repeated requests and complaints to my home branch to reverse this duplicate entry has not been done.

                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I don't have insurance for SBI Bank and please cancel my insurance policy and refund my 500ra in my account
