I visited sbi raikabagh jodhpur a few days ago at 11:00 to open a new account.I completed my formalities of filling up form and verification within a hour, by 12:00 I was at the counter to submit my form, from 12 to 4 i was standard there and the procees struck there.for 4 hours.
The incidents which happened during these 4 hours-
1.Employers having their lunch by their own moods while the official time mentioned there is 2:30 pm but they were taking before it and even weren't replying properly if asked .
2.Employees weren't even bothered about their work they were having chats and the people would stand in front of them for hours even the branch manager was included in it and was having quite a friendly talk all these hours with a lady employee and wasn't focusing on what his real work is.
3.At the time of submitting my form I was asked to submit my form at 3.counter there was a lady sitting there (the one which was having continuous chats with the manager)she then pointed towards the next counter I shifted towards my right and reached there was a man who sent me back again to that lady's counter, then they both were arguing over who would take it for 15-20 and I said you both decide who would take my form, the male then said"M nahi karunga ja krle jo karna h"meaning I won't accept it you can do whatever you want to, finally after approx 25 minutes the lady aceepted the form.Throughout this incident the manager was sitting right behind the employees but didn't even utter a single word.
4.Then after submitting my form the form was kept aside by the lady saying now the manager would have a look at it, the manager who was sitting behind wasn't even looking at the form and was having his own talk show with employees and lady at approx around 4 my patience broke and I took the form and went to the manager for complaining, he wasn't even bothered he Said don't loose your temper and blood pressure etc. It's a government bank what else would you expect then each and every employee laughed and were accusing.
I request you to please have a look at it and take actions required.
