Cheque no 546735, HDFC was deposited on our sbi home branch to the a/c no[protected], ifsc- SBIN0000062 on 26.07.15. Till date we have not receive cleared cheque amount Rs 43622.81. This is fully negligency of respective bankers.

    Hi, I have SBI ATM debit card and i have requested ATM pin through online on 03-Aug-2015. But today (04-Aug-2015) somebody tried to withdraw the money from ATM machine 44292001 between 2:52PM to 2:59PM using my debit card. At that time i have received 8 messages from "IK-ATMSBI" saying that Message 1 (2times 2:52PM and 2:54PM): " Dear customer, your txn at ATM 44292001 declined. Please transact at any State Bank group ATM for activation of your Debit Card ". Message 2 (6times from 2:53PM to 2:59PM): " Dear customer, for security reasons your card no xxxx8806 blocked for the day for entering wrong PIN thrice at ATM 44292001. " At that time i sat in my office located Gachibowli, Hyderabad and i checked immediately my ATM debit card, the card is with me only. Again immediately called SBI bank customer care[protected], they said please contact your home branch(located at Vinukonda, Guntur Branch, Andhra Pradesh), i said it is not possible why because the home branch is located at some other location, i am staying at some other location. Finally no use of customer care. But i strongly decided to complaint against these type of ATM fishing activities. Please provide the solution/suggestion to do from my side.     I am also getting same kind of SMS, connected to SBI customer care there I wasted 5-10 min convincing them to check from which ATM I am getting this message but is of no use. Lastly I send a mail to respective branch on their mail ID. If anything goes wrong with the transaction I can file case against the mail in consumer forum.

    Suggesting you to do the same so that we can have a proof that the matter is intimated to the bank. Now its their responsibility ti handle those issue.

    After all its SBI man :) known for no service no response

    Hi All,

    Its Default message those who got new card trying to activate or generating new PIN through ATM/Net Banking. But due to security reason the card was by default blocked by the SBI, So we need to activate our card in branch itself then only we can cable to Activate and generate pin in our user profile.

    without activating the card if the user tried multiple times then the record o[censored]nsuccessful attempt stored to your card number in server. Once the card got activated then all the stored messages send to corresponding user registered mobile no within 48Hrs.

      to Roorkee(Branch Code:00707).
      I submit form in Roorkee branch to do this. RS 102 has deducted from my account but still not transferred. Home branch mail id is showpiece. Hope it will work here ...

            Dear Sir,

            I forgot my SBI ATM-debit card PIN.
            I try to generate ATM PIN online via ATM serivce provided in SBIPortal.
            Each time i tried it got error message.
            "Due to some technical problems we are unable to process your request. Please try later"

            Could you please let me know if the service is under maintence .
            If so when the service will be fucntional .

            I call customer care and they don't have any idea and suggested to try next day .
            Tried next day but no luck.

            I got a new Debit card and tried generating PIN using SBI ATM. however the pin generation facility does not work. i tried at two different ATMs and there is no success. . the screen showns PIN generation but accepts no button response or /touch . it is frustratating.

              Dear Sir,
              I am using SBI DEBIT CARD from past 5 years. Using it I have availed many offers. But I had very worst experience when I used it for shopping with SNAPDEAL. I had ordered 3 items from SNAPDEAL on dt. 27/01/2015 so as to avail the cash back of 10% with an amount of Rs. 7825/-.
              The transaction was successful and I got the refrence number too and the items were delivered at my postal address on time.
              But the cash back of 10% that comes to be around Rs. 782/- in this case has not been remitted in my account as promised against the terms and conditions.
              I waited till 31st March as it was the period mentioned in the terms and conditions for cash back. But till date, I have not received the amount.
              I have contacted SBI customer care 5-6 times and every time they redirected my complaint to my home branch and I too personally visited my home branch 2-3 times.
              Whenever I visited the branch I got a simple answer that "These types of matter are not dealt with here" by Branch Manager.
              I had moved post to pillar for the sake of cash back which could have been remitted to my account automatically.

                    This is a complain regarding the Ill behaviour of the Nagpur/Mahal SBI branch manager, Meghashyam Injewar. We approached the branch manager with the purpose of inquiring and possibly obtaining an educational looan. Not only did he refuse to give us the looan but also displayed ill behaviour towards us as consumers as follows : 1) He didn't offer us a seat. 2) He spoke extremely rudely, and I quote, "If you want a looan above 7.5 lakhs only then come to me, or else get lost." & "Tum log looan lake jate ho aur wapas nahi dete". 3) Basically treated us as an inferior. I'm highly disappointed with the consumer service of SBI.

                      Dear Sir, I had taken SBI Credit card on FD Account [protected], I wanted a urgent cash, as my funds where tight, . requested the SBI Card Representative, To debit my Outstanding from FD Account and Clear MY FD account from Lien, he coordinate with SBI Card Head office, and told that it will cleared on 24th July, Unfortunately it did not get cleared, I had issued 3 cheque for the vendor payment which got bounced, I am facing legal action. Then i Borrowed some money by fetching the Gold in bank and cleared dues in the credit card . My complaint is this, why did not the SBI Credit card representative inform the procedure clearly before issuing or signing the credit card.                           i applied for SBI credit card, while applying for it, SBI represntetive told me that the annual fess for the card is 500 and against which you will a FBB coupon of rs500. its been more then a month now, and i have received my first statement as well, though i have not used the credit card at all, i called there customer care no. as well as sent e-mail but its been 7 days now that i hve not received a single response from them. i have escalated this matter to Nodal officer first still didnt get any response, then i chased CEO still no replay, first i was asking for the coupon however now i am asking to close this credit card completly and dont want to use there services at all. and they are not even least concerned about it.

                                Sir I booked ticket of 258 rs through redbus.in from sbi netbanking a/c due to some technical problem ticket not successfully booked however refund being initiated on same day 10th July2015 by redbus but no amount still reflected in my respective bank a/c yet on 30th July since bank claims to get my refund within 10 days of initiation of refunded amount. I have contacted respective branch bank manager also but he is pretending it to get more delay and eveytime I'm getting disappointed . Why my money is not refunded?Plz help me.

                                    I'm an investor having a savings bank account in state bank of india, andhra pradesh, westgodavari, satyavathinagar branch. I have read that we can invest in IPO's even if we don't have a demat account with sbi, in sbi smart website. (this is the link) http://www.sbismart.com/invest_offline/ i have previously called customer care and asked him about this, they told me that it will be taken care at any SBI branch nearby. i have contacted satyavathi bank branch manager and asked him regarding this IPO investment (date:29/07/2015). at first, he replied in a smooth way that he will check and help me. and i have waited for a while outside, and again i asked him to look at my issue, as it's getting late and that was the last date for placing the bid order for that IPO.i have waited all day long till 2:45pm at his office. later i went out for a while and called him again at 3:00pm to check the status of my investment as 4:00pm is the dead line. this time he replied that "i cannot help as its too late and we don't have any previous experience with this kind of investment and hanged up my call and kept my number on hold, i've tried to call him again and he kept the reciever of his land line aside.i have never expected this from such a reputed and prestigious bank like sbi.because of them i lost my chance to invest in such a reputed syngene ipo. they can never replace my chance for that investment.                                         SBI Team, Card No :[protected] Sudhakar R I'm very dis-satisfied with your service. CPP plan charges got deducted for RS 1848.It is a unauthorized transaction.While doing any other transaction through my card it will be authorized with OTP and Credit card PIN why not the same for CPP?? That means you are insisting transaction forcefully.I am requesting to remove this CPP facility which i Dont need other wise cancel my Card i wont pay 1848 bucks. If this is your service then thank god i had not taken it and sorry but just because of this i will deactivate my card. Kindly note SBI Team, I'm not gonna pay 1848 bucks which have been unwillingly added in my credit card bill statement.
