This is rama reddy SBI customer Rayavaram branch. Recently there is a fraud transaction in my bank account and i have lost RS.18500, It is not done by any authored members who are in my account. Can you please look in to it and do the necessary things to get my money back .

Attached is the screenshot of fraud transation and account details

Transaction 1 date : march 1st 2023 RS 10000
Transaction 2 date : march 2st 2023 RS 8500

    My Bhim app has stopped working since a months . It says to verify mobile number and sends SMS but fails .

      Hi, I would like to bring it to your notice that, sbi has been constantly cheating customers like me by giving us pizza hut vouchers for a set amount of spending on sbi credit card..it's been a year but they keep beating around the bush asking me to keep trying as it will be accepted, though it's actually not.

          Fraud transactions are done on my account -OTHPG

          Address: Howrah Kolkata India

          I just came to know today that there are fraudulent transactions done on my account. When I checked the history it was something related to OTHPG- Noida. I checked my paytm and these transactions were not reflected on my paytm either. But it's a Paytm destination address it's reflecting where my money is credited.
          I raised this with Paytm as well and they asked me to raise it with the bank as no transactions have been done there.br...

          On 18.01.2023 I purchased an AC from Amazon using my credit card on EMI. (Total Transaction Amount as on 18.01.2023 was Rs. 33413.90)
          and due to some technical issues I returned that item and refund processed by Amazon on 1 july 2023 of Rs. 25047.42
          But Still no credit in my account, I have shared reference screenshot of refund reference number and email of refund to SBI charge back and nodal officer
          Refund Ref Number :74332743197319683262907
          But he said that as on date we have not found any refund from Amazon for Rs.33413.90 in your card account.

          Hence, we request you to please share the communication mail from merchant regarding the transaction refund in order to proceed further.
          Then I contacted to Amazon and they are saying the same to contact to SBI

          Please solve my problem

            I have paid credit card bill before due date...but still charged with Dishonour fee.Even though paid fronm sbi itself..its showed in transactions but still be charged..its not a proper way to charge from customers..if we have pay before 5 days before y..u guys kept due date as different date.. Hence I request you to clear that Dishonour fee

              Rs. 6999 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
              Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
              and sorry i don't have small account. also i am using credit card of sbi

                My salaried account with SBI was placed on STOP without any intimation. I have personal and home loan account linked same account. I was granted these facilities after the KYC. All of a sudden my account has been placed on HOLD. I have been customer of SBI since 8 years and this action from them is not acceptable. All my payments are on hold and have no way to perform any banking transactions.

                    I went to medical shop for purchasing medicine on 28 June 2023 at MedPlus Pharmacy, Kumbakonam. After swiping my debit card for amount 1208 via 1st POS machine, the shop did not got any receipt from bank. So they tried via 2nd POS machine and this time he got receipt as well as I got SMS for transaction notification. After a day, when I checked the transaction entry, I could see 2 entries for amount Rs 1208 on the same day for the same purchase. When checked with Medplus pharmacy, they said they never received any additional amount from SBI and money should be withheld in SBI itself. On raising complaint with SBI with the number[protected], the complaint was closed stating "Your Complaint has been routed to PAYMENT SYSTEMS GROUP - DAU (PSG-DAU) for immediate redressal" but so far no reimbursement happened. Need help.

                      I am Sparsh Agarwal.
                      Unauthorized transaction were made from my account without my knowledge and no message was received even after transactions was made.

                      Transaction details-

                      1) Dt 5-5-23
                      Amount - 823/-
                      OTHPG[protected]VI GURGAON

                      2) Dt - 30-6-23
                      Amount - 939.18/-
                      OTHPG[protected]VI NOIDA

                      Please have a look on it, and get my money back as soon as possible

                      Again was deducted from my account today.

                        I am Sumita Singha Saha, I have a savings account in SBI branch of Dhupguri, WB. My account number is [protected], IFSC SBIN0001296. Last month, 7600 rupees was deducted from my account from bank itself and even this deduction transaction doesn't show in A/c statement. When I contacted to SBI they said this amaount is in lien amount (means in hold) and they can't do anything about it. This amount is my son's scholarship amount of 10000 rupees, I need that amount for my son's study and fooding expenses. Please I am requesting to unhold the 7600 amount. My son's study fees are in debt. Please help me.

                          I was using credit card from SBI from 2018 till 2022 and everything was ok till November 2022. I made last transaction in November 2022 and paid my last bill if 11k. but it seems SBI still looking for that bill and I have told them many times to check and verify the statement but they are not listening. please help me on this matter. I can provide all the evidences if needed.

                            Unnecessary harrasment to senior citizens i had been to sbi for mail registration they told me to bring aadhar and pan card copies i had also filled multipurpose form and procedure i had to do in union bank of india the staff helped me and without any documents the mail was registered

                              Sir, I have account in SBI Vayusena Nagar Nagpur (SBIN0003678). I have submitted a NPCI aadhar linking request form for mapping my Aadhar ( Aadhar No.[protected] . However, the bank is saying that aadhar is linked with the bank and mapped in NPCI, but I am not receiving my fellowship amount since the payment is rejected by NPCI for the reason: Aadhar mapping does not exist/Aadhaar. .
                              This is happening since last two months. Now what should I do? Who is at fault?

                                  On 04/07/2023 08:45:32. I deposited 4000 in SBI CDM machine. I got a slip showing thi that 1 note is retained for verification [bna deposit] 500 1 please contact branch manager. Then i found that 500 amt is not reflected in my account.
                                  I complaint about this incident in the respective branch.
                                  I have tried to check the msg but its also not yet received.please help

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    It is intimated that I am getting daily spam mails from SBI through [protected]@connectinboxx.com under different heads ie regarding their Credit Cards. etc. These mails number 8-10 per day sometimes two to three in a span of a few minutes. I fail to understand how a Company of this stature can use tricks and violates the privacy of citizens. It is even more shameful because there is no action has been taken on my complaints. Emails which I send yield no action this clearly establishes their guilt of involvement in online scams and spams. Request take up case with this cheap spammer whose bosses refuse to listen to the voice of the people .
