I have not transferred any amount from my sbi saving account but sbi deducted an amount of 500₹ and 11.80₹ from my bank account in the name of charges of deputy commision of commissioners of deputy offce ..how could you do that?? please refund my amount asap

    Sir,
    I have been issued life time free credit card by the bank. While issuing the card sells person given a many calls and issued the card which is at all not required to me. No transaction has been done by me on this card.
    Letter on I received a message of due amount of Rs. 354/- . It was also mentioned amount will be automatically deducted from attached sb account no [protected], as auto deduction has choose by us. Auto deduction was done/ failed is bank mistake . Sufficient balance is available in my account. (Copy of message is enclosed for reference.)
    Again in dec 21 and Jan 22 penalties were imposed and now total due is 2565. Which is totally wrong and in justice to customer.
    In view the above, it is requested to wave of the penalty and oblige me.

    A copy of same has also been sent to RBI for harassing the customer on banks fault and imposing the enormous penalty on the customer without their fault for favorable solution.

      Refund initiated by Razorpay but not received

      Hello,
      I have made the through phone pe for razorpay on 5th Jan 2022. Amount got debited from my account and Payment got failed at razorpay and razorpay initiated refund on 5th Jan 2022 immediately after payment failed they have given RRN no :[protected]. Still i didnt received the refund back to my account. If i go to the bank and said the same they said they cannot help on online payments.
      Kindly please help me in getting...

      My name is Manish shakya and I had ordered a book of RS.1800 in Amazon on 27/12/21 & I canceled this order on the same day. So on 29/12/21 Amazon transferred the refund to my account .Its now around 1 month has passed but I still did not get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] . So please help me getting my refund around 1 month have passed.I am attaching bank statement as a proof that i have not got the money.I am also attaching amzon screenshot that they have transferred the money.

        Respected Concern,

        Myself Dhrooba Mallick, resids at 358/A/6 Cora Nabarunpally, chandigarh, madhyamgram, kolkata-700130 want to register strong complaint against SBI CREDIT CARD .

        Last few month they are annoying me like anything.

        A company named Clix management started calling my present and past company officials with my personal details like my credit report, personal details, character which I believe they are not authorized.

        Sbi didn't not respond and given resulation after several complaints against their wrong billing and service long time.

        Several times I called their customer service, visited their kolkata office but did not get any response.

        Now they are saying they have huge bill but they didn't send me any bill neither any proper communications.

        I'm sharing several numbers from they are badly annoying to my officials.

          I created a new SBI account on 5th January and my ATM card has not been issued yet. I've made multiple visits to the bank and there has been no support provided to me. It's quite disturbing to see that even after 25 days my card hasn't reached me. Deeply disappointed as a customer.

              On 29.1.22 eveing 4.00 p.m. received a mobile call from one Rahul Sharma from Airtel Office, Mount road, Chennai to update KYC details for the mobile to avoid deactivation. He directed me to recharge Rs.10 in the link site provided by him in the mobile. In my anxiety to avoid deactivation I followed the instruction and rechared in the site "recharge cube" for Rs.10. Within 2 minutes with heavy vibrations in my mobile hand set several messages coming about internet bank debits for Rs.49000, 99000, 100000, 48500, 49000 and 10. As a flash they came and disappeared afterwards. I am not able access my internet banking site as mobile was deactivated. Immediately rushed to the SBI branch and blocked all the accounts. Raised complaints with the Bank, Cybercrime.gov.in site and lodged police complaint with local cyber crime branch, mylapore, Chennai. Amounts transferred to GALACTUS FUNWARE TECHNOLOGY AND PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES P LTD both are in Bengaluru. Cyber crime immediately act and freeze the amount. Bank must arrange to refund the amount lost in the unauthorised debits.

                A fraud transaction of rupee 24999 has been made on my saving account from State Bank Of India Telco Campus Which is Located in East Singbhun of Jharkhand, which information is passed to bank immediately, but they were saying they are helpless they cannot recover this amount. after that I moved toward my syber thana and logged written complain which no is NFIR-19/22on dated 31/01/2022.

                  The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                  In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                  Some nationalised banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the refund reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. I talk with Amazon support staff and they say to visit branch but the branch staff not interested in my problem what I do

                    I order a blueprint thermal printer from Amazon india and it was the faulty product and then I replace it on 20january and they pick up it on 21th january and then the process start and amazon start the refund process on 22januray and say me to wait for 3 to 5 working days but after not getting the refund I called amazon customer care and tell them my problem and they provide me reference number for payment Hello, Your refund for the order 404-2724727-3688366 of Rs.3500.00 has been processed successfully on 2022-01-22.                       On 29 January 2022, due to electricity failure the ATM Machine failed to do full transaction. In this, the amount is debited by the bank but I didn't receive cash. Also my account didn't credited with the same amount. It was so crucial matter bcoz the amount had to pay the doctor for treatment. The SBI is the worst bank. The bank policies and the officers are corrupted and all are giants and monsters in hell.

                        I had submitted an application and documents for the current account opening on 1st JAN, 2022. My account number was generated on 4th Jan. Subsequently submitted an internet banking application on 10th of Jan 2022.

                        To date, I have been continuously following up with the branch (SBI Basudevpur, West Bengal. However, I am not able to transfer any money from my account as LCPC (?) scrutiny has been pending for my account.

                        I have business commitments and I could not make payment to our suppliers due to the inertness of your customer services.
                        I would want you to urgently let me know the status of my account (i.e. by which date it will be activated).
                        Also, suggest, how can we raise the compensation for the business loss we have suffered due to inefficiency of your services. I was informed that account opening takes 7 working days and it has been 27 days now.

                            Amount debited but not credited for failed payment

                            Website: sbiepay

                            While making payment for NEET-PG exam fee, the transaction was failed but the amount was debited from the account. The transaction was done on 20 Jan 2022, still the amount hasnt been credited.
                            I have registered the complaint with my bank authorities as well as sbiepay team. But the epay says the amount is in clear and transaction file was still in proccess....

                            Amazon Intitated a refund on 19th Nov. 2021. but still not received in my SBI Bank account. Amazon Intitated a refund and refund reference number is #[protected].
                            And My order ID is[protected].
                            I ordered a product on 17th Nov. 2021 and Amaozn Intitated a refund on 19th Nov. 2021 and My registered Mobile Number is [protected] linked with My SBI bank account. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased some items from snapdeal and then returned it. Snapdeal shows that they has sent back the money to my bank account but SBI refuses. What should i do now😕

                                On 31 dec 2021 i want add money to my Bharat pay account. So I used net banking of sbi to add money of 1000 INR .money deduct from my sbi account but not deposited to Bharat pay account .so I call sbi customer care about this on 2 Jan 2022..they register a complaint against the issue with registration no[protected] and assured to solve with in 10 day.but till now not solved . kindly see the matter

                                  I want to complaint that my phone number has been registered with someone else Bank account without my knowledge.
                                  I have been using this sim for 4 to 5 months for now and only when my friend sent me money thru phonepe upi we realised that the money has been sent to wrong account because of this . Now I'm short of money and I can't get back at the actual holder of that account to get that money back .
                                  This is horrible situation in this though times and really sad that how jio took so much effort to give me this one phone no. When it was already registered to official bank account of someone else probably previous owner of this number.
                                  Please help me
