Hello sir,
Today in the morning my father received a call from [protected] and he told he is a SBI manager and asked for account number and back side of ATM card and after some time he again called back asked for code that my father got.He said the code and asked again for another code he said the code again and third time also asked the same my father got doubt and didnt tell the code and cut the phone.He got a message that 5000 and 4500 debited and 2000 stopped due to not telling of code 3rd time.
Please help us how can we get the amount.My father didnt have net banking.

    I’m ramachandran k from chennai, today (07/12/2015) i received a call from [protected] which said it's from sbi credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.E. Otp and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7892.00 against salemall_epaykerala. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction today through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card you can contact me on +91 [protected].

      Myself pankaj kumar mishra is a a/c holder in SBI for above 3 years, on 30/03/16 I have deposited rs. 2500 in cash deposit machine of state bank, but by the fault of SBI my account has not been credited & on 31/03/16 when my cheue was presented to bank it was dishonoured due to fault of SBI & bounce charge is charged by me, but u can see that there is not my fault, it is the fault of SBI, so why I can bear the penalty of rs. 572.50, by both the banks, SBI made the fault that the amount has not been credited to my a/c, if it has done then my cheque will not bounced, so I want the whole amount as refund because of fault of SBI...

        I have applied for cheque book at dated : 23.03.2016 through sbi internet banking & till now has not received it. I also posted complaints on their customer care but there was no response from their end.
        Therefore it is kindly requested to inquire into the matter & revert on the same.

          My father was an ex-employee of State Bank of India Bhavnagar.He expired on 6/1/2016.

          I am Utkarsh Desai is only legal heir.

            DISHONOR OF CHEQUES : SBI S/B A/C No. [protected] (SALARIED ACCOUNT).

            I the undersigned would like to bring to your notice that since 19th of May, 2017 - few of the cheques presented by me, got dishonoured and the reasons mentioned are not explanatory. I have approached the Branch Manager each time but he has failed to tell me the real reasons/facts. Please see attachments for the reasons specified.

            Below is the table mentioning the cheques presented by me since 19th May, 2017 and few of them were cleared whereas few dishonoured. I would request you to investigate in this matter and bring out the facts without any further delay. In spite of sufficient balance in my account and KYC compliant, I fail to understand the reason for dishonor.

            So far, I have suffered a loss of Rs.1165/- and is worried now to present cheques to anyone. I am forced to transfer my balances to my other SB Account and would stop to further operate SBI SB Account, until a proper explanation is given by you and look forward to reimburse the loss of Rs.1, 165/- back into my account.

            Please note that I had recently transferred my account from SBI VALIA BRANCH (Code :09430) to SBI KOSAMDI BRANCH (Code :17314). I am still using Cheque book of SBI VALIA, this was in consent with the Branch manager of Kosamdi – Mr. Ravi Sharma (Cell No. [protected]) who confirmed having no issues using such cheques. A scanned copy of the dishonoured cheque is as attached for your ready reference. I got my account transferred from SBI VALIA BR to SBI KOSAMDI BR on : 30/05/2017. Request you to thoroughly investigate the facts and bring to my notice, failing which stern actions will be taken against your bank.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had withdraw from my SBI credit card Rs. 5000/- Cash from ATM on 22nd, March 2016 around 9 am in the morning. I had called customer care for the processing charges and per day interest regarding the same. customer care madam said that there is only processing charges of rupees 300, but there is no interest for per day as I had withdraw the cash before 30th April 2016 and also 50% processing fee waiver on cash withdrawal. And also go through the SBICards website for the same. Reference attached in the mail. On website also its clearly mentioned that 0% interest on cash withdrawal up to 30th April 2016.

              Today (4th April 2016) I called customer care to know the total amount to be paid including atm cash withdrawal, the customer care officer (Mr. Sayed or sayyed) said that there will be per day charges for cash withdrawal including ATM cash fee (Processing charges).

              In the website its clearly mentioned and also I talk to customer care regarding the same, then why today this customer care officer is saying that there will be per day charges? And also he is not aware of this offer. Please do the needful ASAP. Looking for your positive reply.

                Sir,

                An amount of rs 1525.35 was deducted from my sbi credit visa card a/c. No.[protected] (M.Vijayarangam ) on 31/03/2016 towards "online fresh passport application fees" under ref. No.Arn–[protected], but whereas the money has not been transferred to the passport office till date.

                Since, the amount has not been transferred till date, i made an alternate arrangement from other source. Hence, now i request you to credit back the deducted amount to my credit card a/c immediately and do the needful. Kindly advise the refund status

                  Locker surrender but charges deducted

                  Myself Rakesh Mohanty customer of SBI ITPL whitefield Branch.

                  I took locker facility in my native place Branch, Jagatsinghpur ADB, Orissa.

                  The locker facility took on May 27, 2014.

                  And it is surrender on 19th Dec 2015 by clearing all dues.

                  But again amount is getting deducted from my account for locker on 30th March 2016.

                  I raised one complain...

                    Emi against home loan a/c no: [protected] is paid every month from nro sb a/c no:[protected] by auto debit at fort branch of salem-01.When sufficient funds are available in my s/b ac for emi payment, you are sending sms to my mobile no: stating "emi due on 02/04/2016 in a/c no:[protected] charges for late payment of emi of rs 573/= penal intt @ 2% shall be debited to your account.I feel it is irrelevant and misleading message to me.When enough funds are available in my account to meet out next 4 months emi due, you are sending caution message without verifying my bank balance..Kindly verify my emi balance available in my sb account before sending such misleading message .This type of message is misleading and confusing me.

                            My name Manoj Kumar Singh.Last night date 02/04/2016 time between 12 am to 2 am I paid my counselling fees through sbi collect facility amount of rupees 5866 got debited from my bank of India debit card and message of amount debited rupees 5866 also came to my mobile.But the transaction was failed and no e-reciept or transaction number came. Please refund my rupees 5866 to my bank of India account from which it got debited as I have to pay...

                                Cash deducted from my account but get less amount in hand from atm

                                Today 2/4/16 at 8.27 a.M. I have used my sbi debit card at idbi atm pr134711 at sant nagar burari delhi. 1500 rs. Deducted from my a/c while i got only 1100 rs.Kindly check the issue as soon as possible.

                                I am already give so many requests to your branch at kannammola, thiruvananthapuram and also your office at statue, tvm for cancel my sbi card. No, [protected].
                                I have never used this card and for that you know the card is inactive. But i am still getting the overdue messages. For this reason, i m not following my savings account also. Once again, i am not interested to continue your credit card service. Pls do the needful as early as possible.
