Dear sir,
I have applied for the SBI credit card on 9th Feb with ref no[protected], and got call several call from representative till 3 days for confirmation of add and requirements, Every documents were collected and i got final call saying to confirm the details as to be printed on card and add for delivery. I did all that and they told will get card in 7 days.
Next day i was tracking the status and found that "We regret to inform that processing cant be done as i don't meet the requirements".
Is this joke??
I have already Credit card and knows how it works and maintaining it since 2012 even this information was taken. I gave all sorts of Documents to the Bank that also scanned copy through Watsapp as asked. So what about the security of my details???
And this must be told clearly what are the guidelines and need. These all you people realize after taking all documents and details.
At least we may expect the reason of rejection???

Well it has not been resolved by any means. and also not received call yet or rejection message saying that sorry to inform that we cant process your request with so and so reason.

    I had getting personal loan rs 4 lac from sbi nagaur rajasthan under express cridit scheme. After sanction my loan, loan officer give me a sbi life policy rs 21000 annually for 12 yes when I deny to take it than he deny to give me personal loan .during time I had urgent requirement of money so I take it but now I intend to withdraw said policy nor policy bond has not been received so far
    It is therefore requested to you please do something

      i am using sbi mobile banking .i am fund transfer 4900 rs date 15 december 2015 this sbi a/c no.[protected] but this 4900 amount not reach in sbi a/c [protected], this fund fail and duduct my money this amount deposite in internal sbi banking account in belapur branch thane branch code 4340 . i am given application sbi bank kotharud branch 16 dec 15 but this bank action but my problem not solve now 2 month over so please help me vinod prabhakar raut

        I had taken home loan [account number [protected] for a house in Nagpur. The loan was sanctioned from SBI, SGPGIMS Branch at Lucknow. The original sale deed was deposited in NAGPUR main branch of SBI. On completion of loan repayment when I submitted the 'NO DUES CERTIFICATE' to Nagpur SBI, I was told that the sale deed is not in Nagpur SBI. The lucknow SBI also says that they do not have original sale deed . In spite of my repeated enquires my sale deed is not returned to me. Request for urgent enquiry in the matter and return sale deed of my home.

        I had submitted the complaint to SBI on 20th Jan 16. I was informed that the complaint has been closed but still I have not received any information about the original sale deed.


        Please note that the officers in the SBI, Nagpur were very uncooperative and SGPGIMS, Lucknow also has not been able to trace the sale deed

          मेरे भारतीय स्टेट बैक के बचत खाता सं0 [protected] शाखा कोड 17387 से 06/12/2015 को बैंक द्वारा 10000 रू एंव 07/12/2015 को 10000 दस हजार रू रोका गया। इसके लिए मैंने शाखा प्रबंधक एंव क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक को लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र दिया लेकिन कोई संतोष जनक उत्तर हमें नहीं मिला और मेरा कटा हुआ 20000/ हजार रू आज तक नहीं मिला।

              I got a call in Dec 2015 from SBI credit card department (Akash Gupta):[protected] from a non registered number. They told me that my card will expire unless i provide OTP to authenticate the card renewal. After this, I was charged 7888 and i got a msg alert from SBI. These people had all my personal details name address card number etc. Could you please resolve the matter at earliest. I have registered a telephone complaint.

                  I forward a letter to SBI Kulajan branch through email since 02.02.16 and by hand on 06.02.16 for the following issue:-

                  I would like to inform you that a savings lank account No.[protected] is under operation in my name at SBI Kurajan Branch.2, A sum of Rs. 2000/- is being deducted 08th of every month from my SB account as a premium of SBI life Maha Anand-II Policy No[protected] a through ECS. Now, I surrender my SBI Life Maha Anand II policy due to some domestic problem. I, therefore, request you to kindly de-activate premium amount being deducted for SBI Life Maha Anand-II from my SB account No.[protected] at the earliest, Please.

                  But till date same has been not done due to which Rs.2, 000/- has been deducted from my account.

                  Request stop for deducting Rs.2, 000/- from my account No. [protected] for SBI Policy Maha Anand-II at the earliest as i had already surrender the police.

                    Payment failed while making online purchase on Jan 17, 2016 but still amount of Rs.2200 was deducted from my account. I put up a complaint under Ticket NO PT[protected] on Jan 22, 2016 but till now it has not been resolved. Whenever I check the complaint status I have been getting this message - "Your Complaint has been routed to Branch:INTERNET BANKING for immediate redressal" for the past 20 days. Please help.

                      I got a call on 09-feb-2015 from a person saying that he was Satish Verma, mob no: [protected] from SBI customer service and this call is regarding renewal of my ATM card. He asked for card number and cvv number. After some time i got a message that 5000 has been deducted fro my account. On investigating i found that transaction was made on POS SBIBUDDY. i then got my card blocked and since then my net banking is also not working.                             I am an account holder of your bank & using State Bank Freedom application. When I was trying to transfer Rs.700.00 from SBI A/c to sbh Bank a/c using mobile banking application via IMPS service the same amount got debited but yet not credited. Details of the transaction provided below and the message received for this transaction is "Your fund transfer for Rs. 700.00 on[protected] is timed out. Please check with your bank(IMPS reference no.[protected]."

                              I, Chaitra Shetty am holder of SBI VISA DEBIT CARD (ATM CARD) since 2012 and holding an account even before this period

                              It is to bring to your notice that many unknown transactions have taken place from my account in the time frame of 11.PM on 17.12.15 to 6.45 AM 18.12.15

                              Please note my card has not been lost & i have never shared any bank details with family, friends or acquaintances.

                              I had lodged a complaint on SBI helpline number immediately when the 1st message of withdrawal came to my notice. Within this time there were multiple withdrawals that had been debited from my account. I was guided by the helpline to check my account balance via the sms service to confirm if the withdrawal amount was debited. I had blocked my card around 3.55 am Friday morning (18.12.15).

                              On final checking for the available balance via SMS service, my account showed i had only 1075 Rs left.

                              I witnessed my hard earned money disappear within few SMSs.
                              This incidence has left me shocked and wayward my trust in SBI bank.

                              I would require you to revert on immediate basis and expect an action to be taken to recover the lost money immediately

                              Msgs i received

                              1. First transaction was failed since the amount exceeded the limit, Time 11.30 Thu

                              2.Second transaction amount 22687.8899999 was withdrawn, Time 11.30 Thu

                              3.Third transaction amount 23719.16 was withdrawn, Time Fri 1.44

                              4.Fourth Transaction amount 2062.[protected], Time Fri 6.32

                              5.Fifth Transaction amount 20622.[protected], Time Fri 6.32

                              6.Sixth Transaction amount 2062.[protected], Time Fri 6.32

                              I have lodged police complaint on this issue

                              I have followed banks procedure to investigate the case which stated it will revert in 20 days .In spite of repeated follow ups the branch manager is delaying the judgement

                              This was not expected from a nationalised bank.

                                Imps transfer failed but money debited and not credited to another account

                                Sir I try to send 31520 to my HDFC AC through IMPS using Sbi mobile banking app. Money deducted from Sbi AC but not credited in HDFC AC. Status showing pending. I have sent 3-4 times this query to MB.[protected]@sbi.co.in but mail not going. I call to customer care many times but they are not helping me regarding this matter. I dont know what to do....

                                This is Mannaru Swamy Kothwala, i have sbi savings account with sbi. But, some times are sbi atm meachines, no such sufficient funds at week ends of Sundays and more than holidays are coming and CDMA machines are not working properly. i already complaint to the concerned branches. but, we did not responding with me and not resolved to the above second one issue.
