I am having defence salary package, savings account [protected] in sbi new alipore branch. My atm card expirednin may 2015. Inspite of numerous visits and letters and reminders . The bank repeatedly tells me that they will send / have already send, but have not recieved it till date.Today when i went to enquire they tell its despatched by speed post no EX[protected]IN. on checking found that such a number doesn't exist.
The staff id rude and tell me to shift my branch if i am having a problem.
I am a serving NSG COMMANDO and this is the treatment of the bank staff

      Respected sir, myself Vikas jadhav working in India post, I deposited 23, 500/- Amt in Chembur sbi branch (0533)on dated 01/04/2015 but my transaction failed due to machine problem then I gave my failed transaction receipt to concern branch officer and submitted all documents but they they still couldn't refund my money bolte hain ki aapka Complaint head Office ko bhej diya hain mil jayenga paisa ab is baat ko 4 months hoke gaye main bank main visit de de ke thak gaya hun.. I'm in tention abt my money so plz do the needfull and take necessary action against bank and help me to refund my money..thanking you.

        Hello Team, My name is Deepak M and i have issues with SBI Bank Richards Town Bangalore.I have Auto with SBI bank and recently Applied for personal, Its got rejected as SBI as updated the CIBIL incorrectly.When I trying to talking SBI Staff Deepak contact no: [protected]. He was rude and not letting me to talk.account is up to date on SBI. There was mistake from my end, I had missed couple of payments for three months in last 3 years.However it was cleared. Again every month they have updated stating its past due.Bank staff informed do what ever you want and not ready to talk anything. I'm unable to get personal because of this.Please help me to get the issue resolved. Thank You Deepak M

          Myself Yogendra Kumar 2nd Kalpana Bahadur Singh having account in State Bank of India, Nawalgarh Branch. My Account no is [protected]. I am having a serious concern with the bank services. I request your kind attention towards the same. On 26th July 2015 @ 09:38 AM, I do two transaction with the ATM ID: - FFPS[protected]SBI ATM, Piru Singh Circle, Jhunjhunu), My first transaction of 20, 000 was successful but my 2nd transaction was not successful. I receive the message that my account is debited with 20000 again but cash was not dispatched from the ATM. As per my understanding I inform bank regarding the same. I raise complaint against the same. My complaint no is “AT[protected]”. Few days later after follow up I came to know that there is no action taken on that complaint no. and new complaint no. issued “AT[protected]”. I visited the bank multiple times to know the status of my complaint and met the bank manager twice but till now there is no satisfactory response came from bank. Every time I am assured that they are looking into the issue and visit again after few days.

            My daughter visited state bank of india branch ppn market, kanpur (up) for opening an account for kanya vidya dhan yojna. bank official is denied for opening the a/c because of his minor age he demanded for aadhar card xerox when he said i am minor plz. open the a/c in minor a/c. she is requested a lot of times but the officer is denied for opening the a/c. at the same time my daughter is approaching in punjab national bank branch jawahar nagar, kanpur up & a/c is open. We see sbi officer is very tighten in opening the a/c. please see the matter.

              I Smt Hajra Khatun w/o Late shree mukhtar ahmed reside at vill+po, siswar kala Distt, Ballia (UP) and my SB acno-[protected] held with grahak seva kendra link branch SBI Nagara. On date 04, 05 and 06 Nov 14 Rs 10000+10000+5000=25000 transfer from my SB account vide Transaction no[protected]A363375,[protected]A363375 and[protected]A36335 respectively. I reported this matter to Manager SBI Nagra Branch as well as grahak seva kendra.KOMr.Dina nath chaudhary stated that there is no balance in your account and same is withdrawl by you . My passbook was held by KO I was not aware of this happening. A New passbook issued to me on 06 Aug 15 and which can be seen through transaction details.There is no transaction ofwithdrawal since opening. A meeting was organised by KO Mr Dina nath in presenc of respected villagers Mr.Aditya singh, JP Bhardwas (School Principal), Abdul Razak and A Hussain and Alok Kumar Singh KO and fact came to notice that the subject amount Knowingly transferred by Mr. Alok singh KO of another SBI grahak seva kendra with consultation with KO Mr. Dina nath a totaly fraud transaction in their personnel accont. Both were agreed in front of all for transfering the amount in SB account. Another day Ko Mr. Dina nath was contacted for issue, he refused to do so and start shouting and telling that u have allready withdraw the amount. There was similar cases also happen earlier in villagewith same KO for manipulation of money. I request u to look into the matter and make all effort to get it refund my hard money . Such Matters also need to be investigated and frenchise KO of grahak seva kendra link branch of SBI to be cancelled. Hope an early resolving the issue .a written request submitted to Branch Manager SBI Nagara Branch on 07 Aug 15.

Branch Code:6303 Account No:[protected] I have done online payment through SBI debit Card using swaping machine for purchasing laptop prize Rs-31780 on 2 Aug 2015. But I get message "Dear customer, your txn at ATM 40971393 declined as the requested amount exceed your daily withdrawl limt". then also my amount not credited to my account today 11 Aug.                   This is to bring to your notice that I Mohammad Amir account holder of SBI Pandeyganj Branch, Lko.My a/c no.[protected].I had withdrawn Rs.10, 000 around 1:30 P.M. from ATM of Punjab & Sindh Bank at[protected] near Sadar Bazar, Delhi.Amount is deducted from my account but cash not dispensed from ATM.I file a complaint at my home branch on[protected] having complain token no. AT[protected].They were not be able to solve my issue.They told me that your transaction was successfull but i didn't get any amount from ATM.Again I file a complaint for the demandment of CCTV footage, again they are not be able to provide CCTV footage and the told me that there is not any CCTV camera installed in that ATM cell. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

                    I m kalai selvi from Chennai. I have account sankarankoil tamilnadu.. on 27th I transferred a amount of 1660 to a beneficiary n it's took a charge for transaction 2.50 n d ref no for transaction is SBIN[protected] the amount s debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account.. so I called customer service on 3rd August d person who attended my call told me dat amount s not credited to beneficiary n it is transferred to RBI n amount is in hold there and ask me to call after 10days for status my complaint no is NE[protected].I called customer service again on 10th Aug at dat time a lady attended d call c told d amount s credited to beneficiary on 27th July itself .. how is it possible wen I check d status on 3rd August it's not credited but wen I called on 10th Aug amount credited on 27th July itself ah.. is d customer service employee play with me n if I ask anything dey just want to cut d call .. I m really upset with d service of Sbi.. I contact my home branch dey ask me to launch a complaint in customer service.. I m very vexed with making call here n Der..                       Mandatory insurance for opening savings account (SBI TOWN Branch Dharmavaram)

                      This incident happened to me on 31/07/15, friday at Sbi town branch (near Market) dharmavaram. I entered the Bank at 10a.m right after opening the gates and I am the first one in queue for opening a savings account(at desk 5) of branch. The concerned officer came at 10:30 and took his time to settle himself. After I shown him the application to open the savings account two things happened, 1.                       I had transferred money today morning using IMPS option through SBI. AS the name itself says Immediate Payment Service. IT was an emergency transfer. After the deduction happened in the savings account, it says IMPS transaction timed out @8.30 am. I reached the home branch guys for resolving this and they say it will take 2-3 working days to get back your money refund to the account from which transfer happened.
                      Does this make sense?
                      IF the transfer could not happen through IMPS, the amount should be credited back to the owner. How the bank keep our money for 2-3 days? After all the transaction was done for attending the emergency for funds. But the beneficiary is the bank and not the transferer or the transferee. Is this not cheating the public and trading with the public money for free?
                      Who is responsible for this system? The individual banks or the RBI? Why should the account holder become the scape goat? IS this not a serious issue to be attended and resolved on priority?
                      IF the transaction fails, the amount should be credited back immediately and definitely after few DAYS!!!
                      This failure costed me nearly 1000 bugs. Who would compensate this to me? The ECS from HDFC Bank bounced just because of this blunder by the SBI Bank.

                      I and many people like me need an answer, a solution to such recurring situation.

                      I hope there is some responsible person to answer this.

                      I am also facing the same issue, I tried transferring around 1L using imps and it got deducted from my account and didn't credited to other account. With time out error.

                      #SBI you guys are really ###.

                      All your rules are irritating to Normal people.
                      - new benifeatry will take 4hrs to get activated
                      - can't transfer more then 1L to newly added benifeatry till 4 days after activation

                          We had purchased the property from State Bank of India, Karur under (Public Auction under SARFACI Act, 2002) as on 11.12.2013. The sales certificate and other documents clearly state that our land is 3761.75 sq.ft. Now the constructed building handed over by bank to us is 3254 sq.ft only. Balance 507.75 sq.ft. is under possession with SBI, (Bank engineer valuation report also clearly mentioned that the property possession has been taken by State Bank of India, Karur Main Branch) now this area was occupied by others with indirect support of SBI. So bank is liable to me for that 507.75sq.ft. Regarding this matter so many times I contacted the Branch manager and asked for his help but he refused and he says that after sales he cannot give any service from SBI and he told the sale was conducted by “as where is and as what is” basis, so he can’t help me and advice me to forget the remaining area 507.75 sq.ft. Before the time of auction itself I demanded the bank for the copies of plan approval, survey map and also mother documents but the bank concludes before auction they won’t give, once you win the auction we will give the entire document copies but after winning the auction bank says that the approval copy and survey map was missing, this is preplanned plan and they wontedly cheated me and bank says if you don’t pay the balance amount within three days, we will forfeit the advance amount Rs-14, 51, 250/-.so I reported to you and SBI regional office. So please take necessary action and help us. I am ready to accept the remaining land (507.75sq.ft) in any condition.

                                On 10/8/2015 i went to bank to update my passbook it s6 months updatation is there a give my pass book to counter they said its 5 page entry is there so i said do it but when i received my passbook its 228INR is deducted i asked bank employee they said system is stuck so i give the re print they did not proved me new pass book then also ot charged 228 saying that duplicate pass book its very big cheater in india they don't know any thing about charges we simply open account in that bank even i asked bank manager they said it wont refund only .. so to who i contact its not matter of 228 INR its matter of transparency they are big cheater ...

                                  Hi, I am Amit Sharma and I own an ATM card ([protected]) of SBI, which is issued to me in march 2015, but from the very first time, whenever I use to withdraw some cash using this card, the machine shows a message "you have entered a wrong password". I complained about this issue to my branch also but they are not taking it seriously and till date i am unable to use my ATM card. please help.

                                    I have paid my credit card due amount of Rs.19048.28(DSBI[protected]IG0AMFKDU0 TRANSFER TO[protected] on 06th August, 2015 through SBI netbanking.

                                    However, today to my utter surprise, I found the payment yet not done, but money was deducted.

                                    I made another payment yesterday(DSBI[protected]IG0AMNPWS1 TRANSFER TO[protected], the same thing happened on that transaction too.

                                    Currently, I am out of country for some reason, hence would like to request to contact me via email or call me on +[protected].

                                    I need urgent resolution of this issue.

                                      Call received from no.[protected] asking atm card number for verification. After receiving the atm card number he send a number and ask us to repeat the number for verification. He again and again send us the number and ask us to repeat. After my son had doubt and he read the message. We have received another two message of money transaction from otp. We shocked to see that and we are now sure that we are cheated.
