I had called five time to this number[protected].Its tell the response u r give wrong information.They are back end process is in fault or wrongly designed.But that IVR tel ur information is wrong.Then y they r keeping this kind of customer service.This s world wide banking sector.First u clear the error in customer support.

    Dear sir,
    i am made a transaction on 18/8/2015 to pay the c tet application amount worth 600
    through Sbi dedit card. at that time bill desk shows sorry unable to process but mu sbi acciunt is debited 600 rs.please look at this issue and transfer the amont same to my account.as soon as possible.

        1. With due respect and humble submission, I wish to lay down the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.

        2. I am serving in Indian Army and presently posted in Hyderabad. I have a salary account in State Bank of India, Varanasi Account Number [protected]. It is intimated that my above account have been debited with Rs 5, 70, 943/- ( Rupees Five lakh seventy thousand nine hundred forty three only) between 20 Jul 2015 to 03 Aug 2015 through online transaction/purchasing though my ATM Card Number [protected] by somebody else (copy of statement of account for the same period is attach). It is also intimated that NO OTP ( one time password) Number was sent on my register mobile No [protected]. It is further intimated that I have an another ATM card Number[protected] from which no transaction has been made.

        3. In view of above you are requested to look in the matter and trace out the culprit and do the needful.

          is coming by month so please give me address so I surrender my credit card to your S.b.i.

            I have a SBI credit card # ending 4781 but i had few balance of 42000 left to be paid in march 2015 which i cleared with min balance paying 32000, remaining 10000 SBI person said he can wave off since i had no job during that time, after this i was under the impression that no balance was left in my card, but unfortunately when i check bill last week i was shocked to see the remaining balance as 18000+ SBI has added the interest and late payment for remainig 10000 also but why did the SBI person said me that it will be waved off ? and now they have charged me without my knowledge. This is not acceptable

              Sir, On 16 aug at 12:32 Am I sent a request for top up of 250/- for my Airtel mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=[protected].But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. Regarding this issue I call Airtel customer care also but they said recharge not done (Ref. No. is CONRC[protected]).So please help me and do the needful.

                Ear sir, I had applied for a Sbi simple save credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence. I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time." I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application. And how to apply again. APP NO:[protected] D.O.B: 30.06.1990

                  Yesterday evening in between 5 to 5:30 i went to the nearby CDM and by mistake inserted my cash of 8000 into the CDM without swiping the card. I got a statement slip as amount deposited to A/C no [protected] which is not my account. How can I get my cash back?

                    On 14 july i order a cake online from indiacakes.com for 900 rs. I did two transactions as the first one was not able to place order. I thought the amount will be refunded within three days but i was not. So i later contacted sbi customer care which said the amount was credited to vendor. I contacted vendor for which they said only one order was placed. I dont know where my 900 rupees have gone. I paid twice for a single cake.                       Respected Sir Mysel[censored] D Patel Credit Card holder ( Card no [protected] ). Last four to five months i received statement of credit card which is too much heavy amount. I don't know how it is possible as whatever i purchase or cash from ATM or lone.but no body want to explain me for too much heavy charges. Two time call cut by customer care. they said that statement is correct. but i could not under stand how it is possible, so please solve my complain other wise i have to close card facility . There is no need to continue. I hope that my complain will be resolve Thanks

                      You are a Gujrati, and it seems that Gujratis are not dumb. You have posted your Credit Card number here when all banks ask us to refrain from doing so. We should never post or give our credit card details to anyone.

                        I went to withdrew money from my SBI account at SBI atm today on 13/08/2015 at 7:39pm at ATM no S10A03006601 by mistake i entered Rs4000/- for withdrawal and my account had Rs3200/- only. Due to unawareness i withdrew 2 times and the bank imposed Rs17/- for each failed transaction as penalty on me with statement"transaction declined due to insufficient balance". This is pathetic as the home bank ATM must not impose such penalties without any pre-intimation to the customers. Highly disappointed due to bad service.

                          I am having defence salary package, savings account [protected] in sbi new alipore branch. My atm card expirednin may 2015. Inspite of numerous visits and letters and reminders . The bank repeatedly tells me that they will send / have already send, but have not recieved it till date.Today when i went to enquire they tell its despatched by speed post no EX[protected]IN. on checking found that such a number doesn't exist.
                          The staff id rude and tell me to shift my branch if i am having a problem.
                          I am a serving NSG COMMANDO and this is the treatment of the bank staff

                              Respected sir, myself Vikas jadhav working in India post, I deposited 23, 500/- Amt in Chembur sbi branch (0533)on dated 01/04/2015 but my transaction failed due to machine problem then I gave my failed transaction receipt to concern branch officer and submitted all documents but they they still couldn't refund my money bolte hain ki aapka Complaint head Office ko bhej diya hain mil jayenga paisa ab is baat ko 4 months hoke gaye main bank main visit de de ke thak gaya hun.. I'm in tention abt my money so plz do the needfull and take necessary action against bank and help me to refund my money..thanking you.

                                Hello Team, My name is Deepak M and i have issues with SBI Bank Richards Town Bangalore.I have Auto with SBI bank and recently Applied for personal, Its got rejected as SBI as updated the CIBIL incorrectly.When I trying to talking SBI Staff Deepak contact no: [protected]. He was rude and not letting me to talk.account is up to date on SBI. There was mistake from my end, I had missed couple of payments for three months in last 3 years.However it was cleared. Again every month they have updated stating its past due.Bank staff informed do what ever you want and not ready to talk anything. I'm unable to get personal because of this.Please help me to get the issue resolved. Thank You Deepak M

                                  Myself Yogendra Kumar 2nd Kalpana Bahadur Singh having account in State Bank of India, Nawalgarh Branch. My Account no is [protected]. I am having a serious concern with the bank services. I request your kind attention towards the same. On 26th July 2015 @ 09:38 AM, I do two transaction with the ATM ID: - FFPS[protected]SBI ATM, Piru Singh Circle, Jhunjhunu), My first transaction of 20, 000 was successful but my 2nd transaction was not successful. I receive the message that my account is debited with 20000 again but cash was not dispatched from the ATM. As per my understanding I inform bank regarding the same. I raise complaint against the same. My complaint no is “AT[protected]”. Few days later after follow up I came to know that there is no action taken on that complaint no. and new complaint no. issued “AT[protected]”. I visited the bank multiple times to know the status of my complaint and met the bank manager twice but till now there is no satisfactory response came from bank. Every time I am assured that they are looking into the issue and visit again after few days.

                                    My daughter visited state bank of india branch ppn market, kanpur (up) for opening an account for kanya vidya dhan yojna. bank official is denied for opening the a/c because of his minor age he demanded for aadhar card xerox when he said i am minor plz. open the a/c in minor a/c. she is requested a lot of times but the officer is denied for opening the a/c. at the same time my daughter is approaching in punjab national bank branch jawahar nagar, kanpur up & a/c is open. We see sbi officer is very tighten in opening the a/c. please see the matter.

                                      I Smt Hajra Khatun w/o Late shree mukhtar ahmed reside at vill+po, siswar kala Distt, Ballia (UP) and my SB acno-[protected] held with grahak seva kendra link branch SBI Nagara. On date 04, 05 and 06 Nov 14 Rs 10000+10000+5000=25000 transfer from my SB account vide Transaction no[protected]A363375,[protected]A363375 and[protected]A36335 respectively. I reported this matter to Manager SBI Nagra Branch as well as grahak seva kendra.KOMr.Dina nath chaudhary stated that there is no balance in your account and same is withdrawl by you . My passbook was held by KO I was not aware of this happening. A New passbook issued to me on 06 Aug 15 and which can be seen through transaction details.There is no transaction ofwithdrawal since opening. A meeting was organised by KO Mr Dina nath in presenc of respected villagers Mr.Aditya singh, JP Bhardwas (School Principal), Abdul Razak and A Hussain and Alok Kumar Singh KO and fact came to notice that the subject amount Knowingly transferred by Mr. Alok singh KO of another SBI grahak seva kendra with consultation with KO Mr. Dina nath a totaly fraud transaction in their personnel accont. Both were agreed in front of all for transfering the amount in SB account. Another day Ko Mr. Dina nath was contacted for issue, he refused to do so and start shouting and telling that u have allready withdraw the amount. There was similar cases also happen earlier in villagewith same KO for manipulation of money. I request u to look into the matter and make all effort to get it refund my hard money . Such Matters also need to be investigated and frenchise KO of grahak seva kendra link branch of SBI to be cancelled. Hope an early resolving the issue .a written request submitted to Branch Manager SBI Nagara Branch on 07 Aug 15.

Branch Code:6303 Account No:[protected] I have done online payment through SBI debit Card using swaping machine for purchasing laptop prize Rs-31780 on 2 Aug 2015. But I get message "Dear customer, your txn at ATM 40971393 declined as the requested amount exceed your daily withdrawl limt". then also my amount not credited to my account today 11 Aug.
