I used SB Collect to pay my college revaluation fees of 1017 /- to Jntuk exams on 19/6/2021 through Internet banking ( union bank of india) and the money was debited from my account but the sb collect payment history is showing Status-PENDING and Transaction Description- RESPONSE PENDING FROM NETWORK. Dear SBI Epay Team,

I Have Done the transaction for the amount of Rs.7030.90 to Govt. of Karnataka Khazane II Portal for Stamp Duty Payment it says it's "Payment failed at Payment Gateway" and requests you to let me know the status of the refund.

I have enquired from my Bank end ICICI Retail, They told me that the amount has been sent to the sbiepay, from their end their transaction is completed.

On 12th June 2021 a lady calling(mobile no=[protected]) herself member of sbi credit card team called me and asked me that you have 5 offers on your sbi credit card and for these offers you have to go on sbi collect page to deposit 8890 rs for availing benefits and they deducted Rs 8890 from me(vikas goyat, mobile number=[protected])...

Sbi Charged 59 Rs for intermediate investment INB mandate, I have money In my account So its not below balance, so why you are charging return my money.

I have an account in state bank of india. Today i got a message stating on your request signature has been changed if not requested contact your home branch, however i haven't requested for signature changing. Without my permission how they can change signature and what is the reason behind getting this message. Please clear the reason, in case like these my account is not secure....

I was paying the exam fee from my friend's debit card for DFCCIL exam portal which is Rs.900. At that time the money was debited from my friend's debit card having Transition Details (SBIPG[protected]EDCI LDRCARD Mumbai) but it did not reach DFCCIL and I got a message that the transaction failed but my money was not reflected to my friend account. This incident is dated 15th May 2021at 8 :15 am. so we contacted to SBi but They still Resolving...

I paid my application fee on 21 May 5:38PM of RS 500 from my State bank of India Account to DTE ASSAM SCTE PAT in SBI COLLECT through UPI. Money debited from my bank account but In SBI COLLECT the payment shown is Failure.
Please resolve the issue and help me to get my Refund.

There is error in application form there is field to add the details of DOB but while clicking on year text field there is nothing in it i have selected the date and month of the date of birth but i am facing a problem while selecting the year field...how i can enter the dob for clerk application form...

SBI deducting premium of Rs330 every year for PMJJBY insurance scheme which I never subscribed to. In 2019 SBI agreed to close this scheme and refunded the amount(330) which was deducted in that year but the same amount deducted again in the year 2020 and 2021. I would request SBI to stop this scheme auto deductions from my account immediately and refund amount deducted in the year 2020 and 2021 for PMJJBY which is Rs660.

I have a Savings bank account with SBI and my loan account is associated as well with SBI.
My EMI gets dedicated from my salary account which is in CITIBANK.
This month, there was a deduction of EMI from both CITIBANK and SBI savings account which shouldn't have happened.
I would like to get this reversed as during this pandemic, every penny matters to us and I don't want SBI to take the charges without my consent....

Dear sir,
I have an account at SBI main branch, Ongole.i got a message today morning i.e., " dear customer, TDR/STDR NO XXXXX174378 for INR 72000 has been created on 28/04/2021". Is it means have I lost my money. Please let me know how it happens without my concern. And I check my mini statement it shows DEBIT SWEEP of 72000 . I'm completely afraid after watched that statement. How I get my money back.
