Myself pankaj kumar mishra is a a/c holder in SBI for above 3 years, on 30/03/16 I have deposited rs. 2500 in cash deposit machine of state bank, but by the fault of SBI my account has not been credited & on 31/03/16 when my cheue was presented to bank it was dishonoured due to fault of SBI & bounce charge is charged by me, but u can see that there is not my fault, it is the fault of SBI, so why I can bear the penalty of rs. 572.50, by both the banks, SBI made the fault that the amount has not been credited to my a/c, if it has done then my cheque will not bounced, so I want the whole amount as refund because of fault of SBI...
