Sir, See attached which is a clear proof of mishandling of an F D deposit starting from 26 03 2017 and closed on 26 11 2014. In the statement the deposit date is 17 07 2008 were as the actual date is 26 03 2007. I have registered complaint through S B I on line and Banking Ombudsman. So far no proper response is received. Please guide me how can this forum help. Thanks

    After I lodged a complain here on 26th November 2015, please find the snapshot of my complaint I've attached, I got a call from [protected] who posed as some important person of SBI promised to solve my problems if I gave him my banking password. When I refused he started abusing me, used filthy languages and swore to block my account. I am lodging this complain against Consumer Complaints because I think our problems should be kept unexposed to others and the measures should have been taken swiftly.       Dear Team, Please help me to reset the internet banking password for SBI banking. I lives in Mumbai and having SBI account at Shahjahanpur (UP) Town Hall Branch and account number is [protected] I tried to reset the password online, but SBI site doesn't allow me to do and a message pops up stating wrong credential. Even the person from SBI branch are not able to reset the password online for my account. Thereafter, I visited the branch on 3-Nov'15 and the banking person has provided me a kit, which he asked to use after a week with the password given in the kit. Once back to Mumbai I tried accessing my account, but not able to log in and not even able to reset the password. I tried Shahjahanpur branch phone several times but nobody answered the call. When I logged complaint with customer care, they asked me to visit Home branch, which is more than 1500 km from Mumbai. I am unable to understand why SBI wants me to visit home branch only and not the nearest branch?? Even though your visit the home branch, the person you find will be unavailable or on leave. SBI advertise hugely with the largest bank but they are not able to reset the internet password since last 9 months. Is this so tough that they require a person to visit the home branch multiple times. SBI needs to get out of their mind of their convenient banking and should focus more towards customer centric banking Need your urgent help to get this thing done.

        Sir, I am a defence person. I am using the SBI DSP account till 5yrs. Now I am stands posted to AFS Hindon, Ghaziabad but my bank account is at SBI Kamaguru, Khurda, Odisha. I have applied a application for Bank account transfer to AFS Hindon and personally talk with BM but I ve not get satisfy answer and account do not transfer till date.

          I have received sep 2015 statement for Rs. 52214 on 15th sep. But i paid amount 30000 (minimum due is Rs.2610). After that i received statement for OCT 2015 with amount of Rs.82421.66, there i have charged Rs. 5797.42 (Interest) with tax Rs. 811.64. For the remaining amount (22214) in the Sep. statement i dont know why i charged Rs. 5797.42. When i ask customer care they are saying that the interest will be calculated for the whole amount (52214) which includes i paid . That also i agreed, if i pay for 52214 for 2 months also i will get only Rs. 3499. But they have charged all the amount which i purchased after Sep statement generation. I m totally diappointed with SBI. So people dont get SBI credit card. I am using HDFC credit from 2009, where i dont have like this issue till now.

              Today[protected] we went to sbi nellore branch near railway station. we completed all the formalities for the cancellation and counter 4 employee did cancellation process and sent to another counter for cash return. but he did not gave us money and he gave much of trouble to us and the employee of counter 4 that he will not return money but transfer that money to our account. my husband waited for a long time and he went to both of these employees many times. but no use so my husband got angry and left that dd with these employees and returned home. now how can we get that money.

                My son had a sbi card I am not aware about. I got harassment call from collection agents of the card and I was harassed by their team very badly. Inspite of the harassing calls they made to me, they called my sister’s house, my company security, & Couple of neighbors at my village and my friends. Inspite of threatening me, the collection agents threaten my relatives too. It continued for 5 – 6 days from Morning to evening. They used almost all the abusing words in English and hindi to me and relatives and even my company security. The numbers from where I got the calls is mentioned below. So this unfortunate thing should not happen to any one else again. Please, be careful about the situations like this. The numbers from which I got threatened is [protected] (Mohit Gupta) and [protected]. Going to launch FIR against these Numbers as well.

                    I used my SBI international debit card in US at an ATM in Jan 2015. but the ATM did not allow the transaction and I did not get any money. i returned to India in Feb 2015. On March 2015 i got a message that the money from an atm in US has been withdrawn from my card. I must state that i was in India and this was a 2 months old declined transaction. I have filed a complaint in SBI but to no avail. they are not able to track the money neither do they have any explanation for this. I can prove that I was in India when the transaction from my account is shown to have taken place in US.

                      I want to change my GATE -2016 center and i done transaction from my account but my GATE center will not changed and balance is deducted from my account.Then i talk to GATE helpline center then he told me that your money will not reached to me so that your center will not changed and he asked me to consult to SBI.Then i register my complaint in SBI but complaint has been closed and my money will be not return.So i requst you to please help me regarding this issue.                         Dear Sir, I was stationed at Indore till Nov. 2013 and had an S.B. A/c [protected] (Jt. With wife Nalini Kumar) at State Bank of India, Old Palasia Branch(3432), Indore. I also had a PPF account at the same branch vide A/c. No.[protected]. In Dec. 2013, we shifted to Bhiwadi. Accordingly, our S.B.A/c was shifted to Bhiwadi Branch (07052) at Neelam Chowk, Bhiwadi, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan, carrying the same account number. I also applied for shifting of my PPF account to Bhiwadi Branch. Subsequently, in the process, my PPF account at Indore was closed on 28-01-14 with a balance of Rs.83450.09. A new account No. [protected] was also opened at Bhiwadi on 28-04-14, in which I deposited Rs.1000/- on 28-04-14 as my contribution for the Year 2014-15. But the balance from the Indore Branch, amounting to Rs.83450.09 was credited to my PPF account only on 07 July 2014. On 16th April 2015, I again deposited Rs.1000/- towards my PPF contribution for the year 2015-16 and got the transactions entered in my PPF Pass Book. I was shocked to note that interest on my PPF account has been paid only from[protected]the date of opening of account at Bhiwadi) till the end of financial year 31-03-15. No interest has been paid for transit period from 28-01-14 to 07-07-14. The matter was brought to the notice of Branch Manager, SBI Bhiwadi ( Shri Dharamvir, Mob.[protected]) on 20-04-15 and written application was submitted to set the accounts straight. It is now more than six months, I have made innumerable numbers of rounds at the SBI Bhiwadi Branch to get the interest credited to the PPF account, and every time I am promised immediate action but nothing happens. Kindly note that the transfer of PPF account was fully handled by SBI only. The money was all along with SBI only. The delay if any in the transfer is on account of SBI only. I am repeatedly being told that Your complaint PP[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as amount could not be credited for unavoidable reasons Kindly look into the matter and arrange to get my dues credited to my PPF account at the earliest, w.e.f[protected] so that I do not lose the interest on this amount due to delay in entry by SBI.                           I had applied for Demat account in July 2015 in SBI, Chinsurah Akhanbazar Branch, Hooghly, West bengal, PIN- 712101 under the guidance of SBI Demat a/c executive Mr Tathagata and handed over the form and details to him. After many trips to the bank and calls to him my account got activated on September 2015 but it had not been linked with my Savings account with account no:[protected]. Again after making few trips to the bank I came to know that the online-cum-offline account Mr Tathagata suggested me to make was actually an offline account. As i stay in Algeria I had told him innumerable times that an online account was needed. In October 2015 he made me fill a form which would convert my offline demat account to an online one and had promised that it would get linked with my savings account soon. But it has been two weeks with no result. As I'm back in Algeria I am unable to contact him and thus have no clue about the linking of my Demat account with my Savings Account. I find the service of Sbi deplorable. I will be obliged if my problem is looked after soon.                                   Today ( 25.11.15 )I have received a call from [protected] from an unknown caller who identified himself as a bank official working with SBI Head office, Kolkata and asked me for my debit card details on the pretext of releasing my blocked debit card. On suspicion, I checked my account transaction after some time and found the entire amount of INR 4500.00 already transacted ( debit card purchase ) on the same day. My SBi account number is [protected] and my home branch is SBI, Naihati. Is there any way by which the culprit can be traced by using the transaction history, mobile number call details etc? I would also request a refund of the amount. Regards

                                      I have an saving account with your branch at indore sadhana nagar, airport road, (30418) & i am regularly used cash deposit service with cash deposit machines, on above branch campus installed a new recycle machine (deposit & withdrawal both), before 2 days i was deposit amount in machine, after confirmation screen link was dropped & display massage " your transection was
                                      retracted". I check my account balance, amount was not credited in my account & not return by the machine.

                                      i am go to branch for claim my amount after fill up the form officer said, EJ report of cash deposit machine was not received from Head Office so we cant help for 1 month, we allready have many applications regarding CDM since 1-2 months.

                                      so please do the needful as early as possible.

                                        I was presented my cheque on dated 5th sep’15 in SBI bank (Chandaus Branch), which was received from govt. against the SUKHA GRASTH. and SBI is credited my account on dated 23rd sep’15 also same returned on dated 6th oct’15 without any reason.

                                        after that I went to my home branch to know the actual reason of returned cheque, any body not given any reply for this, and manager say's that get collect other fresh cheque and deposit.

                                        then i had complaint to SBI customer care, they are saying to contact to home branch.

                                        I am Senior Citizon and now i am very Frustrated, please suggest.
