ATM complaint about non withdrawal of amount but deducted from a/c (sb) - non drawal of amount from atm but deducted in sb a/c of Sbi

On 15/09/2015 by 15:45 pm I traid to drawn Rs.20000 from SBI kammagondanahalli atm, ATM id-S10F[protected] after the enter of pin the atm is processing sound of counting of money thereafter severaltimes sound was came from machine and after amount could not out from ATM and ATM machine give a message that "sorry unable to process" vide transaction slip no-7153 and the message received from my mobile that I have withdrawn of 20000 further i have waiting at the same atm then the bankers are entered to filling of amount or otherwise to the said atm and the problem also expressed to those and they are advised to me that the amount will be creditedto your ac after sometime so dontworry then i have goto another atm at gangamma circle atm and i have withdran 20000 rs and i traid to withdrawn of more 20000 rs but the atm could not withdrawn i have traied severally and the atm machine showing that daily limit of withdrawn has been crossed after sometime i got mobile messege 5:19 pm "your ac has been credited 20000 rs atm reverse withdrwan and your avl balance is rs 20215.16" i happy after the messege received and suddenly another messege received at 5:21 that "rs 20000 has withdrawn and avl balance is rs 215.16 I have shocked and I have hoping with bank they will be credited erroneously withdrawn amount in bank working day but on 16/9/15 the bank has not credited my erroneously withdrawn amont in to my ac still.

        My name is Vijay Dorvi and i own a credit card of State Bank of India. Since May 2015, i have been excessively charged against my credit cards bills. I have applied for auto debit from my account and however, SBI says that they try auto debit on 29th of every month, i approached their representative before applying for credit card and they assured me that they wait for the credit of fund by 1st of the next month and thereafter they charge for bouncing of payment. Similarly, as i used to get my salary credited on last day of the month, it seems fine for me. But from May 2015 onwards they have charged me 5 times for non-payment and several other charges that are not known to me. On apprpah, their representative was not able to define me these charges. They never pick up their helpline/ toll free number. As on today, i have a credit balance of Rs. 5, 000/- only due to their charges. In july 15, their representative told me to submit before 29th, the minimum amount provided by them to avoid such charges and i followed that in Aug 15 but again i have been charged Rs. 1, 000/- under various heads. I have decided that i will not pay any of their charges and will pay only the amount that i have actually paid out of the ceefit card. My credit card number is 4869-XXXX-XXXX-8530. My contact number is [protected]. Please help me and save me from these burglers.

          Sbi hisua branch deduct TDS on My Fixed deposit @ 20% in the place of 10% after that he is not submit TDS return and not provide TDS certificate to me till date.
          this is deduct from 2010 to 2015 approx Rs. 118000.00

              I have taken edu loan on apr 2009 in sbi vilathikulam br, loan a/c no [protected], im eligible for int subsidy but til the date i not yet received any subsidy, if i ask manager he told no subsidy who told to u the edu loan has subsidy, pls take further action, my family is below poverty line, i hope u'll take action abt my int subsidy, branch code 3925

                My SBI Saving Account Number [protected] with Adajan Branch, Surat. Complain is unsolved related to Pin No. of Debit Card. Debit Card has been iissued since 35 days. Despite of my several SBI online complain, problem is not resolved. Last complain Ticket No. is CS[protected] is also not attended and replied that your complain has been resolved and asked to visit Branch. Uptil now for the said problem I visited the branch 6 times. Complain has been also logged to Branch.

I am a pensioner since 1st may 2008, Current PPO No- S/CORR/194555/2011.(Previous PPO No - S/ CORR/219200/09) 2. For the last 2 months wef April 2015, I am receiving less pension i.e. 16, 972 instead of my regular pension i.e. 20, 910 without D.A, last received on 1st Jan 2015. 3. Hence you are requested to kindly credit my due pension in My account no - [protected] and further look in this matter. 4. I also wrote before and also mailed the same but had no reply, please reply as soon as possible

                      Dear Sir / Madam, It is with deep regrets that I have to bring to your notice absolute lack of service in your branch. There are always long queues to collect or deposit cash. While the customers are waiting and additional queues piling on, you staff is busy, generally seen having tea and samosas or gossiping. Their lethargic and callous attitude adds to the delay. We request you to take requisite steps to ensure speedy disbursement of cheques or cash and hence increase the efficiency of your service. It would save air of our valuable time.

                        Dear Sir / ma'am; I have placed order from amazon during state bank debit card cash back offer, worth INR 6999/ As per the amazon the amount of cash back has already been deposited to my account, As i Can see the my transaction there was no record of cash back deposition to my account, Amazon order no :[protected] Amazon reply for the cash back :Hello Nishant, I'm very sorry to hear that the cash back has not been credited yet. Please accept my sincere apology with regards to the inconvenience you had experienced this case we never intend to cause any inconvenience to our valued customers like you. Please be informed the cash back amount is credited by the bank and not from our end, I have checked and I see that even though we have repeatedly escalated this issue to bank you have not received the amount yet. I've also forwarded your feedback to the concerned department so that they can take necessary action and situations like this are not repeated. Again, I apologize that this has been a disappointing experience. However I hope you understand our limitations as well. I hope you understand that it was never intentional from our end.                             Someone fraud with me today at around 8.15 pm at CDM, AIIMS and then immediately I blocked my card at 8.43 p.m. vide ticket no.[protected]. even after that the fraud person enabled to withdraw Rs.21100/- at 8.50-8.53 pm from my account No.[protected], sansadiya soudh. When I contacted SBI Toll free No.and enquired that even after blocking my card how transactions have been made they said no transaction is made today as per our record. you can contact after sometime then it would be updated. But today I made 4-5 transactions since morning. how is it possible that no record is with them when they are seeing the balance in my record and blocking time and ticket no.also. I request you to please instruct SBI to refund my amount of Rs.21100/- as it is withdrawn after blocking the card and action should be taken against the customer care executive for not giving me the correct information. thanks

                              Was booking a train ticket from the irctc portal. And although I did get the ticket, my account was debited twice for the single purchase which I found out when I received the SMS confirmation. This happened today i.e. 10/09/2015. My debit card no used for the said transaction was [protected], the amount being 546.85 (inclusive of service tax charged by SBI) and the two trandaction ids are[protected] and [protected]

                                  Sir, today after the bank opened at 10:30 am, they distributed the tokens and made my transactions at 11:00 am.All the customers were just asking them but we cant complaint to anybody sir, so many were waiting but he has done so late .I cant submit the proof, but definately the next time.THANK YOU for solving my ISSUE.                                       Sbi debit card no[protected], account holder name P.PARAMEWARI A/c NO.[protected] card used at jk saree mandir srikakulam. jk a/c no.[protected] swiping tid no.AP006569 dated 4-7-2015customer have swipe for rupees 2000/-(two thousand ) but machine showed as canceled but the customer received the massage but not credit to jk saree mandir account

                                        I deposited 30 thousand rupees in my SBI A/c. in SBI Branch but they have charged 68 Rupees for depositing the money. The thing is that my sbi home branch and the other branch where i deposited money is in same city/district/state. And the distance between both SBI branch is approx 1km only. I don't know why they charged 68 rupees for depositing of money as a intercity charge of same city/same district.
