Sir,
My account is in SBI with account no. [protected] and IFSC CODE SBIN0005514. My account is in lien amount or 9200/- and i am not able to go to bank because i am out of town. Sir please solve my problem that i am facing. And afterall i cannot take money or send money through my bank and i do not have any other bank account. Sir please solve it as soon as possible.

    Respected sir/ madam,
    I josna jose checked my credit report in "experian credit report" through paisa bazaar on 27/04/2019 and i shocked
    That one "personnel loan" (Amount is 20, 000) is active from state bank of india which opened on 13/03/2017 and that loan account number is
    [protected].

    "but the reality is i didnt apply or didnt get any type of loan from state bank of india till this time."

    I checked other credit agencies also but this is showing only in experian credit report.

    I have a sbi saving account only the ac. Number is [protected].

    I dont know how the fake loan detail given from sbi and i am doubtful that my account details misused from the bank. I am mentally disturbed in this condition.

    I am requesting you to kindly review this case immedietly and fix this problem otherwise it will affect my credit score also.
    So please do the needful. I have attached the screenshot of credit report with this complaint.

    I am not satisfied bcze sbi replied me that please go to your nearest branch where i am having savings accont .i given all the details and that fraud personal loan account also atleast the sbi team can check the details which i given or why this fault occured. The sbi team simply avoided my complant.
    Sir how to search my sbi account number by my aadhar card number
    Sbi never sent any sms or call to submit my RC book and they charged me 2950 continuously for 2 months.

    i did not receive my RC book on time because they sent to a different address.

    we get calls from bank for all unnecessary things why bank will not call/sms before charging fees.

    i request to wave off at least 2950.
    I am holding a saving account in collectorate branch (CG). I had recharge online from debit card the rupees Rs 399/_ on 03/April. The money was cut but the recharge was not, because the amount not been credited in my accounts, hence your are requested to seen my complient and action for refund above amount.

      The applicant submitted as under :
      That kuldeep singh s/o ram diya, now r/o h. No. 300, atlas road, sonipat.
      1. Applicant had open the saving account in year, 2008 in the sbi bank main branch, g. T road panipat. The account no. Of the applicant e. I [protected].
      2. That on 1.08.2018 it has come notice that some amounts is debeting every month without the knowledge of the applicant. After calculating a some of rs.69000/. Had been withdrawn from the account of the applicant without consent.
      3. The applicant moved a application to the bank on 1.08.2018 for freezing the account and also request for return the amount. The copy is attached.
      4. The applicant has sent the notice to the bank through e-mail also, but no action has been taken by me bank on any complaint according to me, as withdrawn made from my account were unauthorized and bank is liable to refund the amount with interest. Since loss caused to the applicant are made fraudulently by third party is without the knowledge of the applicant, while applicant never share any o t p with third persons that bank is liable for the same, withdrawals amount to rs.69000/ were made from my account the applicant
      5. Kindly enquire the matter take legal action against liable person and get refund my loss amount with intrest.

        Refund from amazon for amount rs 12950.00 has been processed on 10th april 2019. Refund reference number[protected], rs.10675.00 has been processed on 14th april 2019. Refund reference number[protected], rs.4899/-has been processed on 24th april 2019. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached.

        Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

        A refund from Amazon India for amount of Rs 553 has been processed on 29 November 2020 by them. The refund has not been credited in my Savings Account No [protected] till today 11 December 2020. Amazon Helpline confirms transfer of this amount with the above RRN No.

          My name is vivek. I had ordered a product worth rs. 197.00 from amazon.in on 19th september 2018 and paid through sbi internet banking. I had returned the product back to amazon.in on 19th october 2019 due to personal reason.

          On 19th october 2019, amazon.in had processed a refund amount of rs. 197.00 to the original payment method. However, i still haven't received the credit in my sbi bank account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference number "# igaejspar0" and told me to file a charge dispute in the bank. However, my sbi home branch says that they don't have such a policy. I've already contacted my home branch several times and they are unable to help me in anyway.

          Hence, please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest as it has been nearly 6 months now.

            My wife Pushpa J Achary attempted to withdraw Rs.200/- from her SBI SB a/c [protected] through debit card at CANATM 1333EP42fm on 26 Apr 2019 in Txn #[protected]. When she took mini statement, it also showed sorry for inconvenience as the money not received by the customer. But the payment of Rs.200/- was not received and amount was deducted from her account as per the SMS received from the SBI. the matter may please be examined and the amount may be reverted to the aforesaid sb account at the earliest.

                Respected sir/madam,

                My full name is vishal kumar. I am a permanent resident of a village called chainpur in saran district of bihar. Today when every family has a bank account in our country, i don't have any bank account in any authorised bank. Therefore, i wished to open an saving account in my nearby sbi branch adb parsa (Ifsc code 003267).in this regard, i had submitted all the documents that they asked for opening my new account. They verified it and taken my personal mobile number for further information and asked me to wait for some days. After two months, i recently visited to know the status of my account but they disappointed me with their responses and it seems to me that they have zero interest to answer me why they are taking so much time.

                Kindly respond me as soon as possible in this regard.

                    Greetings of the day!!

                    Pls note that i issued 01 cheque no. 576618, same was bounced twice. Even the balance was okay. Inr 177 was deducted on 26-02-19 then we visited our home branch, but they don't have any explanations & reason and told us that deposit again, then again it was bounced back and inr 177 was deducted on 01.03.2019.

                    Finally, we used the same cheque for rtgs on 05.03.19 and amount 29.50 has been debited against rtgs charges.

                    In view of the above total inr 383.5 has been deducted. However, if the cheque was not bounced again n again then no additional cost has been given to the bank from our saving account, even we were wasted our valuable time to visit the home branch again n again.

                    Now requesting you to kindly reimburse the said amount inr 383.5/-

                      I had put written complaint for cancellation of cpp but somehow they managed to amend the cancellation to be 'cancellation on expiry' and now denying to refund the money. Initially bank manager told money would be refunded by 22-apr but today when i called customer service they straight away denied of any immediate cancellation request and spoke rudely.

                        Greetings
                        I am ritesh kumar from maniarwa village of khajauli block of madhubani district. I applied for the kcc loan through sbi online portal and downloaded the kcc application (No[protected] for submission to the branch. I waited for bank call for more than 10 days then i visited the sbi khajauli branch on 26th april 2019. I met branch manager and asked that where i have to submit the on line kcc application form and other documents, he send me to field officer.
                        Field officer was engaged on mobile call, asked me the purpose of visit. I told him that i want to submit the on line kcc application & other document for verification. He told me that he dont know about online kcc application so he will not receive the application.
                        Kindly look into the matter.

                          A refund of 728 rupees was successfully processed on 21st april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service but they told me they don't have any facility to check any details about my refund. No action is being taken.

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and the refund reference number of the transaction is 861680.

                          Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                            I had requested cancellation of my card for almost 1 year.. After multiple follow ups i got a mail from customer care confirming my card is closed (All dues cleared).

                            After few months again my card statement is being generated. Again after writing to customer care and nodal officers i haven't got any response.
                            Please close the account asap and please issue noc for the same.

                              I tried to order a thing through online shopping site called flipkart, but the order was not placed but money got debited from my sbi account numbered [protected]. An amount of rs.124 was debited on 7th of april and the reference number for transaction was igafwenmx5. When i contacted the customer support of flipkart they said that the payment is still showing pending. Its been nearly a month and still i didn't get my refund and i think the money debited from my account got stuck in the payment gateway.                                 My pan no. Is aoops3524b and d. O. B. Is 14.10.1973
                                In my cibil report i saw a written off account.
                                As i have sbi card earlier and i closed in 2008 after clearing my account.
                                Now i saw an amount of rs. 1330/- stands which is not belongs to me.
                                Any other amount is linked to my account.
                                If any such amount stands in my account i will pay.
                                But this is not reliable.
                                Please clear my account as early as possible and clear the written off account from my experian, equifax and crif account

                                I will be very thankful to you.

                                  I have buyed a product from amazon and done online payment of rs1204 on 15april.. Than i have returned the product as a refund. On 21st april they send a text that the refund is done it will show in your account on 25th may but till now i have not got my refund nor shown in my account. Kindly help. They say that they have refunded cant help. I have to contact sbi customer care. When i have contacted sbi customer care they say they cant help. Sbi customer care say to contact amazon customer care. Please kindly refund my money

                                    My name is vivek. I had ordered a product worth rs. 197.00 from amazon.in on 19th september 2018 and paid through sbi internet banking. I had returned the product back to amazon.in on 19th october 2019 due to personal reason.

                                    On 19th october 2019, amazon.in had processed a refund amount of rs. 197.00 to the original payment method. However, i still haven't received the credit in my sbi bank account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference number "# igaejspar0" and told me to file a charge dispute in the bank. However, the sbi says that they don't have such a policy.

                                    Hence, please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest as it has been nearly 6 months now.

                                      Had provided sbi with the complete kyc documents for opening of my sbi saving account ([protected]), to my horror they have been used again in sbi for opening another account ([protected]) at other location.

                                      When tried contacting the sbi about the same they kept me running from pillar to post from my home branch to sbi customer support. No reply on reminder emails.

                                        Refund of 735 rupees was processed from amazon.in on 25.03.2019 the transaction id provided by them is[protected]. Till now i haven't received my money. Has repeatedly talked to amazon customer care, online sbi helpline also visited home branch to resolve the issue but till now problem hasn't resolved. The issue has also been tweeted by me, first they responded but after that though i shared the details of the transaction no reply has came till date.
