I, Chaitra Shetty am holder of SBI VISA DEBIT CARD (ATM CARD) since 2012 and holding an account even before this period

It is to bring to your notice that many unknown transactions have taken place from my account in the time frame of 11.PM on 17.12.15 to 6.45 AM 18.12.15

Please note my card has not been lost & i have never shared any bank details with family, friends or acquaintances.

I had lodged a complaint on SBI helpline number immediately when the 1st message of withdrawal came to my notice. Within this time there were multiple withdrawals that had been debited from my account. I was guided by the helpline to check my account balance via the sms service to confirm if the withdrawal amount was debited. I had blocked my card around 3.55 am Friday morning (18.12.15).

On final checking for the available balance via SMS service, my account showed i had only 1075 Rs left.

I witnessed my hard earned money disappear within few SMSs.
This incidence has left me shocked and wayward my trust in SBI bank.

I would require you to revert on immediate basis and expect an action to be taken to recover the lost money immediately

Msgs i received

1. First transaction was failed since the amount exceeded the limit, Time 11.30 Thu

2.Second transaction amount 22687.8899999 was withdrawn, Time 11.30 Thu

3.Third transaction amount 23719.16 was withdrawn, Time Fri 1.44

4.Fourth Transaction amount 2062.[protected], Time Fri 6.32

5.Fifth Transaction amount 20622.[protected], Time Fri 6.32

6.Sixth Transaction amount 2062.[protected], Time Fri 6.32

I have lodged police complaint on this issue

I have followed banks procedure to investigate the case which stated it will revert in 20 days .In spite of repeated follow ups the branch manager is delaying the judgement

This was not expected from a nationalised bank.

    Imps transfer failed but money debited and not credited to another account

    Sir I try to send 31520 to my HDFC AC through IMPS using Sbi mobile banking app. Money deducted from Sbi AC but not credited in HDFC AC. Status showing pending. I have sent 3-4 times this query to MB.[protected]@sbi.co.in but mail not going. I call to customer care many times but they are not helping me regarding this matter. I dont know what to do....

    This is Mannaru Swamy Kothwala, i have sbi savings account with sbi. But, some times are sbi atm meachines, no such sufficient funds at week ends of Sundays and more than holidays are coming and CDMA machines are not working properly. i already complaint to the concerned branches. but, we did not responding with me and not resolved to the above second one issue.       this complaint regarding sbi and UPSSSC because i paid fee to sbi in favour o[censored]psssc lucknow regarding vdo post AND REG NO IS [protected] AND REF NO OF SBI IS DU38059184 before sometime it was showing correct but today i was filling my application further it is showing the bank transaction detail is incorrect . my humble request to consumer forum that please take an action immediately
      please return my money 197 rupees back
      consumer forum please dial case against sbi and upsssc
      agar inki haisiyat nahi hai condidate ki data and other process handle karne ki to vacancy kyo nikalte hai aur fee submiission k liye SBI ko jimma kyo dete hai respected Sir,

              I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected]) from Master and Visa Verification Department at SBI on 14-Jan-2016. He (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Micro Chip Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-9000 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide OTP but somehow i given OTP. immediately my account got debited with Rs.9000. I immediately realized somthing fraud happened and I reacted quickly to reach SBI. I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked. Thea transaction is yet to be claimed by the merchant. They SBI told me that I would raise complaint when the transaction is caimed for settlement.
              they knew my all details like reward points, credit card number, credit limit etc..
              Please help me how to get refund and how to block those vulgar guys

                I am forced to log this complaint due to the repeated negligence of SBI card executives. Even after repeated submission of "auto debit deactivation form" and talking with the customer care executives, the feature is still active on my credit card. They are also debited "auto debit dishonor charge", if I pay minimum amount.

                  On line sbi banking I sent 20000 rupees from my accounst to my sbi-cap demat account. that amount will be debited on 3.02.2016[ref.no: IGOBKRHNL 1] TO SBI CAP SECURITY. But till it was not credited to my D'mat lein account. who can I do complaint/give directions.

                    i have been using my account since 2010 and i have applied many times for internet banking password but the bad thing is that they have never sent me the password and today i got shocked that they are charging Rs 150 per 3 pages for getting my statement in my branch and always i get disappointment always when i ask for any service which they promise while opening account and they will never fulfill that.i am closing my account very soon with the behavior and services by your bank

                        This is in regards to the credit card no [protected]. Continuoulsy I am receiving threating and harrassment calls from SBI card compoany. They are sending goons to my home address where I don't even stay due to work purpose and threaten my family memebers. This is on going. Despite telling the financial conditions where I am unable to pay as I m working free lancer and there is no regular income. These people still harrass me and my family and giving mental torture

                          I Muralidhara lakshminarayana rao pathapalyum paid ammount Rs 1512.75 through online on 5/2/2016 bearing application registration number 16 - [protected]. But payment deducted from my account and I received message from bank also but track payment showing failed. Now I have to know the status of payment. I called costumer care[protected], [protected] both numbers only former number replied ask me to send the mail. Second number (no-response) nobody replied from 5/2/2016 till date Kindly let me know the status of my payment. I am eagerly waiting for you reply.

                            I registered for my net banking and used it for almost 9 months and then, it started telling me invalid username and password. I even went to the bank, paid Rs.73/- and they reissued my username and password. Even after that, it s saying the same thing. I really do not understand what is wrong with the website. The employers at the bank are blaming me saying that I have forgotten my details. How can a person forget it when they use it almost everyday. It is so insane of them.

RAVIKIRAN Reddy A/C No: [protected], SBI, Prashanth Nagar Branch, I have recently paid a payment to GHMC through VISA DEBIT CARD ([protected]) and Txn no:[protected] but unfortunately GHMC WEB PORTAL message shows transaction failed, and immediately I have check my bank statement its shows as payment has been debited from my account on DATE: 25-jan-2016 TIME: 11:38 AM (approx.)

                                • Transaction no: [protected]which recevied msg to mobile)
                                • Amount Debit: 10, 000/-INR

                                So I have crossed checked with GHMC and their Merchant Partner of ICIC they clearly confirmed through mail says as “your transaction is rejected by Switch (unauthorized usage)” please contact home branch so i went to home branch and submitted all the proof document but the incharges not given any support what happen to money he say once transaction done we not responsible (how can he say like that ) i will mail to my head office and kept a mail and said will contact you after receiving . till now no response from them, thats the reason i m giving complaint here PLease solve the problem asap.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, I got two credit card debit transaction on my SBI Bank Credit Card Statement (ending with 5440). Transaction Dated: 04/Dec/2015 for Rs. 1461.60 & Rs.3654.00. It shows the Merchant Name as 'MOPSOTHCRDRCARD MUMBA' I got to know that this Merchant Establishment is for Sewa Kendra's use this ID for Passport Application fee. But I didn't apply for any of the Passport services nor any other Central govt service. Bank has also not able to provide me any other information. This is a fraudulent transaction done on my credit card. I came to know that this merchant establishment has also duped many credit card holder. Please check this on urgent basis and reverse the transaction amount with all the relevant late charges. Your early action is highly appreciated...                                     I have used my SBI Debit card No. [protected] as on 02/02/2016 for a purchase worth Rs.4280/- on POS 04851202 AT Puroshottam Super Market Latur (Mharashtra) Transaction No is[protected]. However my SB A/c no. [protected] is debited with Rs.4280/- but the account of Puroshottam Super Market is not credited. I have paid cash to Puroshottam Super market Rs.4280/-
                                    Still today my SB account is not credited. Please look in to the matter & reverse the amount of single sided entry to my SB account as early as possible to you.
