Incident description: unsuccessful transaction from sbi app using upi - amount debited from paying account but not successfully credited to receiving account.

Date of incident: 6th february 2019

Amount: inr 10, 000/-

Resolution: refund of amount debited from sbi account

Bi-weekly visits to bank branch from past two months, no help/support and foreseeable resolution from their end. Please help.

      Hello sir i am nadeem ahmed holding an account in sbi bank in her layout bangalore yesterday by 8.00o clock i went to take withdraw salary from near atm which is in bommannahalli near post office sbi atm first i withdraw 10000/- which i got. But i again 5000/- try to take but didn't come out the amount but got msg after half an hour it's deducted amount. Pls sir do needful me it's my salary i have so many commitment please sir

        My name is dimple chauhan i had ordered a addyvero skater dress cost rs699 from amazon on 8th april but i refunded this dress on 13 th april due to personel reason amazon iniated the refund on 13 th april initiated this amount to my account but still i didnt get the money amazon sent this reference or transaction number to me hsbcn[protected] and told me to fill the charge dispute form but sbi bank doesnt have this policy so plz kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent my card no is [protected]

          I'm the customer of sbi, branch indirapuram gzb. Deatails re below.

          A/c holder: mohd sagir

          Today i received a message of deduction of rs 2329 for transfer to 'investment intermedi' while i really don't know about the intermedi and even don't have any clue regarding dis company (Intermedi).
          I never invested any amount in such companies. It's totally fraud and really horrible.
          It seems the sbi is behaving like a robber without informing the customers about debit.
          I had never heard the name of dis company before... Then how can i invest in dis company. It's really annoying.

          So look into the matter and kindly help me to recover the debited amount and also intimate me with a proper reason,

            When i opened savings bank account there was no such rule of maintaining minimum account balance. As i was not operating my account since a long time. I was not aware of this charges, now when i checked it is showing something rs. 1200+ charges pending. Also my account is basic account on which no mab or any other charges levied. Also i didn't even notified before and after applying any charges to my account. My request to bank officials is to waive off my mab and sms charges.

              I haven't got any refund till now. I just recharged for bsnl rate cutter offer but i couldn't avail it because oxi trans shows invalid denomination and the amount is also deducted.

                84 other reasons-connectivity failure

                I presented a cheque of 2 lakh rupees from gramin bank of aryavart to sbi, swasthya vihar. They returned my cheque with the reason "84 other reasons-connectivity failure". They also deducted 295 rupees from my account. They don't have any answer for the same. It's not my fault if there connectivity is not successful.

                I need debited money back. Also, sbi should provide clear reasons if they are dishonoring cheque....

                I have an account in state bank of india, main branch, residency road, srinagar, kashmir, india. I am holder of pan card no. : aqvpa5044k. An income-tax of rs.44579 has been deducted from my account but only rs.9118.00 has been reflected in form-26a, rest is reported not filed due to error, nature of error not explained. Branch tried its best to resolve the issue by contacting controlling branch, chandigarh but failed as it is to be resolved at corporate branch, bombay which looks like out of reach of the local branch. Now it is requested to resolve the issue at the earliest possible moment as i always file my returns on time. Failure to resolve on your part may compel me to adopt a legal procedure on your cost, with compensation for causing agonizing pain, wastage of my time due to mistake of your staff.                   I havaldar debaraj mahanta, s/o - bharat chandra mahanta, tribindha, turumunga, keonjhar holding account no. [protected] in singda branch trying to withdraw rs. 20000/- (Twenty thousand) on dt. 28.04.19 at atm pandya petrol pump, keonjhar at that time i did not receive any cash amount from the machine but latter the said amount deducted from my account, please sir look into the matter as quick as possible and resolve the problem for which i will be obliged.

                    I refund of rs 499 was successfully transferred to my account on 21 april. The reference code for the transaction is 375952 given by amazon. It should be reflected to my account within 5 days but till now i have not received any refund. I already confirmed with my bank about this but they are saying they don't have any pending refund. Please help soon regarding this.

                      On 1st may 2019 someone used my sbi credit card details to load money in his/her mobikwik wallet. The fraudster did two transactions of 9999 rs each so total 19998 rs. On the same day i checked my email for these transactions and informed the credit card company which is state bank of india. But they are not giving me any refund and are saying that i have to pay this amount in my bill.

                      Please investigate this and help me to get refund in my card back.

                        I have tried to recharge jio of 349 rs but it was failed but money was debited from my account. Since 2 days passed but no money was refunded to me. I have complaint in the jio care but they are telling that no money was gone towards them. Contact with your bank.
                        So please refund my money because recharge was failed. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible

Due to some delivery reasons order got cancelled, refund initiated by amazon on same day, but refund not credited by in my bank account. My saving a/c [protected].                           Amazon saying please file "charge dispute form".

                            Dear sir,
                            I, baldev singhi, an account holder in sbi, palwal branch code 002437, wish to draw your attention toward the debit of an amount of rs. 3000/- on 30 apr 2019 at 05:45pm as per transaction id p1904301745294891517037. It can be seen that transaction done by me on the date mentioned but the amount has not been credit in recipient account. Thereafter, i submitted the application to the branch. Besides, i asked to fill up and submit a complaint form, but the form was avoided to accept by the same banker. I am out of town and it is very difficult for me to manage with a handful of money over here.
                            Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund procedure as soon as possible. I am very sorry to say that in case no necessary step is taken this time, i would be compelled to take some major actions, as i cannot afford to bother my family any more to come to the bank again and again for the same purpose.

                              Yesterday, my sister got a call for me, she thinks the call related to a job interview but that one wants to talk to me so my sister handover the phone to me. Callers said that he was calling from sbi bank pitampura, delhi regarding loan recovery of 1 lac. I was surprised because i m a student. How is possible a person can call & said i took 1 lac rupee from sbi bank.

                              I inform him i didn't take any amount from any bank etc.

                              Further, he said he has document & signature, etc... While i ask him about the confirmation calls or document & address verification, etc he did not clarify anything else.

                              He just said one of my neighbors takes a loan on the behalf of me. I told him please go to his home & take the action against him is he does such type of stupid activity.

                              I lodge this complaint because he threat me my life will suffer if i will not pay the amount. I did not take any loan by anyone.

                              Sir i have used my atm card to buy a tyre for my scooter on 17/04/2019. The transaction was failed. But the amount Rs.1150/- deducted from my account. The vendor told the amount will return to your account. Still not yet credited.
                              I have sbi simply ...credit card but they r continuesely doing wrong billing
                              After so many conversation to their customer care executive they are not able to understand my problem & charge so may charger even i had pay my amount

                                It's been an month i am. Talking with sbi costumer care. They are just giving me silly reasons that they have assclated my email to backend team. But still my case has not been resolved. Being an reputed bank if they behave like small bank they there is not use of having an account with such bank. Request you people to resolve my case asap

Bt my refund is not showing by my bank..i talked to Amazon customer service they said u r amount is initiated on that day it will be reflected in u r account in 4 5 minimum days... Bt 15 days are completed i didn't showing my amount till
