Somebody has cheated me of Rs.10000.00 yesterday Dec.2, 2015 between 12 noon to 12:30 pm. The following two transactions were made by using my debit card 622018xxxxxxxxx8604 .
1.Pos ET [protected] Sbi buddy Mumbai -Rs.5000.00
2.Pos ET [protected] Sbi buddy Mumbai -Rs.5000.00
My account shows these transactions.
I have not done these transactions.
Please look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get my money back.

      Hi Team, I have enrolled myself for SBI FBB Credit card on 19th Aug 2015 with Application number[protected] with annual fee of 499 rupees. I have given the communication address as Capgemini India PVt. Ltd.A-1 Technology Park, MIDC-Talawade Pune. I am yet to receive the credit card from SBI and yet i am receiving the monthly statement from them. I have written them email about the same but they don't offer any solution to my above mentioned concern. This is highly unprofessional and charging me unnecessarily. I have tracked my card delivery status sbionline and not to my surprise, it says "Congratulations! Your SBI Card application has been approved. Your SBI Card will be delivered to your mailing address within the next 10 working days.". I request you to help me on this. Regards, Jitendra Rathore

        I P.Devarajan made complaint to SBI REGARDING THE ABOVE SUBJECT. Complaint ref.1-[protected]. It was informed by SMS from BH-SBICRD on 27th nov 2015 that the complaint has been resolved . But no details are available and what was the solution to my compliant.nothing was informed and my money also not returned. I hope steps will be taken to reverse my money. with regards, P.Devarajan.

            I got a call from the SBI main branch([protected]) and your account is going to get block and to avoid such please provide us your detail which willbe updated in the system, they some how generated the otp and informed to provide the six digit number, and when we recieved the deduction message they informs it will be rollback to the account

              The transaction is carried on POS CITRUS SUB MERCHANT MUMBAI.
              Looking forward for your response
              You can contact Citrus Merchant Customer Care with ATM card first five and last four digits and POS number and date of transaction.

              Lodge FIR under section 420 CrPC and Information Technology Act against Citrus Merchant user who did transaction from your account and end Beneficiary of services.

              Ask police to register FIR and issue notice under section 91 of CrPC to citrus and sbi to preserve and provide transaction details of accused user.

              In case police did not register FIR and issue notice under section 91 to service providers to accused register complain in CJM court of your area about non registration of FIR by Police.

              i wanted to buy a used laptop from quickr so while i was surfing i got a deal by mohan and the laptops orginall cost was 1 lack rupees and he was selling it for only 40000 and he says that he is running a shop while i asked him about is he a spam he replied

              i think he is fake i have also tried to buy from him and msged him...he is asking me to send intial amount and give the remaining amount after delivery...i asked him that i dont even have any details or proof of you and how could i send the money to you so i need your aadhar id or some proof...then he sent one id and said it is his working id but the image in his whats app and his working id is not matching and the text in the id looks like edited...this is his whats app number-[protected]

[protected] and [protected] and said he was calling sbi bank head office kolkata gave ID no.160511 and said his name is Sonen Kr. Saha.He called he needs atm card no. to link my Aadhaar card.I gave him my two atm card nos. and asked me give nos. that come in messages which i also gave him. Unfortunately i found the following transactions were made from my A/C no.[protected] IFSC SBIN0000008 on Dec2, 2015 between12 noon to 12:30 pm. 1.Pos 194180 Paytm.com Noida -Rs.4000 2.Pos[protected] MobiLess_PayU SBIPG-Rs.5000 3.Pos 307613 www.mobikwik.com New Delhi 4.Pos ET[protected] SBIBUDDY Mumbai -Rs.5000 5.Pos ET[protected] SBIBUDDY Mumbai -Rs.5000 6.And another transaction of Rs.5000 was made from my other account in the same sbi branch having no.                       I got a call from +[protected], saying- my sbi call has been deactivated and to re-activate he needs some details on mine. When I said, i dont want to deactivate, he threatned me saying that, he would deactivate the card and set the balance to zero. I asked him who gave him the power to reduce my account balance to zero. On this he got very furious, started shouting at me.He started abusing in hindi language, when i denied to give my details. and when i asked for his name, he dis-connected the call.

                                  In June 2015, a major amount of money was charged to my account. This fraudulent transaction was reported to SBI immediately and after sending a few details / written applications my account was blocked. I requested for a reversal of the amount and unfreezing of the account, but all SBI wanted to do is harass the customers. I have sent many applications, police FIR report, original debit card, SBI reversal forms, and numerous emails but nothing has happened. Since a month now SBI has even stopped replying to my email reminders. I am facing a major money crunch and need the money at the earliest. I have a lot of pressure on me. SBI is making me beg for my own money. Please help me resolve this issue. I shall provide all details, documents, Police FIR, and email chains, whenever required. I am in urgent need.

                                      Hello sir / mam, i would like to state you that today[protected], 12:48 pm) i had used my SBI maestro card for online payment for my WBssc exam but on the midway of my transaction may due to network failure i was not able to get my transaction id hence application printout for registration id. however my account has been debited with an amount of Rs. 220+charges, so please help me i m in need of further consequences as what should i do for to get my transaction id and registration id as soon as possible because last date for submission is nearer by 3 days.

                                        On[protected] i swapped my SBI debit card for some purchasing but due to some network problem transaction failed and amount debited from my account. i called customer care and file a complain for refund. they generate ticket number-PO[protected] and promised me that within 45-46 days amount credited in my account but till date complaint status is still pending.
