बचत बैंक खता संख्या [protected] बैंक कोड 15112 IFC SBIN0015112 - इस कहते से 7 FDR 100000 के दिसंबर 2013 में श्री श्रीवास्तव के शाखा प्रबंधक के कार्यकाल में बनवाये गए थे और फॉर्म no. 16H भी दिया गया था फिर भी उसे रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज न करने से परिपक्वाट पर TDS काट लिया गया, जो घोर लापरवाही दर्शाता है। अब TDS काटे जाने के बाद से मैं लगातार बैंक से सर्टिफिकेट की मांग कर रहा हूँ लेकिन अभी तक नहीं मिला। एक तो बैंक की गलती से TDS काटा गया दूसरे सर्टिफिकेट न देने से मैं ITR फ़ाइल नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ। बैंक स्टाफ की कमी का रोना रोता है जो consumer का दायित्व नहीं है। नै शाखा है उडी ऐसे बैंक सेवा उपलब्ध होगी तो consumers को अपना खाता अन्य शाखाओं में स्थानांतरण के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा।

        I After opening of account no.[protected] I have received debit card no.[protected] it was not working after three four reminder the bank informed that this type card is generally not working there fore you apply for new I had applied accordingly after getting new card no.[protected]. they have deducted Rs.204/- when I enquired no one replying. Is this a business of SBI that 1st give not working card and then take the charges? I was open an account in Prime Minister notice for nil balance.

          I tried to apply for home construction loan in one of SBI branch. When i reached to concern person in branch, he directed to an agent sitting in the branch only. Agent asked me to provide 10% of loan amount for the processing of loan. I don't have any choice, so i returned from there. Please advise what can be done about such corruption.               Dear SBI, I went to a branch of SBI in Moreh, Manipur. There I was supposed to withdraw some amount money. But there when I inquired about the transaction, they were not ready to respond and talk. They just kept numb, looking at me having a non- mongolied face. They were giving reply and preference to their community that is KuKi community. Being a national Bank there should be no room for partiallity and communailism in a financial institution. In one sense it was very offensive as it creates a face of communailism in a national institution. Please kindly look into the matter. Regard A SBI customer

                    Nitiksha (sbi card agent ) continuously called me so i convince with her then she has given me sbi card during filling form i asked regarding billing cycle and tell i never take card from 7to27date then she told me i will do but billing cycle will not know bu i will billing cycle according to you mean she told me yes, but receiving sbi card cycle is not done by her cycle is same 7-27 date then met her so she has given his boos name and no. Mr Amit rastogi ASM he told me, sir please pay initial payment (amount_1680 rs) then i will help you i agree with him and i have done initial payment but still cycle has not change then went to office and met nitiksha and block my card and i asked, what will do so stop sms for late payment then she told sir don't worry your card has blocked but till now i am gating mail and sms for bill is over due, last week once again i went in sbi RACPC and met to customer executive so other person met and she told nitiksha has transferred other branch and please once again do your complain i will try to solve it but now every one is neither listening my problem nor stop sending mail and sms regarding over due payment in-place i have submitting first payment but continuously i have got mail and sms please do payment, i have lot many time please close my sbi card and do not send any sms regarding over due But they are not taking word on ear I am Dinesh Maithi add.                       IMPS Fund not credited

                      Had done an IMPS transfer from my SBI account to ICICI account on 14/07/2015 of an amount of 14990 with the transaction reference number IMPS17/[protected]/[protected] but same has not credited in my ICICI account.The amount has already been debited from my SBI account....

                      I visited sbi raikabagh jodhpur a few days ago at 11:00 to open a new account.I completed my formalities of filling up form and verification within a hour, by 12:00 I was at the counter to submit my form, from 12 to 4 i was standard there and the procees struck there.for 4 hours. The incidents which happened during these 4 hours- 1.Employers having their lunch by their own moods while the official time mentioned there is 2:30 pm but they were taking before it and even weren't replying properly if asked . 2.Employees weren't even bothered about their work they were having chats and the people would stand in front of them for hours even the branch manager was included in it and was having quite a friendly talk all these hours with a lady employee and wasn't focusing on what his real work is. 3.At the time of submitting my form I was asked to submit my form at 3.counter there was a lady sitting there (the one which was having continuous chats with the manager)she then pointed towards the next counter I shifted towards my right and reached there was a man who sent me back again to that lady's counter, then they both were arguing over who would take it for 15-20 and I said you both decide who would take my form, the male then said"M nahi karunga ja krle jo karna h"meaning I won't accept it you can do whatever you want to, finally after approx 25 minutes the lady aceepted the form.Throughout this incident the manager was sitting right behind the employees but didn't even utter a single word. 4.Then after submitting my form the form was kept aside by the lady saying now the manager would have a look at it, the manager who was sitting behind wasn't even looking at the form and was having his own talk show with employees and lady at approx around 4 my patience broke and I took the form and went to the manager for complaining, he wasn't even bothered he Said don't loose your temper and blood pressure etc. It's a government bank what else would you expect then each and every employee laughed and were accusing. I request you to please have a look at it and take actions required.

                        I got the massage that my Cheque Book on 3rd July and my ATM card is despatched through speed post No. EQ[protected]IN on 7th July'15. Normally speed post can deliver in 2 to 3 days. I have not received both the things so far. I have checked the status of speed post No. EQ[protected]IN which sent through SMS is not traceable and showing some other thing on this speed post No. EQ[protected]IN which is delivered on 10th July'15 at Ahmedabad.

                        I have very bad experiences with SBI in past and I had closed my two accounts in SBI but in Pension Schem account must be from SBI or Dena Bank... I have to open the account in SBI for Pension only

                          With due respect i sri dipankar sardar, want to inform you that on 10/07/2015 i recharged rs.130 by oxipay mobile recharge that time did not done fore some technical problem and it refund on 13/07/2015.After complain in customer complaints that time oxipay customer care called me from this mobile no.[protected] and he want to know my atm card particulars and password i gave him all for refund my recharge amount. After some time i see a sms come into my mobile number ( thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xxx1559 for a purchase worthrs 1075 on pos 70003144 at tatadocomo billdesk mumbai in txn#[protected] on 12/07/2015 at 18.04 hrs. My rs1075 debit money from savings accounts want to refund.Please help me to get money as soon as possible.

                              I have applied for Home loan from SBI, Alpha-1, Greater Noida on 9th Jun 2015. My wife is the first applicant and am co-applicant . Employees dealing for home loan were polite and helping in the branches of SBI wherever I have visited to get the information for Home loan. It has been promised to me that loan will be sanctioned within 3 weeks at the time of applying for home loan. I had to pay within 5 weeks so I thought It is fine to apply from here if there will be any issue with SBI then we can get Home loan from any where else in case of failure. Our file has been sent to RACPC, Sector-55, Noida. There was no processing till the 7-8 days. I have gone to RACPC and asked about the processing. My file was given to Mrs. Rashmi Mishra. When I asked her about the processing of my file, she told me that she was on the leave for last week and she will check my file. Verification process did not started for first two weeks. When I visit to RACPC Rashmi has asked me to provide bank statements again to show latest salaries and my latest form-16 if I have received. I have provided these documents to her on next day. Staff in to the branch(SBI Alpha-1) was very helping. They(branch staff) requested to staff in RACPC to start the verification. Last verification of my wife's job was done on 6th July after request done by branch staff. In the mean time Valuation and Legal opinion was completed. Legal opinion: Lawyer has asked me to show all the original papers of property. I have asked the saler to show original documents to the lawyer who has come here from Allahabad to show his paper. Although I have provided photocopies of all the documents. It can be verified from Greater Noida Authority. Staff in to the RACPC is delaying my application without any reason. Now my wife or I daily go to the branch to ask about the processing of our home loan. Staff in to the branch says that you will receive call and SMS today. Staff into the branch calls to Rashmi and tell us that she is not attending the call. We will contact her later. One agent had told me before I have applied to the home loan that employees in RACPC did not process files from branches timely. If I apply through the agent then he will get sanction withing 15 days. Now five weeks are over and I am about to lose some amount as a penalty for delaying the deal. I am praying to god to help me. I don't see another way. It's better to go to private banks or Housing Finance companies to get the home loan in time. Although I have heard about the lots o[censored]nfair practices about these companies.

                                    I received a call from [protected] [confirmed ] on 13th July, 2015 at 5.00 pm asking for my ATM card details. Fortunately I knew about such calls. Interesting part is I spoke with him for about half an hour trying to extract his details instead [satisfied that I was able to spend some of his talk-time]. This North Indian guy surely lacked patience as he was getting irritated in between. Talk ended in throwing utmost bad words at each other. If concerned people go through these complaints & writings, kindly check the phone number I have mentioned. I am sure they are able to fool people to get money out of them otherwise why would they continue doing for so long. Be safe.

                                      My name is RAJ Kumar and have a bank account in State Bank of India's Dharma Samaaj college branch, aligarh. For a job recruitment in Birbal Sahani Institute of Paleobotany institute, Lucknow, I need a demand draft of Rs. 100/- and last date of application is[protected] but on 11 july 2015 said me that printer of this branch is not working now and come on Monday, 13 July but on this day the condition remained same so that they(DS College branch) sent me to main branch of SBI in aligarh for that DD where the bank denied to issue the DD saying no other branch of SBI bank's task is not done here and only prefer the branch customer in DD issuing case while my account is in their bank. No other bank are issuing DD due the other bank's account. The main branch is also saying to bring cheque for this task and denying case payment for DD and in this concern while I have talked with main branch' chief manager then he said The DD is possible with case payment. Now, I am not getting anything that why is my DD not issuing? kindly take my this problem on top priority and solve it as soon as possible. Hope you do so. Thank You.
