    Hello, I am really not satisfied with the service. ATM Card[protected] New card applied for, not dispatched yet. Therefore money transaction will not be possible. Please send my card as soon as possible. This is very important and urgent.

      I formally closed this credit card account on 7/12/2022, and it should no longer be active or incurring any fees. However, I have noticed that I was charged an annual fee of 589 on 1st September 2022. This charge is in violation of the account closure and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

      I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and arrange for the reversal of the annual fee charged after the account was closed. Please ensure that this issue is resolved at the earliest convenience.

        My money is debited but transaction shows failed in K2 website(khajane-ii).
        I paid 59, 790/- for registration of land on September 29th, 2023, but my transaction failed, and the amount has been debited from my account. Please credit my refund back.

              I am complaining on behalf of my Father :-
              My Father got a random phone call in the name of Rakesh Pawar (who was his friend from workplace) And my father also recognised him as his friend and then the man on the other end asked for an help and told my father that he had some issue with his Bank Account for nearly 24 hours and he has to get some payment from someone and asked that can he get the payment directly to my fathers bank account and my father agreed to help him.
              And the next day he called my father and sent a link and said to click on that link (so that my father could get the money into the Bank Account).
              And my father did the same process which he told on the call and in that process my father loosed money there was a link given of PhonePe UPI App and Amount was automatically written there and my father was asked to put the UPI Pin on the Page and my father entered the UPI PIN each time as mentioned the time and date of the transactions below.

              But on (26/09/2023) my father called his manager to tell about the money transaction with Rakesh Pawar then the Manager called to Rakesh Pawar and Rakesh Pawar denied about this money transactions.
              And Mr Rakesh called my father and denied about transaction then my father understood that he has been scammed by Fraudsters in the name on his friend(Rakesh Pawar).

              Please get me the help by State Bank of India to track the transaction and get my Father's hard Earned money Back which is his lifetime savings for Retirement. I will put all my efforts with State Bank in giving all necessary details which they require to help Us. But Please Please Help us in this Tuff Situation.

                SUBJECT
                1. Less interest paid.
                2. No response to our grievances.
                3. Violation of SCSS rules.

                Our grievance stands as follows.

                1. We have sent you the recent real example of India Post, along with the photo shots of India Post. S SS passbook and saving passbook, to prove very evidently that both the accrued interest principal amount as per SCSS 7(3) rule, shall be credited on the preceding day of the holi day, in case the maturity date falls on a holiday.
                2. But still after all the clear legal evidence, no response from SBI, for undervalued interest paid upon our SCSS FD.
                3. Look at the following calculation, making you liable to pay the difference of interest amount.
                4. For the last quarter of our concerned SCSS FD, which fell due on 19th September 2023, your bank holiday due to Ganesh chaturthi.
                5 so the total interest payable by you for July, August & September= 31+31+18=80 days @ 7.4 % for investment of ₹ 8, 71, 000 = ₹ 14, 127. But you paid only ₹14, 012. Why, ? Pay the difference of ₹ 115.
                6. Our investment amount as per SCSS rule, supposed to be credited on 18th September but you did it on 20th only. Delayed for 2 days.
                7. Making you liable to pay 2 days interest of ₹ 353.
                8. Therefore conclusively, the due amount of difference less paid by you comes to ₹ 115+353= ₹468.
                9. We hope this amount will be credited in to our account without any more delay or more harassment, making us constraint to take up the matter with the Consumer Court, under the consumer protection act 1986, entirely at you risk, cost and consequences with the additional amount of ₹ 50, 000 payable as penalty and compensation to be reimbursed by you for all the trauma, waste of our valuable time over such a trifle amount of ₹ 468 and for the violation of SCSS rules, which make a legal note of.

                  I had the credit card till[protected] and suddenly they contacted me in 2022 and now again
                  The recovery agents from SBI started calling me from 23rd September since early morning around 7 am and were continuously calling from different numbers till date and am sure tomorrow as well they will call
                  I spoke to them and offered to settle but they are insisting on huge amount which I can't pay
                  They called many of my relatives and friends and even my mother in law who is 87years old and is hard of hearing. They shared my photo and my credit card details with many of them and my outstanding amount
                  They have crossed the line of my Personal Identification rights
                  Kindly help and assist as would like the agency to be informed about my rights and privacy which cannot be made public without my permission

                    I know it's surely not correct but they are not accepting my bank account without it.

                    This is the case for everyone and everyone is frustrated with this and a country like India where we have such a great democracy, this is purely an violation of my right.

                    I need a huge step from govt official which can stop this type of fraud.

The transaction was made from the ​GIT, Mumbai Branch and was not authorized by me. As a result of this transaction, Rs. 10, 000 was deducted from my account.

                      As I have made payment of 29000 on VFS portal on 18 August 2023, but me
                      card shows overlimit usage even though my credit card limit is 56000. They consumer service guy tells me that you will have to pay charges. When I contacted bank, they told me issue will be resolved in 48hrs still no update after a month. Why should I pay more money even I haven't used it, and even there is no more transaction in my statement as well than also they are charging.

                        Dear sir
                        My father has received a message on 24/7/2023 saying the amount of Rs 10000/- got deducted from his account from what seems to be a SBI SMS sender ID (BP - SBIKBP). Same repeated in 19/9/2023 So, he immediately went to the bank to check his balance and his balance was in fact Rs 20000 shorter and we raise the complaint regarding the same in the same branch but to no avail as the manager and rest of the staff has mentioned it is a fraud case where somebody somehow did balance transfer and that the money wouldn't come back. kindly help us in this scenario

                            On September 13, 2023, My SBI account got debited by debit card OTHPG 266316 Hostinger Mumbai for Rs.3242.64/-. The unauthorized transaction didn't even have a transaction message sent to me by the SBI bank.
                            I made a complaint to my SBI bank branch, but they didn't provide me any satisfactory reason for the issue.
                            kindly see to this matter and help me get the refund for the unauthorized transaction made from my SBI debit card.

                              Hi.
                              I wish to report a fraud being committed by SBI. They rolled out offers and cashbacks via Credit Card and now they are withdrawing the same by Debiting from our credit cards. This is totally unacceptable behaviour. Why put up offers in first place if you can't stick to it?
                              My CC has been debited above over 1000 rupees till now. If this case doesn't get resolved here, will file an Official Complaint via FIR against SBI and their fraudulent schemes.

                                A. Our scss FD matches on 19th September a bank holiday and SBI says, we will credit the amount only on 20th September.

                                B. Violation of SCSS rules, punishable under the consumer protection act 1986.

                                C. SCSS RULE as follows

                                (3) In case any of the dates of interest payment, specified under sub-rule (2), fall on a Sunday or a
                                holiday, the previous working day shall be deemed to be the due date for the purpose of interest.

                                BRIEF as follows

                                If the total amount is credited on 20th, at the end of the day (which you always do), then SBI will have to pay three days interest.

                                18th as per SCSS rule
                                19th. Holiday
                                20th kept our money for the whole day.
                                Total 3 days interest for the delayed period as per law.

                                Also make a legal note

                                If it is paid on 20th, it would amount to violation of SCSS rules making you liable under the consumer protection act 1986, to pay not only 3 days interest but also heavy penalty of ₹ 50, 000 entirely at your risk, cost and consequences for hello of the trauma and waste of our valuable time and monetary losses we have to suffer due to your illegal step, make a legal note of.

                                  I am writing to bring your attention to an issue that I believe is o[censored]tmost importance.
                                  On the backdrop, allow me to remind you that I have been maintaining an exemplary record of servicing my home loan, which I took from the State Bank of India back in 2019. Throughout these years, I have ensured to make my repayments timely and in full.
                                  However, I was recently taken aback on receiving a notice from the bank insisting on insuring my property against risks such as fire, earthquakes, and floods. Without my consent, on 23rd August 2023, an amount of INR ₹21, 723 was debited from my account towards the insurance premium for this proposed cover.
                                  Post noticing this unauthorised debit, I immediately approached the bank to discuss the matter. As per my understanding, there is no mandatory clause requiring home insurance, especially without my agreement. Upon raising this concern, I was instructed by the branch manager to file a complaint.
                                  It deeply concerns me that there is such a lack of transparency and arbitrary behaviour from your end, which I, as a customer, must confront. To be charged for an insurance policy that I did not opt for, and that too abruptly after four years of taking the loan, is uncalled for and unprofessional.
                                  Therefore, I kindly request that my complaint be taken seriously and that the deducted amount of INR ₹21, 723 (alongwith interest if deducted)be refunded/cradit of my loan account number [protected] at the earliest to my account. I would also appreciate receiving a detailed explanation of the bank's policy in this regard so as to avoid confusion in the future.
                                  I am looking forward to swift resolution and transparency in this matter.
