While I was making transition through my atm from Delhi central bank atm money didn't came through atm but amount was deducted from my account and I received a deducted message.     I have an account in sbi mahoba uttar pradesh (210427). i have lost my atm/debit card, later i found it. on loosing it i block it by calling to customer care but when i found it i give a written application (1-2 weeks ago) to my branch to unblock the card but no action is taken till now. the worst thing was no one is ready to take the application everyone was saying to apply for new card. reason was no one have a knowledge of the procedure o[censored]nblocking the card.

      I filed a complain against Rajendranagar branch, Bareilly (UP) of SBI, last week, that their printer was not working and because of that we the Customers are facing difficulty to update our passbook. The printer was not working since last 1 year and this is my Fourth complaint against that branch and still its not working. I got a call from that branch and the officer was talking very rudely with me that if i have any problem then i should talk to branch Manager and should not complain online. He promised me that the printer will be working after 2 days and now today after 8 days i visited, still the printer was not working and all the customers present there were saying that : SHAME ON YOU SBI. Its IFSC code is: SBIN0013266 SBI is no doubt best bank of India and only because of that i opened an account in SBI. It is the duty of the branch employees to inform higher authorities if something is going wrong. But no one is bothered, their printer is not working since a year and the ultimate bearer is we the customers. So i request Consumer Complaints to sort this issue as soon as possible or just provide a printer to Rajendranagar, Bareilly (UP) branch of SBI and teach its employees to how use the printer so that next time there is no as such issue.             I have done a online transaction threw debit/ATM cards {issued by state bank of India against saving account no [protected] namely jagdish prasad & vikas nyati } on date 17/8/15 by payU money gateway from my/our account to emitra/rajonline account for rupees 5000/- and amount is debited from account but not credited into benifitioery account so i file a complain threw sbi call centre with refrense no PO[protected], after some time i received a sms from bank that i submit some formalities hense i contact with bank threw email/call and tell him that actually what they want from me so my home branch says that i/we account holder ignore that sms and wait for resolving the problem hense i wait but after some time bank again send a same sms but they not call me and explain me that actually what they want form me so matter is diclosed possitively pls note threw your channel i requested to my bank that kindly look into the matter and do the needful and call me and explain me that actually what they want from me to resolved the matter and oblige here with thanks regards vikas nyati mobile [protected]

              As in have order through online in amazon.in and placed order for the product but the order was cancelled and the amount was not refunded in my account though the order for the product was cancelled. details of online transaction as given below which i received as message in my mobile.

              Its my prayer to kindly refund the transaction amount as above since no order being done as cancelled.

                The total loan amount is paid against my credit card no ([protected]) based on the guidance from SBI customer care executives on 29th July 2015. But I have received a SBI CC statement stating that still some due amount 174 to be paid to close the loan. Complaint registered as well to resolve the issue, but it is not solved yet.

                Totally un-happy & frustrated with the service being provided by SBI Credit Card team.
                I have requested to provide the SBI CC - Loan closure letter, still I have not received the same.
                I have requested to remove the auto debit and provided the letter with signed copy, still it not done.
                Received a calls from these numbers from SBI CC team and the provided information & solution is not clear to take action towards to resolve the issue. (Calls received from [protected] & [protected])
                The issue has been escalated to the below mail Id's but still not action.

                Received a call from this number : [protected] stating that from SBI CC Escalation team and requesting for Auto debit account card details.

                Still the issues are not solved yet. Totally upset with the service provided by SBI. It is almost a month the complete amount paid and requested for the card closure.

                Customer card team also not helping to resolve the issue. I have called almost 3 times SBI Customer care team.

                Please let us know, where this can be escalated to address the issue.

                SBI Credit Card - Cheated while giving Loan on Credit Card.

                Use less service is being provided by SBI CC team to the customers. Multiple calls and mails have been sent to the given Email Ids in Sbicard.com website. So far I have not received any reply from them. But the amount is being detected from the account without any reasons.

                The total amount is paid based on the confirmation from the customer care executive guidance. People are trained to cheat the customers from SBI credit card team.
                SBI Credit Card - Cheated while giving Loan on Credit Card . The total amount is paid based on the confirmation from the SBI CC team customer care executive. But still the amount is being detected from my account as Auto debit.

                Multiple complaints are raised and calls made to the customer care team. But the issue is not resolved. Use less service being provided SBI CC team to the customers.

                        I just go to sbi branch and tell them that i want to issue a debit card SBIinTouch tap n go card.but he dont know about this type card I personally never find them good at anything with their almost zero knowledge beside their saving account, current account and FD account

                          Hi Team, Even after paying the entire amount towards the closure of loan. SBI Team is not closing the loan. When checked with them, the confirmation they gave it as Request to close the loan is not registered from their end due to miss from the agent or technical error. When asked to check, they are saying its adjusted towards outstanding EMI. Need help. Regards, Nagamani

                              Hi Team, Hope you will help in resolving the issue. I hold a credit card with SBI. And as the market offer, i have taken the Encash loan on my card. Which is nothing to do with Cash outstanding/balance. Its independent of the card. i was given with the loan amount of 1, 77, 000/-. and was told that i can close the loan whenever required. Recently, i got arranged some amount by taking the LIC loan to clear this SBI Card loan as the interest rate is very huge. on 10th I called SBI Customer care to check on the amount. And i told them i will call back and confirm on the closure. on 11th, i called to customer care to confirm that i am clearing the loan amount by paying the amount of 1, 69, 800/- as confirmed by the customer care. I paid the amount online and waiting to reflect the same in my statement. on 24th i see, the amount is not credited towards the loan amount. and shown towards the card balance. as -1, 35, 000/- which is disgusting. I called customer care immediately on 24th to check on this. They told me, my request was not registered. I shouted on them how can they miss on registering the request. because it adds up huge lot of interest to pay. They told me they will enquire on this and the resolution cannot be before 31st Aug, 2015. I have no other way apart from waiting. I called them back again on 29th to check on the status. Nothing happened. Instead i got a message saying that the issue is resolved. I was pissed off by seeing the online statement. Nothing changed even after continuous followup. I called them today 31st of August, 2015 around at 8:35am to check on the issue. They told me that the request has been logged on 29th August, 2015 and my issue has been forwarded to higher departments saying that they have registered a complaint against the agent for not taking the request. And asked me to wait for EOD. I checked online again after 5:30pm. Nothing happened. I called them again for 4 today between 6:00pm to 7:30pm. I didn't get connected to them. and when Connected, i dont have any resolution and the call got disconnected for twice while in the conversation. Not sure if this was the Network issue or wanted disconect. disappointed, raised by BP. As this goes lots of interest. I have to pay interest to LIC and to these people for the mistake which i didn't do. I checked again now before logging a complaint. and nothing happened. Need your help in resolving the issue.                                   Dear Sir, I am Sundar S, Age 31 years old, residing at No.43, 1st Street, United Colony, Kolathur, Chennai 600 099, TN. I had applied home loan in SBI, Egmore Branch, Chennai on 20.05.15 for the value of Rs.17, 28, 000/- by paying Rs.5, 500/- as processing fee and application no 454/KAL dated 23.05.15. In this regard I would like state that the loan application has been returned by you due to non compliance of sufficient property documents (as declared by legal adviser) to avail the loan. In that case the legal opinion amount of Rs.3, 000/- is refundable to me and given request letter regarding refund on 16.06.15. I had followed with concern several times but there is no solution for me. Hence I request to refund the amount of Rs.3, 000/- at the earliest. Thanks & Regards Sundar S

                                    Onlinesbi.com is down on Sep 1st, 2nd 2015. Money is deducting from accounts but not credited to the beneficiaries. Every Online user is facing issues but poor response from authorities. All transactions are failing, we didn't find any updates from bank portal on this. If they would have announced about the down time prior it would save all time and money, really Poor response from PSB's.
