Address: Satchidananda Farm, MBG Road, Bogadi

With respect to the above subject my S/B account number [protected] has been deducted Rs.10, 000 on 14/07/2023 the transaction Id is FI Txn @ CSP outlet[protected] AEPS OFFUS issuer WDL Txn. I have not received any OTP or any link and not even received any debit msg. Further I have received one msg on 12/07/23 mentioning balance enquiry successful using AEPS and again on 15/07/23 I have received another msg stating AEPS transaction declined.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest and please do take necessary action against those who are responsible for it.

    I made an UPI payment through MOBIKWIK platform to make HDFC credit card payment on 9th of June 2023. Transaction amount of Rs.5850/-
    I committed an error while entering last 4 digits of credit card number.
    I entered xxxxx9533 instead of 4534. Amount got debited from my SBI savings account and was credited to ICICI credit card as per SBI CUSTOMER CARE. SBI provided resolution and gave account details to which the amount was credited. Contacted ICICI bank credit card and gave them the details for which they have officially confirmed the account number does not belong to ICICI bank and I have to contact home branch. for last one and half month, the same story is being told by both SBI and ICICI, and my amount is still not reversed. I am confused and see no way forward. hence raising this complaint.

        Hello,

        I have applied for SBI credit card and it is showing error like F-55 DATABASE Defaulter. I don't have any SBI account or no connection with SBI. My CIBIL is 772.

        So, Can you please help me how to resolve this as I need SBI credit Card Urgently.

              F55-DATABASE DEFAULTER - Credit Card Application rejection

              Hi,

              Why SBI is declining my credit card application status with reason code: "F55-DATABASE DEFAULTER"

              I have applied multiple times but all the time decline with no proper answer of decline reason....

              Please find the below steps which have been performed.

              Go to https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/ and click on the ‘SB collect’ tab on the menu bar.
              2) Click on "Industry" from the category.
              3) Name of Industry as "Steel Authority of India" and State as "National Capital Territory of Delhi"
              4) Select payment category as "SAIL Mediclaim(Spouse)"
              5) Enter "SPOUSE Min" - ******
              6) Enter "TOP UP" - ****
              7) Once I click on "Fetch payment details" getting below error, please look into this matter.

              Please verify the data entered and try again.

                Respected sir,
                Unauthorized transaction(Rs-120000/-) has been occurred in AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA, Bangalore by using my wife's debit card(5426) on
                dated 22.02.2023(Rs-20, 000/-), 23.02.2023(Rs-40, 000/-) & 24.02.2023(60, 000/-), although my wife's debit card was kept our custody safely.We have not shared any information regarding debit card number etc. No OTP and no massages are came in my mobile during unauthorized transaction. Rs-60, 000/- has refunded by AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA on dated 03.03.2023(TR ID-240223), But Rs-60, 000/- is still pending for refunding.
                All incidents informed to SBI CUSTOMER CARE (Ticketno[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] dated on 18.03.2023) & AMAZON ( complaint id-7831880 dated on 17.03.2023), Cyber crime complaint no-[protected] dated on 27.02.2023
                Therefore, I request to you investigate the incident & take proper action for unauthorized transaction and refund my Rs-60000/- money.(

                    Sir I opened a savings account in state bank in 2021. Then the bank manager said that now when you open a savings account, you have to pay 1300 rupees for health insurance one time. I don't know whether it is there in the rules of rbi or not? But still I accepted. And the manager told me that this 1300 rupees will be deducted only one time. But after that on 15 June 2022, 1300 rupees was deducted from my account again.I have not signed any insurance form either. I also told the bank if I don't get the refund then I will complain but no action taken by the branch manager.
                    When I went to the bank and talked about this, they gave me a personal number to refund the money[protected].
                    Although I was assured by the bank, I have not received a single rupee refund. I have submitted many applications but the bank has kept it to itself. As a result I wrote my complaint in a letter and sent it to the bank through post office but the bank did not take any action.
                    By doing this again this year on 15 June 2023 1300 rupees were deducted from the account. When I spoke to the branch again they gave time after time but no action. I was told by the manager to make another application and wait for 15 days. I. It's been more than 20 days since I applied and haven't received a single refund.I have been harassed for a long time.

                      I have ordered google pixel 7a from flipkart using sbi debit card and later cancelled the order. Flipkart processed the refund amount and amount is not reflecting in my account

                        I have ordered mobile phone one plus on amazon worth 19999 rs on EMI dated 19.06.23. On the very next day I have cancelled my order refund initiated from Amazon but not credited to my credit till date. I have raised dispute on 1 st July to sbi card. They have mailed me merchant bank credited on 21.06.23 it will reflect on credit card statement on 6th July.. but it is not refelecting till date

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am a regular customer of state bank of india hinganghat branch and i have a filled a croft loan case since last one and a half months, but till today, the staff is telling me that the case is pendings.
                          We also understand that all the work is done online so it doesn, t take much time but some employees seem to be working like clockwork, but i request yot to sort out the croft loan case immediately through us.

                            Scan and pay option in SBI Cards is not functioning and Not able to see SBI Rupay Credit Card in UPI payment. While selling the card sales representative in side bank said we can use card for upi payment but it's not working

                                My name is Ramya and I had ordered 4 items, of RS.Amount(736) in Amazon on[protected] and after[protected] I returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected]
                                Amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number
                                [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form. So

                                  I wish to state that I am the beneficiary of the first ref letter funds Rs.4.76 crore. In this connection I have completed all payments payable to RBI New Delhi. Finally I have paid Rs.12, 900/- as demurrage charges by three parts ie Rs.1500.00 dt 11.10.2019, Rs.5500.00 dt 14.10.2019, Rs.5900.00 dt 16.10.2019.
                                  Thereafter, I have paid Rs.8000.00 dt 29.01.2021, Rs.25, 000.00 dt 30.01.2020, Rs.3000.00 dt 07.02.20 positively. Now my situation in finance is very worse, moreover I am struggling for my daily expenses. My statement is true. Hence I humbly request you Sir, kindly look in to this matter personally and ordered to release my pending fund of Rs.4.76 crore in to my destination bank account.

                                  During January 2021, and jan 2023 I have received a message from RBI Customer Care, and ombudsman RBI Your Fund has been credited in Head Office, Mumbai of your local branch
                                  But, So far not received the same in to my sbi bank Account
