I am writing to bring your attention to an issue that I believe is o[censored]tmost importance.
On the backdrop, allow me to remind you that I have been maintaining an exemplary record of servicing my home loan, which I took from the State Bank of India back in 2019. Throughout these years, I have ensured to make my repayments timely and in full.
However, I was recently taken aback on receiving a notice from the bank insisting on insuring my property against risks such as fire, earthquakes, and floods. Without my consent, on 23rd August 2023, an amount of INR ₹21, 723 was debited from my account towards the insurance premium for this proposed cover.
Post noticing this unauthorised debit, I immediately approached the bank to discuss the matter. As per my understanding, there is no mandatory clause requiring home insurance, especially without my agreement. Upon raising this concern, I was instructed by the branch manager to file a complaint.
It deeply concerns me that there is such a lack of transparency and arbitrary behaviour from your end, which I, as a customer, must confront. To be charged for an insurance policy that I did not opt for, and that too abruptly after four years of taking the loan, is uncalled for and unprofessional.
Therefore, I kindly request that my complaint be taken seriously and that the deducted amount of INR ₹21, 723 (alongwith interest if deducted)be refunded/cradit of my loan account number [protected] at the earliest to my account. I would also appreciate receiving a detailed explanation of the bank's policy in this regard so as to avoid confusion in the future.
I am looking forward to swift resolution and transparency in this matter.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have made a wrong transaction of 7000 rupees through IMPS mode on[protected] at 07.26 PM with Ref No :[protected]. The beneficiary account which I made transaction was [protected] ( Janani H ) - Tamilnad Mercantile Bank ( Pudugummidipoondi Branch ). Please kindly revert my money as soon as possible. I have raised many complaints regarding this issue from 31st july, but i haven't received any updates till now. I attached the photo copies issued by the Bank Manager of State Bank of India - Gill Nagar Branch, Choolaimedu.

        There has been unauthorized transfers from my SBI account (through biometric) without my involvment.

        There are two separate transactions:
        1) of 2, 000
        2) of 10, 000

        total of 12, 000 has been withdrawn without my authorization through bhim aadhar pay.

          I ordered a chair from Amazon, post cancellation the company issued me the refund amount in my SBI credit card. I'm attaching the screenshot of the successful initiation of the refund from the Amazon side. Refund was expected to be credited by 30th Aug 2023, but hasn't been processed yet. Amazon executive says refund has been successfully initiated from their end and is now being processed by the bank. Kindly look into it.

            This is regarding a recent purchase i tried to make using my Debit card. The transaction failed after entering OTP so i tried multiple time. The transactions failed but money got deducted from my account.
            My account is debited with the name of OTHPG paytm with rs 25, 000 without any message.
            please give me a solution
            i have compliant to my bank but they have not gave me any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution

              I went Axis bank ATM near Shankarnag Bustand, Kamalanagar and Bengalore-560079 at 10.00pm on 8th July 2023 Saturday. I tried to Withdraw Rs: 10, 000 but the atm doesn’t dispense the cash. At least after 2min ATM displayed transaction timeout.

              But i received debit message of Rs: 10, 000 to my mobile. Till now i didn’t received cash refund. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

              I had complained customer care, the case request no[protected] and they said visit to home branch acct.

              I went SBI home branches, 8th Main Rd, 3rd Stage 4th Block, Maruthinagar, Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560079.

              The more than 7 times I had visited branch, the branch manager said we are requested CCTV footage to axis bank and we don’t know axis bank customer care number?.

                      I have ordered MERLAYN Ayurveda Bhringraj and Amla Jadibuti Hair Oil on
                      22 August, 2023 from Amazon.
                      My order was then cancelled and rupees 108 refund was initiated on the same day through debit card. But till now, at the Time of writing, 4 September, 2023, no money is refunded in my bank account.

                      Nobody is helping me, I am very poor and this money is urgently required.

                      I tried to debit 10, 000 from SBI ATM machine (ATM ID:[protected] on Aug 28, 2023 in Bhuvanagiri. I got the slip and received message like that the amount was debited But i didn't get the amount from ATM machine. I am waiting from more than 5 days but i didn't receive the amount back. I got the slip and received the amount debited message too, But i didn't received any amount from the ATM machine.                               I hv sbi credit card.since 2004.I have not been using since 2016.no kyc done.card is already blocked .phone number linked is surrendered many years back.no e mail registered.already blocked.when asked to cancel online reply come only that contact through registered mobile number or email.Wrote many letters.not cancelling.unnecessary taking annual charges in block card

                                MOD A/C is not able to close

                                Hi,
                                I have a SBI saving account with number [protected] and I have created 3 MOD accounts online in internet banking .
                                As per the features, I can prematurely close the MOD accounts anytime or I can partially withdraw the amount from MOD.
                                But now when I am trying to close my MOD accounts online as mentioned in SBI portal I am getting an error stating "Your MOD account can not be closed as delinking of your MOD account...
