Dear Sir, My self Satish Jaurkar holding saving account in Butibori branch, Dist Nagpur, got call on Friday 12:38 Pm by number [protected] regarding ATM card getting blocked and bank will renew online. He asked by atm card no, and said no need to give pin no (atm password). A number will be sent on your mobile number give that, so that we get confirmation that ur right customer. After few min I receive one number which was OTP I gave that as confirmation and from my account all my 4000 rupess were withdrawn. I gave that number as I thought he is not asking pin no. Please provide me guidance and futher step to be taken. my id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

    Respected sir, i am bharani kumar g, i have a sbi account in branch:dps public school, ranipur, haridwar.
    I am also having internet banking facility. I transferred money from my account to another account in tamilnadu through personal banking. The money is not transferred to that account, but it is debited from my account.The details of that are

    Amount transferred is 31000rs
    The credited acc number is [protected], name : g.Bharani kumar, idbi bank, branch : tambaram, tamilnadu.
    Reference number of transaction is imps[protected]

    Sir please check it once and kindly transfer my amount to my account quickly.

      I've shocked about this intercity charges... for transfering 25K, they took 57 rupees .. and I've lacked of few rupees in paying my fees to college.. due to which Iam unable to pay fee by time.. sick with the one of the largest banks of world...not nice

        sir m sbi ka he customer hu before 5-6 year nd muje apni study k loe 3 lakh education loan lena h meri high study k lie but hmare yha branch vale loan dene se mana kar rhe h..hum loan k lie branch me gye to hume property rkhne k lie bola phle or fir bad me bola ki parnets ki 3 sal ki return nhi bhari aapne to aapko loan nhi milega...balki eductaion loan k lie koi property ki jrurt nhi h or na he return fil ki

          Sir, i have honour to request that i am having account [protected] with sbi branch sec-31 chandigarh. I deposited one cheque (no. 0007831 lic branch 26a auriya (up) in sbi branch tirwa dist. Kannauj (up) on 30 june 15.But till today i did not received money. Please takeup the issue as early as possible.

                During Online Payment of my TATA BILL my Credit card was blokced and I have tryed the customent care for Unblocking and the online registration procedure through LAN line. The Auto Answering system is not responding for the Unblocking of my card and says the facility is not available Why SBI Cards have not activated the same, This has killed my 1 hr time in trying for the same And as a Public Sector Entity SBI Cards my be probed and he has to unblock the Credit Card This is a Complinet and has to be taken care Name : Sameer Gudadhe Mobile No: [protected]

                  Date: 18 July 2015 At 7:40 am on the above mentioned date I made a cash deposit of Rs.7, 000/- (14 notes of Rs.500/-) in the Vakola SBI Branch Machine. At the point of generating the slip, the machine gave a transaction rejected slip. The exact words as on the slip are "BNA-Deposit Transaction Rejected). There was no security guard at the ATM at that point of time to assist me with this problem. Also being a Public Holiday & Sunday the next day I am not able to communicate with anyone from the relevant branch. On the slip a helpline number is given [protected], on speaking with the relevant customer care personnel on the phone I have found out that this complaint cannot be registered on the phone and can be only solved with speaking the branch personnels. Saying sorry a couple of times the personnel said he wouldn't be able to solve the problem. As now I won't be in the city for a couple of months how am I suppose to solve this problem as I won't be able to meet the Branch personnel personally but can only speak with him/her on the phone 2 days later. My A/c no. is[protected]. I have checked my balance and the amount has not been credited. Request you to sort out this issue immediately as the money is being held in the machine with no fault of the SBI's account holder.

                    I took home loan through SBI, Visakhapatnam. As per the information given by branch manager, process fee need not to be paid for the loans processed within the period of march'15. Documentation process for release of loan amount was completed on 28/03/2015 and stamp duty & other miscellaneous charges debited on the same date from my SB account. No process fee collected. No loan amount was took at that time. When I take loan amount, they collected 50% of process fee while releasing loan amount. I could not understand why they collected process fee when account was opened during the waive period.? The period between loan documentation & release is less than 3 months (not exceeded six months). No where written/verbal instructions provided for me. I came to opinion that Nationalized banks like SBI also are not exceptional for hidden charges.

                      i want a payment of rs. 100000 it was defused by kiran shukla and she abused me very much in front of your staff members and customers. when I told her that I will make comlaint against her then one of your member gave my chq to your pune and ask him for photocopy and told me that he will go with IPS section.. when I ask them the reason for defusing it then they have no answer my chq. was pay to self. please see the cctv footage of this day between 3.15pm to 4.00 pm dated as2/7/15

                        I am a SBI credit card holder. Two months back I requested SBI credit card collection agent for a payment settlement of the card. The detail was given to me only after 2 months of my request. One fine weekend started with a harassment call from collection agents of the card and I was harassed by their team very badly. Inspite of the harassing calls they made to me, they called my sister’s house, mother’s house, my company security, my house owner & Couple of neighbors at my village and my friends. Inspite of threatening me, the collection agents threaten my relatives too. It continued for 2 – 3 days from Morning to evening. They used almost all the abusing words in English to my parents, relatives and even my company security. Now I am in a dreadful situation, that I lost my entire good image in the company & in my family circle. The numbers from where I got the calls is mentioned below. So this unfortunate thing should not happen to any one else again. Please, be careful about the situations like this. The numbers from which I got threatened is [protected] (Mohit Gupta). Now Iam decided to go for suicide, For my suicide SBI bank is responsible. [protected](Mohit Gupta)

                          I am a pensioner of state govt. uttarakhand & have an account in SBI RAMNAGAR, nainital. I applied there a pension loan. Accountant Mr. Ishtifar Ali ask me to clear previous loan amount about Rs.18000 that i credited on friday 25 june 2015 which has been deducted by the bank without issuing new loan while previous loan installment are regularly auto debt by bank. Bank Manager told me that there is no term to clear or closer previous loan in such a way what accountant ask me. & for new loan bank manager told me some kind of limitation.
                          bank refuses my loan application and also deducted the amount on wrong way when i need it most.
                          i hope for your kind consideration.

                            Sir, I Antappan MJ applied for NDA Exam on line application form for My son Joseph MA on 13th July 2015 and logged infor filling up to part II for NDA and got RID-[protected], Challan reference No JOSE [protected] and registration No [protected], challan generation date 13 Jul 2015. But I could not remit Rs 100 through this Challan to SBI branch (SBI Manimmooly, Kerala) as same could not display SBI screen Number 8888..Request intimate further course of action as the last date of submiiting application is 23 Jul 2015

                              Hello Sir My name is Amit Kumar Sharma & my problem is releted to the transaction issue from the sbi collect website i have made a transaction of rs 306 for the UP Lekhpal Recruitment 2015 but when i made this transaction after internet banking page redirect to the Sbi collect he show the message " transaction failure" but amount is deducted from my account then i contact to the Sbi Helpdesk he says i have not received any type of transaction from the Standard Charted Bank account no. [protected] and suggested to contact to Standard Charted Bank then i contact to Standard Charted Bank help desk his representative tell me the transaction is completed.                                 बचत बैंक खता संख्या [protected] बैंक कोड 15112 IFC SBIN0015112 - इस कहते से 7 FDR 100000 के दिसंबर 2013 में श्री श्रीवास्तव के शाखा प्रबंधक के कार्यकाल में बनवाये गए थे और फॉर्म no. 16H भी दिया गया था फिर भी उसे रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज न करने से परिपक्वाट पर TDS काट लिया गया, जो घोर लापरवाही दर्शाता है। अब TDS काटे जाने के बाद से मैं लगातार बैंक से सर्टिफिकेट की मांग कर रहा हूँ लेकिन अभी तक नहीं मिला। एक तो बैंक की गलती से TDS काटा गया दूसरे सर्टिफिकेट न देने से मैं ITR फ़ाइल नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ। बैंक स्टाफ की कमी का रोना रोता है जो consumer का दायित्व नहीं है। नै शाखा है उडी ऐसे बैंक सेवा उपलब्ध होगी तो consumers को अपना खाता अन्य शाखाओं में स्थानांतरण के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा।

                                      I After opening of account no.[protected] I have received debit card no.[protected] it was not working after three four reminder the bank informed that this type card is generally not working there fore you apply for new I had applied accordingly after getting new card no.[protected]. they have deducted Rs.204/- when I enquired no one replying. Is this a business of SBI that 1st give not working card and then take the charges? I was open an account in Prime Minister notice for nil balance.

                                        I tried to apply for home construction loan in one of SBI branch. When i reached to concern person in branch, he directed to an agent sitting in the branch only. Agent asked me to provide 10% of loan amount for the processing of loan. I don't have any choice, so i returned from there. Please advise what can be done about such corruption.
