I am writing to file a complaint about an AEPS fraud that occurred on my account, account number
[protected]. The unauthorized transactions took place on[protected] at 15:49 and[protected] at
21:18. I was not aware of this AEPS transaction and had never asked the bank to enable this option. I
first received a message about a balance inquiry and then a message stating that Rs. 10, 000Rs had been
withdrawn from my account on[protected]. However, I did not receive any message about the other Rs.
10, 000Rs transaction that took place on[protected]. A total of Rs. 20, 000Rs was withdrawn from my
account using the AEPS option.
Upon checking, I confirmed that the money had been withdrawn from my account as per my bank
statement.
I believe that I am a victim of an AEPS fraud. I request you to investigate this matter and take
appropriate action against the culprits. I also request you to refund this amount as soon as possible.

    Payment deducted but not recieved by jee portal

    I made a transaction of rs 2000 for the jee 2024(session 1, 2) application form to sbimops, it is deducted from the account but not recieved to the jee portal.
    Please solve the problem.

      There is an unauthorised transection of rupees 20000 from my mom's SBI savings account on dated 07.03.2022. I saw today on her passbook and asked about her but she didn't even know about it. On passbook particular it describes Rupay WDL TXN @KO (TXN no.) OF ZERO MASS PRIVATE LIMI AT 10521 DAU, RURAL BANKING, GIT, MUMBAI.

        Hi team

        Without my Authorization 2 AEPS transactions are done on 10000rs on 28th october 2023 and 9900rs on 31 october 2023.

        And in the bank transactions it is showing

        On 28th oct 2023 details -
        "FI Txn @CSP OUTLET[protected] AEPS OF FUS Issuer WDL TXN
        TRANSFER TO[protected]

        on 31st oct 2023 details-

          My name is Yeshashwini and I had ordered an mobile phone of RS.Amount 15649 in Amazon on 8th octoober 2023 and after 9th october I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 11 october 2023
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
          (74766513283340465712528 ) . I have been contacting amazon and the bank but none is responding properly . If this goes on like this whom should we ask for help. This is a serious issue and action needs to be taken .So
          please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

            In Oct 2023 statement, there is a finance interest charge levied on my card 7154 for 608.26 plus GST for no fault of mine.

            I have made the complete/full payment total amount due of Rs.57584 well within the due date.

            Refund the amount immediately.

              On Sunday 29 October 2023 at 3.53pm received a message

              DEAR CUSTOMER,
              YOUR AEPS CASH WITHDRAWAL FROM
              A/C XX3457 IS SUCCESSFUL. RS 10000 DEBITED ON 29/10/2023 03:53:52PM. RRN[protected] SBI

              Later when checked my sb a/ c some body has stolen 10000
              No OTP was asked or any such message or call came..
              How safe is our Aadhar linked account.
              How to complain and get back my hard earned money.
              10000 is lost because only less amount was there

              Please guide me

                My name is Umang Gupta and I had ordered Apple iPhone 13 (128GB) - Starlight of RS.45, 999 in Amazon on 7 October, 2023 and after 18 October, 2023 I returned this order because it was damaged. And on 24 October, 2023 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005432983280005114919 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  I have applied for credit card in sbi and got response from agent that my application got declined due to reason "database defaulter". I need to understand meaning of this reason and what default I have done with SBI.

                    I have a policy in SBI Suraksha policy NO:[protected], as per the policy I need to get 600, 000 coverage, prehospitalization, post-hospitalization, single a/c room.
                    But they refused to give me a/c room, pre-hospitalization, and post-hospitalization.
                    As per the cash-less claim Hospital people are not allowed to give the original bills but SBI health insurance team keep on asking me to provide non-related documents keep on changing their words.
                    I submitted all receipts and the Hospital admin team already submitted all the bills.
                    SBI cheated with several promises but they failed to keep the promises

                      I have a sbi Ac [protected]… I paid at petropump using my card for 3000/- and after 5days I got a msg stating” Dear Customer, Your A/C XXXXX363744 has a debit by transfer of Rs 7.13 on 26/10/23. -SBI”

                      I don’t know how can u promote card and cashless transactions i[censored] punish ur customer with service charges… so pls take action and remove all usage charges to promote cashless transactions

                        I tried many times transfer money via upi and withdrawing from atm machine it couldn't get success, when i do payment through sbi yono it always say 'CIF not scrutinized by LCPC'. And tried to make payment via upi it shows violence remitter and withdrawing money from atm it couldn't get money and couldn't process transaction. Please fix this issues.

                          Amazon refund not received in my account

                          I recently cancelled a order in Amazon of rupees 51698 which was paid through Google pay (UPI) it has been almost 8 days still I didn't receive the refund amount in my bank account when I contacted Amazon they said refund has been done through our end please contact your bank to know it

                            Credit card application was rejected eventhough I have submitted all required documents

                            I have applied for bpcl octane card in sbi. I gave all of the required details correctly. They have processed my application and successfully verification completed. But at the end they rejected my application by saying we cannot process the request due to some internal policy. I am not sure what went wrong. I am not able to contact customer support on this.

                              Sir,
                              I had ordered a product (realme Buds 2 Wired in Ear Earphones with Mic (Black)) and (KOPNHAGN Ankle Socks Sports Cotton Cushion Socks for Men Women Unisex Low Cut Socks, Pack of 4, Free Size) from Amazon on 01-Oct-2023 through Net Banking. But I didn't receive the order on the scheduled date and for some reason Amazon cancelled my order, and Amazon initiated the refunds of Rs. 583 (realme buds 2) with Refund Reference Number[protected] and Rs. 194 (KOPNHAGN Ankle Socks) with Refund Reference Number[protected] on 05-Oct-2023 and it was expected to be credited on my SBI account within at most 2-3 days but it's 16-Oct-2023 and the money is still not in my SBI account.

                              Amazon Customer Care gave me those Refund Reference ID Numbers[protected] and[protected] respectively but still now the Bank has not credited my money Rs.777

                              This is urgent, please help me as soon as possible to get back my money.

                                Today date 16/10/2023, I recieve a first message form BX-CBSSBI at 1:53 and it said that "Dear Customer, Your A/C XXXXX825294 has a debit by transfer of Rs 20.00 on 16/10/23. Avl Bal Rs 6, 209.35.-SBI" and I recieve another message at 2:21 pm and it said that "Dear Customer, Your A/C XXXXX825294 has a debit by transfer of Rs 342.00 on 16/10/23. Avl Bal Rs 5, 867.35.-SBI" . My bank server is down 2 days ago from now, can not check balance and can not make any payment, but i recieve that message which is mentioned above, can you fix or track where this issue came from.

                                  I am a salary account holder in State Bank Of India and my account is 30+ years old. I have not taken any net banking facility or done any online transactions till now.
                                  Also, I don't know how to use it online, but from few months from SBI account many online transactions have been done without my knowledge. From 17th June 2023 till 12th Oct 2023 many transactions have been done which says "OTHPG paytm services noida". For other transactions I was getting messages but for these transactions I didn't received any message or call. The deductions were done in small amount and on regular basis and I lost total amount 2, 53, 284.59 which is a huge amount for me.
                                  I have never shared my card details to anybody and when I contacted my branch, they don't have any answer. I don't how is it possible that bank have no information.
                                  I am in huge loss, I need refund of the amount I lost. I have all the details with me.
