I have an S/B Account in SBI, Mahaveer nagar, KOTA(RAJ.) and branch code is SBIN0011311.My account no. is [protected].I have given a cheque(505495) in favour of M/S MODERN MOTORS of Rs. 49, 000/- (fourty nine thousand) on dated[protected] but that cheque get bounce and reason mentioned by bank is SIGN AUTH TO OPERATE AC NOT RECD.Pl. go through and take proper action.

    I Completed my Form details of Lekhpal recruitment 2015 and made the conformation for online payment through the ATM card. But unfortunately due to Internet error i was unable to receive the DU number and the amount of rs 300 also get debited from the account. As this DU number is required as the Username for filling up the online application Form. So please help me in getting the DU number.       My Name is Azeezur Rahman. I have an account in SBI Branch 3572. I got a call on 21 Jul 2015 from one of the employees saying that my ATM PIN has been delivered to the branch. He told me to come and collect my PIN. I went to the bank to collect my PIN but the employee told me to come after 4 pm. Then I went again at 4 pm. Then he told me to wait 15 minutes. He made me wait there for one and half hour. Then he took my sign and ATM card no and saw my passbook then told to wait again. I waited for some time. When I asked him for PIN then he told me to come next day. I returned without PIN. I want that strict action must be taken against him. His name is Atul, employee of SBI branch Terri Bazar, branch code 3572.

        My name: Kiritkumar DUDHATRA, A/c no.-[protected], Branch-NLM, Jamshedpur. Contact no.[protected] Complaint No.-1 Kindly note that as per SBI policy/guide lines, if ATM card is damaged/not working properly then new/fresh ATM card will be provided to account holder with applicable charges. “So called” SBI policy/guide lines says that the life of ATM card is around 10 years/more than 10 years (in my case it is infinite as expiry date is not mentioned on my ATM card), which seems quite childish. I think the person/panel, who has whimsically decided the life of ATM card around 10 years/more than 10 years, has no idea about usage of ATM cards in day to day life. ATM is not meant to be worshipped in temple so the practical life of ATM card is around 3 to 4 years maximum. After that either ATM card gets cracks or magnetic strip becomes worn out which results into non functioning of ATM card. So after 3 to 4 years, if card does not function properly then Fresh/new card should be issued to candidate without additional charges because it's not a fault of candidate/account holder. Other private banks like ICICI/Kotak and many more banks are providing this type of facility without any additional charges then why SBI can not make such policy for the favour of his regular valuable customers. It’s my humble request to make a change in SBI policy for life span of ATM cards. Life span of any card must be maximum 3 to 4 years. After that if customer requests for a fresh card then it should be provided without any additional charges. Complaint No.-2 Whenever we communicate with customer, we dont get solution for our problem. They always repeat their words eventhough their words don't resolve problem. I have also communicate with customer for above complaint no.-1 but I was not satisfied by proper answer. Complaint No.-3 Kindly improve your system which is not user/customer friendly. While filing the complaint online, I was not allowed to write my complaint fully beacause system has a limitation upto few characters beyond which you can't elaborate the subject matter. I think full freedom must be given to customer to explain his/her complaint.

          My credit card got dispatched on 30th April 2015 and with that card i was unable to make online transactions. i registered the complaint calling the customer service department. This issue was not solved for 14 days. From the day i got the card i used to call them up every day thrice waiting in the Q for 40 mins and the executive would tell me the same story that it will solved in 24hrs but it dint. spoke to supervisor of the company and she said it will be solved in 3hrs and she said she will call me back once it is solved but i dint receive any call from her. Then after couple of days i forcefully asked them to connect to manager and he said he will look into that and i asked compensation for not providing the right information and as i was unable to use the card online as there was technical issue from there end. He promised me that he will surely look in that & will call me back regarding the compensation. Once the card started online i bought a DSLR worth Rs 27600 on amazon where it said i will get 15% cash back. i confirmed with sbi card company whether i will get the cash back, they promised me that i will get maximum of 1500 bugs and they told me i will get the cash back after 60 days. I dint receive any cash back after 60 days and then i called back customer service and they said i cant get cash back as i dint buy it in the time period. but i confirmed with the executive they said i will get the cash back and again i registered complaint regarding the same they said the issue will be resolved in 24hrs and i will get he call back and after 12 days i got a call from the escalation team saying that they cant give any compensation or cash back but they offered me some charges waver off which im not interested in. if they dint have any problem from there end why would they offer me the charges waver off. I would request you guys to help me in this issue asap

            I had deposited rs 24500=(500/49) in cdm near sbi hai complex, exb road, patna on 18/07/2015 at 09:07 am for my sb a/c-[protected], br-krc, patna.
            After expiry of 96 hrs the amount of rs 24500= has been not credited in sb a/c.
            Kindly take necessary action in this regard at your earliest.

              I, Shwetabh Khanduja, tried for the submission of ON-LINE form for GRE examination on 01/07/2015 . During form filling-up process, I was redirected to payment option and using SBI debit card, I paid . After completion of the payment option, the control should again re-direct to further completion of the form process while in my case, an error message came with the advise to repeat the process . In the mean time my account was debited and an sms in this regard also received. Since my account was debited, I tried to get back the payment from GRE but they replied that no credit was received at their end as the transaction was failed and also advised me to contact our bank . So you are requested to kindly look into the matter to refund the said amount .                 In the bill dated 1/6/15, late fees & gst charged Rs. 570/- Payment had been made immediately on receipt of sms, though the statement was not received;
                Again, in bill of 1/7/15 another Rs. 2898/- charged as finance charges, late fees, gst etc. when in fact payment made by me without receiving statement.
                Email sent to them 26/6/15, 11/7/15 & 20/7/15 for which no action taken.
                My payments are otherwise always prompt & online, A delay of a day or 2 was entirely because of non availability of statement & payment made immediately online, when sms received that payment overdue; Hence our intention cannot be doubted.

                  Amount raised by the card withought informing me for rs. 7568/- and even financing charges alongwith st is also charging in statement.After two or three complain mail even to finance secretary they lodged the complain vide 1-[protected] on 08/07/2015 with an assurance to revert back soon, but they did not turnup till date

                    Dear All, , This complaint is regarding bad customer service i faced by the chief manager of SBI nanganallur branch Being a lady she made me to wait for an hour without providing a proper or single information instead she was chatting with some person inside her cabin i waited for an hour today outside her cabin and left the bank with disappointment. I have seen responsible bank managers but this is the first time i faced such an irresponsible manager.

                      The landline numbers of the sbi Racpc branch in sector 55 in Noida doesn't work. These dead numbers are mentioned on their letter heads as well. How do we contact such a a branch if we have a query.why does the bank even mention phone numbers. Why does the bank always want us to come in person.

                        Tried to make the online payments through site and through mobile - sbi anywhere, but Neither NEFT transfer nor Quick transfer is taking place. "Submit" button gets dead frozen on PC and on mobile after submission message comes that the request couldn't be processed now and adds to try it later.

                          I had recharge AIRTEL Digital TV on 13 July 2015 by using SBI Internet banking amount of Rs.199 through Free Charge. The amount was deducted by my account but not received Free Charge and till date it is not debited in my account.

                            The above bank has debited my SB account for Rs.30000/-without my consent and pror information and issed a TDR .the amount was meant for meeting medical expenses of my husband who is suffering from cancer .the amount was debited on 17.07.15. Moreover, the branch has taken taken our signature on the blank non Juicial stamp paper of rs100/- as Locker Agreement and allotted a Locker.Both the above things are against the R.B I rules.                               Somebody called from [protected] and asked for my SBI ATM no. and pin code for verification of my account and said the account is going to be closed and ATM will be blocked otherwise.. As soon as realising its a fake call I warned the person not to call again and disconnected the call immediately.. It needs an immediate attention and necessary action at your end and many innocent customers may get cheated on such calls. Kavita

                                Dear Sir, My self Satish Jaurkar holding saving account in Butibori branch, Dist Nagpur, got call on Friday 12:38 Pm by number [protected] regarding ATM card getting blocked and bank will renew online. He asked by atm card no, and said no need to give pin no (atm password). A number will be sent on your mobile number give that, so that we get confirmation that ur right customer. After few min I receive one number which was OTP I gave that as confirmation and from my account all my 4000 rupess were withdrawn. I gave that number as I thought he is not asking pin no. Please provide me guidance and futher step to be taken. my id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                  I am also having internet banking facility. I transferred money from my account to another account in tamilnadu through personal banking. The money is not transferred to that account, but it is debited from my account.The details of that are

                                    I've shocked about this intercity charges... for transfering 25K, they took 57 rupees .. and I've lacked of few rupees in paying my fees to college.. due to which Iam unable to pay fee by time.. sick with the one of the largest banks of world...not nice

                                      sir m sbi ka he customer hu before 5-6 year nd muje apni study k loe 3 lakh education loan lena h meri high study k lie but hmare yha branch vale loan dene se mana kar rhe h..hum loan k lie branch me gye to hume property rkhne k lie bola phle or fir bad me bola ki parnets ki 3 sal ki return nhi bhari aapne to aapko loan nhi milega...balki eductaion loan k lie koi property ki jrurt nhi h or na he return fil ki

                                        Sir, i have honour to request that i am having account [protected] with sbi branch sec-31 chandigarh. I deposited one cheque (no. 0007831 lic branch 26a auriya (up) in sbi branch tirwa dist. Kannauj (up) on 30 june 15.But till today i did not received money. Please takeup the issue as early as possible.
