I have purchased a sunglasses from Amazon on 16th December through debit card and returned it .So Amazon has sent refund on 22nd December but. It is not credited in my account . Amazon has given me a transaction ID number which is 74332746358635733666864 so kindly check this number and release my refund.

          Dear All,

          I took home loan in Jan-2011.
          It is a teaser loan. 1st Year 8% & 2nd and 3rd Years 9%.
          There after it is on Floating Rate. (Base + spread 1.75%)
          By Jan 2014, based on the floating rate it touched to 11.95% (10.2 + 1.75).

          I opted for existing spread(0.15%) by paying penalty of 0.58% of Withdrawal amount.

          After MCLR implemation, my loan Base Rate is not changed for past 6-9 months.
          I am paying 9.45% till now, even the Home Loan for MaxGain is 9.3%.

          Now MCLR is reduced by 0.90%.
          MCLR is 8.00%.

          Based on my existing agreement with SBI, my home loan rate should be Base Rate + 0.15%.

          What will be the interest for my existing home loan for rest of the period.

          Whom to contact for correcting the Interest rates.

          Requesting all of you to have a look and help me if you faced the similar situation earlier and resolved.

          It will be helpful for many MaxGain account holders.

            I am account holder of SBI ponda Goa branch with acc no. [protected]. Branch codeSBIN0000557. IT can bee seen in my trasction that service charges towards swiping of ATM card has been debited on 03/12/2016 and 13/12/16 from my account . GOVt of India has waived off the said charges till 31/12/2016. I hv visited the branch and got notice the above fact to officer of SBI Ponda. They have told that it will credit soon.After some days I have registered the online complaint vide ticket no. CR[protected]. On checking the status I came to know that the complaint has been closed. Still I didnt get any output of the complaint.
            It is requested to you kindly direct the SBI or concerned Bank to credit the deducted service charges in my account as Govt of India has waived of the service charges. And also it may be clarified swiping the of the ATM card will lead to any deduction of charges or NOT?

                I am trying to unblock my atm card which was blocked by sbi unnecesarily. My home branch is not helping me and just asking me to apply for new card. Iam helpless. New card is not free and my old card has expired. The comtinuity card i received from branch is locked... Without my consent.                   I have made my passport fee payment of 1500/- twice by mistake, as the sbi payment site showed error while processing for payment. So i logged in again and again uploaded my application form. This time a different arn was generated. I assumed that my earlier payment has failed. The next time the payment showed a success. Afterwards when i saw option of submiitted application forms, i clicked on it and saw my both arns. I clicked on my previous arn and found the tracvk payment status, and it showed a success. Now my account has been debited twice, while i have taken appoiuntment once. Please refund me the excess amounrt deducted as soon as possible.

                                i am customer of your SBI and my a/c is [protected].i visit to main branch SBI Hisar regarding my problem of wrong deduction.Mr D K Gogia said that problem would be solve with in 24 hrs but now two month passes away and no solution.Again i visited SBI branch but rude behaviour. Actually, .Now A/c [protected] shows zero balance.it may cause of plenty's and unnecessarily, time wastage and paper work. i also intimated concern branch and main branch by email dated 27 Nov 2016.its raises feeling of harassment .Finally after one month i have putted his matter on GM& AGM SBI Chandigarh desk on dated 27 Dec 2016 by email.I also try solve matter by calling customer of SBI, at 1 :09 PM on dated 31 Dec 2016.Mr Roy was on the line but they cannot just see detail of my A/c.Completely failure of such a BIG and ESTEEMED Banking Institution.No coordination No Cooperation. I needs my money back.Please dissolve problem.

                                    As per the de linking of pension I received higher pension and arrears from 01/01/06 .However while calculating my new pension as per the 7th cpc my basic pension has been taken as per the qualifying service [23.6 years, basic Rs 32428/-].However according to the de linking of pension max for my rank should have been taken as Rs.34764/-. As per this basic pension my new pension should have been Rs 89343/-, however I am getting Rs 83340/-. Please check and amend.

                                        In my Sbi Savings account i am noticed continuesly the sbi is dedcuted 11.45 two times in a week till ithey are debeted my 100 rupees till now what are this charges when i call to sbi custmer help line they are saying that we don't know that charges one word they are saying that just contact the branch what if their own employee only don't know about this charges means sbi heads are doing some big scam ... please stop this cuttings without any sms or intimation please case a file on sbi i will provide my passbook print as proff lets intragate the sbi heads please help us we are our hard and earned money CBI has to take this case it is a shame to sbi private banks are provide great services to their custmers ..
