I got a fake call from sbi bank .The ask me my debit card number expery date and otp for balence reversal of previous complain by me.But i deny to share..I got fake call by these numbers

    This is Shiv prakash pathak. i am facing a problem of deduction of money from my account five times.My account is in SBI(Noida sec 62 Branch).account no :- [protected]. My maternal grand father deposited amount 25, 000 yesterday and today 25, 000 in to my account . He was deposited in (SBI) - GOPALPUR Branch, SIWAN SBI Branch. Today I chaked my account statement my account credited 5 times by 5000 yesterday and every time dedicated 57 rupees and same today account credited 5 times by 5000 yesterday and every time dedicated 57 rupees as intercity charges.they deducted total 570 Rs for only 50, 000 transfer.my grand father deposited only two time yesterday 25000 and today 25000.but sbi employe why transferd money 5000 every time.by these reasons my deducation is 570 but it shuld be only 114 by 57 rs each if they transfer my money in the multiple of 25000.i want refund my money.because its not my fault. State bank employees are getting salary from govt. They will not think about customers.
    And also my question is SBI, the countries largest nationalised bank, is charging fess on depositing cash at other than home branches. Then what is the facility of core banking? I think no other bank charges this type of fees. How funny it is that I am depositing cash in my own account & for that I have to pay charges. This is totally disguisting. Then I have to open account every where in case I shift my work location. Is this the behaviour expected from a nationalised bank??
    Pls immediate resolve my issue.and refund my money

      AIIMS has hired a team of most incompetent and negligent people to develop their Online Candidate Registration platform for MBBS Entrance Examination 2016 at: http://mbbs.aiimsexams.org

      These developers have zilch knowledge on how to build a website, setup databases and configure the payment gateway. The payment gateway in question is SBI MOPS(State Bank of India Multiple Options Payment System).

      SBI(State Bank of India) in cahoots with AIIMS, is siphoning off Rs. 1000/-(plus convenience/transaction charges ranging from Rs. 15/- to Rs. 17/-) even on failed transactions from every other candidate's bank account during the process of paying the AIIMS MBBS 2016 examinations fees of Rs. 1000/- through their MOPS gateway in order to book a seat on first come first served basis.

      As soon as the student/candidate pays the exam fees through Netbanking or a Debit/Credit card, the amount gets debited from his/her bank account immediately but then the SBI MOPS gateway fails to redirect to the merchant website [ http://mbbs.aiimsexams.org/Response ] and throws the following error:

      "Due to technical problems we need to close this session.

      We regret the inconvenience.

      Please click here to login to OnlineSBI"

      Right after the above error, you will get the following message on the mobile no. registered with the bank or linked with the card:

      "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card XXXXXXXXXXXX for a purchase worth Rs1015 on POS 00005871 at MOPSBIDRCARD IN txn#XXXXXXXXXXXX."

      and there goes your money!

      Unless the redirection from SBI MOPS payment gateway to the AIIMS website is successful and the payment status in the candidate's dashboard/profile on the AIIMS website shows up as "successful/done" and an online payment receipt is generated, the candidate will neither be able to book a seat nor fill-up the rest of the steps of the online form.

      Seats in each state/city are limited in number. Only if the transaction plus redirection from the SBI MOPS payment gateway to AIIMS website are successful, the candidate will be able to book a seat for the AIIMS MBBS 2016 Online Examination.

      As the system/gateway has been designed by low IQ imbeciles with limited technical knowhow, there's no surety that if the candidate pays the exam fees plus the transaction charges again, the SBI MOPS gateway will redirect properly! Or in other words, the candidate can keep paying and losing money with zero safety checks in place.

      So either the candidate keeps losing money to book the seat in the city of his/her choice or wait X number of days before any intervention from AIIMS &/or SBI. Then again, by waiting, the candidate risks losing the seat in the city of his/her choice because there are limited number of seats and there's no way of checking the number of seats booked in the city of candidate’s choice unless the payment status in Step 2 of the online multi-step application/registration process is a success.

      The helpline phone nos.: [protected], [protected] made available by AIIMS are utterly useless as they’re always busy or switched off, their online support docket/ticket system doesn’t get any proper response from the support staff and when they care to reply, this is the reply that they come up with:

      "Dear Student If your payment is not upload than payment again and if we will receive your extra payment than it will refund after exam process".

      What kind o[censored]nder-educated has AIIMS employed to leave a reply like this?

      Please remember that there is not even a shred of certainty that even after spending THOUSANDS of rupees by paying again and again, the payment option in candidate profile will show "Done". We keep paying again and again in the hope that one day AIIMS will return the extra money they keep collecting!!! What a sham!!!

      Whether there's a serious misconfiguration in the SBI MOPS gateway or the AIIMS MBBS 2016 website developer(s) has/have misconfigured the gateway parameters with malafide intent or sheer negligence needs to be investigated as soon as possible. This case is a perfect fit for a report at: Serious Fraud Investigation Office [ http://sfio.nic.in/info_from_public.htm ]. If you're a victim, the Cyber Crimes department in the Police Station of your local jurisdiction can also be consulted.

      Neither there are protocols in place nor any information available in public domain to safeguard the candidate in such situations.

      The criminally incompetent web developers at AIIMS and SBI who are solely responsible for the harassment of students trying to book a seat and losing their money while on SBI's MOPS payment gateway need their degrees(if any!) revoked/cancelled and incarcerated for the serious fraud that is being perpetrated. Their identities need be made public so that they are not hired by anyone or any establishment in future.

      The current Controller of Examinations along with the Assistant Controller of Examinations, AIIMS [ https://www.aiimsexams.org/info/ContactUs.html ] who are very much responsible for hiring these fraudsters need to resign or even better sacked by a higher authority immediately. Intervention by the HRD Ministry and the Ministry of Higher Education in this matter is urgently required.

      I am also experiencing the same problem and made my payment twice :(
      Yes, I have also faced similar problems. After repeated calls to the unresponsive number and generating ticket for online query, the problem remains unsolved. AIIMS should take action immediately. Otherwise, its intent is in serious doubt. Govt. should investigate the fraud immediately.

      It has been noticed that some of the candidates have submitted complaint that their registration data filled by them are not matching with the data available on AIIMS website. It appears that candidates are not logging out after submitting the form.

      I had paid my fees 1015 through internet banking but while checking the status of my profile in aiims.org for mbbs 2016 my profile still shows that I haven't paid. So I request the authority to kindly look over into the matter because thr deadline for applying the application for the form is quite close ... My Id no is [protected]
      My name is RAUSHAN KUMAR SHARMA.I filled AIIMS 2016 application form for taking admission in mbbs course.I transacted two times for AIIMS 2016 application fee of 1000rs each on[protected] against Candidate ID: [protected] and Registration No: 30080408. It is done unknowingly due to some technical error.
      I have attached the screenshot of my last 10 transaction.You can clearly se that on[protected], there were two transaction of 1000 Rs is done . So, I, kindly request You to refund 1000rs.

        My lien amount says it has 99, 99, 99, 999 rupees in it.. what kind of cheap trick is this??
        A message started popped up in my account saying i i have lien amount 99, 99, 99, 999 around 4:30PM and no transaction happening from that.

            SBI Credit card people despite writing email and informing the financial situation they keep visiting house 2 to 3 times in a day and torture family memebers. Also their manager Mr Gajanan and his bOss MR. Deepak shows their wrong position of being Manger and tell family memebers who they are.

            They make their person sit throughout the day and keep passing wrong allegation. Despite telling them the situation and explaining them still they behave as if they dont know.

              SBI bank is the worst bank ever in the world.. They charged for everything. In future they will charge for even creating for a account.. I have deposited Rs.1000 on 03/02/16 from another branch of SBI. They debited Rs.57 as INTER CITY CHARGES.
              Then the same day (03/02/16) they debited Rs.22 as ATM OR SMS CHARGES.
              Now, today (16/02/16) they debited Rs.114.50 as ATM ANNUAL FEE.
              I don't know what they are thinking about our money. They debited totally Rs.193.50 for just deposit. Its my own ****ing money I earned by my hard work. They easily charged for chilly things. I'm going to cancel my account today. They will lost so many customers for their worst service. If you want money just beg. Don't cheat people..

                I mediall officer phc hunashikatti requesting u that, governamet savings acount for issuing beneficiary funds is with ur branch located at mk hubli (ifsc code sbin0013142).As we need cheque leaves to distribute to beneficiaries .We requested four times from november 2015 till date but could not get a single leaf .
                On enquiring in ur branch we didnt get satisfactory response.

                  I have lost my card. so i blocked the card and paid the bill which was left over.. but now this bank still send me the bill and they are not even sending me the card back just sending me the bill every month.. sbi call center people don't even pick up the call and if they pick up they cut the call after understanding my problem.. pls help me out .. its fine if i don't get the card back.

                    Hello,

                    This is with reference to the complaint number - 1-[protected]. I have received the call from SBI CC dept in January and have been told that I can upgrade to Signature card for FREE. Later I came to know that there will be annual charges of arount 5000 for it.
                    So, I DID NOT RECEIVE the card which was sent via blue-dart with AWB no EV[protected]. I also sent a follow up email to [protected]@sbicard.com to inform that I have not received the card and so allow me to retain my existing GOLD and more card.
                    Few days later to my shock, the SBI have charged me around 5500Rs. as a annual charge fees for the card which I have not received at all.
                    Since then I have been sending emails, talking to customer care executives everyday. It has been around 2 months now but I have been receiving calls everyday to pay the fees. I have been explaining the executives everyday that I have requested to reverse the charges as I dont have the card for which you have levied the charges.
                    It has been a mental harrashment for me everyday. I am not getting the responses from [protected]@sbicard.com now even after sending continuous emails.
                    Kindly do help me in this regard.

                      Hi Sir,

                      I have got a call from SBI VISA credit card team (Vijay Agarwal - [protected]) on 27th Jan 2016 saying that SBI is sending

                      the new SBI card with chip and will need the details from me.He confirmed me with the details of the SBI card and asked me

                      to provide the OTP to issue the new card from SBI team.

                      Also, he said that the new card will be sent to you with within 7-10 working days.
                      On the call itself there was a transaction amount debited of Rs.7999 from my SBI card no. 4377XXXX4901XXXX and he said

                      that it will be reversed by next month bill cycle.

                      Again, on 13th Feb, I got the call from SBI VISA credit card team (Rakesh Malhotra - [protected]) asking for the OTP and he

                      said that the new chip card application requires the OTP. Soon, after that there was a Transaction of Rs.36, 599.00 made on

                      SBI Credit Card XX76XX at AMAZON SELLER SERVICES on 14 Feb 16 .

                      After that, I got the call from the same person Rakesh Malhotra - [protected] with different number and he said that the

                      OTP did not worked yesterday and asked for new OTP. After which, there was a Transaction of Rs.8, 032.00 made on SBI Credit

                      Card XX76XX at Deep Creation on 13 Feb 16 .

                      There are few other transactions done to VODAfone servies on 14th for the amount of Rs.2000 and Rs. 1000 on 14th Feb 2016.

                      I request you to please help me out in catching those thieves who have done fraud with me in the name of SBI and team.

                      I am not liable to pay all these transactions which are never being done from my end and have been looted by the cyber

                      fraud. Please please help me out in this as this has given me a lot of mental stress and discomfort in my life. I have

                      lost my Rs. 60000 with this fraud which is a very huge amount for a person like me. I have registered a complaint with SBI

                      customer car but they are not helping me out and want me to wait till the next bill cycle is generated.

                        Dear Sir, I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected]) from Master and Visa Verification Department at SBI Kerela on 6th-Jan-2016. His Name is Mr. Subesh Kumar (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Discount Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-7888/- This amount will be converted into 24 EMI, (Same is already been debited)

                        When i enquiry with SBI Credit Card, i came to know that its a fraud by Salemall_Epy Kerala. So I Can't Liable to Pay this amount. So please Solve My Problem and Save me from This Fraud. I really don't now why SBI giving customer details to this black listed agencies to cheat the customer. I request you to kindly help me out from this and do the needful. I am middle class person.

                          I have taken SBI card for 4 years, they never levied annual fee, this year they suddenly put annual fee 500+ taxes and when i requested for close the card and i will pay the bill. They told we have offer to waiver by providing points and now they taken payment and once payment is made they tell we don't have the option to do it.

                          Whenever i call customer care they have different stories. I have attachment email proof from them that will provide the points.

                              I have paid my fee(Rs 17617.8/-) on-line through sbi collect .money transaction done from hdfc on-line banking. there is a confirmation from hdfc bank that transaction is successful . Now i am unable to verify where the money was, since when i want to SBI branches and enquired there they told that SBI collect is not related to bank affairs, it is completely online . i have tried in another way by calling to customer care they also said the same thing that it should be dealt in online. so please contact and confirm me about my fee payment through SBI collect .

                                    On 04th feb 2016 evening at 1 pm one person took my ICICI Debit and Credit Card details and transacted the value of Rs.5000 in flood fund.
                                    For that fraud I already spoke to MPESA regarding the fraudulent transactions took place from my account. Date of Transaction 04.02.16 12.30pm Amount INR.: 5000.00. unfortinally the another time my account to debit in Rs.4500.

                                        I did a transaction on 5th Feb 2016 through Sbi debit card. The merchant received the payment only once while the amount of 2000 was deducted twice. I called the bank and they confirmed that extra amount debited is still with the bank.

                                        It's 14th today and the amount has not been credited yet.

                                        I lodged a complaint on 9th and got a TAT of 45 days!!!
                                        Also I can know the status of complaint only after 7 days..forget the closure of complain.

                                        I am wondering why the bank has to take 45 days to reverse a transaction.
                                        Please look into it.

                                        Also, when I asked for contact deatils to put it to a higher authority, they told me I can get it only after 10 days.
