I am from sonarpur, kolkata. I want to open a new account in state bank of india. There is a branch of sbi here. Branch code is 17565 (Ghasiara branch). The branch manager's name is swatilekha ghosh. I have visited 5 times at this branch to open a new account. But they continuously misbehave with me. Even they didn't co-operate with me. Now, during 6th time visit (30th dec, 2016), they take my account opening form and the manager has been verified my form. After verification, they told me to give the form at counter number 3. But the staff of counter number 3 was not there. Then a staff of that branch told me that the person has gone for his/her lunch. The time was 1:50pm. It was not the time to take the lunch. Because the tiffin hour is 2-2:30pm. Anyways, i have waited till the end of tiffin hour. Even after 15mins of tiffin hour, the staff has not come. Then i asked a staff why that staff has not come yet. But he didn't reply. Suddenly i have seen that the staff of counter number 3 is coming with the manager and she has gone straight to the room of the manager. She was not doing any work. But i still have waited for more times. Atlast when the time was 3:15pm, i became so angry. Then i asked a staff where the staff is. Then he told me that the staff is absent. But i have seen that the staff has sitted at the manager's room. But the staff was telling me continuously lie. He just took my application form and told me that today is not possible to open the account. I was really astonished. The didn't open my account. When i asked them why today is impossible to open a new account, they completely misbehaved with me and told me to go out. I don't know what to do right now. I request to the higher authority to solve my problem and take the proper step against them.

    We have deposited check amount of 42000 /- in a savings accounts (Zero balance), but sbi branch employees/manager are not allowing us to withdraw any amount from it but giving not accepatable reasons like - customers are not allowed to withdraw any amount from this account, amounts can be withdrawn after certain day etc...

    This is fifth time that we are running around branch office, but neither any employee nor the manager cares about it. We are in deep deed of some amount in this crunch situation (Denomination). We are ready to accept to withdraw allowable amount from our account on periodic basis, but completely not allowing us withdraw and giving not acceptable reason makes us unhappy.

    I really feel unhappy with thier these kind of response with customer, and i sure that this kind of incidents may pull out your customer.

    Could you please help us in resolving these kind of issue from below branch of sbi.

        As we had applied for online tender Tender ID 2016_IHQ_132611_1 we made an banker cheque . but the time limit was over . so we want cancel the banker cheque . But Manager of SBI Branch CHB Jodhpur ( IFSC Code of Branch : SBIN0012846 ) is not cancel that Banker Cheque . As manager they need approval form third Party . They are Not cancelling the banker cheque . So please give any other

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Registered Complaint Ticket No. AT[protected]

            I am literally disappointed with the kind of customer support from a renowned nationalised bank like State Bank of India.

            On 5th of December at the time of withdrawn cash from an ATM something went wrong. And I didn't get any cash but received the withdrawl slip for Rs. 1500 and the amount credited from my account.

            This is neither a very critical issue for Banks nor required very special attention or skill sets to short it out now a days where most services are automated.

            But still even after roaming from branch to main branch and chasing a lot with bank executives it has not yet reversed after 12 days.

            Please take it on high priority and address it at earliest.

            And please don't let me down this time and maintain the high standards towards customer support from a bank like SBI.

                I purchased petrol of rs 300 from shankar automobiles, gole market, new delhi on 16/12/2016. I made my payment through my sbi debit (Visa) card ([protected]). The deductions had been done twice from my sbi s/b a/c no.[protected], gole market, new delhi but the transaction id is same of both transactions (4061, j[protected].

                I, therefore, request you sir, to kindly check my bank transaction and reimburse me rs.300/- which have extra deducted from my above account.

                      Sir, i am serving in crpf. I have an para military service package (Pmsp) account bearing no.[protected] in the state bank of india, manjakuppam.
                      I have applied para military silver atm card, concerned branch on dated 01.11.2016. But after a period of 2 months. I am unable to get this. Kindly instruct the authority to do it as soon as possible to get the service please.

                        I have taken loan from SBI, Industrial estate branch housing board Bhilai 490026 . I have told that home loan interest of other banks are low 9.15 (HDFC) however SBI is still on 9.35 but they did not answer my query properly and responded. Hence wanted to take action and let me know or else I will transfer my loan to other banks... Thanks

                          i am a employee of health department with gazetted officer today i go to sbi wazeerganj distt-gonda up to inquiry of already deposited cheque but there is your guard miss behave with me. ( usne mujhe bank ke andar nahi jane diya bola paisa nikalne wale line mein lag kar ayo nahi to nahi jane doonga mujhe kanoon mat sikha.                                 I made an online transaction with my SBI debit card in amazone.in. The item was not available so they refunded money 1500 rupees.

                                  I was booked a train ticket in train no 18520 From Pune to Gudivada vide PNR No [protected] and journey date was 23.12.2016. This ticket was booked by state bank buddy wallet on 14.12.2016. Due to some cause I wish to cancel the ticket but not done through same wallet. So I have done this by email to [protected]@IRCTC.co.in on 20.12.2016 and it was successful and a message received stating that refund your amount of Rs.400 to your account.
                                  Till this day I never received any refund to my account.please verify this and take action.

                                  Sir I'm a customer of state bank of india. Since from 20 days I have been calling customer care to enquire account related information and also for complaining some issues.. Anytime I wish to call, and IVRS are hold ours calls for longtime and ends the calls itself without any interact. If it happens like this what should we do customers when we want block of cards, pin change related and some etc. It is ridiculous. We are ashamed to hold our accounts and relationship in your banks.
                                  kindly look this matter and do needful rectification.

                                    Internet banking deragistration b/C personal banking not login by temporary username and password.inb service without atm card option click by mistake so personal banking not login by temporary username and password.username and password send request by mb.[protected]@sbi.co but not received username and password.so too difficult to use internet banking without username and password.
                                    So please help.
