I have taken Rs.18 Lakh as Home Loan @ 9.15% for 12 years from SBI at KATWA ADB Branch on 06.12.2016, Branch code-03913 and as per agreement letter issued by same branch emi will be Rs. 20637/-But unfortunately it is found that emi deducted
RS.22000/-, not only that emi deducted 2 or three times in a single month for the same Home Loan(A/C No-[protected]).

    I chandan singh Card number [protected] and account number[protected] made a payment of Rs 1500 at Passport Seva Kendra portal but after submitting OTP the transaction failed. The amount was debited but not credited back to my account. Kindly do the needful. The transaction was made at 08:00 PM with transaction reference number[protected]

      Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that 100 Euros which my sister Helen Saerbeck from Bremen (Germany) had sent me for my medicals expenditure on the 2nd February 2017 from the German Bank to my SBI account at Selaiyur Branch which hasn't been credited till date. today ( 2nd March 2017) my sister has informed me that German Bank Investigation found out that 85 Euros has been frauduedently encashed. Who was this money paid to ? I kindly request you to to kindly investigate and look into the malpractice at the SBI branch as that money was sent to me for medications as I am a heart patient .

        I Mr. Phool chandra singh resident of Pratapgarh (up) hereby writing this letter to bring you in notice that my debit card has been stolen while i was withdrawing cash in atm actually it was exchanged by thieve, he misused my card by shopping and also he had transferred 40000 to his account, i have account number of culprit as well i filed FIR against him but police is not responding at the same time i m requesting bank manager to provide account holder name but he is not ready to provide details it has been more than a month i m not getting any response through bank, please look into the matter and kindly help me.

            Dear Sir

            I am writing to make a complaint. Yours is an organization of very good repute. It is known for great customer service, but recently, I came across disappointment with one of your employees.

            My name is Kalyan Singh a coustemer of your ''gandhi maidan S.B.I branch, Gaya (Bihar) Pin Code 823001'' since 2011 when i was in 10th. i just go through your branch to activated Net Banking..I have tried since december after Demonstration, your stuff specially Dipti Singh returned me to said that your form is wrong even they not help me after that, she returned me 5 times by the same issue. but the last day she scold my father on this point in front of all. By this beheaviour i am very disspointed . I then, complained to her regarding this, but she argued with me and talked in a very rude manner. She didn’t listen to me. Her tone was very aggressive, and she also refused to make the correction, telling me that it was my fault.

            I don’t see any sense in telling you the word-to-word conversation I had with this impolite employee of your bank, but I am sure that after knowing this incident, you will definitely take some action to educate your employee on behavior with customers which will prevent the loss of your business in future.

            As I am sure that sitting on such a higher position in your organization, you must be concerned about the image of your bank, I believe I have done the right thing by passing on this information to you.

              Sir, I have to say that my SBI account no. [protected] has been blocked. I met to the branch they told me that my welcome letter has not been received by me.Then i told them to resend my letter on my address. They told me that ok i will resending your letter, it will be dispactch on 27/02/2017. But yet my letter has not came. I had met to branch again they told that it will deliverd to you by 1 or 2 days. But 3 days had passed yet my welcome letter has not delivered to my address.
              In my account there is some money and i need that money, so please solve my issue soon. For this i will greatfull to you.

                My father has been go to deposits for can payment advise for
                cash transferred (RS 12046 INR) in my sbi bank account but sbi branch manager Ashok Kumar
                deny to deposit can payment advice in my saving account and he said to my father you will go
                and do this work to Modi ( PM of India) and misbehavior with my father, my father (Satender Kumar ) he a is senior citizen.
                Note : Kindly deposite my can payment in my saving account on urgent basis because we have
                urgent requirement of money other wise I have complaint higher authority

                  I have already reported for the deduction of extra money from my account while transaction got failed. Rs.8000 has been deducted from my account.
                  I got a message on my phone that your query for the disputed amount is under review with reference number "1258423" and you will receive in 3 business days.
                  I got this message on 22nd Feb 2017 and today it's 2nd March 2017 and still, I am not getting any response.

                    In my CIBIL Report for my SBI Card it was showing DPD as more than 180 days for 24 months, meaning that i have made 24 late payments but i never did it so i have raised a dispute with CIBIL 40 days ago but still its not cleared by CIBIL so i have contacted the CIBIL and they say that they have not received the update from SBI.

                    Could you please prioritize this and send the report to CIBIL ASAP as i am suffering from these non-sense done by SBI.

                    I am attaching the CIBIL report for your reference also the details of my Card and the Dispute ID generated by CIBIL.

                      Dear Sir,

                      REF: ACCOUNT NO.[protected] - DOORAVANINAGAR BRANCH

                      I have submitted my FORM 15H on 26th April, 2016 and the same has been confirmed by the Branch Manager by reply mail as follows:
                      "It is already updated for this year 2016-17. Our system shows it is already updated".
                      To my surprise a sum of Rs.186/- (Rs.93 + Rs.93) have been deducted as TDS in the month of January, 2017.
                      In this regard I have sent several mails to my branch manager, and no action has been taken so far.
                      As such I am submitting my complaint to enable the concerned to rectify the same at the earliest.

                      Dear Sir,
                      Last financial year I have submitted my Form 15H and SBI has not deducted TDS from the interest on my Deposits. This financial year 2016-17 they have deducted TDS from my Interest on Deposits, with all my submission of Form 15H.
                      Kindly notify the same to the concerned and solve the same.

                                  What is this FIN charge and why it charged?
                                  If you see the other charges like st debit, sbc debit and kkc debit these also comparatively high for February month.

                                  The credit card bill shows as Rs.39244.00, Actual calculation of transactions is Rs.28883.17 (including additional charges of st, sbc and kkc)
                                  Why Rs.10360.83 charged extra
                                  There was no proper explanations from the customer care executive

                                    on 01/March/2017 Rs 100 was charged for PAI Insurance which i have never opted this service. Before also on 26/October/ 2016 Rs 100 was charged for Insurance Premium. Per annum i can understand that it is compulsory to charge Rs 100 insurance for every accountholder but why are you making us charge 2 insurances per annum forcefully without our permission. I dont need such type of insurance. I am a student and i hardly earn Rs 3000 per month. you are taking my hardly earned money from me without my permission. I look forward to receive your favourable response in this regard please :(

                                      Sir/mam I have not received atm Card I fill up the form twice but deendayal branch of Nagpur istnot taking responsibility of customers so please see what is the reason behind this scenario thanks one time my ATM expired then sbi sent new ATM on my old address but I changed my home I filled the kyc form and given to mam and told to despatch my new ATM on as per kyc details but it is more than two weeks gone no any courier brought me give special attention on this issue thanks

                                        No pension received for Jan.&Feb.2017 in spite of being a senior citizen privileged customer of PUnjabi Bagh Branch, New Delhi.None is willing to share the reasons for the same what to say of helping in expediting the disbursement, tha attitude being too indifferent & callous. It is very disgusting & great dishonour to the senior citizens of the country.I think ther are many more sufferers like me from this branch of SBI.
                                        Feel like writing to my parent organization through federation to stop patronizing SBI henceforth.

                                        For kind consideration by some senior & responsible officer/s of the most prestigious bank of the Nation.
