When I approach Ayapakkam. chennai branch - the Behaviour of manager is very rude (Seetha Sekar). She uses "not my problem" kind of sentence to customers when asked about valid issues ( in a very polite way) which I am facing. The attitude towards customer is so bad that I am planning to leave SBI after 10 years of banking with SBI.

When tried to enter her cabin-saying "Excuse Me" (trying to get her attention)- She even did not bother to reply and after one minute her response was "as i am busy in my work I cannot say YES to you- Sit Down and wait for a minute". Do you have any answer for this behavior from a manager. (Please check your cctv footage - this happened 7 april-2016 - between 12 pm to 12.45 pm)

My request was to change address in my account but though she gave suggestion (Doc Requirement)- her behavior was very rude, unapologetic and full of bad attitude. She Even said "That is not my problem" when asked about further suggestion . This is not acceptable . please do needful so that we don’t get this kind of behavior while visiting SBI.

      1.I kumari poonam giri is having a sbi saving and education loan account a/c no.[protected] branch code 1864 at jugsalai branch tata nagar, jamshedpur, jharkhand .Presntly i am working as a senior software engineer in a mnc at banglore . Initial issued atm has become unserviceable.Initially i didnot issued with the net banking kit. I have requested my bank to update kyc and transferred my ac to my working place but i have been denied and told that untill your loan will not clear ac will not be transferred.Then i have requested to update kyc and issueed with a atm card since my existing atm is blocked.Many time i have spoken with the branch manager and followed his advice and required documents.I have send all the required documents to the bank after verifying it from yelahanka sbi deputy branch manager as advised by jugsalai bm.

      2. But my all effort went in vain. My issue is still pending and i am unable to find a way to clear the issue.Presently my phone was not picked up by branch manager.
      3. Please suggest me or find a way to clear the issue.

        M.V Dinesh NRI, had availed a housing loan from PBB mysore on 19/04/2011, the loan A/c was closed on 11/03/2016 by paying the installments well in time. For some urgent needs the original house documents were required urgently by my father who is the GPA holder for all my accounts. on closure of the loan A/c the branch handed over a letter directing RASMAC Mysore to return all the original document. but on approaching RASMAC, they were unable to trace and return my original documents even after repeated visits . recently when i contacted the office they informed me that still the could not trace the documents . this is distressing to note that a reputed Bank is unable to return the original documents deposited with the bank and giving some evasive reply. Hence i request you to take up the matter with concern and arrange for the return of the original documents immediately with out fail.
        On hearing from you, i shell decide on the further course of action .

          I had an online train ticket of 12295 / sanghamitra exp on 26-mar-2016 which was done using sbi net banking facility. I had canceled two tickets of class third ac on 25-mar-2016 at around 10.30 am.And on 28-mar-2016 the amount is refunded to my sbi account.But i haven't received the refund amount yet.

            Dear sir,
            I visited the sbi panagal park chennai branch along with my mother to include my name as nominee for the locker.Since my mother would be travelling to usa in a week."the lady responsible was really rude stating how can you come just like that .Things will not happen in two days" and started scolding me and amma.My mother is 66 years old.Today april 6 the is a bank working day.So i fail to understand what is my mistake.Also we had travelled from hyd just for this, i work in hyderabad.
            She refused to even mention the procedure.She was really arrogant and she has really hurt us.She could've said the same thing politely...She sits in the far end of the bank locker section left most seat.I failed to get her name.
            Can you please suggest them that there are old people .And as a customer it is our right to avail the services provided.Why such arrogance and irritation ?

Please don't believe this type of fake call. Don't disclose any details. Don't loose your money like me.

                    I have never seen such a hyper dy manager like at sbi shamsheerganj branch (01765) at hyderabad. He does'nt want to open new fresh accounts. Today is 06 apr 16 & he is telling customers that new accts will be opened only after may 16 i.E., after 2 months. I am astonished with his yelling. I don't understand why new account can't be opened in these two months. My problem is i have to submit a new joint a/c no to my af hq for releasing pension before apr 16 and here the bank at shamsheerganj is unwilling to open new a/c with a pretext that the bank is overcrowded.
                    My mob no is [protected] and the authy of sbi can take my grievance confirmation on this number, if required.

                      I wanted to open saving account in sbi, so i went my nearest branch of sbi vikas marg(Branch code:15660) as i went in to the operating manger with online application form and necessary documents. Operating manger(Mr. Ashok kumar) told me that come after 3-4 days i asked why? So he said nothing n drinking is tea, then i again asked so he just simply said some work is going on there n left the cabin.

                        I visited the bank several times to open my bank account then I was given final date in last week but even after verifying my documents they rejected my application because they wanted me to take a insurance policy from their bank but I didn't approve of this. When I went to the branch operations manager he misbehaved with me and I had to come back empty handed. I would request you to take proper action and make sure that the bank doesn't bother their customers by forcing their own rules on them.

                          This is shivraj,
                          On 13/03/2016 i went to deduct money from my atm card whose no is [protected] at kankarbagh in patna bihar, but the requested amount of 2000 did not come out of atm but the money was deducted from my sbi account no [protected] with response code 0000. I even contacted branch manager but it was of no use, i did get any cooperation from the bank manager, the timing was 12.48 p.M when i went for transection.
                          I hope sir/maam, you will help me in getting my money back.

                            On 1st march, 2016 i have made 2 unsuccessful online txn which caused a total of rs- 215.73*2=431.46 deduction from my acct. Bt till i have not get the money back to my acct... These two txn id's are[protected] at 5.15pm &[protected] at 5.17pm.. So, pls check the detail & take necessary action immediately...                               I had deposited a cheque of corportioan bank of 50, 000rs.In my account on 30/03/2016 but till the evening of 04/04/2016 cheque was not send out for clearance from branch. When i came for inquire about my cheque clearance bank manager even didn't know about the cheques form dated 29/03/2016 and after were not send out for clearance. When i asked the reason of delay; he didn't know about it and have no answer. I asked for written answer for reason of delay to complain then he changed the attitude and start saying " sorry, sorry... Galti hogai ab complaint mat karo... Mai kal hi aapka cheque clear karwa deta hu".
                              With mercifully i didn't complaint on 04/04/2016 but today 05/04/2016 also cheque was not processed.
                              I needed the money for my policies instalment payments, insurance, pay for loan instalments, ect. But because of this delayed so many loses i got do the state bank of india answer for this and pay compensation or else i have to move to court and launch case against bank.

I went for a oppen new Account in You're Akaypalem Branch, their asestent manager he talk with me very rashly and eventho telling that Why you peoples are coming to this branch and shames me infrent of every one, thank for well treat ment in your SBI Visakhapatnam akaypalem branch. shame on you SBI.

                                    Hello sir,
                                    Today in the morning my father received a call from [protected] and he told he is a SBI manager and asked for account number and back side of ATM card and after some time he again called back asked for code that my father got.He said the code and asked again for another code he said the code again and third time also asked the same my father got doubt and didnt tell the code and cut the phone.He got a message that 5000 and 4500 debited and 2000 stopped due to not telling of code 3rd time.
                                    Please help us how can we get the amount.My father didnt have net banking.

                                      I’m ramachandran k from chennai, today (07/12/2015) i received a call from [protected] which said it's from sbi credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.E. Otp and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7892.00 against salemall_epaykerala. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction today through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card you can contact me on +91 [protected].

                                        Myself pankaj kumar mishra is a a/c holder in SBI for above 3 years, on 30/03/16 I have deposited rs. 2500 in cash deposit machine of state bank, but by the fault of SBI my account has not been credited & on 31/03/16 when my cheue was presented to bank it was dishonoured due to fault of SBI & bounce charge is charged by me, but u can see that there is not my fault, it is the fault of SBI, so why I can bear the penalty of rs. 572.50, by both the banks, SBI made the fault that the amount has not been credited to my a/c, if it has done then my cheque will not bounced, so I want the whole amount as refund because of fault of SBI...
