Hi,

I have withdrawn Rs1500 on 19th Feb 2016 from SBI ATM at Mumbai Ghatkopar Patel Chowk in that 500 Rupees is faulty.

Two different notes with different serial number are stick together which will not be accepted by any Bank.
Please check the attached screen shot for the same

I also visited SBI bank (Branch : Ghatkopar East) to inform about the scam and get the resolution. the employees was only asking me to go here and there and not taking the responsibility. And not interested to Help Customer.

My request is to SBI And HDFC bank as my account is with HDFC and I withdrawn money from SBI ATM.
Please Look into the matter and Kindly reimburse my 500 Rs at earliest.

    I got a call from +91-[protected] where one lady said she is calling from SBI Card and immediately transferred to one guy who claims himself as Senior Verification Manager. He said my rewards points are converted to cash and to claim the cash I need to share my card details. When I kept on asking questions he started talking rudely and hanged the phone.

    Please take it up accordingly.

    We would like to share that the number mentioned in your communication does not pertains to us. Also, we advise you not to share your card or OTP details with anyone to avoid misuse on your Card.

      Hi,
      I am Meenakshi Chopra . My mother 'Mamta Chopra' received a call from the number +91-[protected] and they told my mother they are calling from the SBI bank
      and they want to do some validation on my account. Unknowingly my mother provided the details and they have done multiple transactions to SBI BUDDY, MPESA, WWW ACCOUNT FREECHARGEGURGAON.
      The amount transacted from my account is Rs (1900 + 9999)/-. The transaction numbers are FT[protected] and[protected].

      Kindly do the needful and refund my mother's money. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

        I was making a debit card payment of Rs.1015/- for my AIIMS 2016 form. After completing the whole procedure it showed : "Due to technical problems we need to close this session.We regret the inconvenience."
        But right after the above error, I got the message on my mobile showing that the money has been debited from my account.
        And the AIIMS page shows that the payment is still pending. What should I do now??

          My sbi cheque book has booked at BBC Vijayawada vide speed post No EN[protected]IN on 16 feb 16 to 317 Field Regiment pin 926317 c/of 56 APO. The article was received by 1 CBPO on 18 Feb 16 and bagged for 1755 FPO.
          But it did not delivered till now

              I swipe my debit card on HDFC pos on 8th January 2016 for the amount of Rs. 37538. The amount debited from my account but merchant is not paid. I complained this issue to SBI customer care on 10th January 2016 but it has passed more than 40 days but they don't have any update about my money.

                  I received a fraud call from [protected] stating that they are calling from SBI credit card and 9000 as redemption of reward points would be credited in my account next bill. I gave all the details and later realized it it fraud.

                  Request you to reverse 9000 to my account. Please find the below details.

                                Greetings

                                This is Suresh for Hyderabad. I have submitted my docs 2 times for SBI people for credit card. I have not received any credit card but daily I used to get 3 calls saying that your credit card got approved once again submit the docs. Today I got an SMS saying that application has rejected. By these my CIBIL points going to reduce. If you will not consider my complaint I will log these complaint in civil court. Thanks

                                    I have transferred my home loan to SBI Nasik from LIC. Today at 11.30am, I have been asked to wait for 30mins for DD. Its 2.25pm now & DD is still awaited.. When checked I came to know that their printer is not working & they don't have any stand by printer.. Also no one seems that much worried about the printer issue. I don't know how much more time I need to wait.
                                    SBI should have a spare printer to avoid delays due to such minor issues..

                                      After 5-6 rounds of bank on 16 Feb 2016 anyhow, when I had subbmitted the new account form to SBI sadhna nagar Indore branch service manager he said come after 3-4 not more info, just few words, but when I went to the bank 20/02/16 they again said come after 2-3 days, when today 23/02/16 again I went to bank they said same thing with bad interaction.

                                      Their is also lots problem that I faced is they even didn't interect with their customer in proper manner, like when someone ask question they didn't answer or just ignore them, not provide proper information, like what type of AC, when, or what facility they will provide, ...
