    Today i visited your bank in connection with depositing of cash by way of CDM machine situated in your premises. But the machine was not in working condition. Accordingly i went to deposit the amount personally in counter, but they denied to take the cash and said to deposit in CDM machine only. though i informed them that the machine is not working .I take the query to the branch in charge manager Sri. Bhaddrapur who too un heard the query .

      I had done a transaction of 13349 through Credit Card in Flipkart on 29th February 2016. As it was a wrong product ordered, had to cancel the request. Flipkart initiated the refund 29th itself. Since then I was checking my remaining balance, Flipkart gave me confirmation that amount was refund. It is stated in Credit Card statement that Debit and Credit has happened. But it did not reflect in balance. It was same as when it got deducted. I had contacted SBI customer care more than 5 times. They were not able to give proper explanation on this. Please take necessary action on SBI and help me get my money back.

          When my dad was on nation duty, he has the sbi account at :

          State bank of india - gtc varanasi is located at uttar pradesh state, varanasi district, varanasi city and the bank branch's address is [39, gorkha training centre, varanasi, u.P., pin 221002.


          Provided account details below :


          Account number : [protected]
          Account holder name : harka bahadur chhetri
          Branch code : 008072.

          He did the transaction on 29th february 2016 at nepal sbi atm (Pokhara), the atm machine provided a sound after while he only received the receipt in which amount was deducted.

          The txn no of that transaction is : 6478
          Amount was :10000

          I tried several time to register online complain but they are unable to see the transaction happen on 29th february, so they can't register the online complain.

          I have call to sbi branch contact number, but always goes unanswerable.

          Hope you understand the condition and let me know any conclusion for this.

            I requested 499 simply save card from SBI but they provide 3000+ extra charges platinum sbi card. I am complaining the same issue to sbi so many times, but they didn't provide any solution. Now they generated 1st month statement 3433.86 Rs. I am also return the Currier of Credit Card PIN from Blue Dart.

            I am not able to pay this amount. I want to close the credit card. Please resolve my problem.

              On 05.03.2016, time 12.40 AM, with my State bank of India depit card no( [protected] ) I used Dhanalakshmi Bank ATM DTN 12249 at pollachi, Tamil Nadu., to withdraw Rs.3400/- suddenly the power went-off, from my account Rs.3400/-(Rupees Three thousand and four hundred only) was deducted. I didn’t get the money from the ATM machine. Pls do needful to get back the deducted amount to my SBI account [protected], branch Versova.

                I was trying to book Train Ticket through IRCTC using SBI card on 4th February 2016. Two times the Transaction failed, after the amount was debited from my account. Since, the IRCTC did not receive the amount within the cutoff time, the Transaction was treated as Failed transaction and as such Ticket was not delivered both the times to me.

                After few days, the Prinicipal amount of the Ticket was refunded but the Banking Charges have not been refunded, though the transactions had failed due to non of my fault.

                The Bank cannot charge for the services not provided to me. They should refund the Banking Charges as well as the they should be penalised for the mental agony given to me.

                    I am akash vishwakarma. I was at bank with branch code 17191 for account opening purpose. I met with Mr sudhir dubey on the topic after looking documents he offered me to have an accidental insurance. I tried to convince him that I don't think it's the right time and I will think about it further. Mr sudhir dubey directly denied to open the account without insurance policy. So I want to know that is it compulsory?
                    And If not how I can proceed?

                      I have applied the Home loan at SBI Bidar Branch very long back ( almost 4 years back ) and submitted Housing loan allotment original copy ( KHB allotment copy ) and related required document, I come to know on those day loan is approved and all background verification has been completed but from branch they not released the amount which was approved.

                          Went to the Branch - Chakai Bazar IFSC - SBIN0014276. Employees have been saying that it will be delivered to registered address but STILL it has not been delivered.

                              The account was closed on 13th dec 2014. Uptill 11th september 2015 there is no statement for any payment as seen later by me. Suddenly on 11th october the sbi charges annual fees and goes on adding late fees extra. I have approached the bank main branch nagpur sbi but they say they will raise a issue with gurgaon office on working day.
                              My point is when sbi has earned so much from us, why their is not a prompt helping hand to get the closure letter by person at the branch itself compared to any issue should be solved then and their itself. It is harassment. Also i am in need of personal loan to cater the marriage in the family. I come to know that my credit rating has been negative because of this factor of sbi.

                                I received a call from SBI mumbai ATM Section on dt - 04/03/2016, his name was Rahul Kumar Sharma and his mobile number is -[protected], he says that my ATM Debit card valid date is expired soon, so he said that he can help to renew the valid date of debit card, but my Debit Card validity is up to 02/2035, he ask me my debit card number, and he transferred Rs 5000 /- to POS PRCH-POS FT[protected] SBI BUDDY MUMBAI and Rs 3000/- is transferred to POS PRCH-POS[protected] PAYU.IN NEWDELHI,
                                I asked him that transition, then he said that amount will be credited within 24 hours, i call him again again, but he did not received my call, and the amount is not credit till now,
                                please help me in this matter.

                                  am retired govt employee of department of telecommunication.

                                  on 2nd of March, my bank passbook shows approx 50000 amount got deducted with multiple
                                  transactions.
                                  on 2nd march 1000 shows deposited automatically

                                  on 4th of March, 5000 shows deposited automatically

                                  to investigate further, i reached to bank, however bank asked to contact police department
                                  and police asked to contact bank. as its bank matter.

                                  being a responsible citizen of this country, i dont want to encourage such suspicious practice
                                  there should be investigation, who and why its happening.

                                    My aged parent SBI account [protected] has been blocked and they are unable to withdrawn money from the account.There has been no information or intimation on this in the past.

                                    All the relevant documents like PAN, KYC documents, Yearly Declaration all have been submitted in Nov last year and there is a substantial amount also in the bank account.When they need the money most for medical treatment they are unable to do so and the local branch near home wants my father Age 78 to goto the head office in Sec-2 Noida to find out what's the reason for blocking.Extremely shameful and shocking to see customer service like this from our top public sector bank.

                                    I raised a SBI online complaint as well CD[protected] and when I called the customer care number they told me to contact the branch phone number[protected] which is a non existing number.I made the customer care officer hear the message "this phone number doesn't exist" but he cut the call mentioning that's the only number he has.

                                      kindly request to you that This is my first comment after having problems with your Branch .I am sbi a/c holder.i have receive my net banking but unable to open of my net banking so get immediatly action.this problem occured when we use reset password than lock the user Accesss.and message display on monitor that Your INB user name is locked and you will not be able to access any of your accounts through Internet banking. To unlock and access your accounts please submit your written request to your branch quoting the reference no :AL00418811.but i can not come to branch because I lives in delhi for job and my total salary to transfer this account.So please solve this problem as soon as
                                      login page shown there is The username has not been used for long and hence deactivated for security reasons. Please approach branch for reactivation.
