Respected sir,
Unauthorized transaction(Rs-120000/-) has been occurred in AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA, Bangalore by using my wife's debit card(5426) on
dated 22.02.2023(Rs-20, 000/-), 23.02.2023(Rs-40, 000/-) & 24.02.2023(60, 000/-), although my wife's debit card was kept our custody safely.We have not shared any information regarding debit card number etc. No OTP and no massages are came in my mobile during unauthorized transaction. Rs-60, 000/- has refunded by AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA on dated 03.03.2023(TR ID-240223), But Rs-60, 000/- is still pending for refunding.
All incidents informed to SBI CUSTOMER CARE (Ticketno[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] dated on 18.03.2023) & AMAZON ( complaint id-7831880 dated on 17.03.2023), Cyber crime complaint no-[protected] dated on 27.02.2023
Therefore, I request to you investigate the incident & take proper action for unauthorized transaction and refund my Rs-60000/- money.(
