    This is SOMYA SIKHA SATHAPATHY, At/Po-Nandipur Dist-jajpur
    SBI A/C NO. [protected], Bank Code-00094 .last 20th feb. 2016 when i tried for pay money to OJEE (Application No-301652) through online mode by debit card but transaction not made due to OTP number session fail.So i choose for sbi challan payment on dt. 24th. feb.2016 and made this succeed(Bank Ref. No-DU[protected], but when i checked my A/C via ATM mini statement it show Rs.1011 Deducted on 20th. feb.

    i have already communicate with bank for this issue they send replay "The transaction is successful. We attach herewith successful transaction detail for your information. You may contact with OJEE for refund of the amount and it is network issue so we are not resolve this.
    after all i was communicate with OJEE people they said that is bank issue so we cannt refund that amount.

    sir i am a student study for my future enterance examination at out side my home.financially my family very weak so kindly please take a look for this issue .


    please refund these amount to my account.

      I applied for New ATM Card under Army Domestic Card and I have received a SMS from the bankers as Card has been dispatched vide speed post No AD[protected]IN trackin with Walajah (S.O) Mrs Saraswathi. She reply parcel we have sent to SBI Walajah Branch only. Then my brother go to the bank from my side They did not given the proper answer. I am also contacting on telephone No [protected] 232366 and 230726 but they never pickup the call. If you have erroneously received the parcel please send my address as mentioned in my account No [protected].

        Hi SBI Credit Card auto debits bulk amount from my Savings Account (which is in SBI PBB) without my permission. i have not given approval, still they are debiting large value putting me into risk without checking with me on balance. i would have issued Post dated cheques and this act of SBI card is putting me into risky situation. This happens every month. they do not provide soft copy of statements and i do not know what and how much are the charges of the debit!! their online details are more than 2 months old which is of no use. No bill or statement comes!
        Inspite of me paying minimum amount every month they go ahead and debit the value which is resulting in my money getting struck with Credit Card!! i am giving credit to SBI card! if the credit limit is 20k, they are deleted more than 22 or 25 k every month exceeding value of actual spending!
        Request please help to look into this seriously as they are using my money in their credit without any charges.
        once this is resolved legally i will cancel the card.

          I'm aakash khode from nashik maharastra. Recently someone call me & tell his from sbi credit department.
          Sbi approved credit card mi @ 150000
          And need some documents like adhar card . Banks statement, landlines bill, current credit card Xerox.
          He call from many number. Some mobile no and 1 other number. And tell all documents send and whatsapp on mobile.
          I thins some was wrong. Because he are call in 2 day more than 10 time. Some time he call after closing time.
          I request plz check fraud. I was worried become he knows my details like office and home address. I try to misguide him.

              Recently Rs 3202 has been deducted from my SBI saving bank account without my approval. I have contaced my SBI home branch and was been informed that the money has been deducted for my insurance SBI Saral Swadhan plus which I never got notified. I have dropped a letter TI the branch manager and he's Least concern about it so I contacted SBI consumer care and that' was a nightmare for me .

              Later I contacted my Insurance company SBI Saral Swadhan plus and they informed me that they had go t no money from my SBI bank. I have been thrown back and forth and. Got no response as to where money is . especially a banking company like SBI should have an answer .

                I am holding an account of SBI

                On 12th of Feb 2016 (Friday )at about 8 pm to 9Pm, I did a transaction of Rs 8, 000/-from B O I ATM at bhati petrol pump Kile ki dhal, Nagaur along with my Nephew, but the amount was not received from ATM machine nor the slip was received from the machine, but later on SMS alert showed successful transaction .
                We were surprised to see that the transaction was successful, even without receiving money and the receipt of transaction.

                Then on, we informed SBI home branch about the same and they told me contact customer service No. Which is [protected]. I call them and they provide me complaint Number which is AT[protected] for the reversal entry and tell me please wait for 5-7 days. But we waited nothing happened hence, we gave complaint in writing along with complaint Number in Home branch but
                Now after 7-8 days they said since the transaction was successful, so they cannot help.

                We also contact Home branch manager but they verbally replied the same.

                I will be grateful to you and request to help in this matter.

                  Respected sir/medam,
                  Today i went at state bank of india muktanand branch in vadodara city to open an a/c and met ms. Chhaya D. Shah and ask her to open my a/c and she ask me to get out and said you can not open an a/c over here. You can open an a/c at your nearest area branch only. Well i know there is no such rule in sbi, but then also i went out of there and contacyed my rearest area branch and they replied me they can not open an a/c before a month and rudely ask me to come after a month. But i coudnt wait that long and the other nearest branch was muktanand. So i again went to muktanand branch and requested mrs. Chhaya D. Shah to do me a favour and in responce she scolded me very rudely and said if that branch is not opening an a/c then even i wont open your a/c when her job was just collect a form and documents instead of help me out she mis behaved and make me feel amberes. Is this the way to handle the customes at sbi? I hope i will get justice and hope you will keep informing me about the progress of this complaint against mrs. Chhaya D. Shah sbi muktanand branch vadodara.

                    I am one of your account holder from the SBI branch, University Road, Shivajinagar, Pune.
                    On 18th and 19th of February 2016 during 11.57pm to 12.08am Rs 80000 was withdrawn from my account through atm which was not withdraw by me.I didn't share any of my information with any one.I have registered the complaint at the home branch, but no action have been taken by them till date.
                    So please I request to look into this matter and help me.

                      i have taken a csp of sbi(sbin0007115). i went to submit customer's account opening form to link branch, but bank manager said" i dont know you, who are you, get out" and he didn't accept that form.I was caring all my document with me.But he was very rude with me.I made audio clip of that movement.

                        Dear Team C N B C Pahredar,

                        I am holding an account of S B I account number [protected] with Shakti Nagar Branch Bhopal.

                        On 20th of December 2015 (Sunday )at about 9 to 10 am, I did a transaction of Rs 10, 000/-from B O I ATM at Saket Nagar 9/A, BHOPAL, along with my husband, but the amount was not received from ATM machine nor the slip was received from the machine, but later on SMS alert showed successful transaction .
                        We were surprised to see that the transaction was successful, even without receiving money and the receipt of transaction.

                        Then on Monday, we informed SBI home branch about the same and they asked to wait for 48 hrs for the reversal entry and we waited nothing happened hence, we gave complaint in writing.
                        Now after about a month they said since the transaction was successful, so they cannot help.

                        We also went to ombudsman, they verbally replied the same.

                        I will be grateful to you and request your help in this matter.

                          An amount of rs.10, 000/- has been debited from my sbi savings a/c no [protected] on 15 dec 15 against insurance amount for my loan a/c no.[protected]. I am unwilling for the insurance and i got it cancelled in the month of dec itself. A lot of queries regarding the refund has been done by me (op[protected] dt 28 dec 15, pl[protected] dt 29 dec 15, pl[protected] dt 31 dec 15, pl[protected] dt 04 jan 16) but till this time no refund is received by me. The insurance agent (mr abhishek sharma, mob no : [protected])is playing the game in the drama which has lasted long for a long period. Sincere request to pull out such persons out of the banking services. If he is not able to satisfy one customer, he is not eligible for such a job. Kindly look in to the matter for an immediate remedial action at the earliest. The incident has happened 2 months ago and very poor response from the authorities to get my refund back.

                              I'm unable to use my debit card for online transactions. Every time I try to pay money via debit card it shows "payment denied my the bank". I went to bank but they didn't understand and said everything is fine with my card.

                                I am using sbi card for the last 8 months. From the first week of Nov 2015 I am unable to login to my sbi card online account. I have called to the customer care about the problem, but no solution. Then I have written e-mails to the customer service executives, head of customer services, appellate authority and at last to the CEO regarding my problem. These people are only forwarding me a consolation mail with a complain ID and a statement that "we working on your complain", nothing more than that. They are harassing me for the last 4 months.

                                I logged case for not able to Login on SBI card site in 2015 almost before 8 months. Actually I forgot my password and User ID, so I tried all option Login with 1st time user & with forgot USER ID /password. But still nothing was working. Even after explaining that I already tried above options they are again suggesting to follow the same. In between I receive the massage that my issue is resolved. I am frustrated trying Login and sending them the snapshots.

                                its a very bad experience with SBI customer care service, they have nothing to do with your issue.

                                    I went to SBI EDATHANATTUKARA to open a savings bank account..
                                    The branch manager told me that to go to Akshaya and fill the application form online and come.
                                    I went there filled the application..
                                    I was unable to take print out as SBI site was too slow..
                                    Unable to download..
                                    I received message to phone stating to go to bank with TARN number and kyc documents to open account.
                                    As per message I went there bank manager a lady told me to take print out and come.
                                    She also behaved very rudely to me..
                                    Told me that she can't open my account without print out...
                                    Also she asked me to go out..
                                    Very bad behaviour..
                                    She didn't even have Tim to listen to me even..
                                    Security asked me to go out..
                                    Is this how you treat customer??I want strict action to be taken against her

                                      I and my wife are customers of State Bank of India, Branch Tezpur (code- 195). Bank official has stuck the bar code but these are not activated till date. Bar code no.GUW03733291 on SB A/C no.[protected], CIF No.[protected] and other bar code no.GUW03733292, CIF No.[protected]. Necessary action may please be taken on this poor performance as early as possible to activate these bar codes.
