I had got an ATM Card issued from SBI and it was booked at Indiapost on 3rd and the consignment number was EX[protected]IN but its still at the same place. In July 2015, I had transferred SB account from Marathahalli Branch at Bangalore to Pavagada branch in Tumkur district, Karnataka. But, my branch name is not updated in internet banking.

I received a call from [protected] around 3.58 p.m. on 07/11/2015. The caller, a lady, introduced herself as calling from SBI Credit Card Department. She asked for my 16 digit credit card number, the CVV number and expiry date of the card.. She informed that since RBI has put some restrictions of Rewards Point system, my card will be blocked and I will receive a new card with 4 to 5 days. i got a call from [protected] and [protected]. they told we are from SBI care service., they told your account is been blocked, so give your card number, they there were 3 transaction. where 9750+4000+440 was been taken from my account, so kind refund the money....
