Please see attached letters. In this regard I contacted branch manager but he did nothing and said there is no such provision to decrease the ROI once loan sanctioned at a particular rates. May I request your personal intervention to look into this please....

I have received a phone call from mob.no.[protected] on 11.07.2015 regarding that your SBI ATM card is blocked and kindly let me know all the details and i will un-block your card immediately.

He is say that he is calling from Mumbai Head office of SBI Bank. When i told him about the authentication about the call then he cut the phone call & not answering my calls.

mera naam pragati sinha hai . mujhe june 2015 ka fily pension nahi mila hai. mera A/c no. -[protected] hai . bank me puchne par bol raha hai ki kis karan se pension ruka hai malum nahi. humse ek application likhwa ke rakh liya . aur bola gaya ki agle month me apka pensiom melega....

i was purchasing from fbb on 08/07/2015, when proceeded to pay from my SBI debit card, payment was deducted from it but bill not paid .It happened twice and shows internal error of SBI account.Same day I went to SBI ATM and found that two times RS--7314.90was deducted from (ACC[protected].and it was showing POS-PRCH. So my point is please check and look into my problem and refund me the desired amount (RS-14629.80). THANK YOU....
