    abhi may kya karu. may to saudi may hu indiaka bahar. our mera jo sim pe sbi register tha o vi band ho gaya.

    may online may profile may jake High Security off karne gaya to uhapar bhi OTP password magta.

    may kaise high security off karsakta hu OTP password ke bina?

    pls koi batana.

      On 27th jan i wrote my complaint to sbi credit cads @ [protected]@sbicard.com. I was expecting that someone senior would be addressing my complaint which is so genuine. My complaint was related to delivery of a new card replacing my existing card. I never received the new card which i requested. The reason for asking them to deliver new card was not to pay additional charges which were not declared to me at the giving the existing card that i was holding. Hence, i requested them to downgrade my card or furnish the evidence proving that i agreed on a verification call that i am aware of charges. They failed to furnish the details hence accepted my request for sending new card which never delivered. Upon chasing the status from sbi cards, i came to know there is a correction required in my address, however, it was shocking to know that as statements for my existing card did deliver to my address regularly.

      I kept writing to them for delivering in anticipation that they would deliver and matter would get resolved. The day i requested for the new card was 11th jan so that new card is received before the due date of 27th jan. But when i did not receive the card i wrote to them on 27th jan. Hence, i did not make the payment. The kind of responses i got after writing to them were far below expectations... They never understood my complaint and started chasing for my pending due which i intentionally did not clear.

      Who would have paid them the pending due after receiving a response and treatment, i then told them to settle the payment from my rewards points which i never encashed after starting using the initial card. They were so happy to accept that, and then story of harassment continues even today, without addressing the complaints i raised.

      I receive daily triggered harassment call from their system on my mobile, which is only playing the music. Its not a matter of money, but a value of my integrity. Forget about expecting compensation for the harassment...! Sbi cards outsourced bpo is playing with sbi credentials and taking huge money from sbi for doing this.

      I want an apology letter from sbi cards along with rs. 2500 which is my right of rewards points for all that has happened in -neveradrressing- my complaints.

        Today i got a call from unknown no [protected].He introduced himself as sbi officer and asked my atm card no for renewal.He told me that your atm card will be expired today.
        I gave him the details.After that 5000 rs deducted from my account.The statement is as follows

        Pos ft[protected] sbibuddy mumbai 5, 000.00
        Even after this transaction, he called me again and again to know another otp sent by the bank.I contacted sbi customer care to block my atm.Now the atm is blocked.
        Second otp was for paying 5000 rs to ccavenue.com.That otp i did not disclose.
        Please enquire about this and address my complaint by tracing the fake caller having mob no written above.
        I request you trace out the fake caller and take strict necessary action aganist him sothat in fufture nobody can harm from him and become a scapegoat as me.

              My payment has been deducted from my account but this is showing failed.
              Its been 3-4 days no service is being provided to contact to sbi and we try to contact them they are not giving good response.
              Refund my payment in just one day and contact me immediately, otherwise i have to take a very remarkable action against this service of passport seva.

                I am re-complaining the issue here because SBI has stopped replying and they are continuing with irritating me by sending bills even though I dont have credit card.                     I have changed my mobile number. It is got updated in bank records. I am not receiving the OTP on my new mobile number [protected]. This has been pending from last 6 months. It is very disappointing as this has been pending from last 6 months. I have tried all the possible options with no luck. Please help on the priority. I am getting all the messages on my mobile other OTP.

                      I have done online mobile recharge on 6-4-16 for rs. 120 & amount is debited from my account with ref. No. Ccadd1hea500ig0btspej7 to transfer inb avenues india pvt. Ltd, but the said recharge amount is not received in mobile number [protected]. Reply from company received by an email which reveals "payment for this transaction was unsuccessful on our payment gateway, because of which the recharge was not done". I want the money back immediately.

                        Its been a month I had requested for a check book to my branch Rabindra nagar Behala Kolkata India-700060 (west Bengal) Due to constructional work I had move to a rented house near my own residence, I had received a message from SBI that my cheque book has been dispatced but I kept on waiting, nobody came.Then I visited to branch thay said they did not received it, then I went to INDIA POST OFFICE, they said the item has been sent back to your bank.. Tired of running here and there.. but I havenot received the cheque book .kindly help

                                On FEB 2nd 2016
                                One Mr.Bhaskar Raju called from SBI Card centre (Mob no [protected])
                                called and offered a new Life time SBI Card with 20% cash back offer on each Transaction instead of Reward points. He said SBI will adjust the rewards point against the new card and took card details and said that a Transaction amount of INR 8400 will be debited immediately and the same will be adjusted against the reward points at the time of statement generation. There was an SMS saying that Rs 8400 has been debited on my card from MOTO - TPSL

                                Today i received a parcel with 2 no Jeans pants from one vendor (MOTO - TPSL) indicating a transaction of Rs 8400. I have not ordered this item. It is
                                fraudulent transaction. Help to refund the amount of Rs 8400

                                  Hello Sir/ Madam,

                                  My Self Vijay Modi. I visited State Bank Of India, Gulab Tower Branch, Satadhar Cross Road, Ahmedabad on 5th April, 2016 approx at 11:30 AM to collect Provisional Home Loan's interest certificate for FY 2016-17. I visited a person who was responsible for the same and he told me to come after 10th April, 2016 for it. I have informed him that every year during first week of April, I am collecting same from your branch. He told me that the person who was responsible for the same is retired. So I asked him so what can I do and how can I collect it. He told me to come after 10th April, 2016 and informed me that they cannot do it now.

                                  I have informed him to give me written on paper that you cannot do it now due to some particular reason. He refuse to give me written and informed me to meet Branch Manager.

                                  Then I gone to Branch Manager's cabin (who told me his name is: Mr Jogadiya) and asked him for the same. Initially he also refused the same and on my request at last he informed me to send email on sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and ask for the same.

                                  Then I came back to my office and immedietely sent email on this email id at 12:28 PM. I have also added CC to SBI appellate authority

                                  cgm1.[protected]@sbi.co.in

                                  I was thinking that I will receive scan copy of provisional home loan certificate. However I didn't received it. Even I have not received any response from them.

                                  So I sent them reminder on Wed, Apr 6, 2016 at 12:12 PM. However still I have not received any response from them.

                                  I need this certificate to submit before 10th April, 2016 else office will start cutting Income Tax.

                                  I am still waiting for their response..

                                  Please do the needful and oblige.

                                  Yesterday they closed my complain without informing me on https://cms.onlinesbi.com. I reached there and came to know that still documents are not ready. I have created new ticket to open old ticket and resolve my issue. Waiting for positive response...

                                    When I approach Ayapakkam. chennai branch - the Behaviour of manager is very rude (Seetha Sekar). She uses "not my problem" kind of sentence to customers when asked about valid issues ( in a very polite way) which I am facing. The attitude towards customer is so bad that I am planning to leave SBI after 10 years of banking with SBI.

                                    When tried to enter her cabin-saying "Excuse Me" (trying to get her attention)- She even did not bother to reply and after one minute her response was "as i am busy in my work I cannot say YES to you- Sit Down and wait for a minute". Do you have any answer for this behavior from a manager. (Please check your cctv footage - this happened 7 april-2016 - between 12 pm to 12.45 pm)

                                    My request was to change address in my account but though she gave suggestion (Doc Requirement)- her behavior was very rude, unapologetic and full of bad attitude. She Even said "That is not my problem" when asked about further suggestion . This is not acceptable . please do needful so that we don’t get this kind of behavior while visiting SBI.

                                        1.I kumari poonam giri is having a sbi saving and education loan account a/c no.[protected] branch code 1864 at jugsalai branch tata nagar, jamshedpur, jharkhand .Presntly i am working as a senior software engineer in a mnc at banglore . Initial issued atm has become unserviceable.Initially i didnot issued with the net banking kit. I have requested my bank to update kyc and transferred my ac to my working place but i have been denied and told that untill your loan will not clear ac will not be transferred.Then i have requested to update kyc and issueed with a atm card since my existing atm is blocked.Many time i have spoken with the branch manager and followed his advice and required documents.I have send all the required documents to the bank after verifying it from yelahanka sbi deputy branch manager as advised by jugsalai bm.

                                        2. But my all effort went in vain. My issue is still pending and i am unable to find a way to clear the issue.Presently my phone was not picked up by branch manager.
                                        3. Please suggest me or find a way to clear the issue.
