I tried to withdraw the amount of 10, 000 on Aug 28, 2023 at 1.35pm from SBI ATM which is located in Bhuvanagiri. I got the slip and received the amount debited message too, But i didn't received any amount from the ATM machine. Kindly request you to return the debited amount to my BOI account as soon as possible.

        I hv sbi credit card.since 2004.I have not been using since 2016.no kyc done.card is already blocked .phone number linked is surrendered many years back.no e mail registered.already blocked.when asked to cancel online reply come only that contact through registered mobile number or email.Wrote many letters.not cancelling.unnecessary taking annual charges in block card

          MOD A/C is not able to close

          Hi,
          I have a SBI saving account with number [protected] and I have created 3 MOD accounts online in internet banking .
          As per the features, I can prematurely close the MOD accounts anytime or I can partially withdraw the amount from MOD.
          But now when I am trying to close my MOD accounts online as mentioned in SBI portal I am getting an error stating "Your MOD account can not be closed as delinking of your MOD account...

          E-challan Payment deducted and was successful but not updated in Vahan from last one month and still showing Pending

          Still it showing pending and even money is not returned.

          Applied for SBI Credit Card Online(Application No[protected]. SBI Card Team called me, took all my correct information/documents/salary slips/aadhar KYC Physical and told me card is approved as cibil is good as per SBI and I will get a final verification call for card delivery dispatch.

          Then my card application got declined without verification call. Decline code i got from one agent "F55 Database Defaulter" code. I don't understand what does this code mean?

          SBI Card Team is also not able to help me with the reason after so many follow ups with Customer service, Nodal and Principal Nodal officer and grievance redressal.

              Kindly note that today it was a humilating experience in SBI bank because of an arrogant officer i along with my old aged 84 years widowed mother were subjected to physical and mental agony.
              today 24th august 2023, i went to SBI branch located in pragathi bhavan collectrate complex n8zamabad, to collect ATM debit card of my widowed old age 84 years mother who cannot walk post covid two times in 2021 & 2022
              due to my mother's illness i am doing all needed financial hospital and other day to day care activities and as part i went to collect debit card from above branch, after the lethergic postal department returned the card within 1 hour of receiving the card from H.O post office to RS sub post office, after which i was notified by bank by sms to collect card from account branch as mentioned above
              the lady officer bluntly refused to give card and demanded to bring my mother to branch, my mother has ability to walk even 10 feet because of covid treatment and i requested the lady officer about the problem but she was very admant and said that at any cost the card will be given to my mother who holds family pension account in pragathi bhavan branch
              i tried to substantiate documents proving my mother's pension letter, passbook, aadhaar pan card and my documents proving the relationship as son but the officer didnt bother to see the documents at all, and demanded G.P.A as proof, although i have GPA from my mother i didnt carry a copy as it was not at all necessary for bank card,
              with this behavior of the lady officer i raised my voice as why she cannot accept the proof at this point she said that she will arrange person along with me to deliver card after seeing my mother in home, i brought the attendant and i was asked to provide my aadhaar, pan xerox, a letter to unblock new card, a pay in slip for 118 rupees as penality for no fault and my mother was subjected to sign on pay in slip, my aadhaar authenticating me as son, an application to unblock and deliver the ATM debit card

              it was very humilating and waste of time at branch with arguement and sending attendant for over half hour wasting work time, useless paper work for a debit card delivery by the lady officer at SBI pragathi bhavan collectrate complex branch nizamabad, 503001, telangana
              there are ways to over come and help senior citizens who cannot walk, sick or alone and SBI being the largest government sector bank public bank has no mercy and concern about common customers, on the other side the same SBI and all government and private banks do unwanted favors and unoffical service breaking rules to the rich influential and for getting benefits

              this is a very bad incident that we all common persons in india are facing because of head strong arrogant heartless bank official who earn their salaries because of the public money in the bank accounts with a trust but the attitude and behavior of bank officials towards the common persons is very bad
              i request the concerned bank officers to simplify the system of essential bank related documents like cards, life certificates deposit withdrawl etc and make it compulsory for a home delivery system that will help disabled old aged and sick customers

                  Fund transfer to wrong account holder

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  10 august 2023, i made payment rs-14000/- from my bank sbi account (0227) to indian bank account holder through upi paytm. Unfortunately, i have input wrong digit number, but payment was successful to wrong account. Although the name i entered payment gateway of paytm and beneficiary's name was different. This payment's upi reference number is :[protected]

                  I am HD Lalremruati, Mb.[protected] i was using BHIM SBI Pay Foreign Outward Remittance for money transaction (P2P) to Singapore on 11.07.2023. The amount debited was Rs 15577.50 + Commission charge Rs 233.66 + GST Rs 45 Total amount = 15856.16 with Cust Ref No.[protected]. This amount was debited though the transaction was failed instantly, since today the beneficiary did not received the money also it was not reverse to my account as well...

                  I am HD Mami, I was using BHIM SBI Pay Foreign Outward Remittance to Singapore on 11.07.2023. I made a transaction of amount Rs 15577.50 + (Commission charge) Rs 233.66 + (GST) Rs 45 Total = Rs 15856.16. This transaction was instantly failed, but my money was debited. But till today my money has not been reversed to my account. I already made complaint to SBI Customer Care many times, but since today (already one month) they couldn't resolve my issue with UPI Team. I request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to kindly take action/resolved my issue with State Bank of India.

                    SBI credit card is harassing me and my family every day for their fault. My mother applied for a card, and they delivered a card with someone other's name. We complained many times however they never listened to us and provided a solution. We tried to close it multiple times however during the verification they says that given information is wrong. Now the bill is due, and we aren't in a position to pay the amount. We tried to connect with them for the settlement however due to their failure it fails all the time. Now they are abusing my parents on my social handle and harassing me.

                      Recently I have been receiving messages and mail from sbi stating that my application for SBI CREDIT CARD has been rejected and they cannot provide me with the same whereas i haven't applied for the same. At first I thought it's just spam or might be a mistake from their end but now their messages are quite frequent and from their official domain. This is so unacceptable from SBI as this bank is our state bank! I don't expect such fraudulent activity from the bank of our state atleast!

                        Recently I have been receiving messages from SBI Bank stating that my application for SBI CREDIT Card has been rejected at first I thought it was a spam or is sent by mistake from their end, but recently I am receiving these messages quite often like Every 2-3 days and that too from their particular specific domain whereas i haven't applied for anything as such. I really don't expect such fraud from the bank of Our State Atleast. It's really not acceptable. They are misusing our data just to complete their target without our consent. Are they even aware how it's going to affect My CIBIL?

                              This is Rama reddy sathi, SBI customer Rayavaram branch. Recently there is a fraud transaction in my bank account and i have lost RS.18500, It is not done by any authored members who are in my account. Can you please look in to it and do the necessary things to get my money back .
